Mary Kay Dangerous Drivers

Mary Kay needs to make it so that independent sellers can be reported for dangerous driving. Today, 10/18/2023 a driver failed to yield at a yield sign and nearly collided with me, which could have caused another accident on RT. 128 in Peabody Ma.

Being able to ID independent drivers would be nice since they're driving with a company logo on their car.

Desired outcome: Have an identifier on independent sellers when they're driving.

Mary Kay Consultant

Mary Kay keeps a miserable thief by the name of Marta Elena Gongora who lives and conducts her sordid thieving business from the home of her incapacitated mother in Phoenix, Arizona.

Mary Kay allows her to continue to promote herself and her business when she should be kicked out instantaneously from the company she sullies with her participation as a "beauty consultant" Think the Halloween brand of beauty. They keep these "beauties" even after we are stupid enough to complain about them. This one is an especially, no, exceptionally, depraved creature. Can't bring myself to call her human. This is a primitive form of life I met in 1979 when she was a midget "flight attendant" due to her diminutive height but she made up for the missing height in girth.

My experience with their Phoenix consultant, Marta Gongora, has been eye-opening and emotionally deeply, deeply scarring. I was staying, with her permission, at her incapacitated mother's home (where she lives and lords over the premises). She might drool when she reads that she drove a stake through my heart when she scavenged through my personal possessions while I was at work, and stole valuable items such as my expensive Canon t2i camera which is an essential tool for my online fashion business. She stole ALL of my jewelry which is an integral part of my fashion line. She stole my collection of vintage glasses which I also use for my business. She stole all of my personal brand new sunglasses still in their brand new cases, and inexplicably, she stole all of my prescription glasses which I have just bought from my optician in several pairs. She stole clothing items including a tunic for my fashion line. She stole a DVD of Point Break, the surf/thriller blockbuster film I bought for my kid at the thrift bookstore. Every time I reach for something and can't find it, I experience a violent punch in the stomach.

Stealing someone's property is a form of violence that the police and the courts have yet to acknowledge. It is extreme violence by other means. It is torture to remember every little thing you owned and are powerless to get back.

I can't imagine that my jewelry will fit her fat neck nor that my clothes will fit her rolly-polly (not cute here) beer barrel size figure.

I reported her to the corporate legal department but like everything else surrounding this ugly woman, little to nothing has been done.

I am ill thinking about her voyeurism at my intimate possessions and I get ill at the greed that drove her to dispossess me so she can possess what I have.

The police, which I regret calling, were miserably impotent.

Stay away from Marta Elena Gongora. Stay away from Mary Kay, this superficial, oily, glib, insincere brand. That they can harbor people such as this speaks volumes to their disconnection between integrity and profit.

Desired outcome: Kick consultant out of company immediately

Mary Kay Ultimate mascara

I have been using Mary Kay for over 10 years. I had bought new mascara for a reputable site on ebay (which I have done before). After 2 weeks of wearing the mascara, I had a bad eye allergy reaction. I stopped using the mascara and needed to take a course of steroids to help with the inflammation. I do not want to use it again. Can I get an exchange for sensitive eyes mascara?

Otherwise I am stuck with this new mascara I cannot use nor give away because I have already started to use it.

Mary Kay the problem of receiving products I bought.

On Nov. 18th 2019. My friend Chelsea had a Mary Kay consultant at her house. Her name was Maryann .She was very nice & knowledgeable. I bought powder & foundation. 45.04. Chelsea and her mom, her mom lives out of state. Also bought make-up. Our consultant told us, she would drop Chelsea's and mine off on Wednesday. And mail her mom's. On Dec 6th Chelsea texted me & said Maryanne dropped my eye makeup remover off at her house. I did not order eye makeup remover. Chelsea gave me Maryanne's #. I texted her, and told her the order was wrong. She replied and stated it was completely her fault. She looked at 2 different receipts. She would give me 25% off my next order. Dec. 16th still have not received my makeup. She replied that she had mailed my makeup, that day. And I would receive it on Wednesday. Dec. 19th I opened the package. My powder was there, but not my foundation. Once again I texted her and explained. This time I did not get a reply from her. But she did text Chelsea & asked if my foundation was at her house. But still has not replied to me. I know this time of year is crazy & super busy. But my patience is gone. This is ridiculous. Last I knew Chelsea's mom still hasn't got her makeup either. That's a whole nother story.

