Keller Williams Realty lauren jerden

Lauren Jerden paid back earnest money from her personal account to her buyers because she misjudged the smell of a home. Mrs Jerden bought a home site unseen for a customer and initially did not recognize the smell of cigarette smoke. When the sellers agent disputed the smell, Lauren Jerden advised her buyers to back out of the contract. The sellers kept the earnest money as a result. Lauren Jerden then paid $1000 from her own personal account to the father of the buyers, who then transferred the money to the buyers which is a violation of the realtor code of ethics. Derek Wagner and Tonya Towles were both advised of Lauren Jerdens ethics violation.

Keller Williams Realty realtor's lack of response and request to rescind contract

We contracted with the local realtor Robert Howell in Beverly Hills to rent our property 12139 Summit Court in Beverly Hills and to put our Studio City home 4442 St. Clair Avenue Studio City for sell. However, your realtor has been MIA and neglected my wife Serena Choi's phone calls and text messages for the span of 2 weeks as she needed to communicate with Robert for questions and advise. Obviously my wife and I are upset and made a decision to rescind our contract as Robert has not carried out fiduciary duties.

After my wife brought the issues to my attention (we are in San Francisco), I texted Robert on September 12th about the situation and wanted to cancel our agreement. I even told him to call me to discuss but he opted to just text message avoiding the discussion saying he's never received any calls or text from my wife which is bogus. My wife has proofs along with a witness that he didn't pick up the phone when she called but Robert answered the phone when someone he knows called in my wife's presence.

After my text to Robert, I called the Beverly Hills office and spoke to the local manager Michael (forgot last name) about the situation and left messages for both Robert and Michael on September 17th but no response as of yet by neither of them. I am appalled by lack of professionalism.

Please assist asap before we escalate this matter further. My contact # is [protected].

Sincerely, Kevin

Sept 12th text message to Robert Howell...
Robert, this is Kevin Choi, Serena's husband. I left a message for your manager to rescind our lease agreement immediately. You have not been responsive to Serena and it is an unprofessional conduct. As a result, please cancel our lease agreement and confirm. Kevin

September 13th text to Robert...
Based on what's happened, I would like rescind our lease agreement. Serena was appalled that you did not reply to her after many attempts. Please confirm your understanding and take down your website on 12139 Summit Court property. In addition we decided not to sell the Studio City home. We are refinancing. Please confirm. Kevin

Sept 17th text message for Robert and left VM to Michael in Beverly Hills KW office...

Robert
I am here in LA at the moment before I head back to SF. Please remove your listing in Beverly Hills and Studio City home and please confirm. Kevin

Keller Williams Realty realtor matthew bully

I am writing in regards to our horrible experience we have had with your company, more specifically one of your selling agents Matthew Bully. Perhaps he lives up to his last name as we received nothing but disrespect from this agent after he found out we would not be using him as our buying agent due to him being the selling agent to this house. We submitted an offer on his listing 173 Laura Lane Linden MI on September 11th. Our offer was accepted by the sellers. We had an offer with contingency and were contacted by our realtor on September 13th that the sellers had a full offer with no contingency and were giving us 24 hours to respond to lift our contingency. September 14th we had an offer on our current house at 445 pm. We contacted our realtor who is also through your company Corbin Gearhart at 451 pm saying we wanted to lift our contingency to the Laura lane house. At 4:57 pm my husband received a call from Corbin, she said that she just lifted our contingency and that Matt requested a new pre approval letter that is not based on us selling our house, she told us that we could get the letter the following day as the banks were closed. We attempted to contact our bank and they were closed for the day. My husband then received a text from Matt at 7:34 pm saying "please have Corbin call me if you guys are releasing the contingency.. it ended at 5 pm and I still have nothing. We will be moving forward with the backup offer soon. Sorry but I need to protect my sellers. Thanks" My husband was contacted but Corbin after Matt's text message, she said Matt now stated he must have the pre approval letter that night or they will go ahead with the other offer. There is nothing in our contract that stated we would need this new letter within the 24 hour period. We were not given a reasonable opportunity due to our lending office being closed from the time our contingency was lifted to the time Matthew required the new pre approval letter. We understand this house is now sold but would like to bring to your attention the unethical and unprofessional actions of your agent. We would not wish this upon any other perspective buyer and due to this experience we would not recommend your company to any other sellers or buyers.

