Ordered 9 — 10x10 photo canvases from printerpix and they are horrible
Ordered 9--10x10 photo canvases from Printerpix, The color is dark and faded looking on all 9, and they are all blurry. Email sent and tried to do "live Chat" Still have NOT been contacted. Tried their phone 7 times with NO answer. I bought the photos through Groupon, So I will try to contact Groupon and report the issue. I was trying to be a nice consumer and give Printerpix the opportunity to make thing right, but it seems they do not care. I have ordered numerous photo canvases from other companies and have always been very satisfied (Simply Canvas and Canvas on Demand)
Voucher is lying to free shipping
I Have been having a very hard time since about two months to complete and order my two 40 pages photo books. first, the server was crashing and I could not load any of my photos to finish my projects. I called, chatted and emailed tons of times, none can help me out. Everytime, I was asked to try back after 24 hours. I did as they told but the same issues every time. I finally found a way to be able to finish my books. When I place the order, it charges me shipping for both books. However, when I purchased the voucher and was told that it is free shipping. It is my Christmas gift. Now it is still stuck in my shopping cart. How can I do? please let me know.

Complicated and Deceitful Website
I recently tried to redeem a voucher from Groupon here.
After selecting the calendar I wanted, when placing the order I ended up buying a voucher for 5 calendars instead of using a voucher for 5 calendars.
10 days later when querying why the order - for my family's xmas - hadn't arrived I was told what had happened.
Now there is no way to get the order in time for xmas. And the customer service agent refused to refund the 2nd voucher bought - as it was over the 7 days for refund.
Complete waste of money - and a deceptive website designed to con you out of money.
Photo books
We ordered a 100 page photo book via a Groupon voucher and spent two full days getting the photos from our safari holiday all set up on the Printerpix website. The software was intuitive to use and easy to get the effects we wanted. At the end of the process we were asked to pay an extra £16 for photo quality paper. We were amazed to be asked that but the onscreen version on their website looked so awful that we paid the extra. The book arrived nine days after we ordered it and it was absolutely awful. It was not printed on photo quality paper, just ordinary paper and the colours were totally different to those on their website. Some pages were OK others very red or orange, no consistency. We have now complained THREE times to their email address listed on their website but have not had the courtesy of a response. I suggest that no one deals with this company as they are worse than anyone I have ever dealt with.
If you look on their website there is no way of making a complaint. You need to look very hard to find a way to express your dis-satisfaction and you need to email an address they do not monitor. In over three weeks I have not had the courtesy of an acknowledgment.
Photo books
I ordered 3 photo books from PrinterPix on 1/14/18. One book shipped withing a a couple weeks but is not printed properly and damaged in shipping. The remaining two books have been listed as "In Production" ever since then.
It has now been over a month and half and all attempts to have my items shipped or have the order cancelled have been met with a repeated "wait another week". I have been told this now for 3 weeks with no resolve. Attempts from the BBB have also failed as they get no response from the company also. The only response I get is a canned e-mail/twitter/chat response saying they are sorry and to wait another week.
I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals office already and a call to the Lake Mary Police department will be next.
2 separate orders... Wow! Customer service is the worst!!!
Where do I begin? I paid $54 for a magic mug to be expedited — it came a week late, missed the birthday and came to me chipped! Contacted customer service — on line chat did nothing — so I sent an email (On october 23rd) and it's now november 5th and have heard nothing! Looks like I just lost $54 and still stuck with a broken mug — which I through out. It was delivered too late for the event, and it's money down the drain!
I had a groupon for 10 magic latte mugs — so I ordered them...8 came in fine... The other 2 came in as plain mugs — so once again I tried to go through the proper channels and "chatted" with nova this morning... The response was "you order white mug and that's what you replied"... I understand typos and pretty sure he/she meant received... When I questioned how all of the other 8 mugs were correct and all 10 were ordered at the same time, I waited for 10 minutes and got no response!
I'm stuck with $100 groupon purchase towards printerpix — and i'm going to end up letting it expire — - unfortunately they have cool items — but i'm going to start going through collage.com. I've used them in the past and they were great!

Please, get your stuff together and fix your service.
How long are you going to make mistake by mistake and confuse orders?
I guess I'm speaking for all of those people who got wrong orders. I'm one of them, by the way.
I got a blanket with someone else's' pictures. So hence those people got mine.
I guess they are not happy either and wonder how you have let this happen.
It's so terrible. It has been going on for many months and you have changed absolutely nothing.

Never delivered
I bought Mink Touch Blanket with an express delivery. It's been 3 weeks and still, there's nothing. I found out that they didn't even send anything :(
Asked for a refund and have to wait for 2-3 weeks more to get my money back. Why so slow? You were very quick in taking it.
Your customer support kept telling me that everything is ok and my blanket will be shipped soon. Why did they lie to me? It obviously wasn't true.

I have recently tried to use an offer I bought from you and in buying the ONE offer you have given me FOUR different codes. I emailed customer service for a live chat and no one has got back to me so called customer service to be told I have to pay FOUR lots of postage? When I asked Rosanna my customer service agent to speak to a manager she told me I couldn't, he wasn't available. When I asked for his name she point blank refused to give it to me (as a business owner myself I believe to be astounding!) and she couldn't tell me when he was available ever. Point blank the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never use this company again and will spread the story of your 'customer service' like wildfire!
50 page book
Absolutely garbage customer service. complete waste of money. I never received my order. then when i contacted them in order to get some info on the order, it took several hours on the chat app. and they were not helpful at all. they gave me a non working email, so i contacted them again. they again were no help. the customer service is absolutely terrible.
Slow delivery service
I have ordered a canvas print for mother's day. That was my first time ordering from them so I wasn't sure how long it could take and decided to order in advance. My order was made month before mother's day and I thought that was enough time to deliver to my location, but unfortunately my order did not show up.
When I contacted PrinterPix they said that due to some issues shipment was delayed and that they need more time to deliver my order.
I am very disappointed with their poor service and will not use them again. By the way I still haven't received anything so I can't tell anything about the products itself.
Metal photo
I ordered a Metal Photo (similar to the canvas photos) at the beginning of April for my daughter's bridal shower. The shower was last weekend and I still have not received the picture. I tried to call and cancel the order, customer service was going to charge me $10 to cancel. Why would I spend any more money with this company? I find it hard to believe that it takes a month to print a picture. Next time I will go to Wal-Mart. Would like my money back!

