The airline side cancelled suddenly and promised a refund, but I never received it and can't contact them

Their email turned out to be bogus and I can't send emails, I somehow lost £71 ($90)

I purchased two round-trip tickets from Guangzhou to Cairo on Rehlat on September 18, 2023.

On September 19, 2023, Rehlat informed that the ticket could not be issued and a refund would be issued within 60 days.

Three months have passed and I haven't received the refund yet.

I booked a ticket RUH-MNL JUNE 28, 2023 and they cancelled it themselves. They did not refunded me until now. They would always say soon. SOON SOON SOON.

I have one hotel order RAE143635 in Dubai，in the Feb 2023. It had been cancelled on Feb. 6th 2023, but more than 8 months passed, I didn't receive the refund.

I contacted so many times to help@rehlat.com, but nobody really wants to solve this issue. they just replied like a machine.

Please help with solving this refund issue.

Pls ban this company in UAE , their app is a BIG SCAM and they have not refunded my amount for BID RAE2452672 and they are also fooling other customers in UAE. I have written them 100 emails but there is NO RESPONSE.

Booking ID RAE 1436345, 8 months is almost past, still didn't get the refund. Relhat is a stole.

The company is a scam.. never use them, they don’t refund your money and cancel you flights. I’ve been waiting 3 months for a refund, somebody needs to do something about these scamming [censored] who are robbing a living off hard working people

On July 27, I bought 6 flight tickets but they failed to buy them. They said they need 30-40 working days to process refund and then still need several days to let bank to refund. It’s ridiculous that they need so much time to process. My booking ID is 4503.

We had booked hotel in Munich on 7th June, payment was also charged of INR 241489.290. Booking ID RCO2180833. However the booking got failed as there were no rooms available at the hotel. inspite of several phone calls and emails, requesting to refund the money back, we have still not received refund back. it has been more than six weeks now.

Rehlat website is a scam. I booked my ticket. Later they emailed me that the fare hike has been observed so I need to pay more. I asked them to refund my amount but no fruitful response. They asked me to fill the refund form. I filled and submitted that its been more than 3 weeks same useless response. Even they have stopped picking the call.

Why this service still exists?! How it could be? Thousand complaints, fraudulent issues and still they are posted advertising everywhere. It’s unfair for many people who is too trustful towards hotels and air tickets aggregators ( after many years of experience with Agoda, Booking and Expedia, how I could expect such a impudent thieves as Rehlat online booking company is. I would like to do everything I can do for close this company and want to ask all people who is still suffering with their fraudulent action to post more and more information about them to avoid customers use their services. Please, let’s do it together.

I booked a hotel through Rehlat and i have cancelled the reservation, Its been more than three months i didn't get the refund, i called the customer care multiple times and no one resolved the issue, they keep saying that the request has been submitted but they never respond.

I cancelled my ticket since April 11, 2023 and they told me the refund will take 20 to 24 days and they passed the period and I’m still waiting for my refund from them and I tried to send them multiple emails but no response yet !

I tried to make a booking on Rehlat (RGL1607464), on the 12 of March.

The booking failed. They still charged my card for the value of the reservation.

No answer from customer support.

I have not received the refund even after submitting the filled details as per the Rehlat Team email. Booking id 4116642. I booked the ticket on 29th November 2022, it's been 4 months already. I have already processed complaint request at consumer forum. If not done refund to me then i will claim as per Saudi consumer law.

It's been a month since I canceled the order and still haven't received a refund.

I made reservations online on 13 Feb for 3 night for one of hotel and today I realised there's some changes on the plan, i would like to cancel the last night, they are telling me the breakfast can't be canceled! I really dunno why till now there more than 45 days to check in date, and which hotel breakfast will cost nearly $700 for two nights! I alrdy agreed with cancellation fee of $71, this breakfast non refundable is ridiculous! They're jus cheaters! There's no other reply after this!

it was long time i have canceled my return ticket ( Booking Id: 1793213) but still my refund amount was not settled, i need contacting customer service but no use i emailed rehlat customer service no use. it was almost 4 months I canceled my booking still they couldn't refund my amount.

Rehlat not refunding my money SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS.. Are they SCAMMERS or FRAUD? I booked a ticket on 17th November 2022 and i got success email but the next day they sent me an email that i have to pay 420 more for confirmation of booking from their side. I told them i already paid full amount of ticket last night but why you are asking me for more money. Then i asked them to refund my money i did not need the ticket. Since then around 2 months are going to over they did not refund my amount. Some what it feels this company is scam or doing scams with people. I sent multiple emails and they infact do not respond to my emails now. I calls many time their customer service and they told me we will contact you but they do not contact again. Now since last 2 months they are only saying we send your complaint to our accounts department and i will get my refund but they do nothing only give these false excuses.They are doing same as fraud companies do. They only reply and told wait.. but they do not do any thing.Now i felt i made a big mistake to give money to them and use this company for booking. I had made booking for Trepan hotel in Dubai for 22nd September. However due to some urgent works I had to cancel the booking. They had assured me to refund the money on 15-20 days. Its been more than 40 days now and no sign of reply. Whenever I email them , I get same email from Manish or Anji that they are working on it.

On June 29 2022 we purchased tickets on Rehlat. On June 30 2022 they cancelled it and said we will get a refund within 60 days. We haven’t received our money back despite our weekly phone calls with them asking them to refund us. booking ID: 3917226

I have booked a ticket and after booking they told suddenly price is increased and they cannot process the and they cancelled and told me that money will be refunded.

Big disappointment, my money was stolen. I was left without hotel. Great inconvenience. They are thieves.

I booked a hotel in 2022 July with Rehlat to 2022 Aug 9-12. One day before the travelling the Rehlat wrote that they cancelled our booking. They did not find an other hotel… it was very bad becouse we travelled to an other country without a tent… it happend in 2022 August . They promised to pay back the refund in 25 business day… they still not paid back the refund! I write them every week but they dond send back my money!
