I don't know if these guys are genuine or fake, but their service sucks. I paid INR 7899 on Oct 5 2020 for a trademark application hearing (trademark application number 4562985), but never got the service that I paid for. I have followed up innumerable times but have either received no response or the customary "Let us check and get back to you". Check out this link to see my conversation with their so called lawyer :

When I decided to engage their services in October, a guy named Hayaz bombarded me with calls to make the payment. After payment was completed, there was just silence, no action. I have now asked them to issue a refund.
UPDATE: These guys are now demanding that I remove online reviews otherwise they will not issue a refund. How shameful!
UPDATE: One of their executives had the temerity to call me and threaten me with legal action if I didn't withdraw this review. Can bullying get any worse? These people slept over the job, didn't answer my messages & emails. It has been more than three months since I have paid; despite that I haven't received an update on status or any action towards a hearing. When I demanded a refund, they made excuses. And now they have threatened me with legal action. Sorry, I am not giving in to your bullying. My advise to anyone reading this is this: 1. Please go through genuine reviews before you make a decision. 2. Please think again about spending your hard earned money. Please speak to these people to see if they will offer your money back in case they don't get the job done.

Fees for Annual Package for IT & auditor appointment was paid to Indiafilings in September 2020. Due to poor co-ordination of their team members, I requested a refund.
Refund was supposed to reach me in 20days, whereas it's already 40days.
No email/sms confirmation has been sent & I am chasing them still they give false promises each day & no action is taken.
I am waiting for this refund to file IT return for our company from another CA as we are a startup.
If my IT Returns are not filed in time towards Government of India due to lack of funds, it will be the responsibility of Indiafilings.

I have done the mistake of trusting them with my trade mark registration. Even though after name search they told me the name I want to register is available, later it got objected. The representative who was assigned, gave me only half information about the next process. They again took 3000 for filing replay and the representative told me nothing else to do this is the last process. Now again they came up with something else like court fee of 8000/- They never tell you the complete scenario. All they try to do is step by step take money out of your pocket and still you won't be sure that you get what you want. I spend almost Rs 10, 000/- and final result, got nothing and wasted my time and money. So with my experience I suggest try some one local instead of these people.

I applied for trademark registration & their executive kokila gave me false information stating that it the process will complete today itself, but she took 3 days to reply regarding the same. After taking the complete amount of 13, 000 she started giving the additional information like it will take 6 months to register, which she should have informed me in beginning, after 3 months she called again stating that I have to pay 20, 000 more for court case, n if I dont pay I may get lawsuit that could go in lakhs of rupees, she blackmailed me to pay the money & constantly threatening to pay the her. I didiscussed with some of the senior manager he said that they can't refund the money.

I had purchased Ledgers accounting software premium license from Indiafilings on 24th July by paying Rs 988/- The sales guy had promised to give me GST invoice, ICICI current account with zero minimum balance but the person stopped answering to my chats and calls from the day I made the payment. After almost 1 week I had send a mail to the company to activate my software account but it was also not answered. After 2 - 3 days I got a call from the Ledgers software support team and they activated my account. The support team was assisting me to set up the account for the first few weeks, still the ICICI account opening formalities were not done even after multiple follow ups.
After using the platform for few weeks I identified few issues and reported to the team for resolving the same and to my surprise the support team also stopped responding to my chats and calls after this. They had not met any of the promises made while selling the product and even the product was not useful. Considering this facts I had written a review in the Google play store and after which I got a call from someone form the company addressed himself as senior manager. Even though I explained all my issues to him, he disconnected the call in between and they had changed my subscription to free and restricted access to many pages in the software.
Now I am not able to use the software even after paying them. These are a group of frauds and I no longer wants to associate with unprofessional team like this and demand for my money back

What indiafilings care about is just money. So this is how they start. First you need to register on on their web portal. Then a customer rep will contact you explaining packages. So they dont really care what is your business or what you are looking for, what they do is just send you payment links.

Here is what happened with me. I contacted indifilings online their customer rep mr. Mukesh sent me a whatsapp msg to explain the packages. I then tried to explain him the business model but he seemed least interested. Anyways after a lot of discussion he recommended a package and said this will cover everything related to my business. I paid for it. Then it took almost a month to just get everything ready.

They don't even reply back when you try to contact.

