onxyhearts.com will not be purchasing drol here again they are fraud.
These people are scammers! i put my order on december 31, 2018. I ordered a finesse champion hoodie $49.99 it is now january 29 still have no recieved my order. I emailed them twice and i did not receive an email back. Completely ignored my email. Dont buy from these frauds i have proof of emailing these people without getting back a response. They fool people and tell them they dont ship until 2-4 weeks that is a lie. I would have gotten my order by now!

I ordered 1 item from them over 4 weeks ago... Shouldn't be that hard to process and have not heard back from my several email requests as to when my order will be shipped. If it takes 2-4 weeks to process than I expect it done in 4 weeks... Ridiculous
They were quick to take the money off my visa as soon as I placed my order... Now I can't get my money back
... Looks like a fraud case to me!

i had ordered a floral jersey in may 24 2018, it is now august 1st, 2018. i had emailed the company twice and has not received a reply. first email was to figure out what happened, second was for a refund. i called the customer service number listed and i was transferred to a pest control company. my order number is 15671. i wouldnt have really had a problem cuz it was only $30 but it was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone. the birthday was two months ago. i just want my order or refund like i had said in my emails to them

I order 2/14/17. My product was taking longer to arrive than stated on the website so i tried calling where i remained on hold for over an over before the line disconnects. When I instant messaged them I was told that it takes 2-4 weeks for shipping and that only one person answers their toll free line. I informed them that it had been 8 weeks since I ordered and that the phone line is dead air. They then responded that dead air means I'm on hold and to hold tight for my order because it is popular. When the product finally arrived there were manufacturer defects in the product. Therefore, I emailed them where it took 7 days for a response to where the refund period was over. This company is a scam!
Hey Monique, we noticed this review and felt compelled to rebut it. While we do get the majority of our items out in the specified timeframe, that doesn't meant that sometimes it can go beyond that timeframe in some cases. Our SHIPPING PAGE on our website specifically addresses it in the 1st paragraph as we certainly do not hide the fact that it can occur (screenshot below). Additionally, to say that you called and called and got no response etc. is a bit untruthful for a couple of reasons. For 1, we have a page specifically for RETURNS and we direct all customers there who need to return an item for size exchange, defective or unhappy with it. It's a very straight forward process and you can read it again below (screenshot attached). No where in the RETURNS process does it say you have to email us and wait for a reply. It says if you have a RETURN for whatever reason and your item is unworn with all tags, to make sure to send it back to us within 7 days of receiving it. That's it. No phone calls, no emails, no chat conversations...just send it back for a return. It couldn't be any simpler. Lastly, you mentioned that your refund period was over. FALSE. You graciously received your refund 100% in full, and you know this. Why lie? If you were unhappy with the process, that's 100% understandable and it happens and we learn from it. Since you've ordered, we have implemented an email ticket system so that customers who send emails know that their email has been received and also so that we have a record too.
I feel to call a customer a lier is highly unprofessional to begin. Secondly, yes I did receive a refund after 2 months. Lastly my item should have never been sent damaged to begin with because you don't reimburse for the 3 party shipping fees that I incurred. I only began to chat, email, and call after the time frame listed in your first paragraph on your website. Have a wonderful day.
Also I could upload my photo as well however I sent them to the better business bureau and no longer need to entertain your business

I ordered an item I Dec. 2016 and I still haven't received and we're in April 6th. Never give you details about the order they'll just say this:
Hi OJ, we're just waiting for the shipping confirmation for the missing item.
me: When?
The note from the fulfillment center is by next week.
me: You sure or you're just telling me this
me: Last time someone told me that was exactly a month ago
me: And I made this ordered back in Dec. of 2016
me: We're in April
Sir, everytime there is an inquiry from the cust we post it on our database and that is the response from the fulfillment center.
So the distributor doesn't want to send the item?
me: Who's the distributor so I can get in contact with them and find out whats going on

SCAMMERS, report to Shopify
Hi OJ, we just learned of this and wanted to have a chance to give our side. Your order was fulfilled and completed long ago. Sorry if the time frame wasn't acceptable for shipping, but to call the business a scam is not truthful. We either fulfill and order or completely refund the order. You know this and we did fair by you. Would be nice if you could at the minimum revise your review to be a more truthful one. We've attached the tracking information in which you signed for your package and your order in which it was fulfilled and even partially refunded.

I made an order on this site OnyxHearts and delivery takes way too long. Since I did not get a tracking number I contacted them via phone and they said that I need to send them a message with detailed explanation and told that someone will contact me regarding my issue. I sent tons of emails and they never bothered to reply. I called again and they said that they'll check my case as soon as they have time. This place is nothing but scam, don't order from them!

I placed a order and tried to call number listed and got a recording then states its going to transfer you to a rep and then it hangs up on you then sent email to the help@onyxhearts.com and it came back as not a valid email. Dont know what to do spent over $400 on a order and dont know if i am going to get my order or how to get my money back.
Hello - we'd love to look more into this for you and find out more info but your post is extremely vague. If you could let us know your order number or some other info to contact you by, we'll be more than happy to do some digging for you. We're guessing though that you've already either a.) received your order or b.) received a refund by now if so. Sorry we weren't faster for your liking in terms of shipping. Please remember that we are a small company and the holidays are extremely busy. Mistakes can and do happen and we learn from them! We right all mistakes that do occur if so though. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I got my stuff. Took about a month but I still got it. Pretty sure any website that just doesn't ship customers their orders would be straight up shut down. I work for an online store in Phoenix so I'm just more comfortable because I guess I have more empathy for shop owners.

What's your name and or order #? This 100% DOES NOT happen! You either receive your order or a refund. If you received neither than you're 100% certainly due a refund. But we have a good idea that your order has already been shipped and signed for long ago. Email: help@onyxhearts.com to get it squared away as there is no way to contact you from your profile.