If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

Mackenzie and Justin Murphy

Keller Williams Realty realtor mark s. de chambeau

Mark continuously doesn't follow legal guidelines of not giving us 24 hrs notice prior to showing. We are tenants in our current place and our landlord is selling. He let us know yesterday he'd be giving us 24 hours notice from here on out before booking showings/open houses. He then proceeds the very next day to tell us we need to be out of the apt. for 10:30am less than 24hrs notice. When we tell him that won't work for us but we could do 11:30am, he said he had already lined up people to come in without telling us.

When he didn't get what he wanted he threatened us that he would tell potential buyers we were difficult tenants. He then accused my roommate of being difficult again (after we've been accommodating thus far to his less than 24 hours notice situations prior to this one), and then he said "This could go down multiple ways and he's sure he'd come out on top".

A realtor is somebody you have to trust to have in your home, this guy is a bully and cuts corners. He doesn't follow protocol and he's rude and entitled when he doesn't get his own way and doesn't coordinate with his clients appropriately.

Keller Williams Realty Complaints against a broker vera - broker in las vegas

Broker - Vera in 10000 W. Charleston Las Vegas

She is the worst broker to work with. Irresponsibility, lack of professionalism, coolness, you bring business to the office and instead of helping and encouraging she says "why are you bothering others and asking questions" and that is while you, a new agent. Creates a very cool atmosphere, has no knowledge, very hypocritical and fake. And many other things I will detail in a phone call, please contact me at [protected]

Keller Williams Realty jennifer cramer

The reasons for filing this complaint, besides preventing future clients from a similar fate, are as follows:
- She was not truthful on several occasions.
Ms. Cramer entered me into an agreement under false pretenses on June 3, 2019 in which she now claims I am liable for $3200. She falsely stated there were damages that posed a hazard and implied an electrical concern, causing me to file an Insurance claim with the understanding that its payout would cover all repairs, which was wholly untrue. She also told me the repairman took it upon himself to finish the job despite her requests to the contrary, which was also false.
-She doesnt know the proper forms to be used and is unaware of what each states.
She had us sign both a temporary occupancy agreement as well as a lease agreement on May 23, 2019 when only one was necessary, and, thus, her lack of knowledge has created a disaster. Afterwards, when questioned, she was unable to tell us the difference between the two or under what circumstances each was used.
- She worked more for the buyer than for me.
Although she was hired by me, she has repeatedly made statements in favor of the buyer, and instead of working to get top dollar for my home, she cost me to lose $45k by misleading me to believe she was knowledgeable and starting negotiations at my bottom line price.
-She slandered my name.
As if that wasnt enough, she contacted the repair company as well as the buyers and slandered our name.

The details are as follows:
I hired Ms. Cramer in January 2019 as my real estate agent to sell my home located at 415 Lillard Road, Murfreesboro, TN. On May 11, while negotiating terms, she informed me that a deposit was uncommon for this type of agreement since there would be a contract in place to which I agreed and informed her "it should also be stated that the purchase is "as is" with the exception of a current mold issue, if applicable, " as I did not want to sink anymore money into a home we were selling. She ensured me it was in the Occupancy agreement, and it is. On June 1, 2019, the home finally went under contract to be sold as-is for a price of $280k, a full $45, 000 below the initial asking price, with a temporary occupancy agreement in place until closing. She also had us complete a lease agreement, however, despite also having the occupancy agreement, but I took it as a legality and thought nothing more of it at the time.

On June 6, 2019, Ms. Cramer contacted me to inform me that a racoon or feral cat had gotten into the subflooring and had caused some damage to the wiring beneath the home. She stated that she had contacted Jason at A1 Waterproofing, obtained photos of the damage, and told me "I just need you to see the amount insurance will pay for. He'll then take that price and make it work to correct everything down there. Basically he'll adjust his price to match the insurance price."

On July 3, I received the estimate, totalling $7600, and made the claim to my insurance. I received the check on July 23 for approximately $4400; the difference between the estimate minus my deductible. I mailed the check the following day to A1 Waterproofing, and work was supposed to begin July 27, 2019.

Ms. Cramer contacted me on July 27 and stated, "The insurance check isn't going to cover everything. We are about $3, 000 (give or take) short. He said he can stop where he is at or keep going but will need the check. Do you want him to stop and see what other quotes we can get to finish it or what?" I asked her what happened to the initial agreement of completing the work for the Insurance payout to which she replied, "I may have misheard him, this is why I should have never been involved (and why I'm usually not involved in this stuff). It was going to have to be fixed regardless because it could have become a hazard to the renters, that is why I am willing to help you out." To this I replied that I needed to speak with my husband. The following day, July 28, Ms. Cramer contacted me once again stating, "Were you able to talk to your husband? Jason was wanting to try and get the guys back out there today if possible." I received an email the next day, July 29, stating I was responsible for the remaining balance per her title attorney, she was removing herself completely from the situation, and that closing was expected to occur in October.

