Pamela J. Peterson of Moscow Oho and Royal Kennels sold me a sick puppy with a genetic condition known as KCS or Canine Keratoconjunctivtis Sicca this is often known as Dry eye. The eyes of the dog do not produce the tears needed for the eye to be healthy. It cannot be cured, only treated with very expensive medication that is not working for our puppy. She needs frequent vet visits and eye tests to see if we can get her eyes to produce any tears. We now have to get a compounded medication from a special pharmacy since a year of treatment and thousands of dollars later, we cannot get her right eye to make any tears. Her eyes are inflamed and she can barely open them. She may go blind. We love her and will continue to try to help her and keep her more comfortable. I hoped that Pamela will do the right thing and refund our money to defer some of the treatment cost for a life long disease that CANNOT be cured. I have documentation from the vet and all conversations with her documented if you would like to see them. I will update this with how she handles this sick puppy she bred. I pray she does not breed either parent of this puppy or the future puppies can also get this disease and it is a sad, expensive GENETIC disease. Please contact me if you would like proof of the genetic disease in her line of puppies. I will share the documentation in hopes others will know what to look for and in hopes that she will not breed dogs with KCS and genetic conditions. It is sad but we try our best to help her with her disease. When shared with Paula, you will see she did not initially try to help us with the treatment of the sick puppy. She will not help with the treatment by refunding our money, she wants the puppy back to replace her. I do not want to give up a dog that has become a member of our family. I wanted her to take responsibility for a genetic disease in her line and help defer the cost of the ongoing daily treatment. She blocked me. Stay away from her! She doesn't care about the puppies or doing the right thing. She also does breeding of Shibas. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com if you would like to see the documented proof that I bought from her and the puppy has KCS and it is not curable.

I am so sorry to hear this. Have you tried MedVet in Columbus Ohio on Wilson Bridge Road? Their optomology department is very good. Hoping and praying for the best for your dog.
