We don't know much about how KFC handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. KFC pricing.

I was over charged by the cashiers. I purchased a famous bowl in the meals, ($6.49) and 2 chicken littles ($1.68) each. I was charged 12.84 total. Cashier never offered me a receipt, put it in the cash drawer. Continueing on to getting my order. I was called up, recieved everything that I paid for however I ended up get someone else's receipt. The transaction on the receipts states that I paid with $20.00 cash, which I did not. I paid with my debit card. Also none of the items were correct on the receipt compared to my actual order. Just makes my visit seem like there is something a little fishy going on behind the scenes.

Sounds like you might have got charged for a drink. Should've asked them for the ccorrect receipt.

KFC hair in food, rudeness, and unclean everywhere in the restaurant

Unfriendly staff, no gloves or hair nets in comparing the food. Every table in restaurant but ine was Dirty and filthy. I hair was in the biscuit made in it and sticking out of the top of the biscuit. I took the biscuit to counter showed it to the worker. I hollered at the manager Cortney she ignore me and kept going. When I asked her to come look. They never offered to do anything about it. I never ate my food so I wasted my money. Every time I'm in there the past serval months the food has been cold and dried out.
I know the manager cause this is a small town but I have spoken to a lot of people whom has complained about the same thing. You see many many workers but no one is working. I took photos of the food and the unclean environment. Until something is done I won't be eating there again. Cause we use to eat there at least 2-4 times a week! But no more. I hate to complain because the manager is a step child in our family but no one wants to eat at a nasty restaurant!

KFC chicken and service

I went through the drive thru at KFC on Williamsburg Road in Richmond, Va. today and ordered the $20 fill up. When I arrived home, first the biscuits that come with the meal were missing. Then the worse shock was that the chicken was laying in grease. It is disgusting! When I tried to remove the chicken from the grease, it was actually dripping and soggy! What a disgrace for KFC. I live several miles from this location and have no intention of returning it to KFC. It is simply going to be thrown in the trash!

KFC potatoes and gravy

I went to st George KFC on the boulevard on oct 3, I purshased a10 price meal. The gravy was so watery it was like pouring water on my potatoes. This is the second time this has happened .Its very very runny and the potatoes are the same. I went at 10:30 a:m just as they was opening. It seems to me that there stretching the gravy and adding water. It had no taste to it. I spent 25.00 for good chicken but awful potatoes and gravy

KFC very rude employee

Asked for a Pot Pie thinking just the pot pie was 4$ and the meal was 5$ But I guess only the pie was 5 which makes no sense to me if the meal is 5$. And be rudely said its 5$ after I handed him 4$+ some change. I dinned in and requested take out right after that. I go almost every day and he is rude everytime and ive had enough. I thought McDonalds customer service was bad but KFC takes the cake on this one. Employees name is Derrick I think.

KFC service

Hi,

On Friday Sept. 28th, I went to your store on Sherbrooke and DesOrmeaux in Montreal. I got there at around 6:30 P.M. I noticed there was a line up, so I went inline to wait as well, there was 5 customers in front of apparently they had already ordered and were waiting for their orders to get fulfilled, only that they were waiting for 30 minutes. There was 2 girls in the kitchen and not working very fast. One of the girls came in the from to grab some bags and I asked her "When will I be able to order, her response I don't know and simply walked away. A few minutes later, and I was waiting now for almost 20 minutes she announces that they will not be taking anymore orders until the are able to fulfill the 5 in front of me. Well a lot of people started complaining that had come after me. So I said to the other lady when my I order, She said angrily, Well, you guys were told that we are no longer taking orders, I said I understand but I've been waiting in the restaurant for 20 minutes and than it was announced. Well she than said " if you are not happy, make a complaint, I don't care." I was totally upset and as I was walking out, another customer waiting for her order says "Shes the boss, that is why she is talking to us like that. I responded "There is always someone higher than her. So I finally left, made the same complaint on Friday but no response and ordered Pizza instead.

I would like a call back and compensation because this is not a way to answer customers.

KFC your establishment ran out of food

I'm part of a group on Facebook that brought to the group's attention that they went to a KFC in my town and they were told to leave because they no longer had food. Which is understandable. However one of your employees posted back a reply in that group and was very disrespectful and rude and was cussing at everybody. You might want to look into your employee.

