Terrible experience at this test center: being screamed at and scolded for no reason before and after exam, completely absurd!

I was at the psi test center at baltimore - falls road for a license exam. The two test center administrative staff were extremely rude. It was more than just been rude, the whole situation was hostile!

My exam starting time was 8:30. I arrived at the test center at 8:10 due to heavy morning traffic. There were several people before me, so I requested to use the bathroom first. After using the bathroom, I waited for a while. It was 8:20 am. I thought about i'd better get a timestamp first before the clock reached 8:30. Seeing one administrator just completed the admission process with a test taker before me, I asked her about how to get a timestamp for my arrival. To my astonishment, she immediately screamed at me for walking towards her. She claimed her computer screen was showing another person's ssn. I didn't see anything, but I backed away upon her command. She didn't stop there, but went into a rampage of scolding me being late for exam! I entered the test center 20 minutes before the exam starting time, which is not ideal, but certainly not late. However I felt she could simply manipulate her authority to claim that I was late. And I didn't have anything to prove myself entering the test center on time because cellphones were not allowed in the center. So I couldn't take a photo of the clock on the wall. I also felt confused about the alleged sensitive information on screen: the way they placed their computer screens, everyone entering the waiting area could have a clear view at the screens. If a previously admitted test taker's ssn was left on the screen, shouldn't them use something to protect their computer screens instead of yelling at another innocent test taker? What a terrible experience right before my license exam!

It was hard to concentrate on my exam after being scolded for no reason and being threatened to invalidate my exam registration. (according to psi: "your registration will be invalid, you will not be able to take the examination as scheduled... [i]f you arrive after the examination start time.") I still managed to pass the exam. With a sense of relief, I didn't expect to be scolded again right afterwards. I walked out the computer room and returned the test items to one of the administrators. I found that I had left the calculator in the computer room. So I told them that I would re-enter the room and bring it back. While re-entering the room was normal, I forgot to close the computer room door immediately behind me. I heard a heavy bang of door closing when I was picking up the calculator, which was certainly startling for the testers. I got out quickly and gently closed the door behind me, only found that I was greeted with another round of scolding: my one-second long of leaving the door open would have caused other test takers to fail their tests! But what about the staff's banging the door to close, which was much more disturbing than leaving the door open for a second! I didn't say that, only apologized for not closing the door immediately. Then I got scolded for having a smile on my face! She had so much hatred toward me. She alleged that I was smiling because I passed, but others had to fail because I didn't close the door... Was she on drugs? I couldn't understand their anger towards me, especially the absurd hatred from the administrator who scolded me for having passed the exam and for having an apologetic smile.

This whole experience was surreal, in a bad way. I hope managers at psi are monitoring complaints against their test center services. Hostile behavior like this should not be tolerated or ignored by management! When I shared my experience with a colleague, who took the test at the same center several months ago. She told me that she had also been harassed by one of the administrators there. I request an investigation into the abusive behaviors toward test takers at the psi baltimore test center. Psi employees should be trained for work ethics and proper customer services. Repeated offenders should be fired.
