LBC Express service

We would like to complain about our shipment for our former employee, Mr. Eduardo II Castelo Jr. with tracking number [protected] with the transaction date 27 September 2018, 02:59:35 pm going to 598 Area 6 Botocan Quezon City. It was indicated also on the receipt that the expected delivery date is on 28 September 2018. Upon tracking our shipment, it was stated that on 28 September 2018 "the document is ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day". Then you have stated on 29 September 2018, our "shipment is ready for claiming at ANONAS. Please inform your recipient". You did not even put the status of your delivery. Then when our messenger, Mr. Charlie Boado visit the ANONAS branch to have another shipment, and the staff told him that the consignee is unknown at the given address and you have turned over the documents to him. But you have encoded to your website that our shipment was released to authorized representative Mr. Charlie Boado on 01 October 2018. Mr. Charlie Boado is the representative of the company, and not the representative of the Mr. Castelo. Did your team tried to deliver it to the given address?.

LBC Express privacy

I've been shopping at Lazada for many years without trouble. However, with regard to perfumes, I often get ones that are significantly not as advertised (eg. they described it as sweet and it comes off as something else), on rare occasions fake ones that are misrepresented to look like original, and other times, the product is just bad (eg. they are selling eau de parfum that smells very diluted like body mist or does not have smell). That is why I often return perfumes for these VALID reasons. These are not just because I didn't like it or changed my mind.

The problem with an LBC branch around the neighborhood is that a male staff there often takes my returns personal. Such as being judgmental, being condescending, making conspiracy theories (eg. I'm a scammer), or just divulging information to people outside the store.

I'm quite a high profile personality and well known, so leaks like that can go out of hand. Especially when they are being judgmental and do not know the story, which is also none of their business. So for example, one instance I heard kids talking about me while I was dining out. They were saying that I was a scammer that often returned the perfume. I don't know how it got out of hand or to that point, because the only human contact I have for returning those items is LBC (and I've also heard quite enough).

It is not the courier's job to find fault, to take it personal, to make conspiracy theories, or to gossip/divulge information about their clients. Their job is to process a transaction as needed and do it well. Thank you!

I have submitted my concern to Lazada chat, since it's hard to find the email of LBC from their website. The agent said that they will forward it but do not know how it will be handled. I assume that they will improve on that aspect.

LBC Express horesplaying employee and shouting loud.

they doing horse play even they have customer. shouting very loud and no manner... that lesbian was handling a live rat that keep showing to a co- employee woman. who's shouting. Others are laughing around and not giving attention on what customers need. then power off so I have to wait then... they are 5 employee working thwy not even make their work faster.

LBC Express air cargo

I let them open the package for checking since it is for air cargo. But when they repacked it, they didnt fix it. Chocolates were placed at the bottom so it leaked and the heavy things was placed above the chocolats. So what do you expect to happen with chocolates? I was really disappointed and disgusted with the service! I will never reccommend this to anyone! Money was wasted due to damaged goods.

LBC Express about my package it took so long to deliver

Good afternoon po ako si Welmar Fritz Cañete isa pong customer magrereklamo lang po sana ako regarding po sa package ko na napakatagal dumating nong tinatrack ko ang tagal natinga kung saan mang lugar yun tapos ini.expect ko po na darating nong last week of sept. tapos nong tinatrack ko uli edinideliver pa patungo dito sa lbc san carlos branch nong tinanong ko yung incharge na courier wala daw nakaalis kaya yung checker nalang pinatrack ko sa kanya yung package ko sabi nya isinauli na daw nong courier yung package ko nong Oct.1 pa! Sabi nila di daw ako makita unknown daw ako syempre pero may contact n# naman po don bakit di po sya nagtxt na sir/maam nandito ako sa lugar nyo san po ba banda ang inyo ng mahatid ko sa inyo ganon lang kasimple at para makapagreply ako ng ako nalang ang pupunta sa kanya ng di na sya maperwesyo kaso di nila ginawa tang.ina ilang ulit na ako nag.order sa lazada palagi naman pong pick.up yon tapos ngayon sasabihin ng checker sir i.order nyo nalang ulit tang.ina ang tagal kung hinintay tapos ganon lang! Nakakadismaya po ang serbisyo nyo! Doesnt matter po kung mamahalin o mumurahin yong order bayad naman po yon di po ba?! ito yong tracking n# ko po [protected] sana po maaksyonan nyo po ang reklamo ko.

LBC Express documents

We went to lbc ilagan where we supposed to get our document but they said Wala pang nakakarating sa Amin then Wala din Kayo sa list namin, the other week we come back but then again they told us the same answer, we called lbc cauayan and they said hinahanap po is ilagan balikan nyo nalang bukas, then yesterday my cousin went their in ilagan to claim again our documents but still they repeat same answer..

LBC Express shipment issue

I have a package sent to me from Butuan on October 3, 2018 and expecting it to arrive on October 6 which is tomorrow. HOWEVER, as I'm tracking the status of my package it says that my package has successfully arrived today (October 5) here in Puerto Princesa City but on the same day it also said there's an unknown shipment issue.

I need to know how will your customer service resolve this to prevent further delays and dissatisfaction from my end?

LBC Express parcel delivered to wrong person.

Received this text message below from LBC today Oct 5, 2018, however, no such person by the name KEVIN NOGA is staying in the address 38 Alfonso St. Vista Verde Exec. Village, Cainta, Rizal.

