Shopee my orders wasn't process where in fact I already paid for a long time already

I have paid a week ago and until now, my payment wasn't process yet. It should be process the next morning but still, they did not confirmed it. I've been calling, texting and I already chat the but I never received a single reply. I really need my money back or get my orders so please help me. If they're not guilty, then they should reply to my texts and answer my call but they never did it even once.

Shopee did not receive the item when "return to sender" has already been retriggered

12/19 the item on my acct has been marked "return to sender" but as of the moment, said item did not reach my doorstep.No feedback receive from your CS despite of many emails I've sent instead, they are mentioning an old but already resolved issue.I don't think those CS of yours deserve to work on your team, they're too lazy to investigate and help!

Your customer service in the philippines could not render good service to sellers like me. They keep on sending automated replies instead of helping to resolve the issue. The tracking details of one of my items is not updated hence buyer could not confirm receipt. Can you assist me on this? i don't know what to do now. I don't know how to get the payment of my buyer if the issue could not be resolved in no time.

Shopee item that I didn't receive

Goodevening po. Mgccomplaint lang ppo sana ako about sa rider na ngdlver saken.
Ang nklgay po kcng delvery date sa shoppee acct.. Ko is december 19 and 20 kc 4 items un pero dlwang tracking number lng.
Dec 19 2018 5:03 pm. tumtwag c rider sken at ngttx. Nksilent phone ko. Pero 5:13 pm. Tumtwag ako sknya. Umwi ppa nga ko galing trbho. kc walking dstance lng nmn smen work ko. Pg uwi ko ng bhay wala na ko nadtnan na dlvery. Knulit ko ng knulit twagan ung rider hnggng pg sagot nsa oliVeros na dw sya. Sabi ko "kuya baka pwdw nmn bumalik ka kasi malapit ka pa naman dto. ang tgal ko na kasi inaantay yang dlvery na yan almost 20 weeks na" sagot nya saken hnd na dw sya mkkblik kc pbaesa nova na dw sya sab ko nmn tamang tama my daan yan dto samen pplbas ng baesa. Hnd n dw sya mkkblik. Pngbgyan ko. Tpos bngay ko pa number ko na kuya bukas alam ko my ddting pkong dlver. Bka pwdw mo na yan isabay. Sabi hhnappin nya dw mgddlver sken pra pgisahin nlng item ko. Shopee fund transfer payment

Ive made this order and did a fund transfer sometime on dec 20. And then i received an email that this is invalid because the receipt is blurred. I made a mobile transfer and screenshot of it drectly from mobile, so why is it blurred? And the money has been deducted on my account. What will happen to the money if they will not process this? Its so frustrating!

Hello! I just experienced the same issue. I was not able to complete the process, the money has been deducted but dragonpay has voided my transaction cause i wasnt able to validate during the given time. Has your issue been resolved?

Shopee oppo a3s phone

Superphone. Name of the seller to report!

I file a return/ refund request for a phone oppo a3s but they never replied on my request! They wanted me to return back the item but they never provide complete information how the process works, then I found out that there is a refund of my money cod but I really dont know how to get it! Ive been trying to contact the seller but they are not answering my questions!
Please contact me asap. I cannot reach the customer service department! Please help I want my money back!

Shopee customer service representative

i am filling a follow up about my order but they didnt help me, its more than 3working days for my payment confirmation and still not being process... i contacted the shopee customer service to expedite the process since i already pay the whole amount.
but instead of rep helping me they ask me to stay for 2-3mins so that they couldnt check but they just left me hangup

Shopee xpost rider did not show up.

I got Quadx (XPost) text in the morning that my order will be deliver same day. I waited until late afternoon still no rider. At 639PM I checked Shopee "To Receive" and it showed "Return to seller initiated. Delivery unsuccessful due to: Consignee is unavailable". The rider did not show up and it's came out my fault? BS naman. Worst is there is no text message or effort on the rider part to contact me that he cannot come that day.

Shopee automatic smart robot vacuum

I ordered an Automatic Smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner with an original price of 1302 with sale price down to 349 through the Shopee platform.I dont have so much expectations on the item since it is made in China and it was cheap for the price but I really lived for the product descriptions /claims posted.The product was packed well untill I opened the box.It is a battery operated product, very different from the product description posted on the Shopee app.

Shopee I received a damaged product and I can’t even use it!

Please help me to have my refund. I ordered a shoes and when I received the product, I found out that it was very damaged and shattered! I was so disappointed and at the same time heart broken because it feels like my money was wasted! The name of the seller marvinserranoyumang. This seller is bogus! And very not accomodating! Please help me shopee to have my refund, it's my school allowance and I am very sad that my money was wasted. Im still a student

Shopee scam case

There is a scam case in which I purchased a PTZ CCTV (xiaomi brand) from the shop named ''xinzeyuan.my'' for RM164. However, what I received is just a SanDisk 16GB memory stick. I tried to message the seller but said that I ordered the SanDisk memory stick. Then she does not want to reply anymore. Can you please further investigate about this issue.

