SegPay Someone use my card email my info all of it and they are not trying to refund me when I didn't do this ?????

Someone use my card to make 4 transactions I had to deactivate my debit card and order a new one chime my bank said they can't do anything until the purchase goes through it is pending and I did not use these services I want my money back what do I do they are saying I'm responsible? Fraud happens every day so with that being said I really need you're help please u can email me at [protected]@gmail.com

Someone used my card email info and baught stuff with my card I do not approve of I got reimbursed for the 2 transactions out of the 4 how do I get the other two to refund me this is not fair

SegPay charge on credit card

I received 2 charges on my credit card, 1 of 1.36$ and the other 54.33. Both on August 3rd. I haven't used my credit card online in months and I have never even heard of ‘segpay'. I expect a refund of the total amount as I am not receiving any service. I am in a very tight financial situation at the moment, so every cent count. And 55.69$ is a lot of cents!

Hello I was today 23.7.2019 billed 6, 36€ by SEGPAY. COM *SKYLINE. I should not have any subscribtions and want to know what is billing me and want a refund No matter what it is. SegPay unauthorized credit charges

I signed up for a one day trial of nannyspy for one dollar. I cancelled before the day was over and the very next day they attempted to charge me 39.97. I say attempted because I used my cash app to sign up for it and don't keep a lot of money in there. I contacted customer service to ask why this charge was attempted and I'm told that not only was the charge not attempted from their end, but also had the chat ended on me multiple times before I finally called customer service. After reaching customer service and sending emails to show the charge was attempted I was told " We did not try to charge you, see it says insufficient funds." I keep trying to explain to them they did attempt it just did not go through, I'm assured I have no account and that it would not happen again. Today on 2/7/2019 at 11:30 they took that money out of my account. I called them and was told that apparently i signed up for another site while signing up for that one, WHICH I DID NOT! I'm told i will be refunded in 5-7 business days and I'm HEATED. I CALLED THEM TO PREVENT THIS EXACT THING AND INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP ME THEIR REPS WERE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Now I'm supposed to "TRUST" that they will refund me my money?

I did happen to contact my bank yesterday and they voided one charge and disputed the other. Everything will now be handled between you guys. Good day.

I have attached pictures below of my cash app account. As you can see clearly things that have been refunded say refunded, money coming in to the account has a plus sign, and money going out has no sign. You messaged me stating that I got refunded on the ninth one dollar and 39.97. But as you see in the picture I was only refunded one dollar (it says refunded) and charged another 39.97. The constant denial of charges as my cash app still sits in a negative balance is beyond immoral.

SegPay human trafficking & sexual exploitation of minors!

SegPay processes payments for sites involved in human trafficking & the sexual exploitation of minors! When confronted on this they deny and ignore the facts! They facilitate illegal transactions that violate the terms of use for Visa & MasterCard!

They also send funds from illegal transactions to the offshore account of your choice! You can instantly dodge the taxes on all your illegal transactions!

Do not use SegPay if you run a legitimate business!

My credit card had been charged by 6.99 USD for segpayeu while I did not ask or buy any of your services as per attached screenshot.

I saw many complaints like mine but I do not know either it have been solved or not.

So, please I want a refund from your side to my account and an explanation for why had this amount of money had been withdrawn from my credit card.

I got charged on 2017 July 27 1388yen, 3465yen, 3465yen, July 28 692yen, July 29 691yen, July 30 691yen, 2018 April 30 1415yen, May 11 1415yen, May 13 1415yen, June 13 3459 yen, 3495yen, 3495yen, 3495yen, September 13 10323yen, 10323yen, 10323yen, September15 2776yen, 2776yen, 3421yen, 10416yen, October 21 9671yen, 10362yen, 10362yen from my mother's Mastercard by SegPayEU, with these references : SEGPAYEU.COM*BERONATA - [protected]. Sometimes at the same day, the same amount of money was charged. She never used it for these. She has never been aborad and used PC.
I'd like an explanation about where this charge is from and the name of the site. Is this an automatic renewal without my authorisation? Please check these and refund these.

SegPay amount debited from my a/c without my consent

Rs. 518 has been debited from my account without any reason, what kind of scam is this? Return my money, why would you steal like this, this is not accepted, return quickly, my earning is not high, I cant afford these amounts.
Please return my money asap, I have lots of payment left and please unsubcribe me if I accidently subscribed to anything without knowing.

SegPay unauthorized credit card charges

I got charged on 2019jan20 for Eur 32, 31 from my Mastercard by SegPayEU,
with these references : SEGPAYEU.COM*AVSGROUPS CY - 3508 [protected].

I'd like an explanation about where this charge is from and the name of the site.
Is this an automatic renewal without my authorisation?
Maybe from a files downloading site. NO receipt, No confirmation mail and No link to membership cancelation method received.

Otherwise please delete the charges for the future automatic renewal.
They have to reimburse this amount. I beg a creditnote from them.
Would you please inform me, by e-mail, for the results of your search.