"Ka-LBC, your shipment with tracking# [protected] was received by KEVIN NOGA on 10-05-2018. Thank you for trusting LBC!"

Please retrieve the parcel ASAP since said parcel contains important documents and send this to the addressee CLOTILDE SOLON.

LBC Express late delivery of parcel and not updated status of online tracking, unable to contact receiver despite the contact number provided

Hi, i would like to complain regarding LBC late delivery always! it's already the second time that our parcel was not delivered on time and we are so disappointed now of the services of lbc.

Our parcel was sent last Oct. 3 at 9 am in the morning and we expect it to arrive at Iloilo the next day Oct 4 after lunch as what it was used to be delivered for the past 10 years, but recently we don't know what happened to your services how come parcels arrived late after 2-3 days instead of next day delivery? The content of that parcel are important documents that has deadlines and since we trust your service we send it through lbc.

I would like to request for an immediate and urgent delivery of our parcel TODAY October 5 for our employees are expecting their salaries. The important documents there are DTR's of our staff.

Our parcel has tracking number [protected]. We don't believe that this parcel was still in transit from airline for it was sent 2 days ago. There was no typhoon and advisory from your end regarding the delay.

Thank you for your immediate action.

LBC Express cash on delivery

Hi please notice this. I shipped my products 3 boxes of garcinia cambogia slimming juice last august 31, 2018, through cash on delivery amounting p2, 700 and my client received it and made a payment upon receiving the cod. Up until now I haven't received my cod payment. Upon complaining to lbc branch sapang palay bulacan it was stated in the system that it wasn't received by the client but I have proofs that it was already received and paid by the client. I am willing to post this to my social media pages and even ask for help to my influential friends on social media to raise awareness. Please take note that this is more than a month iam still waiting for your action regarding this. Tracking number : [protected]

LBC Express lost delivery

Good day,

I have a tracking number of [protected]. It was a document from the US. I checked but it says that I already received the delivery since August 19, 2018 at 0124pm.

I didnt receive any document that day as I was not at home that day. I need the documents as soon as possible.

I tried to complain on their website and emails, called their hotline, went to the nearest Lbc branch but none of those helped. They're just ignoring
My calls and emails. It's as if saying that If it's gone then it's gone. There's nothing that they can do about it.

I tracked the delivery man in our area, he said that it was him who signed the receipt for the delivery, that means that I really didn't receive anything.

Service really sucks.

LBC Express food supplements shipped to gensan

I have a customer from gensan who ordered product from me. I send it last week july 27 from makati going to gensan with a tracking number : [protected]. And a day after, the update says that it is already at gensan but until now october 3, my customer haven't receive my product. She said that if she will not receive it today, she will cancel the order. My team from gensan gone to the lbc main branch and the branch said they cant contact their delivery boy. Now my items, it will be rejected by my buyer. What action can you do about this? Please. Im a businessman and it is so embarrassing for us to have rejected products because of the delays. And also we are the one who are paying for the shipping fees.

LBC Express pouch containing passport not received.

Hi My name is Valentino Centino Jr. from Cabasakan, Jetafe, Bohol. I have processed my passport in DFA Tacloban and use LBC as the courier. Based on the LBC Tracker, the package was already forwarded in the LBC Talibon last July 6, 2018 but the said branch cannot provide the package up until now. Here is the tracking Number: [protected].

I just want LBC to give me a refund or reprocess my passport as soon as possible because I have no longer time to process it anytime soon.

LBC Express passport delayed

I'm from Cebu and I got an appointment for renewal of passport in Dumaguete since there's no available slots in Cebu. I went to Dumaguete and renewed my passport on August 30, 2018 and was expecting to get my passport via LBC last September 27, 2018. It's already October 2, 2018 and still didn't have my passport. I tried to track on LBC tracker but no record found.

Please help me!

Is there a way for me to get my passport? Does this normally happen to LBC customers?

I was planning to travel back in Dumaguete and claim my passport there but end up requesting for it to be delivered via LBC instead since it would be a hassle for me to travel from Cebu to Dumaguate just to get my passport. But now that I did not receive it on time, I regretted that I ever decided for it to be delivered.

Hi do you have amy update? I am encountering the same problem as yours. I wad supposed to have my passport delivered today but nothing came so i decided to check the status using LBC tracking in their website but "no records have found" i hope that i can get an update from you

LBC Express whoopythaiph sent product

Delivery shipped a week ago and hasn't arrived until now. Attached are photos of the parcel along with the tracking number. I would like to know what solutions I can make to get the items. LBC Express delayed delivery

Ineexpect ko yung item ko yesterday it was stated that it will be delivered tomm. But nothing appeared. Then later on i tracked my package status and it says the recipient address is out of lbc service area please cooperate with ur customers. Dont hesistate to call or text Here is my no. LBC Express lazada account are not updating my last order

LBC Express deliveries of my credit card

When I tracked my account it says that it was delivered to my house many times and there is always no people in the house. How come? When BDO messaged me regarding the approval of my card I always stay at home.in fact I called BDO main office twice for the redelivery instructions of my card. But until now wala pa rin? Ang dami na nag deliver saken sa house namin including box packages nakakarating naman. But only that credit card na since july pa until now d makarating due to same reasons. So disappointing! Di ko po alam kung bakit nagkakaroon ng shipment issue. Supposedly ngayon darating yung item from dnemnl manila pero wala naman dumating tapos pag open ko nung tracking yun na yung shippment issue.
