Shenzhen AK Technology Co., Ltd review: never received my order

Ordered a radio for my car two weeks ago and it was supposed to be here on the 19th of this month! Wish has not responded to my messages or explained where my order is or refunded my money! When I try to find information about my order I cant find anything out from facebook or wish! I have called the wish toll-free number and it is just an automated recording and doesn't help at all! I tried to complain about my order but have got no response from wish!
