Red Robin Food

I am not a pissed off customer but i am a regular customer. There are way to many options for eating out in this area so I thought I would bring this to your attention. We only live a couple of miles from Red Robins and we love the burgers and the variety of burgers but i also love other things on the menu. Last night 02/16/19 around 8 pm my wife and I decided it was time for a burger. Well this was by far the worst I have had at Red Robins either here or in Virginia where we use to live. The bugers had almost nothing on them except the burger patties even though they were suppose to be well dressed with items. But the worst part was the buns were so stale they were hard. Not what I was expecting. The wait staff "Gabby" brought our food to the table and then brought our bill. I didnt complain to her because I got the feeling she didn't care to hear it anyway. We also alway get the Tower of Onion Rings they are always a winner. So this is just so you know a regular customer did not enjoy the food or the service during a not so busy time. Red Robin Poor customer service

Dec 29.2017 we hoped to enjoy dinner at Red robin in Richfield MN. We had a large group 11 5 adults 6 children. they told us one table finished up and were waiting on another to finish. Nobody else was waiting when we arrived. after that probably 20 people checked in. We patiently waited for 35 minutes. Everyone else was seated. the host came out and said is "annoyed" here? What? uncalled for. We weren't before but are now. His name was Bjorn. My husband spoke with the manager . Terrible all the way around. I have never seen service like this before. We have gone a few times to Red Robin service is always slow but never like this. Very disappointed we left

Red Robin About your gm in montgomery al

You need a new gm in Montgomery AL she is so rude and disrespectful.i witness her treating her employees wrong she has a filthy mouth.she is the reason your store is loosing customer s you need a better gm I will not be going back to this restaurant.take her name off of that door and remove her.she is not fit for red Robin.r red Robin is a joke need better managers and employees.

Red Robin Message received by manager

I received an abusive email from a manager of Red Robin named Jeffrey Moore. I have never contacted or spoken to this person so have no idea why I received this email. I think the person should be disciplined and replaced by head office of Red Robin.

I do not use social media other than Messenger itself, there is no need or reason to receive messages like this.

I think this guys behaviour may reflect the companies beliefs in emotional abuse.

Red Robin Food, and service

Hello I recently visited the red robin in schererville indiana and I was very disappointed. My father's food was very bland and my burger was not made well. The onion tanglers were not cooked well and the burger was very sloppy. Then I accidentally left my son's baby placemat on the table and called as soon as I realized for them to tell me the bus boy threw it away. Why wouldn't they have held on to it for one shift? It was stuck to the table and was a bright blue, so it wasn't something that could have been easily missed. Over all just not happy with our service.

Red Robin Ants in ketchup cap

On September 10th of this year at around 5pm, I treated my bonus son and family to a Red Robin's meal for his birthday. We went to the Red Robin's located at 18650 Ford Rd. in Detroit (Dearborn) Michigan. While everyone was eating I had a ketchup bottle I used for my fries and I proceeded to eat. After I finished my fries I continued to use the ketchup for my burger and began eating it. One of the kids at the table wanted some of the ketchup I was using and when their mom took the bottle I was using and looked into the cap, she looked disgusted and showed it to the waiter and just said "dead ants!" The waiter also looked disgusted and I immediately left the table and went to the restroom and began throwing up. It was a terrible experience and I have yet to get a valid explanation from management. They went on to blame the manufacturing company and have not giving me any information to help me find out what I need to do to deal with this traumatic experience. I can't get the incident out my mind and it has definitely changed my appetite for burgers and restaurants. The manager let me take pictures of the cap and the number on the cap as well as the case he said it came out of but that has gotten me nothing. No explanation to why or who is responsible for this nasty experience I had at the restaurant.

Red Robin Bleu ribbon

I came to Red Robin with my boyfriend and two friends around October 9th or 10th. We experienced terrible serving, from a waitress, I can't remember her name, it might have been Audrey or something like that. There was no one to refill our drinks for about 10 minutes, and I am not trying to make a big deal about it, but we weren't attended to like we should have been. When I received the food there was a hair in my fries, and, also, one in my sandwich which was disgusting. On top of that we were there for 40 minutes before we got our food... I'm very disappointed as this has been one of my favorite restaurants up unitl now, and I will not be going back unless this changes. I wish we had a better experience, considering our bill was 47 dollars. I hope we can get a refund for how bad the experience was...