KFC the rude and disorderly employees

I really hope you read this this time, I've been a loyal customer for lots of years now to this location. Since bring in a new manager I've decided to tell all my family friends and fellow traveling salespersons to ban that location. Why you ask, I pulled into the parking lot, got out of my car and was shocked to see 3 KFC employees doing drugs in the parking lot. Upon going inside to place my order no one was there to take my order. I then said hello anyone here. Someone answered I'll be right there. 5 minutes later they came from the back tucking in their shirt and zipping up their pants. Then asked me and I quote, "what the hell can I do for you". I was shocked at the cursing and rude tone. I said I'll take your 10 piece meal. The employee then commented that I didn't need a ten piece considering that your father enough already. I demanded to speak to the manager. The employee said she's too busy texting on her phone. Besides she doesn't know how to do any of our jobs. She just sits in the office texting or texts out here at one of the tables. Just as I was about to leave the manager comes out of the back and asks if everything is ok. When I was going to give an answer her phone made a noise and she ignored me to answer her phone, she looked up and said I need to text my boyfriend back so he's can explain what I need to do to close the place for the night. I left without the food. Needless to say I will be hesitant about going back to that location. Just thank God with the drugs, and rudeness that I encountered I didn't have my children with me. You seriously need to do something before someone hurts someone. Also what kind of training do you have, to allow a manager to allow all this going on? I should have called the police! Wish I had now. Hope this gets resolved. Thank you for your time.

KFC food and service

I visited your store #D212098 today to purchase a $20 fill up bucket. After having issues with receiving old chicken on 2 other previous occasions, I now check the chicken I'm being given to make sure it's fresh within reason. I found that a few pieces of chicken on the bottom of the bucket were old, dark and greasy. I asked the woman who took my order to replace that chicken with fresh pieces. She tried to tell me it WAS fresh, it obviously wasn't. She said it would be 45 minutes to get fresh chicken. I asked for my money back, she refused. I asked for the manager, which the woman (Lori) tells the manager I would wait 45 minutes. I tried talking to her and she kept blowing me off to help another customer at the counter. I WAS still her customer! She refused to acknowledge my complaint. I tried showing another customer at the counter my chicken and how old it was, Lori, again, dismissed me. I sat down to wait, felt I didn't have a choice and I'm very upset at this point. Finally the manager came to the counter and asked if I wanted my money back. I asked her to please just replace the pieces of chicken that were old. She complied in a professional manner. This employee (Lori) was rude and disrespectful to me. It's a 5 mile trip each time I had to go back on previous visits for OLD chicken. I would like to continue to patronize this store since it's the closest one to me, but not at the expense of dealing with employees such as Lori. Popeyes chicken is only 2 blocks from my house. I prefer KFC, but Popeyes may be my future store, due to the very reasons stated in this complaint.

KFC general manager vicky parmalee

I've been working at kfc for 3 months now I've never gotten full time which I applied for she controls my hours based on attitudes she controls pay checks she's very rude and I believe she's not fair as a manager I contacted the head boss which is above Vicky and I got in trouble for doing so which I don't believe is wrong. I've asked for more hours and they have gotten cut she's controlled my direct deposit against me so she could hold my check until she felt the need to hand it out she lost the email and paper to my direct deposit bc she deleted the email on purpose. She's sneaky wrong. So I quit working there. Now I would like to know how I go about getting my checks bc my check said non negotiable but was never deposited in my account.

KFC service

On 10/01/2016, I went to our only KFC in Chowchilla, CA 93610. I wanted to order the $20 fill up with the boneless chicken, which I thought was your best product. I was rudely told I would have to choose a different item as that was no longer available. In fact she stated they had never had the product, but I had purchased it on several occasions. This is not the first time such rude behavior has come from this store location. It is a combined Taco Bell/ KFC, so I asked if they planned on starting a breakfast service. They told me to go to McDs for breakfast, they had no interest. I live in a gated community that has it's own newspaper. I am currently VP on the Board of Directors. I will place my complaint here in the newspaper for our 6000 residents. That is a lot of information for a town of 8000 people. Please tend to your franchises before they end up like many that have dried up and exist here no longer.

KFC management, blankenbaker, parkway... louisville ky 40243

Do not go to this location! Its franchised owned which means the staff are extremely unprofessional & will treat customers however they feel like it. I will be contacting yum brands & the general manager of this location on blakenbaker parkway. Of my 10 years in retail/food management I have never met another manager of a food establishment that spoke to customers the way adam spoke to me & my fiancee. This is not the first time I have witnessed staff at this location being down right rude to customers & talking down to them. Well guess what? Yall messed with the wrong couple this time. As a former employee of yum brands, I will personally go out of my way to let them kkow how you all treat customers & represent their brand. Even though your independently owned, you are still representing a nationally owned food chain that doesnt tolerate that ignorant behavior. How are you all even still open & operating!? We will never ever come back to this blakenbaker location & will drive out of our way to go to the jtown store. The way you all treated us tonight is absolutely beyond pathetic & maybe you should try silencing the button on your drive thru headset before you talk [censored] about your customers not "ordering [censored]ing right"... We do pay your paychecks remember?! We are the reasom you have a job remember.?!

