JewelryRoom.com Auction Win / Invoice 141983 / payment since june 23 ,2022

Dear Sir,

I have won several Auctions, 636605 and618311, on Jewelryroom.com.

of an total amount of : USD 777,47

The invoice Number : 141983 on date of June 23, 2022

The shipment suposed to be done since 3 weeks after the abouve date.

The total amount is:USD777,47

To date I have not received anything.

At once, on date August 10, 2022, a certain Ed contacted me, saying that they would ship the items , but untill now nothing.

On date of September 14, 2022, the same Ed, says they would refund me,in 5 days.

To date still nothing.

can you please tell me, what could you do about this situation.

JewelryRoom.com 1.60 ct genuine ruby & diamond (vs) 10kt solid gold ring

Ordered on March 7/22, said on the site 6 weeks delivery, its now 9 weeks and NO Ring. Tracked the package to somewhere in Hong Kong. Nothing on there website. There is no customer support on "Jewelryroom.com", to file a complaint or inquire about a product.

JewelryRoom.com Missing rings, 14 since January 1/17/22

I started ordering from the jewelry room.com in January on the 17th 2022. I had a lot of fun bidding on the site. However, it was under the assumption per the jewelry room that I would receive my orders in 3-5 days which did not happen. I contacted the company and was told 6-8 weeks. So I trusted them and continued to order from them, continuing to contact them after a few weeks of the orders I placed. I have received some of my orders completely and others were partial orders requiring transportation from another store. I now have 9 open invoices of around $1400 worth of rings the company owes me, equalling 14 rings! I have contacted them over and over again and have been told they are waiting for New York shipment or they would have the shipping dept get my orders shipped. I've gotten upset, I have contacted the site several times a week with nothing being done on my missing rings they owe me. I would love to continue to do business with this company but I quit bidding on their site because they have so much of my money right now. I feel like I have been robbed. I am a middle class American that means that $1400 is alot of money to spend and not receiving my orders. I've asked to speak to a manager, I even said that I would cancel payment if they didn't send my jewelry. I have no real answers from this company and they will not give me a timeframe on when to expect my missing jewelry to be shipped to me. I am very frustrated and don't know what to do at this point. It would be great just to get my jewelry or at least be offered a refund I haven't gotten either one. I researched a sister store of theirs and found they have several of these rings I have not received for sale on their site AND found they are the same store! Wholesale kings.com and jewelry room.com are at the same address! I just want my jewelry sent to me, which is not much to ask. This is very bad Business on part of the jewelry room.

Desired outcome: I just want my missing items jewelry on my invoices sent to me all 14 rings owed to me. I have record of everything I paid for and have not received!

JewelryRoom.com 1/2 ct diamond moissanite & diamond 14kt sold gold wedding ring

Purchased this on 2/3/22 for winning bid of $100.00 i have repeatedly asked for the status of this item and no one has replied except to say it is being reviewed. I have then asked for a refund and no reply at all.

Received two other rings that were bid on and purchased at the same time. Cannot get anyone to tell me what is the status of my ring. Please advise

JewelryRoom.com dollars.

I went into their website checking out jewelry. Bidded a few times. I lost to higher bidders, then they started sending emails that I won over $3000. I had deleted items from watch list and next thing I'm receiving messages of $3000 plus dollars.

There were some items I deleted interest in. This company has postings throughout sites as fake, misrepresentative and fraudulent.

All over the internet people claiming are jewelry sent and not what they ordered. Complaints of not receiving products, refunds and misrepresented products delivered. Other people claim they had products to purchase that they never bid on.

I am not paying this website.

JewelryRoom.com Purchase pending payment

I am trying to pay for items I purchased. When I first visited your site it noted that payment by check was an option; however, when I tried to pay you did not provide a secured option (no option) to pay by check. I don't have credit card or PayPal. Auction #s 604378 and 606746 are two of the four items I want to pay for by check

I won bids for a bracelet and a pendant in mid July and paid for them but I can hardly trace their whereabouts, and having read the reviews I'm so disappointed about whether I'll receive a fake or an authentic jewelry. My parcel number is ARAMEX [protected].

JewelryRoom.com Order

I was going to purchase an auction I won and in the middle of the check it process it changed my billing info to Afghanistan. I thought that was strange so I hit the back button to go to previous page and my billing info under country said Afghanistan. So I opened another tab went to website to look for contact info or chat room or something to talk with someone and there was no info at all. I immediately went and did a search in web and found tons of complaints and fraud issues including rheu better business bureau. So I went back to website where I was still on the review payment info page and still had not hit submit payment. So I closed the tab and was trying to find another way to contact the company when I re received a few of us alert text saying payment authorized possible fraud. I called my bank and the company tried tout pa yiu mentioned they not once but twice. Now I have to cancel my card and file a fraud complaint to try and get my money back. I never even hit the confirm payment button

Desired outcome: I want my money back and do not want company to do this to anyone else

JewelryRoom.com Empty shipment received. Unseated open envelope.

Reporting to BBB, FTC, local authorities, USPS inspector General, paypal and other social networks. I have a locked mailbox and vidieo. Request full refund. Feel I have been frauded by this businesses shipping department.

JewelryRoom.com Item paid for not received

I bought and paid for a amethyst ring on 2020-08-26 for $66 and never received it.
At what point does the better business bureau or who ever shut these scammers down and prosecute? There are more complaints about this company than happy customers...there's no way to contact them either on the site or online and someone needs to stop them from ripping off so many people
I mean~seriously?!

JewelryRoom.com fake rings advertised as high end jewelry

This place is a total rip off they advertise the jewelry one way and then when you get it is something fake. I bid and won a 14kt solid gold ring with a lab created diamond. What I received was a plated ring with a cz not the same thing they need to look up what a lab created diamond is and what solid gold means before they advertise it. I tried for two weeks to get ahold of someone before I finally returned the item myself. They have had it for over a month now and still have not refunded my money. I was told January 31st it would be issued that day and after I spoke with my credit card regarding my dispute they said to follow up again so I emailed on February 9th and was told they had a system error and couldn't issue my refund and to follow up. If they can't issue it to my card they should have cut a check. Save your money and buy somewhere else. This company SUCKS on all parts from merchandise to customer service.

JewelryRoom.com gold diamond ring

The ring I got was extremely thin, the tag comes saying genuine diamonds, I took it to be tested and the jeweller said the stones were Moissanite not diamond. Told a lie about what I was actually being sold. Would like a refund from this fake company jewellery.com.au they should be made to disclose the truth about their jewelry so people know what they are getting

I bidded on a $700.00 sterling silver chain and won the bid. And when I receive this chain I actually started laughing I couldn't believe the gall of these people it was fraudulent advertising oh that item for sale. This chain was no $700 chain I looked it up and priced it for $15 it's pathetic can you can't even get a hold of them they do not get back to you after you submit a ticket.

JewelryRoom.com scam!!!

They completely robbed me! I ordered a 4.16 carat diamond uncut. Won the bud. Paid for it. Then what I received was a tiny little pebble out of a driveway or something. This is redicoulous and they will not get away with this. I am reaching the bbb and my lawyer. I've emailed and done eticket and just get ignored! I will not allow this to happen.

I feel like an idiot as I have spent over 20 thousand Australian dollars with this company and many of my purchases did not arrive or were not what was described in the pictures. I tried to make contact with them and the only time they contacted me was when my credit card blocked the purchase thinking it may be credit card fraud. I am embarrassed to admit to my stupidity but if my comments saves one person then that is great