Mary Kay a sales director

y'all. this girl won't leave me alone about your products. i will say that i LOVE it but i bought from her once and after that she really took advantage and hasn't stopped reaching out to me about joining and selling me stuff. i respectfully asked her to "stop in not interested" 2 times. then i had to block her number. she then went to insta to reach out to me. it's really absurd. i have then asked her twice a bit more firmly to stop reaching out to me. i'm no longer interested because she's completely overstepped her boundaries.

Mary Kay 3d miracle set

I have ordered and was charged for a 3d miracle set by consultant Kyleigh Burton. She told me she mailed in on January 17th. I have sent several messages of which no response. Tonight she finally responded and said she doesn't know what happened. She doesn't know where the receipt is. I have used Mary Kay for a very long time and will not purchase another item if this isn't resolved ASAP. She has charged me $75 of which I have no answers.

Mary Kay eye serum and representative

I christina dodge had a party with mary kay Person-Lizzy. She used phone number [protected] and [protected] to text. Lives in Moscow on the corner of 3rd and Polk. On September 21, 2018 at 10am. My friends kym and justice came with me. We were told we would get a customized bag with products in them as well as eye shadow for watching a video and I got $20 off a package. We went and had an ok time there but when we left we didn't get those goodie bags. She turned it into a drawing there for a bag which I got but didn't like at all and my friends got a very small sample to take home. I felt very disappointed in this because if you win a drawing it should have had a free item not something that I would have to spend a lot of money obtaining or another drawing invalved for something I very much did not like. I felt ripped off and lied to by lizzy. She also made a second appointment giving the impression that I'll have $40 off of an $80 package. However when I read the letter about that when I got home I would not have gotten the deal at all. Again I felt lied to. Also while I sat at home I smelled bleach strongly and my eyes started to burn. This happened to my friend justice as well. I washed my face off and was ok. I felt she did the opposite of her talk about empowering women through mary kay and that is not good for business. Sorry but I will not buy anything through her again.

Mary Kay is a scam; horribly overpriced products that contain harsh and often harmful chemicals (many women have had issues with the eye shadows and other eye products). In my experience, Mary Kay consultants tend to be pushy and manipulative; I am not at all surprised that you were lied to. You are much better off buying your own products from a store. Please avoid Mary Kay, Avon, and all multi-level/direct sales companies. They don’t empower women as they claim to. It’s a well-known fact 99% of people in these kinds of companies never make any real money at all; they actually lose it.

Mary Kay mary kay

So i was a mary kay consultant. I started in March 2018 and decided to quit 5 months later. Why? My director Kelsey Veert in Ontario Canada lied and told me that the quartly fee of $250 in sales ($500 retail value) can be done collectivley within that quarter and id be fine. So im a single mom and made orders whenever i could thinking it was collectivly like my director said. But no. I became inactive and lost my discount because you CANT do it collectivley. It MUST be in 1 order! I slent 1500 in 5 months which is deff over the 250 every quarter. Shes struggling to stay on target to be premier club to get her pink cadilac with her Pink Dolls Unit. You need a certain amount of club sales and a certain amount of active consultants under you to stay on track for that. She admitted to making a fake consultant on my account and didnt tell me till after. She pays for sooo many of her team members to stay actuve even if they arent selling just so she can meet her stats. Tells me to just spend spend spend and that it will be ok. It was not ok. Her excuse for lying was that "its your job to do the research its your job" ofcourse i did research. I caught her in a lie and its all of a sudden my fault? I reported it to mary kay over 7 days ago. And they havent gotten back to me or done anything. I provided them with proof...even screenshots of other consultant orders kelsey made to keep ppl active..included her name and address on all of them. I provided proof of her admitting to the fake account. I even sent proof on how me and multiple other people have never recieved our prizes for reaching the goals she set for us. Most of us paid out of pocket to reach those goals. Everytime we need help she ignores us for days and barely helps when she does answer. I told her the entire time i wasnt making sales and i was losing money. She told me to keep buying for inventory and keep posting and msging ppl on facebook. It never worked. Which is fine. But dont tell me to keep spending and dont treat me differently because i wont quit my job for a business that i cant make any money in. She made me feel ashamed cause my family didnt support my mary kay business. She insinuated i dont work for it hard enough...im a single mom with a full time job and still managed to do lives a few times a week..i spent at least 3 hours a day on this business. And she even stole all my customers. I made my vip page and added her...then all of a sudden we had 135 friends in common. Girls who commented showing intrest on my posts she would add them and pitch to them. So i couldnt do good with her stealing everyone from me and apparently mary kay doesnt support pyramid schemes and stealing customers...but the fact they didnt do anything shows me they 100% support someone like that. And i will make sure everyone knows. Im so hurt by this ..i just wanted something to work out and do somethi g amazing for my daughter and i. But no she just wants premier club and the caddy. Thats wmlhy she tells us to keep buying even tho she knows we cant make sales. Not a very good director...and pretty sure making fake consultant accounts and paying to keep ppl active so u can reach ur goals is a PYRAMID SCHEME AND ILLEGAL

