Nike nike af1

I went to France on holidays decided to treat myself so I got a pair of the AF1 in pink and paid 77 euro. Came home to Ireland and was wearing them to college, when one day (about 9-10 of owning them!) I realize that the shoes were starting to ripping at the front of both pairs just along the lineing clearly a weak point in the shoe! This is really annoying as I'm normally a girl who shops in penny's (Primark) and bins a pair of shoes after a month and everyone tells me to buy brand shoes that they will last longer, these shoes were cheaply made worse then the ones pennys. The worse part about it was I got them on holidays so I can't do anything about it!

Wasted of money super disappointed with Nike AF1 shoes!

Nike I received the wrong items

I ordered 2 pair or shoes some Jordan 1's and some nike foamposites and a package under the same tracking numbers arrived at my house with a Louis virgin scarf in it instead of my shoes so I would like my money back or I would like to get my shoes because you guys are committing a big crime of fraud and it's not cool and I will let authorities k ow if you guys do not cooperate I really do not appreciate this at all

Nike nike.com

Worst experience ever buying from their online store! Bought shoes jan 8th were sappose to be here between the 11th to the 21st comming from 2 hours away. Tracking never changed i called numerous times wait a week after the shipping date for the investigation call 2 more days in a row only to find out they never really shipped my shoes theres no stock they just held my money all this time giving me the run around now i have to wait another 4 business days to FINALLY get my money back. What a dishonest and shady company they run

Nike air max shoes

Hi,
I am writing to bring into your kind notice that your recent "Air max" shoe collection has blasphemous content scripted on its sole as it can easily be read as an Arabic name of God "Allah" i.e "اللہ" in arabic. (Pictures have also been attached as reference)
I, on behalf of 1.5 billion Muslims around the world, demand to recall this particular lot of shoes.As the ongoing sale of this series of shoes can not only hurt the feelings of Muslims around the world but can cause your company a bad repute and even financial loss.
I hope you would understand the seriousness of this issue and consider it as soon as possible by looking into the matter in the larger interest for peace and humanity.

Nike running shoe “nike free”

The shoe has a very badly designed sole which picks up small rocks. Each time I wear them I have to take a sharp object and pick out the rocks. Because of the rocks, the sole has began to split.
I am disappointed that I spent $100 on a pair of shoes that have such a glaring fault. Also, the shoe is very hot to wear, no way to vent.
On the good side, it is very comfortable.
Please make me like Nike again because right now I'm looking at your competition.

Nike shoe running

I bought a pair of Nike shoes for my grandson in August of 2018 to be ready for school. I think they were about $90 at Shoe Carnival. He is a high school senior and a big guy at 6' 2" and 220 lbs. But there are bigger guys these days. He wore the shoes a lot to school and to work. He works 3 or 4 days per week in the evening at Firehouse Subs and is on his feet there. By Christmas holidays the soles were coming off the shoes. He did not wear them to run or for a sport, but they began to come apart. I did not expect that after four (4) months. I will add that I have many pairs of Nike shoes. I am almost 75 years old and I walk 2 to 3 miles per day around town. The best shoe that I ever had was the orange Zoom Structure 19. That shoe was so good for me that I bought four pairs of the same shoe. I can't find them anymore although I found a similar Structure 18 on eBay. I am disappointed that Sam's shoe came apart.

His shoes are a size 13.

Nike advertising

This is very disgusting that the Nike company would choose Kaepernick for an Ad Campaign. Is this the best you can do?

Kaepernick is a disgrace to our Country and doesn't represent the majority in the Country. After everything the United States has done for him, and he has sacrificed NOTHING! I will not continue to buy Nike unless you remove him quickly from your Ad Campaign.