Meanwhile, on August 3, my husband reached out to Jason at A1 Waterproofing to attempt to resolve the issue. Though she previously told me he had offered to stop the work at $4400, she later claimed she asked him to, but he finished anyway. The truth was, according to Jason, that she said nothing to him until July 28 when she called, in the middle of the job, to ask if he could stop and was informed such would not be possible. Her response to him was to go on and finish as I was ultimately liable anyway. Although Jason had inquired if we saw the quote, Ms. Cramer still failed to inform him of her "misunderstanding" regarding the adjustment she had described to me. A day or so later, she contacted Jason again. She told him what she had said to me and then stated, "I'm so incredibly sorry for all of this. I hate starting out a working relationship like this and honestly I never saw it coming from them. I also spoke to the buyers and updated them on the situation." When asked if he felt the damage could have been hazardous to the occupants, he simply stated there were open areas exposing the crawlspace, and he only replaced duct work.

I feel Ms. Cramer has proven herself not only inadequate to perform her job duties but also untrustworthy and unethical. I sincerely hope her employment is reconsidered in an effort to save others from such a terrible experience and to protect Keller Willams from an alarming reputation.

Keller Williams Realty zillow listings

I am an agent with Keller Williams Capital Realty. I have a listing at 218 E Park Avenue, Anaconda MT. Zillow is not pulling it from the MLS. I've had an issue like this in the past. I don't have time to try to figure out how to contact you to have my listings online. This problem needs to be fixed! This property was listed a couple years ago and has not been on the market for a long time. On your site they currently have all of the previous information and old pictures and it's overriding my listing! It says it's not listed. This property has been listed for a couple weeks and if they'll not on your site. I am in the Montana Regional Flex MLS. Fix the problem and pull my listing! This is why I will NEVER advertise on Zillow. Your service is poor and I can't get a hold of anyone!

Keller Williams Realty closing date revised on home located at 122 overbrook

I have been working with Jeremy Martin for about 2 months and I am not happy with the service I received during my home buying process. Jeremy initially was a fill in for a coworker to show me a home on Edison Street in Alcoa. We recognized each other and began searching for homes in the Alcoa, Maryville and Knoxville Tennessee areas. At this time I informed Jeremy I had to move by the end of June or no later than the July 5, 2019. I agreed to purchase a home on 501 Eelvyn Road, Maryville TN 37801. This did not go through because Jeremey did not tell the homeowners I needed the entire closing cost paid. He only told them the amount from the title company closing. He only took .4% off of his commission instead of the entire amount for this screw up causing me to lose the home. I continue to work with him to give him a second chance, only to see he has caused me another issue at the last minute. I agreed to purchase a home at 122 Overbrook drive, Knoxville TN and initially it was set to close on 07/15/19 but after I contacted my mortgage company they sent me an email scheduling me to close on 07/12/19. This information was told to Jeremy and he failed to informed the buyer. I have scheduled my days off, movers and uhaul for this Friday. Everything was set by lunch today and all of a sudden Jeremey sends me a text to let me know the owner is not able to move out until Sunday. This is unacceptable. I am requesting moving cost, percentage of his commission, and money to buy owner's furniture in order to move this weekend. I do not have any time to view property on a business day prior to closing. The owner should have vacated by now. This has caused my blood pressure to elevate. I would like a response by 07/10/19. Thank you

Keller Williams Realty lunnet begg

My complaint is against Lunnet Begg from Keller Williams in Austin, Texas. My sisters applied for a house she was the agent for in leasing and she told us they didn't allow guarantors. We countered with an offer of paying a year up front and never heard back. Now my sisters are stuck without a place to live and someone has moved into the house they wanted. We weren't even considered for the house and we plan on filing a lawsuit under the fair housing law. I've also attempted to contact her, as has my realtor Claudia Ochoa, and no response. Really unprofessional and totally rude to not respond to someone who's willing to pay a year up front and move in right away. Will never rent or own from anyone to deal with Keller Williams realty.