This person who posted is a girl named Amy Ann Vatour she was in our group we had the same Director and Amy would constantly be posted weird posts in the group. She came across as a someone who would do anyone dirty. The information she posted is FALSE in all senses. A quick google search and you can see to keep a 50% discount it’s a 225 order not 250 as she posted. And that’s just one example. Since quitting Mary Kay you can see if you Facebook search Amy she has quit at least a few more Direct selling companies she’s unable to stick with any. And instead of taking responsibility for her failing Amy has tried her to do her very best to take down someone who tries to support everyone in the team. Glad she decided to leave the group has a lot less drama without her. Also lol some of the things she’s say she here is so ridiculous, the director lives like 20 hours away from Amy yet Amy said she insulted her family? How would she know any of them? So stupid and so untrue

Mary Kay false advertising and so listing new consultants

This woman is promising things to new recruits. She advertised for example that if you book 15 appointment by August 5th you get a free buisness pack. I guess she thought nobody would do it because it ended up being a 2.00 coffee mug. She is charging consultants 5.00 per meeting and doesn't really give out any information that you cannot get on your own. Now she has added that you must attend every meeting to earn prizes. So basically she is profiting not only on consultants selling the products but also having them pay her more than the stupid prizes are worth. I am going to continue to sell mary kay but not under her she has done nothing but be condescending and rude since i joined also some of the sales tactics she is teaching are not going to do anything but piss people off where they will never buy mary kay from anyone ever again.I have ran into a few of them false advertising and promising people things then profiting off the classesat which she tries to get us to bring people to for her so she doesn't have to do anything. Extortion!

Mary Kay mary kay consultant

So I ordered about $300 dollars worth of Mary kay products from a person I know. Fast forward a month and my products still haven't gotten to me. Apparently she had them shipped to her house for some odd reason and not my residence which is a little strange so I called Mary kay to see what the deal was and the Mary kay rep on the phone said she had just ordered my products .. after a month really? So a day later she brings my products and it doesn't look like I have everything so I ask her "is that everything?!" Her response "yes that's everything" so little did she know earlier I talked to the rep and she told me all the products I ordered and when they where due to arrive so I guess my question is why am I missing items from my order that I paid my hard earned money for? I want the items I paid for or my money back I will NOT be ordering from Mary kay again because of this it's annoying and unprofessional on her part. Just because you know me doesn't mean you can screw me over

Mary Kay gift card scam

My son for mothers day bought me a special gift package which cost him sixty dollars it included a free pampering session and a twenty dollarr gift card. I told the consultant several times I was not interested in the session and sent her the two products I wanted. After giving the run around for over a month the consultant tells me the gift card can only be redeemed at a session which at no point within our texts back and forth did she mention it initially. I feel that this is cery deceiving and poor business etiquette. I would like to have my son get his twenty dollars returned. The consultant name is Ana M Brizuela.

Mary Kay I am making a complaint over a pay arrangement made for the 199.00 travel bags

I attended a "free facial" party with Melissa Simms and Crystal Rodgers. I purchased 2 travel bags. Melissa was also my boss at the time. Crystal is Melissa daughter. I was told during this party that i could make whatever pay arrangement i felt i could afford. I agreed to do $50 a month. Melissa decides to take it upon herself to take $50 to $70 wach wwek from my check until the first one was paid off. Even after me stating several times tgat this was way over my budget considering the fact that i had now become homeless. I without a choice paid the first bag off within a month. The second bag we had agreed would come off my child support card on the 5th of each month . I didn't receive child support for the month of may and melissa and i were having issuesof our own. Mainly over me being late for work. I decided to go ahead and tell her i no longer wanted ro work for her. So atthis point Melissa decides to confiscate my whole check for payment. She also had her daughter messaging me letting me know hiw worthless i am and then accused me of stealing from her. Even after the accusations she still wanted me to work for her. This is not right. I can't take care of my children this week because she decided to take all of my money and pay way more than what we agreed

Mary Kay Fraud and Theft

I am reporting fraudulent activity from an encounter with Tracy Grodsky-Dunn. I encourage others not to do any business with her or Holly Grodsky of Mary Kay Cosmetics.
I have found that her daughter Sarah Megan Grodsky aka Sarah Megan Flauta aka Sarah Ari Flauta is a scammer using personal information from customers to steal their identities. Sarah and Tracy have already stolen thousands of dollars from me. There is also evidence of other crimes. I am reporting this so that others will not fall victim to their lies and fraud and that they will return the money they've stolen.

