This is about tracking number 926129997936228688879. I ordered Number [protected], Which was an Antique Southwest Necklace, which I never received... It shows on Fed-X tracking that it came to my house but it didn't. So I would like to know what happened to it. Where did it go? I don't want a refund, as I would like the necklace. This is the first time that this has happened to me and it makes me leery on the rest of my orders. Would like to see this solved. Thanks

PCH has been like a scam for me with all the winning #'s when I can't even get my order completed. Be sure to be able to pay the postage too on a 'return item'...hopefully they'll only send you one of them! I received two of the same thing within days of each other and had to return at two different times...at my cost. The only way this can get resolved is to refund my postage...the last time was $4.45 and can't remember the first time. I'm hoping I don't get anymore...

I have Person calling me He Says he's the President of PCH His Name is Bobby Joe Johnson: I've Paid him already $6000.00 Dollars and now he wants me to pay another $1000.00 For storage Fees Because he say's I didn't collect right away He also Asking for Another $10000.00 for state taxes? He also has co: worker by the name Michael Anderson and the calling my Wife Demanding that she pay's or she's going to put her in Jail Because he's working with the FBI! So I wondering why I have to pay all these fees Because PCH says you have to pay Taxes until you bring me my Winnings?

Ever since I got it, for the past 2 years, eggs ALWAYS have stuck in it, even if I used PAM, or cooking oil or butter. I paid almost 3 times what the pan costs at Amazon, plus I get a free delivery from Amazon. I was told by Gotham Street products in New York, NY, that I could ship it back, but the cost of shipping it back is the cost of the pan.

Your lamps that I bought are a piece of [censored]. I don't even know if they are bright enough for a glove compartment. I can't even complain without getting grief. Why do I need 350 characters when all you need to know that i am not happy with you product. I bought it and don't know if I can even use them. I can't send them back because it would cost more than I paid.

I was playing one of the games and it popped up with three instant win bars. And the prize was $1, 000 dollars. Why is it when I play any games on pch, and it lands on a monetary amount I never win that prize. I have been playing PCH since I was 18 and the entries came in the mail. I stopped playing for a while because life happens. But I picked it back up in 2012 when I downloaded the app and have been playing ever since. I hope everyday I play that my family and I will win because as of this past Friday, my second car quit on the highway in the middle of traffic, so now we have no working vehicle. I just want to win so that we do t have to keep struggling g to pay our bills just so we don't have to fear of being put out of our apartment because we can't keep our gas or electric on, or we have e to walk to place because we can't afford parts on both of our vehicles or pay to have the looked at or fixed. I pray that you look into these things and do the honorable thing. And I hope, wish, and pray that my family is chosen as the next winner for the Super Prize since I am a Superfam and also a VIP player.

I am so upset with you I ordered some peanotbutgrr fudge from you guess it was supposed to come from Figis any way it was back ordered. After over a month and a half it finally came it was for a birthday when it was opened
it was all mush and melted I was so embarrassed and pissed off Why should I pay for this crap? I can't believe how awful this was. Won't do that again

I have been playing their Sweepstakes and Buying there Magizines since the early 1970's. In all that time I HAVE NEVER won a Single Cent! Zilch Notta Nothing! You have a sixth or Seven times better chance of winning the Powerball than you do this Scam Mag. Your current chance of winning is 1 in 1.7 BILLION! As a Diamond Winner (LAUGH) I marvell at all the people trying to win the 8 place number lotto and I wonder if any body ever get's selected for a winner? That's probably just the Con in action!
I really think this organiztion should be investigated for Fraud!

I received flower bulbs in the mail and wondered why they were sent to me. I realize I should have sent them back at the time but didn't want to spend the postage.
I did not order and do not want the flower bulbs. When they started billing me I just figured it was all a scam and ignored it. I can return the bulbs if they want them but I don't think they are still good.
I would request that they stop billing me.

When trying to enter sweepstakes it will not activate my entry unless I purchase something. It clearly states no fee or purchase to enter. Is this a joke? I have been entering PCH sweepstakes for over 25 years and have not had to make a purchase anything to have my entry activated. As they say purchasing will not increase your odds of winning, I guess that's not true. I certainly would like to win And not have to worry about money problems the rest of my life. And another thing you have to write a 350 word essay for you to even look at a complaint. So obviously you have no interest in what people are complaining about.