I had a transaction taken off my card after what I'm thinking was a scammer stating he called to investigate my cellphone having numerous hackers trying to get into my personal online account information etc.After he done his investigation I noticed the transaction was in the amount of 239.40 cent Removed from my master debit card the same day after he wasn't able to resolve the claimed problem. I never known the individual to call me an asked professional question stating I need to download Go Assist app an the Quick support app.this has caused me a great deal of financial hardships to pay my electric bill an to purchase food etc.

I ve signed to wtfpass and there is o option to cancel membership. This is another scam. Stop charging the card 42467************87, owned by Wojciech Gawin valid until 05/22 because i am not interested in the service. Do something because i really dont want to pay for this. I have also another card. If it is somehow added and is being charged, stop it. The card is 53569**************21. Also owned by Wojciech Gawin. Valid till 5/23. Stop charging me!

SegPay unauthorized charges

I have been being charged $59.95 a month from my bank account for 10 months and when I found out I tried to get it refunded because my debit card number was stolen and used without my knowledge i was told they would not reverse the charges. I would like my refunds for all 10 months as this is a fraudulent charge. Very shady practices from this company!

SegPay unauthorised credit card charges

Good morning, on december 10th 2018, I found an unauthorised credit card charge of 14, 95€ with written "Segpayeu.com Granityen [protected]" .
I never made this payment, I never received a request for authorise it .
I also contact my credit card to make a complaint and I hope that I have not to talk to police to solve this problem . Now I've also block my credit card until I solve this problem
Please I ask a refund for the amount asap

The same happened to me. I cancelled a membership to a website on 2018-03-11. I got a confirmation of the cancellation and the assurance that I would not be billed again. Up till now every month the fee is being taken from my bankaccount. When I asked my money back the excuse of SegPay was that that they could not find the cancellation.
So I sent them their mail concerning the confirmation. Now they say that my membership has ended without any reference to a refund.

SegPay deceptive practices

SegPay utilized deceptive practices by charging additional months for services NOT requested. SegPay provides billing services for dozens of companies and they have, I have now found out, a VERY DECEPTIVE practice (although recently they have made attempts to correct). Customers purchase services for defined period of time...a month...three months...or six months, and they pay for these services IN ADVANCE. However, after the paid-for term expires, SegPay begins billing on a high-cost monthly basis - EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T WANT THE SERVICE ANY LONGER! They don't ask! SegPay's justification is "It's in the fine print. We have the right to do this!" I say it's FRAUD! Charging for additional Services without authorization is FRAUD! And if you complain to SegPay and have your credit card company cancel the payment, then you are BLACK-LISTED for life due to the charge back. This means that you can't purchase ANY products or Services for which SegPay provides billing services...FOR LIFE! AVOID SEGPAY! IT'S PRACTICES ARE DECEPTIVE!

I did not authorize or accepted any terms to receive any of your services I want these payments to STOP reoccurring and I have not heard of this company either. SegPay fraudulent debit from account

This is a bogus company...please be aware..there was an unauthorised fraudulent debit from my account without my knowledge...i wonder how they could get hold of a dormant account and know my credentials...stay away...neither my card noe my account has been used since a long time and all of a sudden a transactions shows up in that account and i receive an sms! Tracking it seemed impossible so i have lodged a complaint also with my bank...they have promised the money will be reversed but so far nothing...

SegPay false recurring charges of $14.95 a month

I'm being charged $14.95 a month, recently as of today, 09/03/18 and previously for the past few months. I don't know why or who is company is. I want a clear understanding of who this company is and where they are located. I do not receive a receipt and have no idea why I'm being charged.
This appears to be a fraudulent company and will prosecute in order to receive a refund.
I want this company to cease immediately.

SegPay unauthorized credit card charges over 11 months

Hello.

I have discovered that amounts of $29.75 AUD have been withdrawn from my M/C xxx1903 without permission over 11 months.
You are not authorised to withdraw these amounts of $29.75 AUD... and I never received any receipt or explanation of the withdrawls
PLEASE... Stop these recurring transactions immediately!
As I am not the only victim of your actions...
Dates of concern are...9/2/18, 4/1/18, 5/12/17, 6/11/17, 6/10/17, 11/9/17, 8/8/17, 10/7/17, 9/6/17, 12/5/17, 18/4/17.
I want my AUD $29.75 to be reimbursed please! I hope yours was an error.
If I do not get a quick answer, I shall inquire to initiate prosecution.

You should see a phone number on your credit card statement. You can call that number, or visit https://cs.segpay.com to search for the transaction and/or chat with a Segpay rep about this. They should be able to help you very quickly.

SegPay unauthorized charges

On 31st January I spoke with one of your advisor his name is Jakub
I explained that money was taken from my account which I totally don't understand why because I am not using your services and I never did.
Any way I was told by Jakub that in 4-5 working days, money will be back on my account. Today is 14th of February and still no money.
How long I have to wait?