Ordered a photo book from them and when I received it I was terrified with its poor quality. Photos were very dark and printing was terrible. I contacted PrinterPix and demanded to fix everything. They agreed but asked for some extra money and since I had no other choice I paid.
I did not like the second book either so I demanded a full refund and these people told that everything was only my fault. They tried to make it look as if I was a bad guy!
All I want is my money back and I regret the day I ordered from this site. If only I had read the reviews earlier... Don't make the same mistake and don't deal with PrinterPix!
Product not received
I am still waiting for an order I placed in Mid - December which is supposed to be a Xmas gift. After phone them loads of time, waiting about 30 minutes each time finally someone answered. They said I would received my calendar in next 2 weeks. It is Mid-February and I have never received aything. Emailed them asking for refund, never got an answer. Absolutely shocking company, Please DO NOT USE!
Photo slate/customer service
Do not use this company! I do not know if they produce a good product because I did not receive it! I paid an additional $25 for expedited shipping. Spent hours trying to get thru on the phone and then get disconnected - Twice. I was assured my gift would be delivered for Christmas and it hasn't been shipped yet. The chat does not work and email responses take 2 to 3 days and all they say is we are checking into this. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
Customer service and product delivery
I purchased three Printerpix items and two did not show and 1 arrived severely damaged. When I called the toll-free number I was connected to someone not in the US. When I asked to speak to someone in the US, I was told that was NOT possible.
(I was not aware the company was in the UK until I started reading the several BAD reviews, but my items came from Lake Mary, FLorida)
I was told regarding the lost items I needed to do the legwork myself to locate the missing shipments through the USPS, mind you they were not sent via USPS. So, the USPS will not take claim. The item that was damaged I sent the photographs of the damaged items including bent photos and the photo arrived in the wrong size – it should’ve been 11X14 just like my Groupon stated (which the person on the phone confirmed) but for some reason I was sent 10x7.
I paid three individual shipping costs because there is not a single shipping rate for three items and I had prepaid vouchers for my items. I just want the items I paid for. 2 10x7 pics and 1 11x14 pic!
100 prints
I have used many different companies to print photos and have never experienced problems doing so, apart from with Printerpix. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time on the website trying to do the simple job of printing 200 hundred photos using 2 vouchers (each for 100 photos). The 'help' I received barely acknowledged my complaints and didn't answer my questions or solve my problems. From deleting all of my uploads after I've spent ages getting them onto the system to changing the number of pictures I want back to the default of 1 when I have repeatedly taken the time to go through them and pick out which ones I want 2 of, I have absolutely had it with Printerpix. I managed to use one voucher for 100 photos (as you can't use the two together for some reason) but didn't realise until later that they had added on an extra charge for HD gloss even though I didn't click this option. Because the system mucked up the photos I uploaded for my next order I need to delete them all and start from scratch but whenever I try to do so or when I try to proceed to payment an error message appears. Logging out, clearing web history, shutting down computer, using a different web browser or anything else they have suggested doesn't work. It tells me I have 0 uploads and when I add 20, it then says I have 400. I won't be using the second voucher - I have wasted more than enough time an effort on Printerpix and won't ever use them again.
Bad company
I had a horrible experience with PrinterPix. I purchased a coupon and wanted to buy a coffee mug with it. I spent nearly two hours chatting with two different printerpix representatives. I wanted to put two pictures on the mug, but they told that they can put only one picture on it. They also said that I need to choose one picture and they will put in on both sides. My order was supposed to be free shipping. As it turns out, when I placed the order, there was no free shipping. But I had no idea about it. Shipping actually took almost two months, and I had to pay for it as well. I received my mug, but was quite disappointed with its quality. I actually cannot recommend this company to anyone.
Coupon/customer service
I bought a coupon from them, a certificate for a metal print back in October. At check-out, I found out it was a trick - they were charging me an additional and unexplained sum of 9 dollars that I did not expect or agree to pay. I wrote to them twice with NO response. Kept getting automatic messages that 'someone will contact me'. No one did. So I called. And, yes, I was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. I kept calling and was put on hold. For a long time. Eventually, I waited until someone picked up. And, yes, it was all excuses - "they are just too busy to respond to tickets". She said she cancelled my coupon and would return the money. Her confirmation email mysteriously could not go through. I had to be firm to get her to use an alternative email address, saying I could not trust them. Thankfully, I got the email that "my money will be refunded". It's January 7, do you think they have refunded the money? Of course, not! I am going to request an investigation with my bank tomorrow. I will never deal with these thieves again!
This is the worst company ever!
This is the worst company I ever dealt with. I made an order twice on this site and both times it has taken over eight weeks to get my items. After three weeks I sent a message asking where the order was and never got any response. When my books arrive one was damaged! I called PrinterPix to complain and was waiting on hold for two hours. Then I called again, but was disconnected! I called back a several days later and waited 45 minutes to talk to their agent. But he gave me only excuses. He offered me a coupon for my next order. But he didn't say anything about refunding the damaged book. Don't think I will be order again.
