McDonald's customer service

Went thru cedartown ga drive thru about 12:15 today. Long line, car ahead of me drove off, I informed them via speaker. 1) at 1st window, called off a different order, no problem quick fix. 2) pull to 2nd window, I asked "breakfast biscuits?" she replied "yes, 1-bacon/egg/cheese biscuit and 3-sausage /egg/cheese biscuits and 1 large coke" took order and left. When I get home I opened bag, I had 2 mcdbl's & large f/f! Not going to feed 4! I try to call, line busy & can't get thru, I get back in car and head back.
Get to store & tell young cashier what happened, asks me twice "biscuits?" I tell her "yes" I ask "is ur phone out of order?" she calls someone on headset, I overhear her say "been over an hour" (to me it meant someone on phone!) after about 12-15 mins she hands me bag and says "here", I check it.. Food is correct! Not only did I waste my gas (16 miles!) and time (eating breakfast @1:30!) I didn't get a "sorry" "thank you" or "kiss my [censored]" from her! Let's turn back the hands of time when "customer service" actually meant something! Not a happy camper!

McDonald's customer service

As I was in drive thru waiting to move up to get my order... I saw the cashier pass the wrong order out the window. It was mine... The lady in front of me passed it back. The cashier took it. This is contamination first of all. Once I pulled up she asked what I had ordered I asked did you just give my order to lady in front of me? The cashier had the bag sitting there waiting to give me that same nasty bag of food. She said well can you pull over to the side please. I guess they had to re cook my food. This is unsanitary and the cashier was rude I waited no apology and not even a pie for my wait

McDonald's your outlet charged me double

Yesterday I visitied mcdonalds 37 paris 5 france yesterday. I taken a meal costing eur 6.65. I used thomas cook forex card for the payment. When I checked the statement it is showing 2 payment entries in 1 min! You can send me further communication on pratapl. [protected]@kpit.com. McDonald's food and drinks

On the 11/01/2019 my partner and i went through the drive through we ordered 2 large big mac meals, 20 chicken nuggets 3 medium fries and a large strawberry milkshakes 3 tropicana juices and a large banana milkshake.

We live approximately 5 mins away from the mac donalds by the time we got home the strawberry milkshake was just milk the banana one was the same, one big mac only had one burger on it and the nuggets and fries were stone cold i called the branch to which i was told the manager was on his break to which i left my number and have still yet to have a reply this service is disgusting that whole meal was a waste of time and money and the customer service is a joke as compensation i would like a refund of the meal

McDonald's hot coffee but was cold

We ordered 2 large hot carmel macchiato coffee's... One was hot the other was cold! When I say cold may as well had ice in it! Paying $3 for a HOT cup of coffee to actually get a cold one.. wtf...couldn't go back to complain because we already got back on the high way... Not to mention when we placed order the girl was laughing and when we said 2 hot carmel macchiato's she had to ask again what we said ... Her fault... At that point we debated just pulling away and taking our money to a BETTER business... Completely unacceptable 😒 Do better McDonald's!

McDonald's arch card

I bought two $10 arch cards and one of them was not activated. I went back to the restaurant where I bought them and was told that if I did not have the activation receipt that there was nothing they could do. Makes no sense at all since they did not activate it properly and I do not have an activation receipt. Fair warning. Do not leave a mcdonalds without an activation receipt. They will do nothing to help you.

McDonald's complaining about rude overbearing female day manager at south end mcdonalds 360 main st. springfield ma. 01108

As a Loyal McDonald's Customer, I have been, a Patron of McDonald's for many, many, years, without, any, incidents.

I have a home in the immediate vecinity of the 360 Main Street Location. All, of the Staff, is friendly, accommodating, and outgoing, for, the exception of the Day Manager, whose name, I believe is "Anna".
She is hispanic, and wears, her hair in a bun. I have been told, she, has worked, and managed, the McDonald's there, for 28 years.

I frequent this McDonalds, and may not, always, stay, to buy, an item, but, may, return, at a later time, the same day, and do so.

I generally, do not, buy, items, in the morning, because, frankly, I do not, like, dealing, with, anyone, who acts, like they think they are the queen, and you as, the Customer are dirt. I do not like dealing, with, people who act, like, they, have an axe to grind, and have, an attitude, with, you, for some, unknown reason. I am referring to this manager. The other Managers are wonderful. This woman acts, like she owns the establishment, and harasses people calling the police on them for no apparrent reason, where, the Patrons are Profiled by, Police, and literally, harassed out of the store. My name is James Carroll. My family has great influence and privelege, so, I do not have, to be concerned, about buying anything, or, where, I decide to shop.