Keller Williams Realty sally prestia

My name is Patricia Williams and I am making this complaint on Sally Prestia she is with Keller Williams Reality. This realtor when you tell them that you want to be in Phoenix and they send you only houses for Glendale. She really doesn't take and do her fiduciary duties, like coming and picking you up and taking you to see the houses she wants you to meet her there. When looking for houses she doesn't listen for what we needed in the house, the only thing I got in the house I had to sign to get was north south facing. I told her I didn't like gray or green but this house has both colors that I hate. She wants you to do all her work for her. She should have a plan every day that you go out and see houses. I will never ever promote this company because they may have the buyers but the agent that I am working with doesn't have a clue what it means to take of the CUSTOMER or what it means to FIDUCIARY duties which she needs to look up the meaning of the word. I was raised and I know how to take care of a customer and she doesn't have a clue what this means. I have worked for customers all my life and know how to take care of the customer. I should have been taking to see the house on 14421 N 42nd Drive Phoenix, AZ 85053, I sent an email on May 5, 2019 and wanted to see this house and she wouldn't take me till our house went on the market so I lost out on the house that was perfect for me and my husband. This isn't my first house that I have bought. I told her that I didn't want to settle that this was going to be my last house I was going to buy. It was perfect everything. I ended up in the hospital over this new house I hope and pray that what she did to me that you all will not let her do this to anyone else. She tries to make this job a 7 to 3 job and this one isn't. She is not available all the time to take you to see these houses. This has been the worst realtor I have worked with and do not recommend her to anyone. She is a disgrace to your company and her profession. With that said someone needs to look at her and tell her to get a job so she can be on a set schedule because she isn't realtor material and doesn't have a clue what it means to take care of the customer. Because my house sold within hours of being on the internet I had to except the only contract that was the lowest, there are better houses out there than what I have ended up with and I have no choice but to settle on a house that I hate. I sent her an email after I got out of the hospital that the new owner should pay for the door on the garage should come out of her closing cost that I am paying for and never got a response from her on that either, all she said was can he wait till closing but I will not pay for the door.

Wow.. I had the most difficult time understading your story. It sounds to me like you had an amazing and knowlegable realtor! By the way, fiduciary does not mean she is your "taxi". :/ Also, why the heck did you buy a house if you hate it so much? SMDH

Keller Williams Realty johnathan longnecker - realtor

On 5/30/19 Johnathan Longnecker who's Facebook profile states he works for Keller Williams VanKouwen Group with this website( http://www.thevankouwengroup.com/) out of Tampa Florida went into a group and posted a screen shot of a conversation he had with another Realtor. It was disgraceful, unprofessional, vulgar, sexist calling another Realtor essentially "stupid and a female dog", and very damaging to your Keller Williams brand. The group he posted this in has almost 15, 000 Realtors, most of which were upset at his lack of problem solving, disrespectfulness, and that he should be held liable for responding in such an unprofessional manner. He generated over 600 comments in two hours with this post. He has now posted what we can only assume is a photo of the woman he's referring to in his text. As a Realtor myself when one of us goes astray like this it damages our reputations across the board. This was submitted after much consideration.

Keller Williams Realty buyer rep: carrie johnson, kw realty, east point, ga

Cross-posted

Things started out badly at the outset and only got worse. Had this RE agent any respect for her customers at all, she'd know I found a lender and am under contract for a million dollar property, all I need now is my buyer rep. Her abysmal lack of attention and care cost her $49, 000, as it should be.

100% of the work to 1) finding a property, and 2) securing financing was done by me. No one helped. I specifically said MULTIFAMILY, she sends commercial stand alone buildings. It's the only report I ever got, even after asking AGAIN for multifamily properties. We began working together over 2 weeks ago. She's devoted less than 20 minutes to me in that time.

She claims an inability to find PM lenders after numerous searches turned up none, but I found 7 in 2 hours. One is funding my loan. The agent may think she can skip the work, show up at my closing table and collect an easy $49k for doing absolutely squat. But I'll represent myself from now until Gabriel puckers up and blows, before someone like that gets a penny of any deal of mine.

I trust I've made my point.

