Jack In The Box service/management

I was visiting the Jack in the box store address 9424 I. Houston tx. I ordered food and asked a lady wearing grey attire if she had a key to the restroom. She had just stated the restroom was out of order. So her daughter and son-in-law walked in and she gave him the key to the restroom. So I stated to her that he said it was an emergency. So I told her that im a paying customer and I shouldn't have to articulate that it is an emergency. She then started to become hostile and belligerent. Then she stated that her district or regional manager didn't want them to let ppl use the restroom bc they be inside taking showers and doing drugs. I stated well I don't do those things. I then asked for a refund of my money and felt skeptical as far as it being returned to my card. Then her and my sister became involved in a shouting match threatening each other. My wife escorted her out of the store. And I proceeded to move forward with my refund and the way I was being dealt with continued to deteriorate. I will ask that you please review the store cameras and make sure I receive my refund and speak with someone professionally. All the while my 14yr old son is witnessing this blatant disrespect. When the whole 14hr drive from GA. I'm bragging about Jack in the box food

Jack In The Box homestyle chicken ranch club

Hello, i'd like to report a problem I had with my homestyle ranch chicken sandwich. The chicken breast wasn't cooked properly, there wasn't only a brown crust on half of the breast. It also tasted a bit gummy. Honestly, it almost made me throw up. I just thought it was necessary to report this. Although every other time I had the sandwich it was pretty good. Thanks for reading!

Jack In The Box missing items and quality of tacos

I had 7 hungry teenagers after a game yesterday so quick and easy I ran to jack in the box and ordered two separate orders one for the kids and one for my wife and I. Five of the boys wanted Jumbo's w cheese fries and drinks and I ordered 4 monster tacos and 4 reg tacos. When I got home the boys siad there were 2 Jumbo's missing which I verified counting the wraps and then realized we there was no receipt and our tacos (reg) were so old tasting we threw them away. I did call the restaraunts but they said they couldn't help me w out a receipt I even explained I wasn't given one. To make things worse I ended up having to go to Whataburger for the other two boys missing theirs because I couldn't bring myself to spend more at Jack's when I already did. Please fix as I love Jack's but am gun-shy now to go back. Thank you

Jack In The Box rude and haughty. offending. servant of the manager of turn olivia...

The service was lousy I ordered a fish sandwich which was cold dry and hard.. Upon arriving home I spoke to the store and I was reciprocated with offense and disrespect and haughty rude manager named olivia which I hung up the phone twice and I did not get my sandwich back and I did not have the attention nor a good treatment as a customer. The manager olivia super rude and unethical to treat a client and told me to be that he did not care what he said to the head of the morning shift that kind of people do not deserve to have a charge since they are people who do not know how to attend nor give a good service to the client... I hope they take the matter as it is delicate that they lack a respect to a client... El servicio fue pésimo ordene un sándwich de pescado el cual estaba frío, seco y duro... Llegué a la casa y tengo una correspondencia con mi cuenta y falta de respeto y grosero altanero de la gerente de nombre olivia el cual me colgo el teléfono dos veces y no me repuso mi sándwich y no tuve la oportunidad ni un buen trato como cliente. La gerente, olivia, super grosera y sin ética, para tratar a un cliente, y me dijo que no le importaba. Ni dar un buen servicio al cliente... Espero tomen la carta el asunto ya que es un delicado que le falte al respeto a un cliente...

Jack In The Box uncomplicated and professional order

At the time of 2:01 am Sunday morning on Feb. 2nd 2019 my friend and I had ordered 2 double Jack burgers and a side of onion rings and we paid for our order and while waiting I noticed that the woman that had taken our order was really slow and seemed very tired and also had her hair down and no hairnet nor did she wear any gloves as she handed us the bag of food we ordered there was not any courtesy of any thank you or is there anything else I can help you with,.. It was walking away. We waited to open and eat our food until we got home, just only 2 -3 blocks away and as the pics show it is not what we expected, no lettuce, tomato or onion and one burger had no cheese and the onion rings were so over cooked they was hard as ever and couldn't eat them.. This is the worst service from Jack n the box I've encountered, I would lime for this to be fixed and taken care of, plz and thank you

Jack In The Box customer service

Store manager Rosey.. holding employee checks, holds check because she feels employees should be punishment that way..