Nike nike air dt max ‘96

I purchased the nike air dt max ‘96 from city gear in Hattiesburg Mississippi size 8 men's for my son for Christmas December 2018 just last month.
After 2 weeks and he wore them once they busted on the left side of the left shoe.
I feel like this was very hurtful to spend this much on some shoes as a gift and they come apart like this if I could I would like to speak with some one or have someone reach out to us about this matter

Nike lack of training/skills/customer service consistency

I bought a pair of Converse shoes for my youngest daughter months before Babies R Us announced they were closing. I bought them for my daughter to wear later, once her foot was big enough. They have been sitting in her closet, until she could wear them. We went to try them on a few months ago and discovered it was 2 left shoes attached together. Of course this was discovered after the stores have closed. I contacted Nike Corporate about the issue. The guy I spoke with informed me to go to www.nikeclaims.com and request a claim and mail them in. So I did as I was told and paid $12 to mail them in. I received an email today stating they would be returning them. "Unfortunately, after a thorough inspection of your product, we've determined it wasn't manufactured by Nike or a Nike licensee." I called the corporate office again, the female I spoke with today said that when I filled out the claim form, I should have selected Converse instead of footwear. I was never advised intinally to scroll all the way to the bottom and select Converse. I did not even know that was even an option. I asked her about contacting Converse corporate. She gave me the phone number of 617-377-1000, I called it and it just rings. I did an internet search and found 978-983-3300, I called it and received a recording the number had been disconnected. So I call Nike Customer Service and ask for the number. That guy tried giving me the same number that has been disconnected, which I advised him of this. Then he tried verifying another number and placed me on hold again. He never returned to the line. He just transferred me to a number where no one answered. I then call Nike Corporate again and ask for a supervisor. After being on the line for over 25 mins, talking to a representative or on hold. I still NEVER spoke to a supervisor. That guy told me that he could resubmit the claim. But never asked for any of the information. Then proceeded to tell me that "he thinks that with Converse claims, all you have to do is submit the information and pictures." Which this was new to me, never been told that. I told him that sounded like some re-training needed to be done and it be consistent across the board. Three Nike Corporate Representatives and told three different things. All that could be offered to me for my frustration is 20% off my next order and overnight shipping. I said no I wasn't interested due to I will NEVER spend a penny on Nike products again. This is ridiculous due to this being such a large company and have such poor customer service skills and don't want to stand behind their mistakes.

I understand that I should've scrolled to the bottom and read all the options before selecting one. I didn't think Converse would've had their own option. I had selected footwear and thought it was correct.

Nike air max 90

Good morning,
My name is thomas alvarado. I'm a long time nike user. I started wearing nike's when air jordan was still a part of the nike group. Now that he has his own department i'm still wearing them 30yrs later. I've owned so many different pairs of nike's over the years it's crazy! And to think about how much money i've spent collecting them over the years is even crazier. That being said i'll always be a true nike owner. Unfortunately this story is now all unicorns and rainbows. I recently purchased a pair of nike air max 90 from dick's sporting goods. And they were only being used to walk around with at my place of business "costco". All of my coworkers loved them as much as I did. But in the 2nd month of owning them the left shoe around the back edge of the heal literally started to fall apart. I was shocked! Here I just spent $110.00 on a pair of classic nike's and now I can't even wear them without the shoe fully decaying. I'm really bummed to say the least. And now i'm out of a pair of shoes that should've lasted a helluva lot longer than that. Please nike help me! I'm not asking for a lifetime of shoes from you. Just a replacement pair or a gift card that u can use for another pair of shoes. Can anyone help me?

Nike Nike air 270 black, orange

I bought the sneaker on the 17th of december 2018, I wore the shoe 3 times and the left shoe of the booster pressure socket became flat, how does that work? And i've returned the shoe to the retailer (cross trainer gateway mall south africa) spoke to zanele and said they'll take the shoe back to nike and give me feedback on whether they'd refund me with another air 270, and i'm a nike supporter, 85% of my things is nike and i'm disappointed in somewhat of way, please assist me, before larger escalation

Nike running shoes - damaged air cushion

I bought a pair of Nike running shoes (Zoom All Out) about 5 months ago. I used to wear them only once or twice a week, when at the gym or while jogging.
10 days ago, while jogging, I felt something wrong with my step. After checking the shoe, I realized that the left side air cushion was damaged. I took the shoes to Nike shop; I explained to him what happened and that I was jogging on a rubberized tennis court when the damage happened; they took the shoe and said that they will revert back to me in few days. After that, they called me back from the shop saying that they cannot do anything about it.
I was very disappointed with their reply. the shoe is still almost new (refer to the attached photo) but I cannot wear it anymore. Although when I bought this shoe, I was told that it is one of the best in the collection, and I paid around $160 for it.

