free sample wrinkle creams
I ordered a supposed FREE sample cream and agreed to pay the 4.95 shipping fee only, but instead have been sent two shipments of product charged automatically to my credit card in the amount of 672.70 CDN. How is this legal? We are a couple of senior citizens on fixed income and simply cannot afford this. I never would have ordered the product if I would have known what their costs and terms were. Never again!
donot have authorisation of my account to take money if not contacted and money returned I will be taking this much further
I accepted a free trial offer online and paid 5.99 dollars for two samples in febuary2017. Now ongoing payments have been taken out of my account since then this company has deducted over $700 Dollars from my account without authorisation. If this money is not returned into my account I will be taking legal action to recover my money. This has happened to many people and it is totally wrong so unless this money is retuned and all of this is rectified I will be namining and shaming on all websites and social media and contacting legal support.
wrinkle reduced cream and oil of argan
The add specified that the cream and oil were free, you just had to pay for transport. I received a charge on my Visa for $19.48Cdn as the charges were in US dollars which was not mentioned in the add. It was shipped from Mississauga, Ontario, so I don't really understand why I had to pay for the exchange. I go away on vacation and when I come back, I have another package of cream and oil in the mail. I called Visa and they said that I had a charge for $527.98 Cdn from Idrotherapy. I immediately cancelled my card. I never approved this second shipment but apparently, the man at Visa told me, it was written in very small characters that if I did not return the cream and oil within 14 days, I was approving further shipments. He said that I was not the only one who got taken. I paid the bill and cancelled the card. TOTAL SCAM! I threw the cream away, I would be afraid to use it, too many chemicals!
unauthorized credit card charges
I received the free trial of Wrinkle Cream, for which I was to be charged delivery charges.

I did not authorise this transaction.

Sandra Moosman here. I contacted my Bank about four unauthorised withdrawals from my credit card and, as I understand it, since I did not advise before the trial period ended (because I was waiting for the goods to arrive) my credit card was charged on 4 and 6 February for the full price of unreceived goods and then two withdrawals on 21 and 22 February for presumably to be delivered goods which means that even before my trial goods arrived (which is obviously after the trial period ended) there had been four withdrawals from my account.
Since I put the complaint in (on Friday) I have received one parcel (received on 2 March 2020). I have not opened it and can return it. There are two items in the packet. The parcel was dispatched on 24/2/2020.
Be warned anyone looking here. Please be warned. My bank has contacted the merchant to cancel the subscription, I formally state here and now that I cancel the subscription. A valuable, if costly, lesson to learn.

the trial product of argan oil
This company is so deceitful!
It doesn't mention its in us dollar for one so when you pay for postage its twice as much as expected then they add on another product that you know nothing about and pay postage all over again let alone international transaction fees and then they start taking $130 dollar increments out of your credit card with more int trans fees!
I sent the products back wiht out even opening and trying because I felt they were trouble form the beginning because of their lack of transparency! Do not try this product
I demanded they give me my money back and they didn't even give me the full amount back... They're theives

