Jackson Health System Unauthorized charge

Dear sir or madam, I had contacted customer service already, few months back about this issue, they promised it been resolved, but it's not, I paid my bill all the time, and when I see the doctor, or any doctor visit I paid the deductible visit, I am getting very upset about that, this is unexpected and unexceptional not far, thank you.

Jackson Health System Dr. Sandler and his office

On 9/9 my 71 year old mother was admitted to jmh due to severe stomach pain, diarreah and chills. On 9/14 she was being discharged when I contacted her to follow up, she had told me she had no discharge instruction and the doctor did not go see her (what doctor does not se their patient and guide them) after I spoke to someone he came and stated "I heard you wanted to see me" when she asked about being discharged he said "if it was up to me you would have been home already". (again no instructions).
On 9/20 my mother began to bleed out of her anus, we rushed her to south miami (due to our experience at jmh), at south miami they also informed her she was positive for covid-19 automatically they place her in the covid-19 unit. Since the 20th, my mother and I have been calling dr. Sandlers. I was able to receive two phone calls that told me nothing and another one he stated was sick and not working.
I attempted to speak to his office manager kim who had another rude employee contact me, I stated I asked for kim and she knew the situation no one has had the courtesy of calling me.

I understanding she has covid-19 and cannot go into the office however you cannot get covid-19 through the phone. It is not right and it is inhuman. This is crazy and if anything happens to my mother this is on jmh and dr. Sandlers malpractice.

Jackson Health System radiology tech at diagnostic treatment center at jackson hospital in miami

I brought my father to the DTC at Jackson les than 2 months ago to have MRI scan done. The Tech who scanned him was someone named N. She seemed very absent-minded, would forget (or ignore?) what my father would say, didn't seem to care at all about his privacy, reading stuff outloud from his chart while there were many other patients/staff around. She also didn't seem to understand much about what she needed to do on the computer to assure a good scan. My poor dad had to wait much longer than we were told he would and even restart thsy scanning over multiple times.
I understand that we are going through a tough unprecedented time with all this Covid stuff, but is it too much to ask to have a scanning tech who knows what they are doing and at least ACT like they care about the patients?
Anyways, my father's scans were useless (to quote his doctor) and we have to scan again!
Jackson Hospital - please train your staff. We the patients don't have a ton of time and money to deal with techs who mess things up and then have to waste another day to have those scans done again
Anonymous - I was not the patient so I won't add my name, and my dad is more concerned about his health to worry about bad techs. We will specifically ask for another tech on our next visit. But I hope this helps future patients.

Jackson Health System Biopsy

I'm post kidney transplant patient. I saw doctor Kupin on March 11 regarding my kidney check up and elevation of my creatine. during the visit he decided to perform a biopsy. I was happy with that. So he asked me to stop taking my daily aspirin and someone will call me to schedule the procedure.
I have not heard from anyone. I called Jacksons 3 times and my wife called also. Every time we call, the person who suppose to call me not answering her phone. Based on verbal communication with folks who answers the phone, this person name is Sherrine. not sure if that the correct spelling or not.
Today, March 19the, I elevated it to her supervisor but no one called me.

I have been off Aspirin for 10 days now. if my hemoglobin gets high, Jacksons will held responsible.

I also notified my insurance company on what's happening. I wanted to make sure its in their record.

Jackson Health System Incompetent mri tech

Her lack of care for patients caused her to completely miss the seizure that her patient was suffering while under her care in the MRI bed a few days ago. Her constant flirting with male techs/nurses takes her focus off the patients.
This all started in August 2018 when N. started inviting male techs/nurses to drive up to Jupiter (where she lived) to "hang out". I will not speculate on what she did with them over there, but she increasingly became lax on her actual job duties every time she came back. One male nurse got divorced because of her advances, so this is obviously serious.
Illicit sexual encounters aside, I am more worried about possible injuries to patients in her care while she is busy going after her next male preys.
Just watch her, and please, protect the patients.

Jackson Health System nursing station for baker acted patients

I called twice today. A black woman answered. She put me on hold for more than 15 minutes and I never got to speak with my patient. When I called a third time and after waiting over an hour to give her a chance to call me back or at least tell me my friend was asleep or couldn't come to the phone, she answered again. ‘Hi, you put me on hold' I said and she recognized my voice and hung up on me. I'm not calling again. My friend is very emotional and cuts himself.

Jackson Health System emergency room

Its unnaceptable that i have more than 2 hours waiting and waiting, they just charge you and don't give you any pill or something so you can feel better. Here's people with special children that have been waiting for more than 8 hours, they are inneficient and don't know how to solve difficult situations with the patients, this is completely unacceptable.

Jackson Health System staff

My name is Isabella Garcia, i have been waiting for more than 14 hours in emergency just to see a doctor, it is 1:40am and im still waiting for that doctor. How is it possible than i have pain for kidney stones and not even the nurse comes. Believe me, my lawyer will send you a letter because of this horrible treatment. I ask for the doctor and the respond is the same "couple mins he will be with you" couple mins its not 14h.

Jackson Health System horrible service at acc 4b department

I'm a high risk pregnant patient who was transferred from Kendall main baptist to your Jackson memorial ACC 4B department. My first impression was horrible being a pregnant office, there was piss on the floor in their restroom and I don't mean just odor, there was a puddle of piss and when I brought it up, their respond was it happens all the time. That is disgusting. I come from very far distance to get here and I always get here before my appointment time and I'm here all day waiting to be seen. I'm not the only one it's several women complaining every time I'm here. Our time is just as valuable as theirs and when you mention to them you been waiting a while they don't care. I was born with Jarcho-levin syndrome so I'm very high risk not being able to see the elders is annoying to me. I see a student and resident different every time and never get to see the elder. This office is a joke and deserves to be shut down for no organization, delays, dirtyness, rudeness, and no care for their pregnant patients who been waiting for 5 hours or more to be seen and haven't ate. I have to get a two hour traffic to come and go back home each way. So to come to deal with this mess is frustrating. I used to be a Jackson patient years ago and never had issues but this is a joke in this office.

Why I got here at 3pm and it 8:08 pm this is crazy and Ridiculous. This is a emergency room why are you always short staff. To me that’s does not make any sense. That is very sad and I am still here