Shopee not sending the item

I ordered 2 premium Ecosport Foldable Three Wheel Adjustable Kids scooter. but i only received it 1. i already chat with the seller, they gave me whatsapp number of their customer service on last 6th December 2018. but until today, 10th December still no answer and they trying to avoid my question and didn't solve the problem as soon as possible.i ordered on 03/12/2018, and i received 1 box on 06/12/2018. the number that given to me is [protected].her name is Min. The name shown in shopee is itatoy. I don't know either the problem comes from the seller or by Poslaju. that's why i asked the seller if they send my item or not. If yes, i will make a confirmation with Poslaju then. Very bad service

I ordered 1 set spatula on behalf my sister. She will fly to Sabah on the weekend so we expecting to received the item before weekend. Order submit on monday but until Wednesday they haven’t post the item. I try to contact them to expedite the shipment. Delay 2-3 days is okay since we have whole week to receive it but the seller is so irresponsible to atleast answer when will they post the item. I cancelled the order and they just ignored it. It’s okay if you can’t post but atleast make your customer at ease and approve our cancellation immediately so we can buy from another selle. Btw the shop name is ITATOY. I read a lot of complaints here regarding this shope. I hope Shopee can do something about it

Shopee blender

I tried ordering the same item from different sellers and all of them failed. One of them did not even bother sending the order and another one sent a wrong item. Also, sellers does not respond to my chat messages and the worse part is the support of shopee doesn't care. Don't bother using this platform. Its a waste of time. All the orders were paid using a credit card.

Shopee smart tv sony bravia 43in

The seller simply charged insurance coverage higher than the value of bought items after the money transfered to seller's bank. It should be informed earlier so that the buyer could have decided to buy or not. He stated that he couldn't did nothing if i didn't pay the insurance and didn't want to refund the money back to the buyer.
I think this shouldn't be the case.

Shopee I have not received my money back/they didn't reactivated my voucher code

I have ordered an item, and used voucher code.. I have purchased that used using my hard earned money (it is not a free voucher code).. But since the item was out of stock (seller told me), that's the reason I have cancelled it (as per customer service rep advised).. I have a screenshot of the conversation I had with (lexy/lex), the rep that advised me that I can cancel the item on my own. It's been 3 weeks, I have called multiple times, chatted multiple times, and sent an email as well.. But no luck! It is not my fault if the item was out of stock! I have not received the item, so it means that I have to get my money back!

Bae batino laguna, nareceive niyo na yung item ko. Kailan niyo yan idedeliever? Nagtake note ako na after 7pm sana para nasa bahay ako pero walang may nagcocontact sakin kung ano na bang ganap aa item ko. Iupdate niyo naman mga naghihintay jusko naman. Imbis na pagdating sainyo at ideliever agad eh parang mapapatagal pa. Ayus-ayusin niyo naman ang pag uupdate

Shopee website

Shopee website are so bad rather than aps. There is no describtion for every item we want to buy. So baadd! And I hate once I started to hit "love/like/favourite" button seems like shopee website dont have option selection of what we save as favourite. But all these thing completely have in shopee aps.. Whats wrong with shopee website seem like poor and low level page that cant provide like apps to make it very friendly user.. Damn!

Shopee wrong address

I have received phone call from postman & few messages informing that the items has not been deliver due tot he wrong address.

I asked postman to return all the items back to Shoppee, until now I have not received any call from Shopee.

I have made two (2) times purchase wth Shopee:

Shopee my order baby wipes...

My order I already paid via PNB ATM... I cannot change the payment method so I went to ATM machine... But until now no delivery happen... Please help me... I paid that last November 13, 2018...enclosed are the receipt of payment I made directly...Im so eager that you'll pay attention with this matter... Or how can I refund? Shopee white shoes korean and its cleaner

Hi Shoppee,

I wasn't at home when the item is delivered in our house. I ordered Korean White Shoes and its cleaner but I received a Skecher Slippers? Huhu. What will I use now in our Christmas Party Dance Presentation?
And prior to that, they delivered a helmet in our house in which I do not order one? I don't even a motorcycle. Huhu. I'm so disappointed, I thought it's less hassle and less expense but it's the other way around. :(

Shopee customer service and return policy

I ordered a product and it came in the wrong size. I followed the rules for return/cancellation on Shopee's website, and contacted the vendor, who asked me to return the product. I rang Shopee to ask who would cover the return delivery charge - they told me I had to ask the vendor directly if they would cover it and they couldnt take responsibility! All this after 20 mins of backing and forthing one the phone with a supervisor and call service rep, and being given wrong information back and forth, and also not being given a straightforward answer after asking repeatedly to please directly answer my question.

I would also have to give the vendor my bank account details... talk about privacy concerns. And that's IF they agreed to take care of the cost - Shopee had no system in place to make sure the vendor would cover the cost, even though it was the vendor's fault. Take about crappy customer service, and weak business operation rules...never buying from Shopee again!