I ordered a flower bulb collection (250 bulbs) within my PCH sweepstakes return around March or April 2018. I received a partial order of bulbs approximately beginning of May with a note within the box stating partial order. I did not remit payment yet and I am still waiting for the balance of my order. I received 3 types of bulbs, not 4 and maybe received about 1/2 of the order, if that. I am very disappointed that I did not receive the full shipment and am being asked to pay for it. I will pay when the balance of my order is received. I refuse to pay a late fee when I have not been made whole.

I have purchased from PCH a couple of times. The problem is... I only received part of the order but they are quick to send emails asking you to pay your bill when I just received it. I have played their sweepstakes for years and yes! I agree with a lot of other people THIS IS A JOKE!
So frustrated with this site. I paid my bill but I will never order from them again!

I can go up street and buy a scratch off lotto ticket and at least win a dollar. With PCH one has never won so much as a dollar or any cash from any of their online so called Instant Win games. All they award anyone are useless Tokens. They bombard me with endless emails telling me I'm so close to being the next big winner as they do everyone else I know who plays this waste of time game. PCH should take some lessons from the phone app game Cash Show - I've won a total of 32¢ so far with Cash Show it's not much but at least it is something. PCH preys upon those who are in a bad way financially, by getting their hopes up. Surely, there must be something that can be done. This is ridiculous! It IS a rip off and waste of time. Someone needs to do something about it.

This is the 2nd time. I was sent items I did not order? I paid for them, but no more! I am disabled no checks coming in until social security disability. I won't be taken advantage of, I even wrote on my check that I sent back. First was a ugly scarf, and yesterday chocolate chews? No more — pch whom ever is doing this job, needs fired asap. You will lose customers!

Ordered a item couple of months ago and as of today still no item.
Received past due bill saturday for item and this is the first bill or anything I have seen. And don't forget the threat of late charges and turn over to collection agency. They can send entry on top of entry to get you to purchase there junk but can not get an order to you.
Biggest rip off of all times. Wake up world
Sent letter with copy of bill to vice president of pch but I probably never hear anything.
I am probably out $19.00 and some change but if they can live with it I can live without it but I will be a throne in there side until I get satisfaction

Received wallet today (Feb 3), and immediately wrote out a check for full payment (Check is in the mail).
Upon comparing the wallet that I received with the mailing photos of the wallet, I discovered that I did not receive the same wallet... wallet received does not have the middle slot as shown in the photo (received wallet has 6 slots, and photo shows 7 slots, the seventh slot to be used for photo ID or license).

Anew game was presented on 2-21-18 called "Win 4, 978, 632.00". The problem is that I am told that I need to "place an order" to update my file. I tried to play the game about 10 times because it would not allow me to finish without an order. Its supposed to be "free" without the pressure to order. I could not complete the page that would allow me the enter the sweepstakes for 4, 978, 632.00 .

Every year you see the commercials. This year I decided to enter. BIG mistake! It's all about selling! I did fall prey and made 2 purchases. Nothing I purchased was over $12 since I am on Social Security Disability. Luckily I was wise enough NOT to give my credit card number but instead asked to be billed. Upon receiving my purchases I was appalled when I saw the shipping they charged me!
On my $12 item, my bill was $50.49!
Needless to say I never even opened the box! There is nothing worse than being scammed when you trust a business. Now it's up to me to spend money to send it back to them.

Today I scratched 3 spots of 100, 000 dollars... Not tokens on a ticket.
Then I was quickly redirected to purchases.
When I win tokens it automatically tells me how many tokens I have "banked".
There is something not correct about what just happened. I am stressed. I was so excited! How can I collect?
I won! Now show me the money!
I hope someone can help me figure out how to collect my winnings. I thought that it would show me instructions on how to proceed just as it does when I win tokens. I really hope I didn't get scammed. I don't like being defrauded. I have spent a lot of time on this, trusting that it is legitimate.
