KFC food/drugs/rudeness

On October 27, 2018 I was at the Pacific Missouri location to get a $20 meal. After getting out of the car I was in a noticed 3 employees sitting on the curb smoking marijuana. When I entered the restaurant I went to the counter to place my order when the employee yelled loudly that he needed [censored]ing help at the counter. Someone from the back yelled get [censored]ing Phala, Liz, and Justin to get their [censored] in here to help out. Next thing I know is that the 3 employees outside came in and started swearing at the 2 inside working. I asked to speak to the manager and I was like really the lady called Phala said I can I be of assistance. I said why the foul language you have customers in here and kids. She said what's it [censored]ing matter to you. Just take your [censored] when it's ready and leave. After 7 minutes the person in the back starts screaming that [censored]ing hot water is coming out of the hot water tank and going all over the place. Phala says I can't deal with this I have a migraine headache and I'm going to be in the office, and I'll call my boyfriend and see what he says to do about it. I don't have time to try and figure it out myself. This employee named Liz says what can Mitch do he's in another state hundreds of miles away. Are you kidding me, doesn't she know to call her supervisor. I was in shock. When I got my food a few minutes later I couldn't get out of that place fast enough. No one was trying to clean up the water either. Just lazy and poor manager skills. When I got home with my bucket of food there was a half rolled joint and a needle in my bucket of chicken. I called the police and they said to bring it in and file a report. So I did. I just couldn't believe this happened. What kind of people do you hire? The manager in my opinion shouldn't be a manager let alone an employee. Just children left to run the place. Where is the supervisor he must be just a failure as a supervisor to let this continue. Can't be good business for KFC either. Very sad ex customer you lost my business.

KFC pot pie

I bought a $5 fill up containing a pot pie. There was not one single piece of chicken inside of it! (Not exaggerating) I have had the pot pie fill up twice before and I have never experienced this either time. I am VERY disappointed. Had it not been for the cookie inside, I would have continued to be hungry. The KFC location was Teaneck, NJ on Cedar Lane dated Saturday 10/27/18. It was 10:50 pm. I would like to be compensated for this either by refund or by receiving a free meal from KFC.

KFC food/service/rudeness/drugs

My name is Jessica Dilenger I visited the Pacific Missouri location on October 25. I pulled into a parking spot got out with my 3 kids to go get dinner. While walking up to the building 3 employees were out smoking marijuana at first I thought it was cigarettes but the smell was not a cigarette. OMG my kids had to go through that smell. I only got 2 names from the female employees, one was Liz, and the other I hope I spell it right was Phala. When I went in to place my order I was greeted rudely by someone named Austin. He said what can I [censored]ing do for you today. I was shocked and horrified by this. My kids were with me, I'm like are you serious. At a KFC, being talked to like that. I thought KFC was a family oriented place. I asked for the $20 meal. By this time I was upset and asked to speak to the manager on duty. I was told Phala the boss is out having a smoke. I was again taken aback by this, the manager is out smoking marijuana with the other employees. This is not good. I was given my order and I left. Half way home I thought, you better check your order. Upon checking the bucket of chicken I found, a joint, a needle, and a condom. I'm so glad I checked it before I got home. I went to the local police station and showed them what I found in my chicken. They said they have had similar complaints they took the bucket from me and said they would be surveilling the location. I said thank you and left. Needless to say that location is banned by me and my many friends that use to go there. I ordered a pizza and not from Pizza hut as it's affiliated with KFC. I really hope someone looks into shutting the location down. I'm just praying those involved get arrested. A very very unsatisfied customer.

KFC Waiting time

We placed an order at 4:07 for a family of four, at no point did anyone say there was going to be a wait. We eventually got our food at 4:49
We asked several times about how long our food was going to be with a response of about ten minutes, then secondly to be told they have just received there chicken in the back so they were just cooking it. So I am unsure to what the real reason for the wait was. To think this is a fast food restaurant is very disappointing, I could cook this quicker at home. No one offered an apology or compensation very disappointed! We paid £25 for a very looooong wait 🙃

KFC a store not honoring your advertised prices

I go to the store at 1200 W. Warm Springs Rd. in Henderson, NV. and the $5 fill up is on the menu board as $5 but then on the bottom of it there is another sign that says $5.25. I know it's only a quarter but when you get 3 of them along with the bucket for $20 it gets pricey as well as gets you mad so rather than cancel the order and go elsewhere you get it anyway to get home and find that the order is wrong...very disappointing.