I contacted the area manager, but I would like to make sure this never happens, not only to my son, but to all employees.

Would like to speak to someone, someone needs to stop her from threatening this young kids. After she released the checks, due to her district manager speaking to her, she has the nerve to tell my son, he will only be there for two more weeks, because she is going to fire him. She needs to be addressed and not treat people wrong. I don't understand if she can't set the example to getting to work on time and getting of her phone. Than she is not worthy of being a manager.

Jack In The Box jack in the box

I was eating at your 4715 university Ave locatation I had the curly Fry's and and cheddar cheese and I just so happens to be displaced at the moment, I'm not ashamed of it as your staff seems to be . As I was eating and putting together a puzzle I was informed that I was not allowed to enjoy my meal and put together my puzzle in your establishment of confortable dinning .and even tho my belonging we're stowed out of the way of everyone I wasn't allowed to bring them in to your eating establishment. Even thoe it's all I own in the world and is a small rolling suite case . Any way your manager belted out so all the the place could know I was being repermanded . Quite the show . I don't know if she is poorly schooled or is just a mean person but her behavior was not suited for your image . Also lacking in social sencetivety or awareness that e.b.t and the homeless comprise althoe small percentage of your costumer base . The are costumers never the less .
Also I have in the last week observed your employees locking the bathrooms and turning people away telling them they were out of order and laughing about it as a group afterward . As they did know I could here or they thought I would also be amused . They were wrong . I did not think that social predgudose still lurked in a staff that is not far removed from being a part of it if they went to some placea in sandiego themselves so I'm baffled and apauled and thoe my situation is one of out of my hands I am homeless for the moment but not ashamed in that I am fortunate that I have a trade and that I'm just temporarily displaced and in any given day I will return to my trade any given day I would return to work and my salary alone doubles that have three of your employees but I did not hold that to them. Nor will I be returning the Jack-in-the-Box I will not eat in an establishment that condones social prejudice and furthermore I will inform everybody of my circumstances and what happened including the local news as I was made to be embarrassed for what for having my belongings and putting together a puzzle why I enjoyed my meal

Jack In The Box very bad service

My husband and myself went to this store around 7:20 PM last night to order food for my family of four. We ordered BLT CB Combo, Chz Bac Curly Fry and #12 combo intially. When we learnt there was no substitute of the fountain drink for #12 combo, we changed to the Hmst Rnch Chk sandwich and Med Curly Fry instead. After we made the payment, we realized that the young male Mexican cashier made mistake of charging us for an extra small french fry. We then pointed it out to him but he kept arguing with us. Finally, he agreed to refund us for the over charge but refused to refund us for the associated sales tax. After much argument, another cahier names Francisco Tolosa helped us with the rest. We took our order and left in our car. When we got on highway, we found the fountain drink and french fry were missing for our BLT CB Combo. It was quite a frustrated experience! We definitely gave this store a -* rating!

Jack In The Box doors locked at 9:25

Pulled up to this Jack in the Box to order inside rather the drive thru and the door was locked. It was only 9:25pm and it says lobby closes at 10pm. There was it looked like an employee on break eating inside and only one person behind the counter servicing the drive thru. We knocked and no one answered the door. We come to this Jack in the Box a lot and there has been a few mistakes but resolved by a phone call. Am very upset about this incident.

Jack In The Box service

The Jack In the Box located on 900 Oakdale Road in Modesto, CA has the rudest employees I have ever seen. My wife and I walked into the restaurant at a little after 1:00 p.m on Wednesday Jan 30. We were the only two inside at this time. The girls behind the counter gave us a look but kept doing what they were doing which was in my opinion, not much. The girl working the drive through walked over towards us and turned and walked back the way she came. I said, excuse me, may we get some help? She looked at me as if I was speaking another language she had never heard before, ignoring me while looking straight at me. She said nothing. Another employee was walking around looking at the orders on the board by the drive through, then walked back behind partition and looked right at me. I would suggest these people working at the Box go through customer service and learn the definition of being courteous to those who help pay their wages.