KFC customer service

Some of the enployees are awesome, but usually at night time you get the very rude ones, customer service can be awful and everytime around 7-9pm in between there they do not have fried chicken. I get it can get busy but if this is normal why cant they be prepared? It is Kentucky Fried chicken but they are always running out! Then they get nasty with you because you complain. I love kfc but my last experience made me not come to that store again which is literally 2 minutes away from home and now i drive 15 minutes to get to the next one! When i call to complain, i never get an answer. I am not one to complain but i am very aggravated with the services. I came Wednesday 26th at exactly 8:07 pm the cashier at DT was very rude when iasked how long was the chicken. Please fix this

KFC $20 dollar fill up.

I went to the Harriman TN location. We were waiting for 30 minutes to place our order and when we finally did get to order we were told that they did not have the extra crispy chicken we wanted. If we wanted extra crispy we would have to wait over 30 minutes. We decided to get the original instead. We live 10 minutes from the restaurant and when we got home our food was cold and extra greasy. During our inspection of the food we noticed that a wing was broken in half and counted as 2 pieces. Our 8 piece was the worst we have ever purchased from any of your locations. We have tried calling your restaurant but the phone is constantly busy. We did not eat the food we went to Bojangles instead.

KFC 10 piece family meal, 2 additional sides, and 1 famous bowl

I had a family gathering on Saturday 9/29/18. So an obvious choice for my family, I believed, was KFC! I sent my husband to get our food in hopes of my mother and grandmothers snide comments to each other stopping all communication for any amount of time, but my relief quickly changed into another obstacle when the food was cold, macaroni was hard, old, and cold, the chicken was tacky, and the biscuits were rocks... After resorting to ordering a pizza to replace our dinner, I called into the store in hopes of a resolution to our loss or a replacement or another time. The lady I spoke with said they could happy replace everything, but did not tell me to hang on to the receipt. Today, 2 days later, I called to warn ahead of time that I was coming in to the store to pick up the replacement as a courtesy, but the manager Becky not only refused to honor the replacement, she showed terrible managerial skills in handling the situation. At one point, she snickered and hung up on me. When she answered my 3rd call, the second was ignored, she addressed the call as if she was someone else speaking and spoke as a 3rd party new to this issue until the end of the call when I pointed her deception out and directed my understanding of who I was speaking to back to her. I simply wanted to be made whole on my purchase, and have the agreement set honored. I didn't expect to be treated as liar of sorts. I simply want my 10 PC family meal. additional sides, and famous bowl replaced as agreed. However. At this point, a customer relations seminar might be a considered suggestion for Becky the manager as well... I have an do manage several companies, and even if the Customer isn't always right... The customer is always right. In this case Mrs. Becky, you simply handled the situation wrong.

KFC popcorn chicken, biscuits and coleslaw

Good day, 9/29/18 8:30pm I visited the 210 Rodi road Penn Hills, Pa 15235 store drive thru, My order was the $10 popcorn chicken share bucket with 2 biscuits one large coleslaw, Well from previous experience that happened at this store i decided to check the bucket of popcorn chicken before pulling away an what do you no once again i was given in a bucket of popcorn chicken with next to nothing in it so i then asked the cashier about this as i showed her what was given to me in the box i could see the bottom of the bucket no lye she then says give me one moment to check on this for you i said sure, while she was checking i checked my bag and this time i seen that the biscuits had been thrown in the bag without being put in a box just lying at the bottom of the bag, so when the cashier came back she offered me either chicken or chicken strips because they were all out of the popcorn chicken, i stated well you all were about to let me drive away thinking that i had a full bucket without telling me that you all could not fulfill the complete order, i asked to speak with the manager at this point, she stepped away to get the manager only to come back and say that the manager says that he/she could not come to the window because they were on the phone, i said ok i'll call then, i only live 1.4 miles away from the store, once home i pulled the chicken strips out only to find not fully cooked strips along with strips that were so old that they looked discolored, i pulled the coleslaw from the bag only to discover that it had a leak from the bottom of the container and that the juice from the coleslaw had all leaked at the bottom of the bag, at this point i could not feed my family not to mention it was already late we ate cereal instead, I would not have feed my family the chicken strips nor any other person for that matter, so the whole meal was a complete waste of money, I started calling the store at about 8:55pm hoping to speak with a manager an the line was busy honest to goodness to closing time needless to say that i was out of a meal and unable to make any contact with a manager, I am writing hoping that someone could do something anything about the food customers are being served like i said it is not the first time with this particular store that the food was not prepared right, or that the customer would get home to find that the order was not complete, the bad service the bad attitudes by managers, ( I stepped inside before and watched a manager pick an argument with an customer about them missing up the customers order not that the customer started the argument it was the manager) please help! maybe send a secret customer to check on the store or get rid of the employees who are not taking there jobs seriously enough to care about people who are spending money and eating the food, it's very unfair., I have never been so dissatisfied or upset about eating at a fast food when you think your getting something cooked right and you get garbage! KFC lack of supervision