Red Robin Customer service

Went to Red Robin in Henrietta. As I was sitting with my family, I overheard what I assume to be a manager belittle an employee there. As if his insults weren't bad enough, he was using inappropriate language - in front of my children and other customers. It was actually quite uncomfortable. My family and I quickly finished our meal and left. The gentleman's name was Adam. As a business owner, I understand you get frustrated with staff but how he openly treated this girl was uncalled for. I will not be returning.

Red Robin Poor experience at red robin des moines washington

My husband and I went to this Red Robin Saturday 8/25/2018 at 4 pm for an early dinner. We sat in the bar so I could have a cocktail. It was NOT busy. It took 15 minutes to get my well-drink! We immediatly asked for more fries when our dinner came as there were about 5 on the plate. These did not arrive until 25 minutes later as we were leaving! The food was blah and the drink i had ordered as a double tasted like a soda pop. The bartender was so careful to measure just enough and not a drop more when making it-it was ridiculous. If Red Robin dsn't want to act like a bar (not even a happy hour or any drink specials on a Saturday night!) then remove the bar. Not cozy at all-we would NEVER come back-too many other choices for food and drink when we want to go out. We had been to this Red Robin 5 times before and each time the experience went downhill a little bit more-but this time everything was bad-the food was just ok and the drink took forever and was not good though charged a ridiculous price for a double well drink! Didn't get our fries until we were up and leaving-everything was not a good experience and we felt we had wasted our money here. Very disappointed...

Red Robin Bad overall dining experience

My family was at dinner at the Redmond, Wa. location. It was again the most unsatisfactory experience. This is the third bad experience we have had at this location. Waiting period was 30 mins long & then another 30 mins wait for food. When the food finally come out - the meats were burn. Our buggers were not taste good. We will never come back to Red Robin again.

Red Robin Bad customer service

my name is jonathan logalbo I was on vacation in las vegas
in december of 2017 and had my wallet stolen. I am disabled and needed to take my medication for the day one of which required food..so i stopped in a casino at a red robin and asked nicely to speak with a manager at red robin..told him my situation and asked if i could sweep up or wash dishes or something to earn a sandwich. he then proceeded to yell and humiliate me in front of a large group of customers yelling to go get a job and other things. I get it he could'nt probably do it because of some health code or something..however I don't believe I deserved the extremely harsh treatment i recieved that day. I will never eat at a red robin again and neither will my family.

Red Robin Customer service/overall experience while dining

Walked into restaurant. Hostess stated waiting time was 30 to 45 mins. There were several other groups waiting to be seated, many whom have been waiting a while. We waited few mins, and noticed a few empty tables that needed to be bused. I decided to walk the restaurant and noticed several more empty tables needing bused or wipee down. I walked to the bathroom and back and then decided to speak to a manager, i ask why there was a 30 to 45 min wait with all these empty tables. He stated he want sure what was going on in the front end and walked to the hostess table to find out. After a few mins a few folks started getting things cleaned off and folks were beginning to get seated. No reason for this. This is unacceptable. Managment, front or back or overall need to be i tune with the overall operations of the restaurant and be prepared to adjust as needed.

Red Robin Restaurant

Over charged bad service and they never handle the situation at the restaurant or responded back to my email about my complaint thru guest support .they just take your money and that's it . I see other complaints that this as also happened to them at this location. I would think they would want repeat business. And I can tell you my friends and family will not go to this restaurant again.

Red Robin Very unclean and unhealthy

My husband and I live in West Chester OH where there are a lot of new restaurants coming to that area. I really like going to Red Robin to get their turkey burger and fries.
We walked in the store and the look of the place was grimy and know one looked like they were trying to keep it clean. The kitchen had trash and grease in areas where the customers could look in. Layers and layers of dirt and grim all over the place. The silverware did not look at all clean. Bathroom was filthy and toilet paper was everywhere on the floor. I felt sick. Please do something. I don't want Red Robin to go out of business, but it will if this continues. What the hell is going on with your managers? I would hope that Red Robin values us as customers and would change things soon, real soon please. Please do something.

Red Robin Senior orders

We like to go to Red Robin with our friends, and we go quite often. But now we are considering going elsewhere. As we are dieting and since you don't have a Senior menu or a lighter choice menu, we been ordering from the kids menu. The size is perfect and the chicken strips are perfect for our diet. But last time we ordered there, we noticed when our bill came, they had added on a $4.00 charge for being no adult with a kids meal. When asked about it, we were told that's the new policy now. When asked if the potion size was different, we were told "no". They just added more cause we were an adult. When ask why we weren't told about it. They said they would take it off the bill this time, but never again. Right there you just lost the dieter in Roseburg, OR. We will post this and let everyone we know, as we feel this is a rip off.