Jack In The Box unethical behavior

On Wed, January 9, 2019 my co-worker placed order # [protected] at the Jack in the Box in La Porte, TX. I (Terrie Hedberg), went to go pick up her order, but when I arrived at the establishment, the order was not on the screen. Larry Smith (the manager), then proceeded to berate me explicitly saying that I "...did something wrong", and "no one else has had a problem with the app". My co-worker then sent me a screen shot of the order with the date, time, order number, and total clearly stated on the picture. I proceeded to show Larry the picture, when he said "I do not care about that!" He then begrudgingly gave me the order and took the information needed for him to "check out the issue". I then took her order and returned back to my office. Once I returned I recounted the conversation and issues I had and she sympathized. About 30 minutes later, she received a survey in her e-mail about her experience with the mobile app. She then expressed her honest opinion about the situation and left it at that thinking that by doing so, improvements would have been made. Fast forward to today (1/29/2019), we both put in orders via the mobile app and I proceeded to go up to the store and obtain our food. As soon as I arrived at the register, the manager (Larry), proceeded to berate me telling me that it was "not cool that I submitted a complaint", and that I "...did not have the right to complain...". I did not submit the complaint and I was rather taken aback that he would assume it was me. I then told him that it was not me. He then made the comment "...after I gave you your food for free". Again he was wrong. I saw the money for the previous transaction on her bank statement showing that it was indeed paid for. There are 3 things that upset me with his behavior. The first was that he never took ownership of the problem and blamed me (a paying customer) for the issue. Secondly, he then continued to tell me that I had "...no right..." to do something. I had every right to complain about the situation, but I did not. The last thing was that he told me that I can "...take my business somewhere else, if I have that much of a problem here." Yes I am fully aware that my money nor time is appreciated at his establishment, but to tell me that I am not welcomed, for something that was not my fault, was uncalled for. I request that serious disciplinary actions are taken upon this horrible example of a manager. If someone else answering honestly on a survey, that was requested to complete, obtains me this kind of blatant disrespect, I will not be dining at that establishment ever again.

Jack In The Box my food was wrong order

Omg.. I did this 3 times and unsure if you got this complaint. I went to order to combos special order and recieved not only wrong order but additional otems as if they new something was not right but I would be ok with it... If I would had taken the time prior to leaving drive try... I would mot bee trying to reach you.. There where homeless ppl stalking right at the drive tru window and prior to ordering pan handlers begging for change... I would like someone to contact or return my money or give me my 2 combos I tried to reach the manger by phone I work at nights at the hospital I stop from time to time at this location on the way when I gwt orders in the am never ever had problems but at night a whole different type and the staff playing around and not paying attention... Its not right to have ppl work for you and not give the correct order a waste... And no means to contact your establishment with 800 or 855 numbers that detail something else not good.. But your making it... Well mi would like some one to contact me [protected] synnic lopez...

Jack In The Box the service and food

I went to Jack in the box around 5:15pm not sure on the time because I do not have the receipt because it was not given to me. I was the only one in the drive thru and at the window when I pulled up. when she handed me the food she there you go have a good night and I was about to drive off then I realized I didn't get my large coke so I honked and then a guy came to the window and handed it to me. when I got home I started to eat my turkey cheese bacon pannido and there was no cheese. How hard is it to remember three things on a sandwich? the three cheese curly fries were hot and tasty but other than that NO THANK YOU. I couldn't do the survey either because when I got home I realized she did not give me a receipt and it was not in the bag either. I can see if they were swamped, still would not be an excuse but they weren't. I don't think I will be returning to Jack In the Box anytime soon

Jack In The Box paid $16 for no food

So my wife and I were coming home after 12 hour shift a while ago and decided to grab a couple of bacon cheeseburgers and try the bacon cheddar curly fries. We can't eat anything spicy so we special ordered 5 pares of tacos without sauce. Even informed the freindly order taker as to why not... Pulled up to a smile at the window which we enjoy so much. Drove the other 12 miles home. We sat down to (10) tacos with sauce, bacon cheddar curly fries without bacon, (0) bacon cheeseburgers and (0) napkins... I feel robbed... We just paid $16 for the only thing we can eat... Curly fries held together by a clump of cold cheese... Smh, not cool

