Jimmy Choo Sneakers

I purchased two pairs of sneakers online, same style and different sizes because I was not sure how Jimmy Choo fits, salesperson Donna Venza never mentioned purchase was final sale, I asked her if I can return the pair of sneakers I wouldn't like to keep, she told me yes. Now they claim the sale is final and they will not received or refund the purchase. I have the same pair of shoes just because they neglected to received back the second pair, It is been a month without resolution, many calls from me to customer service department and many broken promises to call me back and resolve my issue that I just gave up with the brand.

Very disappointed how they do business in America.

Desired outcome: Receive the shoes back and refund my money

Clicks special Jimmy Choo Illicit Eau De Pafum 60ml @ R1347

Went to buy the perfume Jimmy Choo Illicit Eau De Parfum 60ml @ R1347 after saving for quite a while. Asked for the expire date but with no help and very limited knowledge on the matter at all. They told me to buy it first before they can look at the expiry date on the bottom of the box inside. We bought it and with disgust found out that there were was no expiry date. I then learned on Google that they go by Batch numbers that you can check online. Illicit was manufactured in 2015 and I was told that after opening it will last for 3 years. The first spry of it smelled delightful but the next day it was all flat and not the expensive perfume that I bought. Now I am penny less with no great smell to weir every day. A long time of savings money is right down the drain, very disappointed and reported to Hello Peter to warn other woman.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response favorable to replacing the expired old bottle of perfume sold to me. Any Jimmy Choo with a fresh smell like Illicit that is recently released and not expired.

Jimmy Choo Perfume quality and smell does not last longer than an hour

Good Day

I Received a 100ml jimmy choo fragrance for my Birthday a few weeks ago and to my surprise the scent does not last longer than an 1hour

i was really looking forward to the gift as it was something i requested

The reason i am complaining is that the price on the product was almost R2000 and that not a small amount of money to spend on something that does not last

i am utterly disappointed in the product and hope to come to a solution as soon as possible

Jimmy Choo Hawai / m $550 dollar pair of shoes

I ordered a pair of shoes over 3 months ago and they said they never sent them and still had to do a UPS investigation and still have not refunded me my money. I have never dealt with such a scam of a company and the only reason im posting is because there are thousands of reviews like this. I am hoping the FTC will get involved, shut theese guys down and settle there debts with all the hard working paying customers they owe. Please never buy from jimmy choo unless you want to get ripped off

Desired outcome: I want this company shut down- my refund will not suffice. There is proof they owe hundred if not thousands of customers refunds and make it so hard most give up and even if they dont they will never get the refund.

Jimmy Choo I have a complaint from the firma.

On 26.11.21 I bought the shoes. On 28.11.21 I put them on and on the way I tore the buttons by myself. On 02.12.21 I went to the store, the saleswoman welcomed us very well, and immediately took the problem up. Today on 08.01.22 I went to the store and he told me that last night they came we were late until the button came. I bought them with such pleasure for the end-of-year holidays that I did not wear them for the holidays, nor do I buy them anymore in Jimmy Choo. I do not intend to wear shoes 695.00 € repaired at the shoemaker.

Desired outcome: I wanted the new left shoe with No. 37 1/2.

Jimmy Choo 2 Left Feet

I bought my first pair of Jimmy Choos online. I opened the box and was so excited to try my first pair only to be surprised that what was sent to me were 2 left feet shoes. One was size 36 and the other 35 1/2. I thought initially it was a prank and looked at the box again to see if there will be a right shoe but did not find it. It is as if there was no care put into fulfilling this order.

Jimmy Choo Faulty bag

I bought a Jimmy Ellipse clutch bag costing £595 with matching shoes on 18 March 2018. I have used both items 4 times. I took bag out last weekend and found that one half is faded and the other side is patchy. I took bag back to Cruise, Ingram Street, Glasgow, today. The manager said that give the 'age' of the bag, there was nothing he could do! I would have thought that given the price of the bag and the fact that it had only been used 4 times, that it should still be in as good condition as the shoes. I have had a Louis Vuitton bag which I have used almost every day for the last 12 years and it is in excellent condition.

Desired outcome: Replacement bag or refund.

