KFC manager, gm, employees, food, appearance if store, how this store treats customers

I have personally visited and had the buffet four times in the last month.
I observed how the employees and management treat customer's. The appearance o the store is poor. I say this because a week ago my friend and I had the buffet the salt and pepper shakers were sticky. Today is January 12th, 2019 we sat at the same table and they were in the same place upon window sill where I placed them. My Grandson is in medication that suppresses his appetite, had paid for the buffet for him and requested to take a plate home. Employees laughed and belittled me in front of him (9) yrs old. I asked to file a complaint employee said my GM is here. GM didn't offer his name. Was condecending and belittled me in front of my grandson as well as other patrons. I asked for his Managers contact information which he stated I'm not allowed to give that information. Told me I'm sorry you have a bad attitude while smirking. Stated to him I would not be returning to restaurant and would advise Friends and Family to do the same.

KFC service/ food

I went through the drive thru at my local KFC and was disappointed as usual. The young man who took my order was pretty much rushing me as if there was a line behind me miles long. So I pull around, he asked me again for my drink orders and the sides I asked for. Very annoying, had he not been rushing me, he would have heard me the first time. It was bad enough that when I was ordering, he kept cutting me off and saying "pull up"...like seriously? Anyway, he takes my card, took way too long swiping it, no receipt, and gave me my bag...I had to ask for my drinks, smfh. I asked for honey mustard, that was a no. I took the bbq sauce and drove away. Got all the way home and I wasn't even shocked, order was wrong. I Asked for wedges and they gave me those nasty watery mashed potatoes and gravy...disgusting. So I immediately get back in my car and take it back. Now, here's where [censored] got scary. The young lady at the counter noticed very quick I was beyond annoyed and had no time for games. She asked what was wrong with the food, I simply said it's wrong as usual and I would like a refund. The manager comes from the back, does not address me, spoke only to his employee and walked away to the drive thru area and started to process my refund. Very rude move sir, not to mention very unprofessional. As I stand waiting and conversing with my husband, we noticed the young lady from the counter who I handed all of my food back to was placing the napkins, silverware and sauce back on the racks. Not a big deal right, everything was still sealed. But then she kept watching us, so I turned towards my husband to avoid making further eye contact. My level of patience was getting worse because the rude manager wAs taking way too long to give me my damn card back, and I'm also looking around at how sticky and dusty everything looks inside. Just nasty. So I turn slightly around bc my husband gives me a nod to look behind me. And OMFG, she put all of the food back. The watery mashed potatoes, she placed the biscuits back and then the chicken...bare hands. I was shocked and completely disgusted. I could have spit on the food, licked it or wiped my [censored] with it. Not that I would ever do that, but are you [censored]ing serious? She was not concerned with her fellow employees watching her, us standing there or the ones dining in. Ma'am you just contaminated everything. I refuse to ever eat there again. I will be reporting this to the health department, the BBB, and all social media outlets. They need to shut down and fire everyone. I am now convinced this location does this all the time, she gave no [censored]s if we saw her. KFC on Hillsborough avenue in Tampa, Florida 33615 should be ashamed at putting the public's health at risk in order to save money. Y'all are nasty AF.

KFC chicken and order

I went thru the drive thru AGAIN and they screwed my order up AGAIN
I ordered the 20$ and got
2 small breasts
3 wings
1 thigh
2 legs
They always screw my order up and I Always give them another chance... not anymore
Also I asked for butter and honey; got only honey
Called said going to give me more chicken... how come this keeps happening

KFC Chicken, Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes

Me and my two sons we're up all night throwing up and spraying. My wife was fine, she ate hardee's... We ate chicken tenders, mac n cheese, and mash potatoes, with baha blast. Went through drive through messed up order, I said no worries I will go in so I don't hold up traffic, went in, no one meet me, waited in long indoor line, ordered again, order messed up again, few minutes later manager found out and asked what's up, I said no problem I just ordered three individual instead of bucket (bc I already paid for. Two wrong individuals so just chalk it up for loss and get one more), gave the customer behind me my two other drinks bc I did get three drinks in order number one at drive through, finally came out with my other meal and I left. We ate, went to bed a couple hours later, as we were laying down older son bad stomach pain, we were about to walk out to er and spray, throw up soooooo much chicken chunks and kfc smelling throw up, then my other then me up all night no school good times.

KFC the quality of the food

Between november and december i'm 2018 I have purchase food from kentucky fried chicken off of prairie boulevard in pueblo co and it was very disappointed on quality of the product.. Which was the chicken pot pie.. Was burnt... The chicken strips was like jerky... I got a bucket if chicken n no breast pieces.. Which I asked for extra.. I'm sure I paid for it... But I would like to be refunded or free stuff from kfc in the future.. Thank u for ur time patricia seal..