Jack In The Box customer service and false advertisement

since I can remember you know I don't eat cheeseburgers anymore because that Jack in the box on the menu it's States cheeseburgers 129 now I think they're 159 but as soon as you place your order theycharge you a dollar extra for that cheese so it's actually like 2:59 I think we should all come together and Sue this place for all them extra dollars that they make off of us and have it advertised the price of a cheeseburger supposed to be and they are so rude if you tell them about this this is experience I've had at the Jack in The box on South Garey avenue the crossroad is Rio rancho in Pomonaand it's very dirty and you have homeless people asking you for money and you find IV syringes out there throwing everywhere totally unsafe to take your kids

Jack In The Box manager

I had visited Jack-in-the-Box earlier today in about 1:30 at Phoenix Arizona store on 40th Street and Bell I ordered a fajita pita what's a grilled chicken patty which was $2 extra I opened it in Dakar and it was gelatinous fat it was disgusting anyhow I went back in the store so they can either fix it or just give me a refund either or so she told me that she couldn't give me a refund and that they would have to make the order again so I said fine all the time I was waiting for my food I thought they were actually buying time for the GM manager to come there when she got there she barged in would an attitude and said I'm not giving you money back you can only get your food redone so I said that's fine that's what I'm waiting for my food and then she says well that's BS telling me that she is replaced my food in the past like years ago and that I always do this which is not true but I have been attending the same Jack in the Box for over 15 years anyhow she would not replace my order or give me back my existing order she threw me out call the police on me lied and said that I was threatening her and trying to hit her or whatever which is no such thing was a complete lie there is cameras to prove it I'd like to speak to somebody ASAP regarding the situation she embarrassed me I was so embarrassed I was yelling cuz she was yelling because of her attitude I mean it was a really ugly situation I feel that I should sue the company because of how she treated me with disrespect and I thought this customer was always right especially when there is gelatinous fat coming out of your sandwich it's right in front of them it's common sense I paid for a grilled chicken breast Patty not to have gelatinous fat in my sandwich or beat the pita pita I feel discriminated against she made me feel terrible and after all that she still call the police and lied on me that I did all of those bad things and I haven't again cameras don't lie and if I have to get a lawyer to get the film I will do so I expect a call back at (602)832÷8919

Jack In The Box food

At the Yosemite Blvd. location in Modesto CA I just ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit at the drive through, got home and opened it and there was NO biscuit but a CROISSANT. A soggy one at that. Tried to call their number multiple times with NO answer, after 12 rings. Also the Grilled breakfast sandwich which I ordered has been changed for the WORSE. It was on soft and not even toasted properly bread and not near as good as the original version. Really ticks you off when you work. Igbo shift and have limited time and can't even get what you ordered because someone was probably too lazy to make the biscuits and then too lazy to answer the phone also. They are on my way home from work and just lost my business.

Jack In The Box jacks munchie meal

If there where a way to upload my picture I certainly would. I ordered the jacks munchie meal and omg it was nasty!
The combo fries (curly and regular) where cold and old! The tacos where nothing like the picture. They where bland with little to no very soggy lettuce and cheese? What cheese? The burger was ok but that is giving a fair statement on the burger.
I also want to say that half the time when I go to the store location late at night the place is not open because employees don't show up.

Jack In The Box my order

The manager on December 31, 2018 @ 2:45am was rude from very moment I began my order. Rushing me after I listed each item I wanted. On top of that she ignored me when I asked her for a shake and I did not receive the correct amount of churros that I purchased. I also did not get the drink that came with my order nor did I get a receipt. She needs to do better :( I was not satisfied with my experience at your establishment.

Jack In The Box teriyaki bowl

Attention jack I was on my way to work love to eat jack do I orderd a bowlit was very over cooked tasted gross lile ot had been froze and unfroze a 100 times mush I fould not eat it no time to turn around and get it remade horrible morning. Stor #7225 employee elijah 5:52. This has happened before but it was able to be fixed im fustrated and hungry thanks to jack in the box
