This fwd insurance company is really dishonest and their hq is in Hong Kong and their main staffs stationed in Singapore and all around the region's are pinoy that explains the narrow way they think in customer relationship .After I wrote the truth here about them in detail that they have refused to reinstate my policy after their staffs mishandled the situation and made the policy lapsed and again the staffs mishandled my home policy and did not even process a 100 refund for pipe burst that this etiqa did in honesty.

I made a complaint to the Hong Kong on, the fwd senior manager Jeferson Maleza who was lying over the events his staffs did and tried to pin the blame onto customer like me and even told me haughtily to appeal for the claim for tje home policy when the claim for is completely coveted by the home insurance policy that even his clsim admitted in email to me.a d the Hong Kong hq again send the same complaint to this person and of course it will be handled badly by him and he knew about the bad reviews I have left in trustpilot on his bad handling of matters and yet he have gone on to cancel my home policy in such vengence as well and even blocked the link that he send me on the renewing of my accident policy prior to the feedback o first wrote to him to look into this matter .
It's clear that this fwd assistant manager of contact center is clearly vindictive and unfair as he cancel the link send to me to renew my Accident policy afyer the feedback send instead of looking into feedback and doing the right thing .And the hk main office send the matter to be handled by this man though the very complaint was on Him that shows the inefficiency of the company and how badly they handle customer feedback after all the noise they make in advertising their products and offering 25% discount and so on .they don't process customer claims for home The accident policy is terminated out of vengeance on the feedback that I have left with the company. And this makes the company very old school in the way they handle customers in the modern world and these staff salaries are paid by the very customers who buy the policies online .

Other than the claim was rejected though their home policy covered home contents that the claim officer said and this horrible man calling himself the person incharge cannot even be bothered to look into the emails exchanged and read what the claim made was about quickly calls me in 3 days calling in an investigation and even u ask him he is completely ignorant of what the claim was and why was it rejected .that itself tells how unprofessional this man is .

Also my accident policy was offered to me to purchase before the feedback and thereafter it was cancelled which speaks for itself what kind of man this manager is .
And for hq to put this man incharge its really bizzare of a big company they claim they are .

I don't know of another insurance company that is so irresponsible. I had to buy COVID insurance. Unfortunately, I became a covid patient and they did not pay even though I sent a hospital report.
