Mashreq Bank elite credit card statement date 14th march and billing cycle 15th feb to 7th march, 2019

The total billed amout is AED 8353.86 for last month which is more than AED 7000.
I am eligible for 8 complimentary visits to Fitness First, during this period. I was surprised to see that Mashreq has charged me, AED 50 + 5% VAT for 7 visits to Fitness First during this period.

I want to know WHY ? This is inexusable and I am so very upset about it .

Mashreq Bank pre auth complete

Dear All,

Good Morning

this is Irish from Net Rent A Car, we would like to complain regarding to our pre auth complete, the RM Manager that manage our account they didn't do anything for our concern its more than 8 months he didn't give us any update, he always promises to us that he will do something for this issue but until now we didn't received any update or feedback regarding to our concern,

Our concern is we want to make complete our pre auth, we cannot block or hold this 2 machine because the PRE auth was not complete, we are car rentals located at abu hail, we used this machine for only purchasing

Mashreq Bank Register the complaint via telephonic conversation with the mashreqbank representative - reference no is ref-3037854-f4p8r2

This is to be informed that I have converted my outstanding of AED11, 058-00, into 06 months deal on 06/03/2019. I have been advised that you may pay the minimum payment OF AED 8, 648-95, which i have paid on 09/03/2019, from the Total due Payable of AED19, 705-97.

Despite of doing so on Thursday dated 14/03/2019, the Mashreqbank once again taken the deal amount from my account AED11, 057-02.
On one hand you have converted the amount to deal and at the same time taken the same amount from my account, which is totally not acceptable to me as a Customer whose association with Mashreq Bank from 1998, which is almost over 20years.

I need immediate resolution to this mistake being committed by the Bank.
I will be having only Two resolution to the problem either transfer the amount of AED11, 057-02, back to my account or else cancel deal with 0% liability towards me.

i need to cancel the insurance in my credit card, trying to call the customer service but end up by the digital option ! no option to speak with the representative.

My Complaint is about customer representative
Name is ajmal i call this morning around 5:30 am i was asking about some error to my bill statement last april 25 2019.. and he was not helpful and talking rude this is my first time I heard this type of person In mashreq bank... 532200 this is my telephone activation code ... i spent 7dirhams to my mobile to solve my problem but unlucky i got this type person...

Mashreq Bank mashreq neo

I want to complain about this mashreq neo. I registered with you for not more than a month. I was told that once I used my mashreq neo card in one of those atm machines that it would be activated, 1 month passed my salary was transferred to that account and for 1 week I havent received anything, then I called the customer service hotline they said it was closed, I mean without any prior notice?. Then again I called third time a guy answered and told me that my account was inactive, he told me to wait for 2 days for them to resolve my issue. Hello? Its my salary thats at stake here. For f sake. Bad customer service. I hope this get resolve because its my money thats at stake here.

Mashreq Bank credit card

I took one mashreq credit card.starting good service after few month they start killing interest. January 2019 I call customer care regarding my card closing balance two time settlement. He told me 9700. After few days I paid 5000. Now I keep remaining 4700. But they playing now. This month I received three statement. One showing 5700. Another one 6700. Today again I received showing 7200. Actually I don't have any purchase. Why they sending this type statement I don't know I have all recording audio. Every month statement. Many times I sent complaint letter nobody call me. This maximum IAM waiting to inform ettihad beuro also court. If they not send closing balance 4700 in official letter. I direct pay court.

Mashreq Bank mashreq neo

I got a new Mashreq neo account before 20 days they said that I will receive the bonus of 100 aed instantly when I deposit 1000 aed I didn't receive the bonus yet and moreover they took more than 15 days for activation of my card which they said it will be activated in 4 working days they also said that I will get 100 aed per referral but I didn't receive that bonus too you must take an action against this for sure

Mashreq Bank I am totally disappointed the services

Dear Concerns,

I have Personal and Business account with Mashreq Bank but unfortunately i am suffering issue from Rigga Branch (Dubai).

There are 3 Cheques in Rigga branch and i visited almost 5 times and Hardly received 2 Cheques and still 1 Cheque with Al Rigga Branch and giving excused they are not finding cheques as before they called and request to collect from Branch but when i visited then they said 1 Cheque still did not get because we trasfer the data from Clock tower branch to Al Rigga Branch as i have account with Clock Tower branch that currently closed.

My Question is that What is our Fault why you called and wasting our precious time, Where is our Cheque? Whenever i visited, they just playing with each other and not providing my cheque.

Sorry to say, Your Top Managment working very well but unfortunately for Tellers only playing each other and not peeforming their duties. Please see blow My account detail and do the need full

Mashreq Bank credit card

I had two credit cards with Mashreq bank which I closed them in November 2014. In Dec 2018 I received sms stating I owe bank 3 dhs approximate which needs to be paid by 11th Jan, I logged complain online and also visited Mashreq branch in Mussafah where the representative said it was technical error and I need not pay this amount and this shall be rectified from bank's end. Post which I received an email and also phone call stating the complain was resolved. This month I again receive sms that I need to pay 292 in one card and 291 in other card. I don't understand if the issuse was resolved than why am I receiving sms and email from bank. I logged complain online and haven't received a call yet.

Highly disappointed with Mashreq bank.