My ancestors go back to founding fathers in this country, so, my family, is very well connected, not, to brag, or, boast. I was raised, to be a Pillar of the Community, be, helpful and help those, less fortunate, as, well, as, be, polite, civil and if, there, are any, perceived issues, seek, a proper resolution, without, conflict, and without, harming, or, offending anyone. It, is part of etiquette, which, I recognize, many people lack, in these, times.

As a frequent customer, I meet many other customers and acquaintances at this location, at various times of the day, or, night. Many of these people have strong connections to the Community, and frankly, they too find fault with, the attitudes that, this women bestoys upon patrons without cause, or, right. I have seen her, picking on a young autistic man, who, feels self conscious about, it, and he, has openly, complained to me. I have tried to counsel him, to make him feel better. God does not, like, UGLY.

I DO NOT, like, to disparage, anyone, especially, when, they, are not present, to defend themselves, because, we, all have good days, and bad, and, I, give people, at least three strikes, before, I can not overlook, their bad behavior. I like, to think, I am a Fair and Good Person, and everyone who, knows me, tells me, so.

This female manager, acts, like, someone, who enjoys, controversy, drama, and wants, to demonstrate, she is in charge, and in control. Her demeanor, is vindictive, rude, and insensitive, where, she is condescending, and attempts to humiliate people.

Again, I do not have any, controversies, with, any, of the other staff, regardless of the time of day, or, night.

Today she called two Springfield Police Officers to the Restaurant. She wrongly, had them harass a young black man, then, myself, where, we were both, Profiled. That, is harassment, and I do not have, to tell, you, that, in such, a litigious society, people, do, file suits for, much less.

The young black man was so irate, over her disrespect, that, he called, for a Police Supervisor, and said, he, was going to Internal Affairs of the Police to file a Formal Complaint. He, also, said, he was going, to see, a lawyer, who, has successfully won, some very large judgements, on abuses, like, this.

Discrimination, and Criminal Harassment, is illegal.

Frankly, I, know, as, some people, get older, they, can become, cranky, irritable, and difficult, for no apparrent reason. Sometimes, it, is an issue, of Mental Illness.

I am, not, a doctor, but, I am, a Professional, so, I will, not, speculate, or, pass judgement, but, I have been dealing, with, the Public, for, over, 45 years, and, I know, people, like, this, woman, who, go overboard, can sink, a business fast, and, make it, fail, miserably.

It is certain, you recall, the debacle, with, the Two Black Men, profiled, with, Police, at Star Bucks, in Detroit, where, Star Bucks, made some major changes, after, the event, made, national news.

I can be, certain, McDonald's would not, like, to repeat the same mistake. Some, of the Patrons I associate with, at this, McDonald's told me, they know the Owner Personally, and they, said, he, does not, come, to the establishment, often, but, if, they, told him, what, has been going, on, he, would not, be, very happy.

It, only, takes one bad apple, to spoil the bushel. I do not, like, to cause problems, for anyone, but, maybe, this employee, has past, her, usefulness.

If, she had an ode of decorum, she would have politely, asked, if, those, she, believed, were loitering, would be, staying, asking, if, they, planned to buy, anything. She, could have politely, said, if, you, will not be, buying, anything, we, have time limit, here, and you will have, to leave. There, is nothing, wrong, in being, polite, direct and civil. She does not, have to antagonize people, and embarress and demean them, or, violate, their rights. SHE DRIVES BUSINESS AWAY!

I am writing this complaint, to you, because, after, being, a Patron of this McDonald's for nine years, she, had Police write up, a Trespass Order against me!

I am fifty nine years, of age! That, is elder abuse and harassment. It, is embarressing, and humiliating people, publicly, where, all, the Patron's looked on in dismay, and some, patrons, asked, the Police, if, they, would have, to be, leaving, too, as, they were, preparing, to sit down and eat their breakfast!

I, honestly, will say, even, if, I, could buy, anything, on a shift, when, she, is not, working, in that, McDonald's, I, no longer, will be, a Patron.

I reprimanded, the Police Officer, telling, him, it, was harassment and he was profiling, making, assumptions, without right. He told, me, that, she, asked, the Police to come and make the order.
They added she was not law enforcement. I advised, him, civility, common courtesy, and respect, does not, require intervention of law enforcement.

Frankly, the Public is disqusted with, the local police, because, they, are seen, to be, out of control, volatile, and are reqularly, in the Media for Scandal after scandal, where, they are working, with, a Tow Company that, connects, to Organized Crime. A City, that, the FBI and DOJ is investigating.
With rogue police like this, anything, is possible, and matters could have escalated out of control, which, could end, up, in a situation, where, McDonald's at this location could be, placed, into a position, where, they, would have to close their doors.

