Unable to cancel $14.95 per month recurring fee. Attempted to login at website; my user info "is not found"; there is no telephone number listed to cancel.

After quite a bit of digging online, I discovered a phone number to stop the recurring monthly charges, however they refused to refund my $14.95. The phone number is [protected]. The representative was EXTREMELY difficult to understand and attempted to give me with my cancellation a "3-month free membership" which I DENIED. I was told that I would not be charged the monthly fee again. I believe they should refund my $14.95, which I did not authorize (it was a "free" trial), but they stated that I had only 7 days in which to do so after requesting the credit report, however I had no information by which to contact them. I'm frustrated but still glad to have gotten the recurring fee cancelled.

Experian InfoExD.com! Please tell me if someone else was scammed by this so-called company! We need to cooperate and close this company! All staff should go to prison! They have stolen my personal info somewhere and used in in order to steal my money! Thieves!

I requested my annual FREE credit report and Experion surreptitiously began charging my credit card for membership. All attempts at cancelling this membership have failed. Phone number for Customer Service no longer in operation.

I am requesting that my name be removed with the information I have submitted. I do not want services charged to my chase charge account anymore at this time. Please remove my name and any information for continuation of getting a credit report payment. I am not wanting to continue your services anymore at this time.

I called this company and the customer rep who answered the phone was very ignorant she placed me on hold for 10 minutes thinking I was going to hang up but I was prepared to hold for an hour if necessary. After I finally got a supervisor on the phn she was very curteous and she refunded the months that they had taken out . I won't ever sign up for anything else pertaining to credit ever again online and also the phone companies will do you the same way if anybody has ATT you better check your monthly bill every month because other companies will tag your bill and charge you up to $38.00 per month and you not know it. If that happens just call your phn company they will give you another number to call so you can get your money back it maybe at least 3 different companies doing it so beware.

This whole company is a scam. I called the number from this website and the person I spoke with refused to refund the money they were charging me. I threathend to hire an attorney and I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor refused to talk to me but he told the representative to refund the most recent charge. Luckily im in the military and USAA is refunding the other charges and dissputing everything with the company. They are also putting the company on there watch list for all USAA Members. I hope the BBB shuts them down.

Thanks to Peppermintdream for a wonderful phone number to be able, finally be able to stop these payments. Thanks also to Scamfreelife and his input also. Hopefully, There will be no more money taken out of my account. This has been going on for about seven months and I do wish that they would reimburse me, but I am so please to be able to stop them from taking any more money from me. Sarahanurse

I found the same charge when I opened my online banking account this morning. I called the number, spoke to a Robert and, point blank, told him I never authorized this monthly charge and expected it to be removed immediately. I said I never agreed to such and demanded the removal of the charge as well as the membership. He tried to tell me the membership information is on their website and I should have canceled my membership by day nine. Again, I reiterated that I never agreed to such and that the charge and "membership" be removed immediately. He said it would be removed...remains to be seen. I'll be headed to the Better Business Bureau with my complaint. PeppermintDream thanks so much for posting this important information!
