Ironside Capital Security deposit

I moved out of Flats on Handley Apartments, formerly Regency Oaks Apartments on October 3, 2022 and have been requesting my security deposit. I am currently being ignored and my latest lease agreement clearly has the deposit I tendered on it along with the office manager's initial and my initials as well as both our signatures on it and I am currently being ignored.

No one will answer my calls or respond to my emails.

Would someone please give me a call and so this matter can taken care of immediately. I can be reached at [protected]. I tried sending an attachment of the lease but it's saying the copy is too large.

Ironside Capital confusing

It's a pity to realize that so many investment companies prefer to hide all important information. For no reason.
There's actually one official reason: it's a scam.
But some companies may not be a scam, however, their strange behavior makes people think in a different way.
Some companies hide information because they are not active anymore. In this case, why not tell everyone about it? No, they just leave their contact details and hope for a miracle.
Is Ironside Capital active? I can't tell you.
Are they legit? I don't know.
Are they scammers? Well, if they hid all the information and didn't substantiate it, then it has to be considered scammers. I am sorry.