KFC krushers

Whenever I attend kfc their krusher machines are out of order or the haven't even got Ice cream... Just placed an order thru drive thru and no chilli salt given... When trying to phone it either doesn't ring or never picks up the phone... I am truly highly upset with kfc. I have never experience such in my life.. As i am a regular kfc buyer... I love the Oreo krushers but never available...

KFC my experience at drive thru

My drink was halfway full, I didn't get my side dish(Mashed Potatoes). My chicken was suppose to be crispy but they gave me original, It was so tough like it been sitting out all day followed by being dry. The drive thru later was very rude rushing me to order. I normally come to Dallas for chicken but I see now I'm going to have to go to New Hope! I will surely be calling your franchise owner & also cooperate.

KFC service at trussville, al

I was told that my order had 4 minutes left on it and was told to pull up. I sat waiting on my food for well over 45 minutes and when I went inside to get my food they told me that they had forgot about my order. They never once apologized or anything. I went in and said I wanted a refund and I no longer wanted the order and was pretty much laughed at and when I stated I wanted to speak to a manager; they claimed to not have one. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE EVER AGAIN.

I am complaining about the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant and Hampton Virginia on West Pembroke Avenue. The lady who did the drive-thru was very rude and she did not give me a receipt with my purchase. She failed to give me eye contact and also, she was very abrupt with me. KFC 1765 dort hwy flint mi; slow service and missing items

10/23/2018

The closest kfc from my home at this time is on the other side of town. I went to the location approximately 7:30 p.m.
I went inside to order for TO GO I purchased the $20 meal deal which included

8 pc. Chicken
2 large mashed potatoes and 2 gravy
Large Cole slaw and 4 biscuits

The cashier was not very friendly and the employee who expidited my order was also not kind.
When i received my order and upon inspection 1 large potato 1 gravy were missing. No honey given for biscuits either. I questioned her about the order and very rudely she threw a large potato in the bag.

I was so aggravated and disgusting with the staff i left before i said something that may have been inappropriate. So I have chosen to report my complaint directly, and believe in doing so will result in your company may resolve this matter that will keep me dining ar your company.

KFC food

On October 23, 2018 I was traveling from Springfield MO to St Louis MO when I stopped at the Pacific Missouri location for a 10 piece bucket of original chicken. After receiving my bucket and leaving the location my kids and I stopped a Lone Elk Park to eat our chicken when my son pulled out a chicken thigh and low and behold their was a needle sticking out of it. Thank God he pulls the meat off the bones. I was and am motified that this would be found in my chicken. What is KFC coming to that we have to be worried about such things in our food.i reported this to the better business bureau and the police to investigate this location. OMG my son could have potentially got very sick, injured his insides, or worse case died. And what kind of drug was the needle being used for. I'm so disgusted. I'm seriously looking into sueing the employees, managers and district supervisors for not doing random drug screens for your employees. My son's life is more important than anything they or you could do to make this right. Except fire everyone and start over at this location. Again you'll be hearing from my attorneys about this. From a sad and angry customer.

KFC service

I sat in the drive thru for more than 10 mins with no response from anyone when there was no one else inside or in line being served. I even saw an employee walk around the building. It was only 8pm. Still an hour before closing. Eventually, I gave up and left. I don't even Know if I would want to eat what was cooked if I received it based on the competence of the employees working.

Same thing just happened to me. Nobody around, automated drive thru asked if I wanted to try the $20 family bucket. After that no response for a few minutes so I pulled around. Every single employee was in drive thru area and kept looking at me and rolled their eyes. I didn't say anything except what's going on. Finally this teen opens the window after rolling her eyes again and immediately says, "I'm not drive thru so it wasn't me" I said, "How come nobody responded when I was back at the order board?" She rolled her eyes again. Then, she slightly lost her attitude and said, "Well, we just had yo refund another customer before you." I replied, "So, you ignore the rest of your customers?" She didn't have a reply and so I said forget it and drove off. I can see if the customer ordered all their chicken and wanted a refund so there isn't any left but that's not likely the case. It was only 745 p.m. Will never eat there again. Store is jn Germantown, WI on HWY Q.