KFC management disrespecting and elderly woman

White male manager from Pennsylvania at the Gaffney SC 29341 location. Actually was very unprofessional and disrespectful to Mrs Higgins in the restaurant and then proceeded to be extra ugly to her husband on the phone who is also elderly very sick and undergoing treatment for cancer. I'm asking that someone address this immediately or I will. This is beyond wrong. Mrs Higgins company does the landscaping at that location and they are the number one landscaping company 6 years in a row in our town. Amazing people. They do not deserve this disrespect and poor lady was in tears and unconsolable.

This involves KFC

Date: 1-8-2019

Went to KFC at night to order some food to go. I checked the posted menu in the restaurant and the menu specific showed the following:

K2 Meal Breast & Wing Combo - $6.99 - See photo of the Menu.
Any Side - $1.99 - See photo of menu.

When I received my receipt, I had been charged $7.29 for each K2 Meal (I ordered 2 K2 meals) and $2.19 for each side (I ordered 2 additional cole slaws, 1 for for each meal).

I asked the person that had taken my order why the differences in prices, he said that they had not changed the sign yet. This is false advertising! I asked for the manager, told her that the price on the board for the K2 was $6.99 and I had been charged $7.29. She said that I had been charged $7.29 because I ordered white meant (breast & wing) I told her that this was not true. The menu board said specifically $6.99 for a breast & wing combo (see photos). The same thing happened with the extra sides. She refunded me the difference for each and did not want to give me the tax that I had paid for each. She finally gave me the tax that I had paid on the $1.00 that they had over charged me.

Note: The man before me was questioning why he was charged more for the K9 meal
than what the board had printed.

This is totally wrong on KFC's part.

KFC kfc quality of food.

Went to KFC last night for the first time in months and was very disappointed. It was so greasy I had to wipe my hands each time I picked it up. Very unappetizing and left me with an upset stomach all night. Aside from that, the attendant at the window was not very friendly and I wasn't told the amount when I ordered (drive thru approx 4:45 PM). Very disappointed in everything. Guess it will be Popeys' from now on.

KFC condition of premises, slow, dirty floor and tables

Rt 30 Pa highest tourist traffic area. Stopped at KFC long john silvers for fish. 15 min into waiting they came out and said fish was frozen. At least another 10 min went by before food came. We were originally only ones dining. Others came and went while we waited. I used ladies room and was appalled at condition in this area of Lancaster county, pa. Not once in an hour did anyone clean dirty tables or floors from previous guests. Toilet paper holders broke, I had to chase my roll when it fell to floor, soap dispenser wide open, handle broke off hand drier. Employee standing out in dining area shooting breeze with 3 visiting patrons. I will continue to stop at Burger King from now on when passing through this area. Thought I would try something different with my dad. 2 cod and shrimp and 1 sodas at nearly 17 or 18.00 was extreme for this experience. Also it looked like a child painted the bathroom. Paint was really sloppy and splashed everywhere. One would not know they were in a commercial business. Pictures show yellow paint slipped, 2 different greens and yellow all over stall door in ladies room, soap dispenser condtion, handle missing. Quite a mess and not becoming to your franchise

KFC my order was incorrect, waited for 30minutes and poor customer service among the employees and very unprofessional

On January 2, 2019 I placed in order at KFC around 9:40 p.m. When the cashier came to the speaker, all I could was loud music and loud talking. The cashier ask me to repeat my order several times. I pulled up and paid for my order, which was $17. 49. The cashier gave me my change and the receipt . I looked at my receipt and the order was wrong. I told the cashier and she told me that she knew what I ordered. As I was talking to her several other employees came up to the window and they were horse playing and laughing as I was talking. The cashier ask me to pull up and they will bring my order out. At this time I was the only car in line. Ten minutes had passed by and an employee came up to my car window and asked me what was my order again. I gave him the receipt. At this time it was about 9:55 and I went inside the building. One of the employees told me that they were closed. I told them that I had been waiting on my order for a while. The guy told me that they were about to fix it up then. I became very upset because I had waited all this time and still no order and there were only two cars that had been in the line since I had placed my order. They gave me my order and I asked for the receipt back and they stated that they didn't know where it was. I drove home very upset. I made it home and took my food out of the bag and my food was cold and was order was in correct.

KFC additional charge for condiments and aggressively seeking donations

Recently traveling from U.S.A.to overseas including India, I wanted comfort food and longed for home food which I was used seeking out my favorite Kentucky Fried Chicken in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Not so much as complaint or about food but was surprised that they wanted additional money for extra mayonnaise and aggressively seeking donation.

Surprised being in third world country, gladly paid for the mayonnaise. However, they aggressively pursued donation for the under privilege. Being generous and privilege, I allowed her to decide the amount whereupon Indian Rupees 25 was collected.