Mashreq Bank wrong additional charges issues/no reply/delay

Hi,
Im a Mashreq credit card holder from Dubai and recently had requested for liability letter to cancel and close the credit card. After receiving had submitted the chq payment AED 68500 at mashreq bank, al quoz branch on 07/02. But till now its not yet processed and charging me additional un wantedly.
One Ms. Fatima called me from [protected]) asking for payment and raised a complaint with her providing all receipts as proof. She said will call me after checking but as I dint receive any calls from last 3 days trying to contact but not successful and no response both on call and mails. Kindly intervene to solve this issue and to reverse all additional charges on this as its not my mistake.

Dear Sir,

I am Biju Varghese my credit card number is [protected]. Actually I buyout this card before 7 months that time I pay excess amount. I request for this amount to return back to me. That time they asked which branch you prefer, I tolled Dubai mall branch and they approved my request. After some days I call costumer care they tolled me you can collect pay order from that branch. Unfortunately when I reach there they closed that branch. Then I call again costumer care they tolled me, you can collect from any branch, I went to Dragon mall branch there also closed. Again I call to costumer care they tolled to go to near any branch and collect the money. So I went to Al Qouze Branch near noor metro station. they tolled me you cant collect from there, He tolled me he will put one request in system and he tolled me he will call with in 24 hours. But I wait 6 days he didn't call me, then 16-02-2019 I call again costumer care, they tolled me they will call before Sunday evening. But unfortunately no body call me. How I can get my money already I spend my money for calling to costumer care & travelling to 3 branches where ever I mentioned in above, by taxi. So I humbly requested to you please respond my request.

Mashreq Bank credit card

Very bad services&customer care peoples! I am using over 2year mashreq credit card and account that too also they are giving very bad services and lying arguments. Eg: last time in my statement they are automatically activated credit shield and take charge and I complaint reverse and cancel that one they said ok, then next statement came not revised. I call again to complaint then they are saying "they call me to activate that plan and I confirmed to activate that plan by call"I said how it possible I am 101% sure about I didn't confirm for activate. How they are lying and taking some charges from customers. This charges is ok no problem they can take if they want cheat and haraam money from customers and eat what ever. But why they are lying. (case no ref-2632317-p9f8n8) I complaint again and angry with customer care bcos of this service there is one lady she warning me and said I will come in front of you to shout like that "what king of customer care service this?"
They want me to go their branch and check call recording. I give up no need. For what I am wasting again my time and petrol to go their to check lying things! Cos I am 101% sure that I didn't.
I am using other 3 banks credit card also they giving better services than this.

Very disappointed with your product its should removed this product its very worst.
Ill try to activate many times but still until now nothings happen. I want to deposit but always declined and I visit your branch even them they cannot do something what a kind of creation?

I decided to stop referring this product its useless wasting time.

Mashreq Bank customer service - no option to speak to representative

Dear Mashreq Bank Representative,

I am trying to call customer service of Mashreq Bank and can not reach a representative through the available options on the phone. Mashreq Bank revolving balance transfer..

I requested balance transfer (revolving for 6 months). At the day of the request automatically deducted to my credit card. but until now I did not received the money they deducted to my credit card. So disappointed with this bank. I borrowed money due to emergency reason even have to pay 400 AED as processing fee. What's wrong with this bank.. System is terrible. Daily I called and daily different reason.

Mashreq Bank credit card transaction

I got my fuel filled from adnoc petrol station and they said your bank will only block aed 150 but whatever fuel actual amount will be, it will be charged. Actual fuel was filled for aed 95.32 and my card is charged for aed 150. As per adnoc the amount will be reversed in few hours but it's been 2 days and nothing has happened.
Kindly reverse the remaining amount, I have attached the picture of receipt as well for reference.

Mashreq Bank I am complaining about after an agent and after sales service

I had a buy out loan since December 2017 and have submitted company STL. However after submission, it has been rejected due to format issues in which remaining loan balance was still on hold. Its almost (2) months now and I already did pay my first loan payment in which calculation was based on the approved loan value which is 150k. Total amount buy out is approx. 65k only. There is no issue if remaining funds will be longer released. I need recalculation of my monthly loan based on the buy out value only. This is not happening due to the fact that agent was not responding my messages and calls for followup.

Appreciate for immediate action on this issue.

Mashreq Bank credit card online/app service stopped and rude call center staff

I was unable to make my utility payment through my Mashreq mobile app, I though there must be some issue with my app hence I tried to access online but still didn't go through. I gave a call to Mashreq call center today and was updated that my card online services are blocked until I activate my new card (which I haven't received as yet), leaving me with no option than to wait for my payments and bare the late payment charges from various entities (Sewa already late and I am expecting to receive a late payment fee of AED 100/-). upon sharing this with the staff on the phone he kept repeating the same sentence "I am sorry but I don't have any option for you" and when I ask to have escalated to sinior management he say's "All senior managers are aware of this issue and they too will have no option to solve as our system is setup this way..
It was very upsetting to receive this kind of treatment after being a loyal customer for more than 10 years now...

Mashreq Bank loans

Its the Worst experience, its Manager & as well as Teller HIMANSHU dont wanted to work, I have entered the branch on time and they refused to provide services as they have to run to their houses.
If somebody came inside the branch before 3:30 pm its their obligation to entertain/service.
Its a matter of just 1 transaction either debit the customer account or cash but they are in hurry to close cash and close the system as soon as possible to run by giving very lame excuses that they have close the cash/other transaction even though the cash pick up service people are there
If they can not provide services to people who ever are inside before 3:30 pm then Bank should reduce the time so that people like HIMANSHU go/run early.
Moreover HIMANSHU dont have manners how to talk with people/customers
