nina carmelle aka: nevine carmelle is now using her totally bogus front companies with different names every month to continue her scam of ripping off homeowners of their equity in an illegal loan modification scam that promises to reduce your principle balance of your loan but really nothing is done at all.
Instead we were left with no home, subjected to eviction and had our bank account siezed by CHASE bank. Her attorney she works with a character by the name of Garry L Jones is now suspended by the state bar and has proceedings against him for his license to be permanently revoked.
do not give out any information on bank accounts or credit card information. your account will be debited and your signature will be forged. Don't try to dispute the charge because out comes a long list of threats of class action lawsuits, police actions, real estate liens placed on your properties and a litany of tactics to stop you from ever getting your real estate back.
One small business man tried to go to their office and was told to leave or the police will arrest him. the office is locked up and has an eviction notice posted on the door. The Dept. of REAL ESTATE has an injunction and the attorney general has a criminal complaint filed for real estate consumer fraud.

I have heard that she was originally a "he" a underwent multiple plastic surgeries. Look at her face and you can see the scars! there must be so many botox injections that he/she has a face frozen with no expression. Her kid is not hers but from her ex-husband who fathered the child out of wedlock.
This person has a rap sheet and fake identites going back several years and in 3 continents. the name Nevine Carmelle is fake and Nevine was the mans name in Syria or Lebanon. Do not trust this person. Look at the disgusting filthy make-up covering the man's facial hair growth. The chest size is fake and product of silicone implants and the hair is a wig covering a mans scalp.

nevine carmelle took my families money to start a delay my foreclosure case but she and her shyster lawyer friend Garry L. Jones just took our money and left us to fend for ourselves with a totally worthless bunch of paperwork. Now, we are totally screwed - losing our home - and out of $4000.00
Do not be taken in by these dirtbags. I regret I ever met this woman who I thought could help me. by the way I drove by their office at 1100 roosevelt in irvine and the place is totally emtied out and their is a notice of seizure by the IRS and the Department of Justice and an eviction notice from their landlord. the phone lines are ripped out and the place is a mess. Looks like they are hiding somewhere. If you can find them post a notice so I can SUE to get my money back.

What a bogus report about Nina Carmelle. Nina is the most helpful person I have ever known. I have watched her NOT CHARGING people with hardship, and fixed their problem when they were in need. I am one of those people when I was down on my luck she helped me. She even spent money out of her own pocket because she knew I did not have it. How can you people live with your selves and sleep at night knowing you are posting bunch of lies about her. I know her x husband, a disbarred attorney from orange county is spreading these rumours. She is beautiful, to me at least, with eyes that complement her face, so that you instantly want to trust her. She is working under an assumed identity at the offices of the corrupt attorney stanley d bowman in redondo beach ca.
Her trial is pending in july 2012. stay connected to this information portal. Also report any new names used by her either male or female. Also check on any law offices she may use as a front for the loan scam.
My friends lost so much to these consumer rip offs by nina carmelle and her group of fraudsters. Just beware and check out who you are dealing with. These outfits have been known to move around and reappear under new names. Check out the license information before handing money to a person with nothing to lose by stealing your money.