What I would like to see is receipt reflecting these charges and donations and not pocketed by the management especially from the local Indian public.

Thank you for taking time to read this and making Kentucky Fried Chicken proud and continuing to catering in the third world countries where we miss you. My family and I eat KFC at least 3 times a week.

KFC slow service and unhygienic shop

I ordered 4 zinger wings from KFC Sasol Zebetiela.. Firstly the service for ordering is slow, on top of that they use FNB speed point machines but I was told that they don't use the tapping system. Secondly I have to wait more then 15 min for an order which they told me was ready(they just leave the food on the counter) .. Thirdly the shop has flies all around the kitchen and the floor is dirty...

KFC pot pies

On 11/19/2018 I bought two pot pies. Both had bones in them. I called KFC and they said they would call Me.No one called. I Emailed them, no response.
The restaurant #isG135344.
Both were sent to the main office. My wife has MS, thank goodness we saw them before started to eat. Some of the bones were small, some about an inch long. One had head about the size of a dime. I took pictures.

KFC money taken off credit card and not replaced

Manager swipe my card for $22.46 on December 8. Then she said the credit card did not go thru her register but it was took off my card. The nexr day went there to show her it was off my card. She calls gm. Gm sau i have to wait because it was weekend. Whent there to talk to gm she say its nothing she can do sense i called corporate. I called corporate because she wasn't trying to help me. So now i have been calling corporate every week. No one has responded to me. This is theft!

KFC Service and stock

Went to KFC kensington. Ordered a box meal. Was told due to soda machine not working I could not order that meal. I asked for a can of cold drink instead but no they don't have cans. I was told a manager was called. Waited 5min and then left. You can't tell me that the manager was sooooo busy that they couldn't sort it out. How on earth does a busy KFC not have a working cold drink machine? Why is this the second KFC I have been to in a week that is unable to supply what they advertise? Still waiting for anyone to explain why edenvale and kensington kfcs are up to [censored].

KFC hygiene and service

Please be informed that I am at KFC mount Edgecombe at the Caltech garage opposite the McDonald's. The store is FILTHY as ever. EVERY single table is dirty. The air con is leaking and there is water all over the floor besides just water, there is good crumbs and stuff all over. It is 5:25am and all the breakfast menus are up but the staff refused to give us the breakfast as they say breakfast starts at 6am. The attitude of the staff is disgusting, they have not customer service etiquette at all.The toilets have no toilet paper and looks as if It has never been cleaned.I have pics to prove how.bad the condition of the store was. Someone needs to do something about this asap.

KFC undercooked wings

I went to the Kentucky friend chicken on route 175 some time between 6:00 and 7p.m. to get some wings. I ate some in the car on the ride home. When I got home and saw them in the light, I saw that all the wings I had eaten were bloody and severely undercooked. I took them back and got a refund, but I am outraged. This is unacceptable. People get sick eating undercooked poultry and it could be fatal. I don't understand how this could happen when the food cooks on a timer. This type of negligence should be taken very seriously. KFC sun: 10:00am - 10:00pm mon - sat: 10:30am - 10:00pm per website

I went to this location at on 12/30/18. I arrived at the store at 10:49AM due to the website stating store hours are 10:00AM and posted on the door stated that they opened at 10:30AM. I was told that the store wasn't open for business at the time that I arrived, even the the hours posted on the door stated otherwise. Also, if I look up your menu prices on-line versus the store prices you will see that they're totally different. For example I went to this location to purchase a 20 piece hot wing, on the website the price is $13.99, at the stores the price is $15.69. Why the difference? I understand that the weekend hours during the beginning of the business day can be slow, but if you have a set of hours posted on the door and website you should stick to them. I ended up going to Popeye's Chicken which was out of my way since I live across the street from the location I am complaining about.

KFC racist and sexist

KFC South Africa the branch in Rifle Range Bassonia . Was refusing to assist us as when we entered the store My husband and I with his sister and her girlfriend we are all gay. And white my husband his sister's girlfriend kissed when entering the store refusing to assist us claiming sytem down but they are helping coloured lady before us also all that is using the drive thru. As the regional manager told me they have to take your order manual as well as the money we we told sytem of we can't help you. As we left an Indian lady was assist as well as the Muslim couple that came in the drive thru was also being assist. We also noticed that the majority of the staff was sitting in the restaurant and eating there meal were only customer are being seated. This store is racist and Sexist.

KFC service

The KFC Branch in Hartbeespoort at Sadiba Plaza is the worst ever. This is the second time in two weeks that we were turned away due to the fact that their chicken was not cooked yet. We were told to wait 15 min for it to cook. The lady serving us did not know what we were talking about when we tried to order a streetwise 5 meal either. This is realy pathetic.