Nike military nike boots

Hello, I purchased my nike boots 2 months ago for the police academy and my boots have lifting from the front and a distinct order that will not go away smelling like mold. This have prevented me from wearing them and I am very upset due to paying 180$ for rushed shipping and the item. It would be nice if I can be accommodated for this issue. I originally spent this much money because I have heard good things about the durability.

Nike the items I returned back

I returned one pair of shoes and suit and I wanted to receive my money back but the process seems to be difficult I decided to buy another shoes from Nike one pair black instead of cash I want to assisted as my first experience with you guys promise to be a good customer just try as much to help me the PayPal process is new to me and might not work for me just consider not to lose my money in the process

Nike defective footwear

Good Day,

I purchased two sneakers in July 2017, Nike Zoom All Out from the Nike Factory Outlet Store in Saw Grass Mall in FL. One pair was purchased for my wife and the other for myself. Both sneakers were used for running and walking unfortunately my wife's sneaker the bubble expanded and disfigured the (left side) shoe sole and can no longer be used, see pictures attached.
I do not believe that either shoes were abused and or used in a manner that was contrary to what it was designed for.
I am seeking advice as to why this has occurred and also replacement and/or reimbursement accordingly.

Nike nike® reax 8 mens training

I have saved and held on to the money for 3months to get a pair of these shoes gray red and every time there always out of stock 3months and christmas well now 2 days away it is really messed up I know you produce hundreds of different type of shoes but you would think the ones that are moving off the shelves you would keep making .and they have been on sale everytime also so I understand that is a big reason $67.00 is a hell of a price . thank you very much I would really like a pair size 8 medium . Nike nike zoom all out flyknit - sneakers

Zoom All Out: Great absolutely beautiful. What a design.
Feel like being on soft clouds. Look amazing, feel amazing. We're amazing till...
Have bought 4 pairs. Loved them! However short lived romance!
Extremely angry, disappointed & sad that the Air pops at a single glance.
I was under the impression that they ere ‘running shoes', that's what the marketing said's. that is to say they are ‘wearable' not just for a ‘glass cabinet on display'!
Nike you are selling ‘marquets' with a huge price tag? $200.00+ is the general price point so one would expect a shoe to last at to 12 months at least with normal wear & tear & to also mention only wearing them every third day or so a week, interchanging between sneakers.
I have not only been a loyalist to the brand but worked in Sales at your retail store in Melbourne city when it was open, buzzing with excitement & huge!
My love for the brand extends for over 30 years & support to you NIKE for my entire teenager years to adulthood.
Do you care?
I've been working as apersonal trainer for the last 15 years now & always been mocked by other trainers trashing the Nike brand " what [censored] shoes..." etc, etc. "Nike's crap...". But I always proved them wrong that there's a shoe out there for ‘everyone' & Nike felt good & fits well for me! Are you not concerned that this tarnishes your branding? That I will be taking my $$$ elsewhere looking for shoes & clothing from other competitors as I am truely disappointed.
I want my shoes fixed

3 out of the 4 pairs of my shoes have now popped their cushioned air gone.
I WANT NIKE TO REPLACE THEM BUT WITH A DURABLE CSHIONED SOLE. PLEASE!
I have just worn the 3rd pair today for 2 hrs work, on indoor sessions. Last pair is still not been worn! In its box.
I want to not be in fear of them not lasting a normal ‘Nike shoe life'.

Issue: He purchased Nike shoe on the dated of 02-Jan-2018, Invoice N# NK026/07412 of the Rs of 3997/ only at SSIPL Retail Ltd.

And wanted to register the complaint against the product:

Shoe pasting is very poor, and color it's also fade(Please refer screenshots of reference). He is the regular customer of Nike product and this time the product he got it's not durable with poor quality, and we are very much disappointed.

We Visited, the store SSIPL Retail Ltd at Mehrolli Gurgaon to register our complaint but they guys told to marked you an email, to get the proper solutions.

For writing this email, we hope that we will get a positive prompt response from your end so that we will believe in Nike and will not take any other action...