Mary Kay Homeless because of Tracy Grodsky-Dunn, Business is a Scam

Work/Home [protected]

Tracy Grodsky-Dunn's sham business is a fraud! It is suspected that she has been working with her daughter Sarah Flauta (aka Sarah Megan Grodsky) and her ex-husband Allen Ray Grodsky to scam people of thousands of dollars. They trick and use people by exploiting two children named Sabriel Elizabeth Flauta (6) and Kimiko Raelynn Flauta (3). They have been known to steal personal information through hacking and using that to apply for fraudulent loans under other people's names. They have stolen over $10, 000 from me, and I have been asking for them to return all of it as I have been struggling financially and have been homeless because of them. I am hoping that they will do so soon. In the meantime, I will continue posting these scam reports and spreading them around until they return my money.

Mary Kay Unauthorized charges and Fraud

I was rip-offed by this lady Tracy Grodsky-Dunn. I think that her daughter named Sarah Flauta was working for her and tried to sell me some products. I did not display any interest in purchasing from her but she kept insisting that she could get me a good deal. I refused and the next thing I know, they had taken my information and charged me thousands of dollars. They lied to me about the stolen money and I have never even bought anything from them nor have I received anything from them. Do not trust either Tracy Grodsky-Dunn or her daughter Sarah Flauta. They are con artists. I do not understand why they would want to steal money from me but from the looks of Tracy's house, she has been stealing from other people. I still want my stolen money back and I am willing to update my complaints to show that maybe these people really aren't heartless after all.

This is a warning to anyone already doing business with Tracy Grodsky-Dunn or considering doing business with her in the future. She and her daughter Sarah Grodsky (aka Sarah Flauta) are FRAUDS and THIEVES. I know some victims that Sarah has stolen thousands of dollars from. It is suspected that Tracy is directly involved in the theft, and she has done nothing to correct it especially the unauthorized charges and stealing of personal information. I have also experienced racist and condescending behavior in my interactions with Tracy. She needs only to have her daughter Sarah return the money in full back to the victims and I will not further my complaints.

I heard that Tracy was going to be fired from Mary Kay for her fraudulent scams. She gives a bad name to the rest of us. And I just hope she ends up living on the streets like her daughter. She has even been caught having an affair with someone and her husband was the one who found out. It just makes me sick, that someone like her could do something like stealing money and cheating. Well, God will deliver his justice onto her and her shameful family. Of that, I am certain.

Similar thing happened to me. Tracy and her daughter Sarah will do anything for money especially lie about it. They even resort to having Tracy's ex-husband Allen Grodsky hack into accounts just to retrieve personal information. They ought to return that money to you, and for their sakes, I hope they do.

Mary Kay Henry, National Labor union activist has allegedly been arrested for escorting and prostitution for VIP clients. It is not for sure if she was part of the ring that led to the arrest of the former New York Governor but she was allegedly arrested with a IT consultant who worked for a washington lobbyist. She had herself stage an arrest the next week during an occupy protest to confuse the subject

Mary Kay Was lied to did not get prize as promised

Went to a fair at Mueler airport for a local school. There was a Mary Kay rep holding a drawing for product I submitted my name and stated on it I was NOT interested in selling the product. Later I got a call from the rep saying I was runner up and had won a lip gloss we were planning how she was going to get that to me. She scheduled me to meet her at the pink dot place north austin on a thursday meeting night to pick up my prize. She did not show up and I had to sit through a total sales pitch meeting that I thought was a bunch of BS. And no one had my FREE PRIZE lip gloss that I showed up there for. The director texted my address to the rep to mail my lip gloss. I have left messages with this rep to return my call. I believe I will not get what I was promised my gift I supposedly won and I really do not think the sales rep has the ethics in her and her organization to call me back.

Mary Kay - Rude and pushy customer service

I live in Japan and there is a Mary Kay cosmetics booth in one of our local department stores. I searched online and found Michelle Zimmerman's website that contained a virtual makeover using their products.
