I have a 2021 Nissan Rogue that has your Dynapro. I have 23,155 miles on my Rogue and the tires need to be replaced because the tread depth is at 4/32.

Please let me know if you have any warrant on a 65,000 mile Tire that needs to be replaced at 23,155 miles. I take my Rogue into the dealership and have my tires rotated every 5,000 miles.

I received my rebate card in the mail, & called the phone # on the back of the card, which put me in touch with a foreign woman, who could barely speak english. She was very difficult to communicate with, so we could not understand each other, then she hung up on me. Why does hankook use foreigners to handle customer service issues? I have owned many sets of hankook tires, which great, but I am considering another tire company to put tires on my wife's ford explorer. Your rebate plan has been a nightmare to deal with, so it needs improvement asap. Respectfully submitted,

Purchased 4 hankook tires and filed for rebate, submitted receipts as requested, prior to deadline in June. Rebate still showed incomplete in September so reached out to company, was told I needed the tracking numbers in addition to receipts. Tracking numbers not available so no rebate will be received. This rebate promotion is a scam. I will not be purchasing from this company again because of their deceitful behavior.

Purchased Hankook New Englander Tire from my dealership in June 2022.

Have rotated tires every 5000 miles. October 2023 with 27000 miles I need new tires. The dealership says they can’t do anything, the consumer has to call Hankook. Called Hankook and they say they manufacture the tires for pep boys and Town Faire Tires. The can’t do anything because it’s not their tire despite their name on it. Basically gave me the finger.

The tires on my Ford Edge have a tire mileage warranty of 55,000 miles (Hancook Ventus S1 Noble 24.5/50/R20 102v). They now have 18,500 miles on them and are nearly worn out. I understand OE tires have no mileage guarantee. I am certainly not satisfied with the performance of these tires. Since you do not stand behind them, do you think it is likely I will purchase a new set--I think not,

As an aside, I had the same issue with my Michelin OE tires and they stood behind their warranty even though the tires came on the car. Certainly, I purchased them again.

Have a Hyundai Palisade with under 18,000 miles on it that has Hankok tires.. The tires are bald. My local mechanic who has rotated the tires as needed even mentioned that with even no maitenance the tires should not look like this with so few miles. These tires should be used for a swing on a playground since they are total crap. This company should be embarassed

After doing alot of research on All Weather tires (Tire tack, autoguide? tirecrittic etc) I decide on the Hankook Kinergy 4s2 235/50/18 for my.2015 Fors Escape.

In regards to the noise level wither sites did not mention it being noisy, or being noiseless. there were a couple that mention some. level. of noise but they. downpkayed it by saying it is unnoticeable to the passengers on the vehicle!

well. let me tell you, it is the noises tire I have ever put on any vehicle. In fact it Is so noisy that of course as your speed increase it just gets noisier. I literally have to turn the volume up in my car so I don't hear that God awfully sound.

I am mad as he'll and am tires of all the fake information that get circulated. Not just by the. mfg but by people who test these tires and in this case really downplayed the noise level.

I spent over $800 on these tires that I have had less than 2 months and I am ready to buy an entirely differnt brand.

The sad thing is that I have purchased Hankook tires before and they were relatively good! These on the other band are atrocious!

This is not an over exaggeration either!

I went to the dealership to purchase my tires told that these where great tires very little road noise. I had the tires for under 30 minutes when I complained about the noise didn’t know it was the tires I have been to 15 different places complaining about noise I hear and all have said it my tires. The dealership says just because you don’t like the sound of your tires doesn’t mean that we need to replace them. And no one else will either. I have a Chevy Tahoe Z71 / 4x4 and I would never buy tires like these again

After I received confirmation of rebate submission, they never got back to me. They said they will send you email about your rebate status. Never happened. You call their 855-324-0075 to check the status. A casual lady at the phone said she has no access to the database. I said I have reference number. She said she doesn't need it. Yes. That's why you can't access the records. Very sloppy. She sounds like she's talking to her BFF at her house while complaining the TV show. Not a working attitude. She doesn't give a damn about what's your problem. You are [censored]ed who cares screw you.

Dear Hankook Rate Program, if you don't want to pay any rebate, don't advertise at the dealers, don't give us false flyers. It's a fraud. Shame on you. And most importantly, don't hire your niece for customer service. She sucks! Terrible company. I wish you get out of USA.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased hyundai santro sports model in the year 17th Jan 2020.
Today i have observed that front driving seat tyre have a huge cut in middle.
It is very dangerous and risky for human life.
I request you to please arrange engineer to inspect all the five tyres including stepney.
It is very alarming situation and it may result in loss of life. Such issues are the major cause of road accident.

I request you to please look into to matter at the earliest.

This is to apprise that an Audi A4 with Hankook tyres has been sold from Audi Kolkata dealership on dated 28.08.2021 & it is barely run 800 km & LHS both tyres got bulge. (As shown in attached pics)

I summitted a rebate for the fall rebate and it was denied . I sent your 5 different pdf files to prove that my purchase was valid. And this is my 4th set of Hankook tires I will not purchase another set of tires from you unless you resolve this issue. This is wrong in may ways the rebate supervisor does not answer my emails it seems like poor management on the rebate team. And to basically call me a liar about my tire purchase is wrong.

I bought a new Elite i20 Asta(O) car from Garve Hyundai, Pune in May 2019 and they have given me these Hankook tyres on all the wheels. Two of the tyres suddenly got burst while driving on the highway at the speed of 80 kmph. These tyres are of poor quality which I have received with new Car. I need a full replacement for these tyres. I have asked the dealer from where I bought the car but they are saying that there is no any warranty on car tyres then why Hankook advertise the false warranty ads. Please look into this issue because lives are in danger because of tyre burst issue. I can see a lot of complaints regarding the same but no-one has got the proper response.
I need the full replacement for my 2 car tyres and they should replace the existing 2 poor quality tyres with good quality one.

Went to International Tire, sarnia Ontario Canada to have my tires rotated. The tech. told me not to bother because all the tires were lumpy/cupped and to consider replacing them. He said that the tires were only about one third tread worn. I don't have a receipt because I just bought the truck a couple of months ago and can't get hold of the past owner.

i bought recently new car with Hankook Tyre and one of the tyre got bursted. I request Hankook to replace the tyre as it was on the normal road where it bursted. It just completed 14000 KM. This is very costly tyre and its surprise it bursted so early. My goodwill of the brand is now in concern. It might be any manufacture defect hence got cut so early. i raise a humble request to Hankook company to replace the tyre with new one so that i will be happy with your service.

Good Morning, I have a customers' vehicle which has 2 year old Hankook 235/45/18 94V covered only 11, 845 miles that are showing cracks within the tread of the tyre's but the tyre tread depths are still 6mm. She is not happy with the quality of these as she expects a tyre of 4/5 years to maybe start showing signs of cracking as well if not regularly used or if the tyre is low and tread and due for replacement shortly. I bought hyundai i20 in dec2018 and which is having hankook tyres with it but after running 3000km the two tyres got burst on the highway by hitting a small hole in road.
Even after spending lot of money the lifes of customers are in danger. I want my all hankook tyres to be replaced and also refund me the cost I spent on new tyres.