Went into your Pacific Missouri location and the service was way slow. I waited 20 minutes before someone took my order. And the supervisor when I asked for her was playing grab [censored] with one of her employees. The servers and counter people where cursing and texting on their personal phones. My 7 year old daughter was with me and after walking out I had to explain to her that's not appropriate talk or behavior. Was isn't someone looking into that location I was told by other customers it's been going on for awhile. They told me the supervisor has lost control of her employees. Also customers are allowed behind the counters and can enter through the back door. What kind of food would I have gotten if I stayed. Also place is dirty and uncleaned. Bathroom was gross too. I'm never going back too that location again. I've told others as I'm a traveling salesperson.

KFC service

Went through the drive up at your location at 2712 Kettleman Lane, Lodi, Ca on 9/30/2018 around the noon hour, ordered the chicken breast box for $5.00. When I pulled the meat from the bone I discovered it was a thigh not a breast. I returned the box with the bone to show I had received the wrong piece of chicken & ask for the breast. I understood the response that she could not replace the chicken piece since it looked like it had been eaten. I replied I didn't eat the meat & would be happy to go home & return the chicken I had pulled from the bone to get the correct piece ordered. She said she would make an exception to your policy this time & packaged the breast to hand to me, then she said she changed her mind & wasn't going to let me have the breast. Her entire conversation was conducted with an extremely rude manner & bad body language. I have worked in the customer service industry for 40 plus years, if I had treated or allowed one of my employees to treat a customer as your associate did, I or they would no longer be working for my company or me. I didn't get her name, but on a little on the chunky, black hair, black eye liner. She seemed to be in authority as the first associate referred me to her.

KFC lack of services

Good Morning,

My name is David Lee, I retired and now live in The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, originally from the UK I do enjoy fast food which as you know is not available here.

Yesterday I had to pick up some relatives in the South of Cyprus (Greek) which gave me an opportunity to sample my favorite a three-piece KFC meal. I went on Google and found a KFC in a place called town called Kiti, 4.4 kilometers from Larnaca International Airport. I thought great I'll eat there whilst waiting for my relatives to arrive from the UK.

Now my currency in my now home country is Turkish Lira, so when I go South which is the Euro I use my UK Debit Card which is accepted in every fast food establishment in the south and saves me buying a currency that I never really use.

So I ordered my meal, went to pay and the Manager was brought forward and I was told the only accept Cash !

Now an establishment that fronts your Logo and is less than five Kilometers from an International airport that does not accept Credit or Debit Cards I find not only frustrating, disgusting and smells of money in the back pocket syndrome.

You will probably tell me that this is a franchise and you have little control over what goes on, but you must insist on certain standards and after quilty of Food that I had no chance of trying, paying the bill must come pretty high up the list.

If "The Colonels Face" is displayed I accept a standard that was not given in this establishment.

One very annoyed Customer…..

KFC service

I went to the restaurant on sherbrooke and des ormeaux. There was a line up and only 2 people working. I waited at least 20 minutes when i asked the girl when my I order. She simply answered me "i don't know"and walked away. Then the same girl came out to give a customer their order and that's when she announced they were not taking anymore orders until they finish the ones before. There was other people in line before me and customers were saying what did she say. I finally asked the other woman when will we be able to order. She says " we did say we were not taking anymore orders until we finish these ones. It doesn't matter how long you were here. We are not taking orders for now. She finally said " if you are not happy make a complaint with KFC I don't care". Another customer that was waiting for her order says "shes the boss here, that's why she answers us like that. So I responded " there is someone higher than her, , customer answered "Yes". I did walk out not being able to place my order. Went home and ordered Pizza instead.

So that's what happened tonight.