I, am just attempting, to point out the pros and cons, and the Seriousness, of this matter.

I am certain, that, me, and all, the other patrons, I, know, that, frequent that, McDonald's can take our business, elsewhere, where, we are respected.

McDonald's food and customer service

In Carson City Nv on 1/9/19 approximately round 1020ish I ordered a McDouble no onions add bacon it wasn't even warm cheese not melted also ordered Small fries which there was grease dripping out of the paper also ordered strawberry cream pies that were to be enjoyed by 2:21 Pm to an never did I receive a receipt after asking several times. This is the second time I honestly pay my hard earned money an get old food first time got 2 cheese burgers with no [censored]in meat on it and they think it's funny. So you are pretty much robbing people with these people that are not even doing there jobs correctly and it's BS I can't even return my food because she hardly spoke English for one an not capable of doing the job YOU pay them for. And I appreciate my $7.37 back CONSIDERING I prolly bought for for the lunch rush an I will never eat at any of you places if to his is the level of disrespect you part taken. McDonald's overall customer service (drive thru)

I placed my order through the drive thru. I ordered and pulled up to pay. They said you have two cokes. I said no I ordered... (repeated my order back). The person at the window seemed like they were trying to figure it out. It took awhile then they finally went and got someone to help. She shut the window and was gone for awhile. The lady came to help opened the window and proceeded to fix the problem. I repeated my order to her and then she worked with the computer and said I owed $12 and some change. Then she said that's not right and pushed some more buttons and took my credit card. I pulled up to get my food and they were confused as well trying to give me someone elses order. They shut the window and I waited for awhile again. They came to the window and asked me to pull up. I pulled up and waited again for awhile. I finally thought they forgot about me, so I honked to get someone's attention. A lady came to the window and apologized for the wait. She went over the food and it was wrong and she fixed it. I said I still need my drinks. She apologized and went and got them. The chocolate milkshake had sat there for so long it was not solid and very runny. The coke I ordered had been sitting so long the ice was melted some. She replaced the milkshake and made another one at my request. I left. Drove down the rode and my little boy opened his happy meal and got the toy out and started crying. I said what is wrong and they gave him a girl toy. I had told the one taking the order several times to make sure it was a boy toy.
The board said it was Increadible 2 toy. My ticket said Monster Jam and we got a girl toy. Needless to say my children and I are very unhappy with the service and quality of the items we ordered. Surely this isn't how you want to leave your customers feeling never wanting to go back.

McDonald's service

This is the 2nd time I have receive awful food 1st time I was disrespected with such attitude because I asked somebody to change their gloves after handling trash after he seen the employee do this and then go make my food then I asked another employee if he would change his gloves. I was a upset that he didn't even think to change his gloves when I asked the other employee the other employee just asked me if I wanted my drink and didn't even tell the other guy to change his gloves just left to make my food with these gloves how is this sanitary then I have to tell the guy I'm paying for his food he needs to tell him to change his gloves but he didn't do it so I had to start speaking up to have him change use gloves when he asked me if I would speak to his manager I spoke to the manager I got nothing in return food was bad no lettuce so my big Mac fries were cold I'll never go back here. I work nights I am a truck driver, I swing in real quick.. then go home to eat. I live 4 minutes away. And if I had known I could submit a photo.. I would have had one.. but this McDonald's is the worst.

McDonald's bad food

1/8/19

Every time I go to my town McDonalds about 11 p.m. I always receive very old, stale fries and dry chicken/hamburger patties. I understand it is close to closing time, but it isn't fair that my money is going to horrible food, and half of it I have to throw away because it is so horrible. This is not my first complaint. I really hope it can be managed.

McDonald's cold fries

By the time I turned on to the street and reached in the bag, the fries were really cold. This is unacceptable especially since I waited at the window for the order. I ordered a large fry and kids meal with extra fries. We just threw them away as they tasted bad as well. This was at lunch time so the food should be fresh. What can be done about this?