Then it was time for gst filling. I got an email from their advisor and I replied to file nil return as the company had just started and there were no sales.

The rep never replied back. I had to ask 3 times the status of it then someone replied giving excuse that they had no staff. Some staff were having vacations and other were apparently sick.

Basically what they meant is that there is no proper organization withing the company. They don't have a common sense to hire staff in case other staff is having a vacation.

Next I had problem with claiming gst for which I needed some information. So I tried contacting the rep. I got a reply after 1 week. He asked me for purchase bills I replied instantly. After that the rep went into hibernation. No reply for 3 days.

Again after continued messages he replied and asked about the business. This guy had no idea about the business so I had to explain him everything and in the end he asks if I have lut.

I said I don't have it "wasn't that supposed to be covered in the package?"

And as expected they sent me a link to pay additional for it.

In short

The service is damn slow.

Either the rep dont have any idea what is and what is not required for a business to run smoothly.

Their packages and offers are not clear and they will ask you to pay extra every now and then.

Initially I explained everything to them regarding my business model and to each new person I had to explain everything from scratch. They have a different person every-time to deal with their customers there is no dedicated ca towards a business everything is unorganized and haphazard.

I wanted to get gst refund accumulated in the gst ledger as credit. The last person who contacted me now says that the gst for the previous months have not been filed properly so refund is not possible now.

These people don't know what they are doing I will also be lodging a complaint in the consumer court for their mishandling. The only thing they want is getting money from you thats it no proper services provided.

Avoid indiafilings like you would avoid coronavirus. They cheat you of all your money and leave you on the streets.

I asked for a service from them paying all the money in advance, in April 2019. But till date, whenever i ask them about it, they say, it is being done, or the respective person has gone on leave. the lady Priyanka who is handling my case will say all the time that it is being done. But suddenly they ask me to pay additional 30, 000 rupees. All cheats.
No service provider will ask you money before doing a service. But they get all the money from you and then don't do the work. Ask me for more info. I am filing a criminal case against them with the police. They have cheated me of more than one lakh rupees so far, and asking for more.
Indiafilings is number one cheat in online companies. Number One FRAUD. Please please avoid it. I am in tears while i write this.

DO NOT USE THEM for any services. have messed up my Trademark registration and now I am in a mess. Do not want anyone else to go through what I have gone through.

My Trademark was objected and then was badly handled which caused it to be denied. Once denied, I could have appealed for it, however these indiafiling guys said nothing can be done and closed the case as they had already received their money. I was never told I could appeal again within 30 days. Now the time has passed and I have to start the process again from scratch and paying these incompetent losers so much money. This is just cheating.

As per Invoice [protected] dated 10-10-2019 by Verve Financial Services customer was promised assistance for Basic Registration for FSSAI.Now after 1 month they are non responsive to customer calls..Request for refund is also not acknowledged by responsible entities..Calls are intentionally being disconnected by India Filings.Need refund at earliest

Very poor quality of work, no professionalism, poor management.

1. Delay in filing gst and made me pay money. PFA
2. Annual return filing at the last moment on last day. PFA
3. DIN KYC still pending from more than one month. PFA

Spoke to sr. escalation manager Ashwaq on 9th november 2019 regarding all matters but no proper resolution is given. He said there is alot of other work in which india filings team must be busy in. Obviously he tried to defend his team even in the dead situation. But he couldn't resolve my concerns.

Given for logo registration.Paid Rs.5800 as they agreed. Only logo reg of already reg wordmark. So its 1/2 hr work, copy/paste-submit with DSC.
I am business consultant and have lawyer in home so I know all these process very well.
They cant find stamp paper - I gave mine with sign.
Taken 1 week to file. Huh ! That's not only fun.
Now filed TM-A form with mistake, (not that which I confirmed in whatsapp and email.)
Then disappeared from phone/portal/whatsapp. Hundreds of time I tried chat in portal for help, after listening they disappear.
It takes Rs. 200 govt. fees with DSC to alter the filed form but as they taken power of attorney(and of course Money) they should do.

The 2 directors ( ...Charles) never pay any look for these disgusting, unprofessional but rude chennai employees.

I have purchased Company annual compliance plan for the private limited company before 6 month, and there is no proper answer and no proper accounting, not supportive staff have not got a chance to talk to CA or Expert person.

for the my company there is 300 transaction to manage still awaiting from long time.