unauthorised credit card charges
I wanted a set of "false teeth" as a gag and was ready to pay the $4.95 postage. When I got to checkout I found I had to purchase a tub of skin idrotherapy. $9.91 head office. 39 Main street Balluta Bay, St Julians STJ1017 Malta, a bottle of e-Argan-Oil.$10.62 Head Office Az Argan Ventures Ltd 34 Ardleigh court, Hutton road, Shenfield Brentwood CM15 8LZ United Kingdom. And a bottle of skincare from organic-argan.com $22.67 I cannot find a head office address, just the email address as above.
I dont want to lose anymore money to them and would appreciate what I have lost returned if possible
I’m having problem with Idrotherapy also, got the sample but was charged for oil of Aragon which wasn’t mentioned in article but I never received, charged €8.54 for cream and €9 for the oil. It was all advertised under a prominent local tv celebrity, she was leaving tv for summer to concentrate on this business, normally I’m level headed and wouldn’t even think about signing for these things but with her endorsement ( which in fact was false and obviously fraudulent) I thought it was above board. There phone numbers are definitely bogus.. no getting through. I eventually got through re “chatline “ on their site. They tell me I have to post back sample at my own expense and also add €9.99 for admin. I’ve seen on other pages people did this only to be still scammed as the company say they never got the return .
I’ve just cancelled my Visa card and will go to bank and put block on them getting near my accounts. How are these gangsters getting away with this. ( I suppose IDIOTS like myself not reading obviously tiny terms and conditions helps them get away with it) a lesson learned 👍
Que paso cimenta...
automatic ordering
friday april 6
I called in to cancel my subscription for idrotherapy and essence of argan oil, I was informed that I had ordered another essence of argan on friday april 6...i don't want any of it, now i have to wait another week for another essence of argan that i did not order, so that i can return all 3. I will be going to the bank and cancelling my visa so they cannot bill me for any of these, trying to get them to cancel my subscription was hell, didn't want to take no for an answer.
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Their phishing technique is very misleading requiring a warning to the public. The initial hook they used was using a well-trusted Australian celebrity who endorses these free products and that she personally is giving them away for free. They used Lisa Wilkinson's name, face and personality profile to do this. They indicated all you do is click here for a free product that she herself " Lisa Wilkinson " is giving away this so there is an automatic understanding that this is directly related to her as a person who is giving away the product for free and there is a limited supply only. They also include Cate Blanchett's review saying how great the product is as well and it takes 10 years off the chronological age. They then ask to fill in details, name etc. That takes you to next page of putting in the email plus postal address. They then say that there is a $4.95 fee for postage and handling to cover the initial cost of the free product with a Malta address. I reluctantly place in my credit card details to cover the $4.95 cost only. That then took me to a next page that indicated what was in the product itself which read the ingredient used is more potent than a Retin A formula. My understanding of this ingredient ( Australian standards)
has indicated possible risk/link of Retin A long term ?associated to cause birth defects and high sensitivity for individuals to sunlight. At this point, I do not wish to continue in getting this product but there is no choice in backing out details now. There was also additional information written in small print about that they will take out $99 per month if you do not return your product if your unhappy as well as if you are happy, they will keep sending the product and deduct $99. They didn't say which currency value they will deduct so they may charge me Euros or whatever. Total rip off ! I did not confirm the order in any way ! Once my details were in, there was an email sent headed " Dear Valued Customer, It gave a list of international toll numbers and terms and conditions which I did not initially consent to. The Australian contact number is very misleading and I made adjustments as I was calling them within Australia network. A female answered the phone and said her name was Christine and how can she help me? I explained that I did not confirm the final sale of products to be delivered, and authorized for my details to be deleted and not to proceed with any products. The customer lady said it was too late because it may have been taken care of by shipping even though I did this less than 5-10 minute time frame. Negative experience with customer liaisons here decided the only option is to cancel the entire credit card. This customer liaison person was not able to delete my details, did not take on board or accept that I did not wish to receive the " so-called free products " which was endorsed by a much loved Australian celebrity ? I am upset if they have used Lisa Wilkinson's celebrity profile to sell some sort of bogus product that she is totally unaware of. This is very misleading to the public and needs to be addressed promptly. I have read the other reviews ( complaints ) and this has been my negative experience. The sad thing here is that this scam is so misleading and aimed at all persons no matter how educated they are. The public need to be protected from this type of scam. Simply advertise in another way either purely from their own website and not use other means that is so misleading it is FRAUD ! I believe this should be a legal matter, its that bad !

scam
I was charged 600 dollars last Friday without any notification. Thank god I check my bank account every day and I noticed it.
I used Idrotherapy just once and paid 300 dollars, so maybe their system was down and they charged me more. But they don't admit it. They keep saying that there was no mistake.
Is it not ridiculous? Why would they act like scammers?
I opened a dispute with my bank and we're trying to get the money back. Don't know how it will be finished... I hope we'll succeed.
Idrotherapy / Idro Labs - shady company
Please, be very very careful. Read the reviews before buying from them. It may cost you a lot. Just like many other people I made the same mistake and bought their cream without paying attention to a small print that's barely seen. You can blame people for being so inattentive, but there's also the company that does it on purpose. So I bought the cream and...

unauthorised credit card charges
To our surprise we were charged AUD $281.44 for two product which were meant to be for AUD$5.00 each, as advertised on the promotion. I would like to return this product as we would never pay for two little jar of cream and oil at this exorbitant price.
I hope to receive a refund as we haven't even used the product, and we will return it unused.
Is this a scam to catch people in a trial promotion, which obviously we got caught in it. I will refer this to our local consumer affairs in Australia to assist us.

stole money from my card
I have ordered a product from Idrotherapy and got an extra charge!
They took over $200 from my card without my permission and authorization and I have absolutely no idea how they did that. Anyway, now I have to think of a way how to get a full refund. I need to contact them as soon as possible, but unfortunately they do not reply. I really need help, I'm sure I'll never get the product and that they'll do everything just to keep my money. Stay away, this Idrotherapy is a real scam!
this website is a true scam!
Bought about $300 worth product from Idrotherapy website and decided to cancel my order. After I placed my order I decided to read the reviews and I was shocked when I saw all the negative feedback about these guys! I immediately went to their website and contacted customer service. They agreed to cancel my order and promised I'll get my money back within several days but that never happened! They still have my money and they do not reply to my messages! This website is a true scam, do not order from them!
