I'm unable to activate my prepaid card on 8/11/17. I'm unable to activate my prepaid card. This $20 prepaid card was given as a rebate for purchasing eyeglasses from a local optician.
The message received when I attempted to activate indicates that you are aware of the problem. When do you expect to correct the problem?

I spent good money for bad results I cannot activate my prepaid playcard
I had all the problems everyone was complaining about. One thing I did find is that when you go to the website, give it LOTS of time to open. Like a minute or two. You may not see it running but it's just very slow. I think it might intentionally be designed this way to try and trick you into not activating your card and keep the funds themselves.
Next, I also could not activate my card. I entered the correct information multiple times and it would not activate and did not give a reason. Just that it would not. So I called the 877 number they showed because my card is a Visa. It asked me for all the info, card #, exp, and security code. I entered it all in and was told by the automated system that it was not activated (duh...). So it either asked if I would like to activate it or it activated it on its own. It confirmed that my card was activated and gave me my balance so I hung up. I will try to use this up asap because I'm very skeptical with all these bad reviews. My balance might diminish on its own.

Why can't I activate my card?
Got my card today 5/15/21 for a Pharmaceutical settlement with the makers of Suboxone. Cannot activate the card at all. Balance Im owed is $1281! Website doesn't even come up, and the phone number states they are having technical difficulties. This is the Federal Trade Commission for Gods sake.. you're going to scam thousands of people who were already scammed by a Pharmaceutical company out of their Class Action settlements?! Please reach me at hermanupmann1 at gmail or call 7/8/6/3/2/6/6/6/7/5. ASAP - I will be calling the Federal Trade Commission first thing Monday morning, enough scams!
I received a check from this settlement. Unsure how you received a prepaid debit card.
i tried to claim a $20 rebate for a Panasonic product. the website MyPrepaidCenter.com is not working. when i got to the site, it goes blank. i have tried several times. then i called the 888 number on the back of the card, but it just sends me back to the website. it sends the customer in circles. i would like my money please.

I used the card and was accepted. Now I find out it was not. I was never advised it was declined. Now the card has expired and I can't use my 30.00 dollars.

Do NOT purchase Budweiser products and expect to get a rebate. The worthless debit cards they send you will jot activate. Totally worthless. Mich Ultra or Corona better

I can’t activate my card online and when I called the number on the card and website it said it was closed for maintenance, goodbye. Now what? Judging by the many complaints this is not a company to do business with!