Jimmy Choo spectacle frames by jimmy choo

Within 2 years With The first pair of specks the jewelled sides came off within a few months of wearing them.
The second pair I took back today because a leg fell off. They couldnt fix in the opticians and they attached another leg to replace it. Seemingly they are only guaranteed for a year. I do not like this leg and I can't afford to buy more frames so when people comment I will tell them why there is a different leg on the frames
I know Jimmy Choo do not make the frames but they should not put their name to an inferior product which is expensive to buy.
I feel I have not had normal wear from these frames. Just over a year. Not good enough .
I shall perhaps use social media to further my complaint.

Jimmy Choo ladies shoes

Good afternoon

I purchased a pair of dark silver material grain court shoes about 18 months ago and have worn them 5 times. After the 2nd wear I noticed that the tip of both shoes were starting to fray which I thought was very strange as I own several pairs of other shoes by yourselves and has always been very happy. I took the precaution of asking a shoe mender to put a piece of leather on the sole of each toe to protect them further but one wearing them again they are looking so poor I don't want to wear them anymore.

Furthermor, one of the heels came off and when I went to get is replaced the shoe menders advised that acutally the pin was too thin and not far enough up the shaft of the heels so it had snapped. The other one was perfect. They replaced both for me and drilled a heavy type of pin into the heel to hel ensure this did not happen again. Overall I am really disappointed from the quality fo the shoes and as you can see by the images attached these cannot be worn with pride and elegance anymore! I notice that in fact other people have complained of similar problems with this type of shoe. Not very good when they cost close to £500 I await your comments via the email below, to resolve this issue for me.

Jimmy Choo tax free form

My name is Ihsane El Baba, I bought from the boutique in Avenue Montaigne on 10.01.2019, my customer ID is [protected], the amount of the bill is €650.
I received this e-mail from Global Blue staring my Tax free Form was rejected because of missing customs stamp on the form :

"Hi,

I've checked our system and can confirm that we received your Tax Free Form [protected] issued by JIMMY CHOO on 01.02.2019.

However, because of the missing Customs stamp on the Form, we couldn't process your refund. A Customs stamp is mandatory on the Form as it officially confirms that the purchased goods were exported from the EU.

There are 2 ways you can receive a Customs stamp on your Form:

1. Re-export the unused goods through EU Customs within 3 months from the month of your purchase;
2. Get the Form regularized by French Customs within 6 months from the date of purchase.

Please send me your full postal address and telephone number.

If you can't return to the EU and re-export the goods, I suggest you to follow the steps of Regularization. You'll need to get a confirmation from the French Embassy / Consulate in your home country. Then just send all the needed documents to the French Customs. I'm also sending you the detailed explanation in the attachment.

In general, French Customs return the stamped documents to Global Blue but it might happen that they're returned to you.

In such a case, please deliver them to one of the below addresses within 1 year from the date of purchase:

Jimmy Choo boots

I ordered the Jimmy Choo Blyss Flat boots online.
After wearing them a few times the zipper pull fell off.
I contacted Jimmy Choo customer service and they said send $ 26 for the repair.
Since these were brand new boot only worn a few times I thought that was ridiculous.
I told them this was unacceptable and that they should standard behind their product, the boots should last for more than a few wears,
They emailed me again " regrettably, this is our final decision.
I'm still fighting to get a new zipper pull .
I will never purchase from this company again .

Jimmy Choo Bad customer service

One pair of shoes was ordered by me from jimmychoo.com, I received mail from , in they asked if I accept DDU terms I said yes but put some conditions not to put invoice with goods and do not use DHL as courier. When I received answer that they can't use another courier ( strange, I shopped from world known company and expected more flexible options) and they was waiting confirmation from me. I said in such case I want to cancel my order. And when I received information that my order was dispatched and return costs will be from my side?! How it's possible, they send order without confirmation and I should pay for this. It was better if I ordered from another place. Didn't expect such service from Jimmy Choo and I don't what to do now, I want to receive my 455 EUR back.

Company does not stand behind their products.
Do not buy the Jimmy Choo Brand--lots of complaints, poor quality.

I recently purchased the BLYSS FLAT style boots online from Jimmy Choo.
After a few wears, the zipper pull fell off the boots. I emailed them the online receipt with all my order information and pictures of the boots.
The boots are in almost brand new condition. I received an email response from their customer service rep that I needed to send them $26 for a new zipper pull. They further stated that I need to internationally wire them the money, and they won't accept any other form of payment. My bank charges $50 for internationally wiring money.
This zipper pull that fell off one of my boots would cost $76.
You would expect a brand new pair of boots to last longer than a few wears! Very disappointed in this company and will not buy their products again!