KFC current kfc tv commercial is of bad taste

The current KFC TV commercial is of bad taste.

Whilst I understand the humour, it seems to normalize complete inefficiencies within public departments.

We all mostly have extremly frustrating experiences at public department and the KFC commercial seems to "normalise" the bad service and inefficiencies.

Would be so good if you could turn this into a positive message.

You can do better KFC.

KFC fried chicken

$16 for 8 pc chicken (that's $2 per piece! including that little meatless wingy dingy) is a lot to pay, but expecting something "time honored" and edible for that kind of money isn't necessarily out of the question, if that's what your taste buds are wanting. But dried up woody chicken meat at $2 a piece NO WAY!

So, I'm outing the KFC in Petoskey, Michigan for (excuse the expression) boning me out of $16+tax for a bucket of dried up trash that I wouldn't even have the heart to offer to a hungry homeless person even if they pooped on my sidewalk. Yes, babe! That bad!

So, now that KFC chicken has become totally flavorless to boot (whatever happened to those "herbs & spices?) nobody even checks to see if what they're doling out for big money is even edible (herbs & spices, or not). Dried up chicken. Served at 5PM on a Monday. Did that garbage sit there since 11PM last night?

Never again.

KFC chicken pot pies

My husband ordered 2 chicken pot pies for supper and when i started eating i could not find but one piece of chicken and so i told him "would be good if they had meat in it" -he thought i was just complaining until
he ate his and it was the same exact way-no chicken at all
this place needs severe training every time i have been there the order
is always wrong-VERY disappointed, kathy mcgrand

Dear KFC. This is not a complaint but rather a recommendation. I noticed that the dunked zinger burger was only available for a short period of time. Please can you bring back the dunked zinger burger or add it to the menu as a regular item.in theory it should not increase any logistical costs as the dunked sauce is already being used as a regular item for the zinger wings. KFC rotten chicken wings

Hi hope this finds you

I am so disgusted by the kfc at parade Cape Town. It's the 2nd time (yesterday) I get rotten wings that smell really bad and I have no idea how can a professional cook or whatever you call your kitchen staff would coat and fry such. It's the 2nd time this is happening and it's the same kfc..

You seriously need to start taking other people's health into consideration you cannot be continuously selling off meat to people. It is disgusting!

KFC service

My husband and I really enjoy going to KFC once in awhile, its our 'treat'. Yesterday Saturday Oct 20, 2018. He went to KFC in Kittanning PA 16201 #J089012. Ticket #3166. We ordered the 7pc with sides with a coupon 7+3 = 10.00. Got chicken and sides but no biskits.
Store was NOT busy, though he did use walkup instead of drive through. **This has been the 3rd time this has happened. We are very disappointed in this service. This might just break us to the point of not returning.

KFC I am complaining about service

Today I received very bad service from a lady called Doree at leboakgomo kfc, she firstly didn't greet me very rude face with attitude, I ordered a zinger lunch box meal she told me I had to pay extra as her soda machine is not working I said to her I don't want soda she.than said she won't help me coz I don't want to pay extra Becoz I don't want soda she made a big deal out of it I was so upset. I think kfc stuff in lebokgomo should be taken for service delivery training because even the manager didn't apologize on her behalf they treated it as a normal purchase. I would like this resolved as I feel sorry for leboakgomo kfc customers

KFC disgustingly dirty restaurant

I made the mistake of bringing my 5 year old daughter, and 3 year old son in this place for a meal. There was trash and food all over the floor of this restaurant!, huge chicken crust crumbs on many tables, and spilled fountin drink liquid in front or every dispenser - so disgusting. We waited 19 minutes to get our meals! I can not help but wonder if our food was contaminated by the same employees who allowed the dining room to become (and stay so filthy! I actually felt ashamed that I stayed in that filthy restaraunt with my kids. I had to wipe the table just to be able to sit.
What these employees are doing to this beautiful place and the kfc name is nothing short of wrong and shameful. I hope you can make corrections asap. Thanks and besh wishes. We love kfc food and the big chicken (when the on-duty manager acts as if he or she cares about the restaraunt and food as well.)