McDonald's inside walk up order machine

I have asked over and over to NOT have to use this machine that is a headache. Look if I am making the effort to come inside then why can't someone make to effort to greet me, take my order, money and be done. If I find a person at the counter I am gonna go there 1st. I like the interaction. The smiles. The politeness. A max 3 minute order at the counter equals a 15 minute order on these machines. I get a 30 minute lunch. Then what really gets me if I want to pay with cash after all the time it took me to figure out how to order now it print me ticket to give someone else to take my freaking money. Are you serious. I am begging you to give us the choice. Don't force me to order through it instead of a smiling face. Some things aka person should Not be replaced. It is a restaurant not a shopping center. I have friends in other States that are having this same issue. I am sending photo of a pic I found of my friends friends page

McDonald's service

I go to McDonald's in Blackshear, Ga and order 6 biscuits and 2 buritos. I ask for jelly and the girl gives me 2 packs. I asked for more and the girl gives me attitude and hands me 2 more. Now I'm no genius but there's no way 2 packs going to be enough for all those biscuits and buritos. First, the girl should not have gotten attitude bc I wasn't asking for more than enough. Next, if that's what I can expect each visit then no thank you I will carry my business elsewhere. Thank you and have a blessed day.

already sent a complaint in once about 2 weeks ago and still no response.money dont grow on trees.went thru drive thru and ordered, 3/10 piece nuggets, 2/double bacon smoke house burgers, 2/big macs, 3/large fries and 2/double quater pounder with cheese.the nuggets and fries tasted like the oil could of been changed and just didnt taste rite.there was no sauce on the big macs and the meat on the burgers was abit tough.when you have 3 hungry adults and 3 hungry teenagers and you get home to this, you would be abit upset yourself. this mcdonalds is on hull street (360) north chesterfield virginia

McDonald's cold reheated food and bad attitudes

At 9:37 on 1-5-2019 me and my daughters purchased $22.56 worth of food from the McDonald's at 8333 S. Lancaster Rd. Dallas Tx. 75241. We stay maybe 10 minutes away give or take but our fries were cold and rubbery which was clear they had been reheated several times and old, our chicken nuggets were cold n soggy n tasted awful. So we return to have the order remade only to be rudely approached by the manager Noel who opens the window and says loudly "WHAT" so of course the argument starts there with him resulting in me not getting my service.

McDonald's customer service

My experience has been less than satisfactory on each occasion I have visited McDonalds located at 3805 Hacks Cross Rd, Memphis, TN 38125. One particular occasion my children and myself was in drive through and the young lady taking our order was so rude and hostile. I asked to her to repeat the order because I could barely hear her through the speakers and she made a statement saying "she's getting on my nerves" I then proceeded to drive around and at that point I no longer was interested in having McDonald's render any service to my family. I then asked to speak with the shift manager. The shift Manager was very apologetic and stated it's the crew that's working the shift that night stating "I asked them to take a break" I explained how I felt as a paying customer and how I would be taking my business elsewhere. I also pointed out the obvious, McDonald's parking lot is always empty and the restaurants nearby has plenty of customers. The teammates are extremely rude and unprofessional.
I decided to not visit for awhile even though I live less that 0.5 miles from this location.
My last visit wasn't different from any other visit. I went through drive through and the young lady said these exact words "McDonald's " I stated good evening are ready to take my order. She repeated "McDonalds"...again I stated yes ma'am are you ready to take my order, she repeated..."McDonalds" with an attitude, at this point drove past the drive through and went in to speak directly with the manager. I spoke with the same young man. Once I went in the teammates were rude and once again aggressive. The manager apologized for the team behaviors and stated they are young and he's unsure how to handle the situation.
I myself work in management and this individual have no ideal who the interact with on a daily basis. They are rude, they will don't greet you, barley say acknowledge you through drive through. This has been my experience each and every time I have been to McDonald's in the evening time.

I am not one to complain, but this morning early before daylight. We stopped at McDonald's and ordered gravy an biscuits, hash brown, and sausage egg mcmuffin. It was tha most nastiest food from that location . OMG ! We just threw it away . the quality of the food at that location has went down hill fast .! Our last time eating at McDonald's !

McDonald's big macs

I went thru drive thru i ordered a large ice tea and 2 big macs w xtra sauce...i was charged 50 cents xtra per burger..so i cancelled the xtra sauce...im eating one in my car almost completely and a piece fell off with several. Black public hairs hanging out of the burger i immediately stopped eating it and took pictures...i went back to store and got a refund...however after i looked at the pics closer i saw not just one or 2...but a whole bunch because it looks like. A deliberate action...not a mistake...i lost my appetite and now im scared to go back

McDonald's rude customer service by manager

I visited this restaurant on 5995 Mavis Rd, , Mississauga, on, L5R 3T7 at 2:06 pm on Jan.1, 2019. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, a combo. My order was incorrect when I received it at which point I complained to the manager. He was of East Indian descent; he did not give me his full name. The manager was un-apologetic and spoke rudely to me and was insulting in front of other patrons. I understand that there are human errors, but customer civility is important. I am a regular patron at this location and enjoy eating McDonalds on a frequent basis; I have become disillusioned by my experience.

I hope you look into this matter and advise this individual accordingly that this type of behaviour towards customers is not acceptable.