Red Robin Unable to use red robin gift card

My nephew Dean Baughman turned 19 on June 25, 2018, so I bought him a $30 gift card for Red Robin since that is one of his favorite restaurants. On Friday, June 29, 2018, he and his girlfriend visited a Red Robin restaurant in Hershey, PA, after spending the day at Hersheypark. My nephew had the gift card that I purchased for him so he attempted to use it. He was told that they weren't accepting gift cards at that time... His mother told me the story and I felt embarrassed for him since he was with his girlfriend that day. Furthermore, how can a restaurant choose to not accept a gift card that is specific for that restaurant? It doesn't seem right so I felt that a complaint was necessary.

Red Robin Service

Hi this was my husband and I first time at Red Robin. We were seated in a dirty area a lot of unbussed tables. Took forever to get drinks table beside left because of the weight. Barley saw waitress and when we did it was very short. Received appetizers and 5 minutes later received our dinners. Long wait times on everything. Didn't have time to eat appetizers on our small table before entree's. For our first experience we will not be recommending or going back.

Red Robin Refused service

I went in for teachers appreciation day at 9:26 after attending a graduation and was refused service because they had been really busy all day. I was really embarrassed and disappointed. I saw other customers pulling in and going in and we're not refused service. I waited 5 minutes watching people come out as well as go in. I went back in and ask why I was refused service and was told they all had reservations which I know was not true because I asked customer in parking lot. I ask for manager Shawn who was just as rude as the greeter Dave. The only difference between myself and the others was the color of my skin. I was never given apology etc. for the inconvenience and humiliation. I am not sure if this is the normal way customers are treated but it turned a very pleasant appreciation into a teacher nightmare.

Red Robin Service

I want to start off with I love Red Robin and my family goes there pretty often. We usually go to the one on Harlem and Irving but yesterday we went to the one in Oak Brook. We went to have lunch for my husbands birthday and it was the absolute worst service we have ever had. The hostess did not seem like she knew what she was doing and it took about 10-15 minutes to even be asked how many in our party and to be seated. Once seated we were greeted by our waitress who seemed new which is fine. We ordered drinks and when we received drinks we ordered our meals right away. She didn't ask how we wanted our burgers to be cooked which we are usually asked. We sat there for 50 MINUTES and we still were not served. We asked how much longer and she said the kids meals were finished but waiting on ours. We asked her to bring out the kids meals so they can be occupied but we then waited another 10 minutes and nothing. So they weren't done and she said it to keep us there. We finally got up and told them we are leaving. Granted they did not make us pay for our drinks or the appetizers but they did not offer an apology or seem sincere when our family along with about 5 other groups walked out. Needless to say we will not be returning to this Red Robin and we are very disappointed with the way everything was handled.

Red Robin Manager and employees refused to honor email specials

Two weeks ago I placed an order for two Gourmet burgers at the San Dimas, CA, Red Robin attempting to take advantage of the 20% off to go order offer I received in my e-mail. When I went to pick them up at 8:50 pm, the 20% off discount had not been applied. Alexandra, the receptionist, said she would correct this but then came back claiming that there was no discount attached to my e-mail address. She then got the manager who also refused to honor the offer. I asked if I could access my e-mail on any computer in their establishment, but was told again that I did not have this offer available to me. I told them I would go home and print out the offer which I did. I was told that that would suffice. So I not only copied the 20% off offer but also a valid current offer for a free burger with burger purchase Celebrate Burger Month offer. I returned to the restaurant @ 9:15, but even with the printouts of the both offers, Alexandra still refused to honor them. I refused to pay the non-discounted price and informed her I intended to contact Red Robin's corporate office about their refusal to give the advertised discount. I completed the complaint form and checked the box indicating I wished to be contacted via phone, not e-mail. All I received was a form e-mail stating that the manager was to be contacted but no call and no resolution. Then, to add insult to injury, I was sent another e-mail asking if I was o.k. with their resolution and a link to a site to state my reply, a site that will not load. I can only assume that individual customers, no matter how often they visit (quite often) mean little to the Red Robin franchise. I'm sure all the other restaurants in my area will appreciate Red Robin pushing customers their way.