Keller Williams Realty real estate

5/20/19

To whom this may concern:
I, Ishmael Morgan would like to issue a complaint against realtor Michael Nolan of Keller Williams Metro Atlanta. Recently my agent worked with Mr. Nolan, with property 1074 Ollie Circle (Duplex) in the Historic Washington Heights Neighborhood in Atlanta GA. He was very unprofessional, and unresponsive. We had a deal in principal, submitting a bid for the property. He countered for the seller, and me and my agent accepted his clients terms, only asking for one of the units to remain vacant without a section 8 tenant, knowing that would be a year long obligation, and also a Due Diligence period of 6 days instead of 4. My agent and her broker didn't hear anything back, and when Mr. Nolan did finally respond, after he said he was out of town for a graduation, told my agent he had another offer on the unit pending in a 72 hour period. Thinking we were negotiating and moving towards a deal, Financially I prepared myself, moving things around, for him to back out, saying he has a pending offer, and not allowing me to counter. I feel that Mr. Nolan is participating in a back door transaction that's very unethical, and I look to further investigate this with the Georgia real estate commission.

One of the employee of your had their badge on out in public today and I realized it was this business company badge with their name on it but I only caught the last name of Jones. Very foul language and would not stop yelling. Believe that in the professional business giving the company a good name is high priority. What the actions were weren't very professional.

Keller Williams Realty denying my opportunity for final inspection including radon

Jen Vachon, Nate Dickey and Erin Proulx are dual agents in my purchase of new construction by Dockham LLC. Dockham vas varied, built poorly or neglected to build large numbers of contracted items. They initially denied my contractually guaranteed final inspection with a signed punch list. They have now agreed to a short, informational only inspection, with an option where I can accept the house "as is", or return the house for only the initial deposits. Unfortunately they are not allowing me to preform a radon test

I have tried to schedule time as part of the inspection to schedule a radon test, however, it appears they will not agree to this.
My desirable out come would be to have radon and home inspection, document items that were left out from the original contract and find issues with items that were done and put on a punchlist. Ideally Bob would agree to perform missed ites and correct quality standards for his work.
Time is of the essence as the final walkthrough Friday May 10, and the Radon needs to be in place May.

Keller Williams Realty the sell of my home

In February of 2019, I sold my home of 14 years in Arlington, Texas. I used Lakisha McGee a Keller Williams Realtor in Dallas County. I was behind on my home, being laid off from my job of 17 years and I thought selling my home was the best possible solution. Lakisha McGee advised she could help me sell the home and get the most value out of the sale to help me and my kids live, til I could find another job. The entire process of showing my home to potential buyers, Lakisha McGee ensured that because my house was so well kept up and because it looked like it was a new home I would get a really good amount for the sale. Lakisha McGee stated she would handle everything and that I could trust her. She said she will get all the necessary information and told me I would have enough money to take care of my family til I found another job. She assured me this was her profession and she was great at what she did as a realtor. She stated to me in front of my kids, that she would handle everything. She had me call the mortgage company and give full permission for her to access my account for loan payoff, information etc. I did as I was told. She was given full access as my realtor. Weeks passed by and Lakisha began asking me to do what she stated she would handle. I was told to call the mortgage company, ask for the payoff several times and to have them send it to her. I was told to ask if the home was in foreclosure. I was told to have them fax the payoff to her on multiple occasions. I tried informing Lakisha McGee that she had full access to the account, but she still had me make the calls. Once we had 2 offers with the amounts requested, she had me to meet her and her ex husband at a restaurant, and began discussing details of the sale. She mentioned to us both, that 1 offer was well over the asking price and that the buyer's realtor disclosed that the buyer's were approved for an amount well over the asking price and that she was not suppose to disclose that information. But she did. So Lakisha then negotiated with her ex husband what amount to ask for regarding my home. This was extremely unprofessional. She had my personal information pulled up on her laptop at the table and basically negotiated the sale of my home with a third party not involved with her or Keller Williams. This was my personal business. I was extremely uncomfortable. Once the home was sold and I was coming close to the closing, she informed me that there was a second lien on my home and that I needed to call my mortgage company and get the information from them. I asked Lakisha McGee what this meant because I was unaware of there being a second lien, and she stated just call your mortgage company they will explain. She showed no empathy and didn't want to be bothered with explaining anything. So when I called the mortgage company they stated there was a second lien from getting a loan modification in the past. I advised Lakisha McGee that if I had known this early on or even during the middle part of this process, I would have stopped the sale. I advised her that she assured me she would get all information and keep me abreast of all details. My whole thing was I wanted to make the best decision for my kids and myself, and this large amount being deducted from what she guaranteed I would walk away with, impacted my decision. I was extremely upset and confused and I did not feel she acted in my best interest as a realtor. This information should have been checked initially when she was checking the title information and when I gave her full access to speak on my behalf with the title company. She acted unprofessional, and this was deceitful to tell me at the last minute about a second lien. I felt pressured into signing at closing and the title company (a gentleman) who had a close relation with her, stated during closing I know you were unaware of there being a second lien on your home. A lot of people are unaware. My realtor Lakisha McGee was deceitful, unprofessional, and showed no empathy at all. It was as if she just wanted to hurry up sell, and get done with my deal. This is disheartening and it went against what her slogan under Keller Williams has under her picture.."CALL AND CONSIDER DONE." A realtor should be someone you can trust. Not someone who takes advantage of your situation. I honestly question if somehow she took more money for herself. I don't trust the closing at all. As mentioned, she had a close relationship with the title company in Mansfield Texas and it makes no sense that the information wasn't provided sooner, and that she failed to as she states, get the process done. "Call and consider done" is a FALSE. If Lakisha McGee is a representation of Keller Williams and how Keller Williams does business, I will never use them again, and I will discourage anyone from ever doing business with them.

