I placed my order ($60) in October 2017 and have nothing to show for it except the email saying they took the payment from my account. I have emailed, called, snail mail, messaged through Facebook messenger and Instagram and not one single response. I'm curious as to if anyone in my situation has gotten a refund or their product? I've read dozens of complaints but haven't found anyone who has received resolution. If you have I would love to hear from you as to how you made that happen. Thanks in advance. #IRRITATED
