These athletic shoes squeak with every step. Have owned the shoes for a few weaks. Started squeaking after about two weeks of wear. Tried to apply foot powder to see if that helped. It didn't. I see many posts after google search with same complaint. Since there are many complaints, Nike should do something for the consumer. Recall maybe. Highly annoying. Shoes are comfortable though. Any advice?

My name is Bek and I have purchased many Nike products over the years and between my sons and I we own multiple shoes clothing and bags.

In the recent months however I purchased some Nike (I think they were frees) that will need to be replaced as they are falling apart. They were purchased for my son as school shoes. They have only just lasted him the first term (10 weeks) and the sole is coming off from the toes. This shoes aren't even worn for sport as he is in a football program and wears his Nike Cr7 boots. They were poor design or quality and a waste of money.

I also purchased a Nike bag which stitching began to unravel on within the first month of owning it. The bag was a great design I loved the compartments, but a dud.

Nike is our favourite sports brand.

Sadly disappointed.

I've been buying these trainers for around four years now and around ten of the pairs have had faults in and at least six of them in the last eighteen months the price goes up but it seems the quality of trainer has gone down from top to bottom I have Nike on every day spend alot of money on it more time should be taken making them or at least before putting then onto the shelf

I have a small child and I have always been satified with spending more money on the better product than the cheaper especially his shoes! I have bought him Nike shoes and he has outgrown them before they wore out. He is now eight years old and I can not say that ! The last two times that I have bought him a pair of Nikes they have not even lasted over three months! Why has the shoes gone down hill? The shoe does not last at all! I have been very disappointed in the quality that you are putting out there for the customers! Is there not a warranty on shoes? Maybe instead of paying for the high price athelete to sale your shoes just maybe you should make the quality of your shoe better and I bet that would sale your shoe!

Good Morning. I just wanted to let you know about a Problem I have had with a Pair of shoes I got. I bought them from a local Goodwill so I'm not asking for anything. Not going to pay that game with you. I loved the feel of the Shoes and enjoyed them for the 3 hours i got to wear them. lol... The entire Sole came off it looks like it was never even glued. It was kind of funny at the time I was in town and with no other shoes to put on. Thank God I was done shopping. Both Shoes have the same Problem someone somewhere didn't get their Job done that day. i have a pair of nike air football shoes that are a perfect fit and felt great while wearing them, but after only 1 week of simply walking in them, not even running since im a coach im not really wearing them for game play just for aesthetic reasons. Then 1 day after a game i was wearing them in a convenience store where i stopped to pick up a beverage and gas and i almost ell down when the entire sole just folded under my oot and i had to grab onto the nearest person feeling like a complete fool my soda went flying through the air and covered a few peoples shoes and some got on a womens top also. I didn't even realize that it was the sole of the shoe but rather thought i hit a wet spot or something. it wasn't till i took a few more steps that i felt it doing it again. but it was the other shoe that was now unglued as well! i really thought it was joke that the players pulled on me but ater i got home and took a closer look they had not been tampered with at all and the soles were over hal way peeled off the ront and had started around the heel as well! I tried using some glue i picked up at the store but or some reason this material is just not able to stay together. i tried to glue the entire sole back with a glue that made for patching holes in gas tanks (since i have had extensive practice with adhesives in the past from a hobby that involves fixing speakers) then on the outer edges i used 2 entire tubes of crazy glue to keep them bonded in place while the slow drying never fail glue set over 48 hours time. this has only partially worked they are coming unglued again. the gas tank glue is quite expensive at $13 a small tube maybe 1.5 oz and i used the best possible super glue i could find at $2.79 per tube of .2 oz. So im out another $20 ater tax and my shoes look like new but the soles are coming of again!

Hello, I purchase a lot of Nike brand clothing and shoes for my son as normally the quality is better, it lasts longer, and that is his brand of choice. The last 2 pairs of Nike shoes have not held up at all. One pair only lasted a month before there were holes in the material. The other pair lasted almost 2 months before having holes and hardly and tread left. Probably the most disappointing purchase as of recent is a pair of athletic pants. The seams have actually come apart, not due to wear and tear but poor stitching. I obviously can not return any of the items to the store but wondered if Nike provided some type of reimbursement for products that do not last as they should. We would be happy to give Nike brand another chance with a gift card. I am baffled as we have had suchj good luck before these last 6 months of purchases.

I purchased these shoes for my 10 year old son dec 23 for Christmas. He doesn't wear them everyday it's been 3 months and they are already wearing our on the bottom. I don't think thins should happen so fast. I feel I pay a lot of money for these nice basketball tennis shoes they should last longer than 3 months for a young boy. We already have to purchase shoes often due to him growing out of them fast it's would be nice if for the time he has them they would last and not wear out so quickly.

My daughters debit card was stolen on 3/2/19 in costa rica. It has one of those "security chip" that are suppose to be the most secure in purchasing. Well it is secure for the thieves to us it, because it lets the thief charge like crazy without having to show any type of id or pin number. This thief made 3 purchases in one day at the nike shop curridabat in costa rica and never checked id once. Amount was for a total of 267.54. I have bank transactions of all the purchases and my bank says that they cannot refund the money because it was a chip card used on a chip reader machine. What the hell since does that make. Like I said, lets help out all the thieves out there to make it sooo much easier for them to steal from you. I want to talk to someone at nike to see what the hell there policies are for making large purchases without finding out the correct person is using the card. To all reading this, get with your banks a tell them to dump the chips and go back to pins otherwise, just hand over your cards to a stranger on the street. Stupidest security I have ever seen.