Keller Williams Realty unethical behavior

My wife and I had been working with george shuypuk from keller williams in clark summit to find a house. Last night he showed us a house that we liked, right next to his house, and we wanted to make an immediate full price offer. We discussed terms and specific amount that we would want to offer. George kept pushing us off, telling us we didn't need to make an offer that evening. We insisted that he contact the listing agent that evening to express interest and tell them a full price offer was coming the next day, since we expected the house to sell quickly. Today we found out that george didn't follow our directions and was in contact with his daughter about her buying the house, again right next to his house.

Our offer is now comprised since george knows exactly what our offer would be and what our finances are. This behavior is extremely unethical. We terminated our working arrangement with george and keller williams immediately and now don't know what to do since george will undoubtedly instruct his daughter to bid higher than we would, potentially costing us more money. We are considering legal action.

Keller Williams Realty bad realtors

We sold a house in Scottsdale a couple of years ago, and Kelly Cook was the realtor. He basically did nothing for the six months we had the listing with him, since he was too busy with his higher end listings. For six months, I repeatedly had negative and nasty comments on our house, from gold plated Scottsdale a*hole realtors and their clients, although we busted our butts to clean and make the house look nice for each showing. When his listing was about to expire, he hustled up a buyer. These buyers demanded a new roof, although we had put on a roof with a twenty year guarantee a few years before. He didn't tell me about the request for the roof, but went through my husband. I would have said no.
He wanted to do anything to keep his commission and if that included taking a few additional thousand out of our pockets, so be it.

Fast forward, we moved to Washington state and hired the Holbrook's. I hired them online, before actually meeting them. They didn't bother to dress or look professional, which was the first clue. They showed a few houses and when we chose one, didn't give any time to check out the neighborhood and all the trashy houses in the area. Instead she drove to a coffee shop, pulled out papers and insisted on a full price offer. She never mentioned asking the seller for any discounts for our house. When we pulled up the old carpet, it was covered in dog pee. Money from the seller for new flooring would have helped. She never bothered to advise us to ask for points off on closing, although the lender Tim did advise us to ask, and he did a fantastic job.

What the Holbrook's did was post pictures of them on FB, getting drunk and celebrating our house sale the night it closed. It was obvious, they needed to brag to their friends about their big real estate deal. A few days later, they posted pictures of all the new things they bought.

Now, after two years, we're getting ready to sell this house. Living around trash dumping people and in a unincorporated area is too much. So my question for Keller Williams, is what kind of people work for you? Over the years, we've bought and sold a few houses, and your agents are the worst anywhere. Greedy, lazy, sharks, dishonest and in the case of the last couple, dumb. I'd never hire one of your agents again if yours was the last company on earth. You hire the absolute bottom feeders and dregs. All they care about is putting money in their own pockets and nothing for their clients. Kelly Cook would make a great used car salesman and the Hollbrooks should sell double wides. Absolutely the worst.

Keller Williams Realty fake agent: alexis carter

Keller Williams has unlicensed, unprofessional wanna be agents on the website. This girl is not even licensed. She is posing as a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina and she isn't. Anyone can take a real estate class. She isn't qualified and has never sold one property. She doesn't even have any listings. She has never been anything in life and never will be. I hope Keller Williams conducts drug tests. She for sure is a pot head.

Alexis Carter who represents Keller Williams Realty is such a hoe. She sleeps around with men knowing they are in relationships or married. Do your research. There are police reports.