There are so many wrong entries are made while posting the entry.

I register the the company by indiafilling but because of some reason i need to windup the company after 1.5 years, so i had communication with Ram rajulu and shahsnk shukla, but some how shahank shukla left the job, and ram rajulu is overall responsible my work.
From last four month i didn't received any update regarding below work

1) Winding up the company
2) Director removal process
3) DIN surrender process

I understand it may take time but at least receive my call to update me, from last 3 to 4 days he is not attending my call because of that now onwards i don't have trust on you people.

we paid all money then also you people not updating us as well as never share what is the status of every work ?

so is this the professional way to handle the customer, if you think this is right way then tell us we will proceed through govt laws in consumer court.

as well as your different dept executive called us for more money of other work n they create the fear like if you don't do this you will face the govt n all issues
so i want to tell you if we are doing the business then we are not foolish person
we know the laws and everything.

Fraudsters, Cheaters, Unprofessional Staff & Threatens the clients - STAY AWAY

These are the "Perfect" Professional Fraudsters, a company filled with variety of idiots, liars, professional thieves & threatening people. They only know only 2-3 of there services and nothing more than that. It was my biggest mistake to engage with their services and have been facing the consequences of my mistake even after 1 year.

They will make all sort of false promises, threaten you and do whatever possible and never give you your refund. Will talk about the company & refund policy but will never provide you with it. Better stay away from them & save your time.

Highlights
1. Asks you to remove reviews if you want your matter to be solved. Will make false promise & the condition will be same again. 2
2. They will try their best to give threats
3. Will slap "policy" on you face but will never explain or show it. Will keep on hiding behind it.
4. Will go to any extent to extract additional money out of pocket.
5. Will give information about existing clients to other random clients to justify their wrong doings & wrong registration process.
6. The whole process will be no less than torture & mental harassment. You and your business will suffer huge monetary losses.

I am trying reaching out to more than three people and nobody is responding. I have all the screenshots and WhatsApp messages which I will use if I will not get my money back. I tried now I give up. Please Refund my money within 24 hours.

It is one of the worst company in India. Employees who work here will take your money and do nothing. This is scam. There are so many other companies, visit that. Stay away with this fake company.

I was contacted by Lijin on 30th March from Indiafilings about IT/ROC and DIY Ekyc filing for my company and I paid 30K for the same. Since my DSC was inactive it was not filled, I asked for refund on the same day itself.

Venkataraman from refund team assured the refund as it is in the company policy. He also told me refund will be processed in 30-35 days. I have waited 2 months, during that time have called them multiple times but never able to connect to Venkataraman. Customer care team also dropped calls without transferring to Venkataraman.

Even after 80 days I'm still stuck with refund and not sure whom to contact. Very unprofessional company with bad attitude people. They just want to rob money from clients. I have all the call records and chat from Indiafilings.

I took a package for proprietorship and took away my money in advance. Now they are denying to honor the package. Rajesh Kumar sold me by telling me a lie. Escalated to Syed Zahur manager as per him. He also is lost and have not given me a resolution. When I spoke to him he said 10 minutes main resolution ho jayega and its been 48 hours now. No sign of resolution. Dont ever use idiafilings service. Absolutely fraud. Mera bhot nuksan karadiya :(

Almost 45 days has been passed they took my all documents to register one person company but nothing has been done from there end, and they took 9500 rupees from me and now I am contacting to them they are not replying in good way they file wrong information due to this my application has rejected from MCA they don't know how to file for a company registration now they are asking for more money to file again. Never go with indiafiling services please please support me

Everyone.. Ashfiq Ahmed, the so called enterprise is threatening me to block my account..

They said they will not give me any further update regarding my trademark just because I wanted a compensation from them due to a bad logo design which costed me around 4000 ..They didn't even give me proper description of tradeclass after repeatedly telling my business activity before filing ..They have cheated my hard earned rs20000 and now threatening me...

As i wrote a review previously about my bad experience with india fillings i was forced by mr vyankat to remove the review. I said i will remove the review after my work is done and he says how can i trust you, , as if like he is paying me and i am doing his work. his words were " I will make sure your no work is done and i will take you to the Chennai court" .. I am really waiting for the court summons, , coz i have recording for this call also. Let him bring hios recordings and i will bring mine.