I buy Nike golf shoes model zoom at Blueport in Hua HiN in desember 2018. I pay 5000 thb. Arter using them 3 weeks there was a hole in the polstration, SEE picture.
I did go back to the shop. They send the shoes to headoffice in Bangkok.
The answer was that they do not have a warranty for Nike shoes in Thailand !
So I have told my friends this. Now we do not buy any shoes from Nike I Thailand anymore !
I just like to send yo some pictures that show how this look like after using the shoes for 2 more months.

I bought pair nike shoes 2 months ago and sent them to nike to get a refund because were ur heal goes the plastic part broke and they said it from normal were they was only worn 3 times. It should not have broken I will never ever buy from nike nike a lier and they were not cheap I spent 100 on them. I will never buy nike shoes again there poor quity for the price I paid. And I had pay 15.00 to ship and be told that it was not normal wear and tear the plastic part were ur heal goes is broke into how is that normal wear and tear I am very pissed off. Will tell every one I know that nike dnt stand bye what they say that it a life time warrenty they are liers and the shows are bad qulity for the price they sell for.

It saddened me that I am writing this email. I am a fan of the Jordan/Nike Brand sneakers. I waited for a whole year for the Black 6 infrareds to come out. Of course I woke up early to make sure I got my pair, because the pair I had back in 2014 have wear and tear. Well, I wore them and on the left top corner a big crease has occur and it can be painful. I am very disappointed because the material seems rough and when you walk it tough to bend.

I do have my correct size and I am not the first person who has expereince this.

Now my beautiful Jordan have this ugly crease on it.

I bought these shoes in springfield missouri september 2018 and after a couple of months of very limited use, due to the cold weather, they developed a squeaking noise in the heal portion of both shoes! I contacted nike and was told my option of sending them to nike for inspection. First off, I was responsible for paying shipping cost to send them their defective product for inspection. Unfathomable for a supposed reputable company! Was contacted through e mail and was told they couldn't find anything wrong with them, what? I contacted customer service at corporate this morning and the agent read through the report and told me that the squeaking noise was not a product or manufacturing defect! Extremely unacceptable position. Need to find a class action attorney and legally force nike to refund/replace their defective product!

I bought a pair of lebron soldier 12 from my personal plug on the 10th of February 2019.After checking, this shoes is totally legit, On 28th of February, after several times playing these both outdoor and indoor, the outsole of this shoes came off from the right shoe, but the left one is still okay. Can you explain to me, why this happened because my friend told me that might be the error one

I have been buying Nike Monarchs since 2010, buying at least one pair every year. my size is 10.5 4e. width. this last year you made the shoe smaller in width, you changed the width and you didn't change the insole for they over lapped the sides of the shoe at first I thought they just made a mistake and used a d width instead of a e width so I bought another pair about 3wks later because my feet were killing because the shoes were just not wide enough. that's how I noticed that the shoes were made smaller. Its too bad that you have decided to narrow your shoes and say they are wide widths anyway. did you think that people wouldn't notice.? well anyways I am going shoe shopping next week for a 10.5 4e width shoe, wish me luck, it won't be a Nike shoe.

I ha e purchased nike shoes (reax) in first week of november-18 from sports direct outlet in merceyway shopping center, manchester. Initially there was no problem but with usage it has developed a very annoying squeaking sound as I walk. This is increasing day by day. It makes me feel embarrassed as now it is turning heads. Please find the attached video which explains the problem.
I hope that my complaint is resolved at the earliest.

This unsatisfactory and hope NIKE does the right thing and replace the defected sneakers asap. I really dont want to post any negative comments online about your sneakers, but have no issues doing so if I dont hear from your company within the next few days. Thanks!

I purchased a pair of the Nike Reax approximately 4 months ago. I really liked the shoe. It is very comfortable and offered the support I was looking for. I am however very disappointed in the fact the soles are already starting to come off of these shoes. The have never been subjected to any harsh weather conditions and I am no athlete due to having bad knees. I have been purchasing Nike shoes for well over 35 years dating back to buying my first pair of Nike white canvas shoes when I was in middle school. If this is the quality of product I can expect going forward, it may be time to switch brands of shoes. I am not a person who buys a lot of shoes so quality and durability are very important to. Hi, My husband bought me this pair Nike VaporMax for my birthday in October 2018. I still had a pair of Nike shoes that were in good shape for running so I kept these until those were a little more beat up. I wore them to the gym yesterday and the back bubble on my right heel must have a small hole in it. When I push down on my right heel I can hear air being released from the shoe and my heel touched the ground. I am unhappy because I haven't even gotten to experience the shoes because they cant be worn like this. I am an avid runner and there is no way that I can run in these shoes. I have attached images of the shoes, their condition and a visual that the heel is actually popped. I would like a refund or an equal amount to be able to buy another pair of shoes.

I have never seen this happen with any pair of tennis shoe I've ever owned. Yes, the shoes are fairly old but they are very lightly worn only worn on rare occasions and stored indoors. I decided to go back to the gym, pulled the shoes out wore them to the gym then next day wore them to walk my dogs... got about a mile in and one sole started flopping so much so I had to tear it completely off then limp all the way home on uneven shoes! When I got home I inspected the other shoe and found it was about to do the same thing. Very poor quality product. Highly disappointed.
