Please be advised, I was hired by the social security administration office of disability adjudication and review, july 8, 2007; by bill scoon and retired judge robert m senander (swore me "mrs mellody estella maria huntley" upon hiring). I'm waiting to receive my gs grade retirement settlement agreement ssa/afge local 1395 is illegally appealing. My homeland security piv id card expired 4/20/2021. I perceive my fingerprint card is used for imposters to hire under my credentials. My monetary awards are illegally distributed. I perceive ssa paid informants are illegally typing conversations using my voice to file erroneous reports and create fake whistleblower reports. The same attacks I reported. I'm a whistle blower, approved for ssa identity protection program experiencing retaliation and reprisal at the hands of employees who are stealing my identity for my retirement and pension.

*the agency is not truthful. I have not received my gs grade regular retirement and pension. My former supervisor duplicated my 2013 eeoc, stole my winnings. In the process of doing the same 2021. Stealing my retirement and pension.

I am a black female.
My former supervisor is a white female.

I am discriminated against for my gs grade promotional retirement and pension I have not yet received.

I do not consent to (any family; ex-husband; no exe's; outsider's; ssa/afge employees) without "my" prior consent; impersonation; retaliation; reprisal; hacking; duplication; or the release of any attorney-client privileged; ssa/oho personnel or retirement annuity; personal & banking; investigators; law enforcement; military; veteran's; social media; wiretapping or surveillance open/closed accounts information (all inclusive). Please be advised, I perceive illegal connections to my light service is the cause of my billing discrepancies. I am retired from Social Security Administration where devices are installed in the light switches for surveillance in our apartment. Upon turning on lights, we can be seen by those with wiretapping and surveillance, including in our washroom. Please notify the President of this sabotage in every place we have lived.

Please be advised,
During my tenure at Social Security Administration from July 8, 2007 to wrongful termination. I was under Agatha Joseph as AFGE Local 1395 President.

I am home retired. Please do not share my Personal & Confidential information with AFGE Local 1395 due to impersonation. I was informed prior to wrongful termination, AFGE Local officials created the derogatory and fake whistleblower reports with management; mailed using me and my husband return address.

I witnessed and reported in 2015. The attacks remain the same today, a scam to defraud the Federal Government for monetary awards. This is a very serious matter and concerns me a great deal. The fake whistleblower reports have destroyed lives in many ways. Please don't take my word, investigate and provide me with a final investigation report. I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you in advance, Mellody Estella Maria Huntley

The United States Social Security Administration Poor service

I receive social security. I received a welcome, open enrollment packet from Medicare 4 months before my 65th birthday. I immediately returned the inclosed form opting out of Medicare and Medicare B because my husband works and has full health coverage. I was not mailed a Medicare card and do not have a Medicare card so I assume Medicare received my return mail. On my 65th birthday social security deducted unauthorized money from SS check for Medicare B premium Benefits. I called SS the same day of withdraw and was told the payments would stop and I would get a refund. fast forward 6 stressful months of calls and three separate Filled out forms opting out, the money is still withdrawn from my SS check. When I call my local office for a status of my form, # 1763, if it has been submitted? (my last form was delivered on sep 12) I'm met with rudeness. Put on hold and forgotten, transferred and rep doesn't pick up and my call is loss. I was recently Transferred to the supervisor because one rep did think it was a serious matter but she didn't pick up or return my call after I left her a message.. At this point I don't think the phone calls to the local social security office
will change the outcome of my problem and I will have to ask for professional help to have it stopped and be Reimbursed. 6 months fighting to stop payments for coverage I don't have or use is inexcusable. It should never happen. I had to see my doctor for high blood pressure because this is causing me stress.

Just had an awful experience with the Social Security Administration. A missing payment started the snowball rolling. Checked with the bank. Nope, never saw anything. Called the SSA Missing Payment number. 24 minutes later I was directed to call the local SSA office. 10 minutes later I was directed to come in without an appointment. Great right? Wrong! SSA office Security Guard started interrogating me for identification and purpose of my visit. I told him, it was none of his business! It went downhill from there. Escalated to the point of where I was denied entry. Sorry, I was neither polite, kind or diplomatic. Went to the Sheriff's office and the local Police department to verify their jurisdiction over the local SSA office. Filled a criminal complaint with the County Prosecutor. The third party security guard employee is in for a surprise. Never got a resolution to my missing payment. Probably never will. I also, wrote my US Representative and US Senators with all the the personally identifiable details. Doubtful, I'll ever see the missing money, but I'm never going to submit to government petty tyrants. NEVER EVER!

The United States Social Security Administration Security officer (securitas)

At approximately 12:15pm Tuesday November 12, 2019 I was walked away from by the only security officer present at the time, as I was in the middle of asking him what I needed to do with regards to adding more time to my meter. I had been called the last time I stepped out to add money, and was made to start from the beginning by getting a new ticket. I expressed to the officer that I was concerned about losing my spot yet again, but that I was also concerned about possibly receiving a parking ticket. Not only did I find the officer walking away in the middle of my speaking to him disrespectful/offensive. I also found it to be extremely unprofessional behavior for someone working with the public in not only a place of business, but a government place of business.
I'd appreciate this situation being addressed.

Respectfully; Byonca Bell [protected]

The United States Social Security Administration cancelled appointment and inability to provide basic medicare information or to redirect me

In September, I called the 800 number and requested an appointment at the local SSA office to obtain answers to medicare related questions. The Representative told me if you are enrolled in social security you automatically get Medicare. There is no need for an appointment. I explained that I still had questions and wanted an appointment. When I arrived at the office on October 7, I was told the appointment had been cancelled with no explanation for why it had been cancelled. I was also told that there were no appointments available that day and that the next appointment was not until November. I was also told that they were not able to answer any Medicare related questions. I was given a pamphlet and told to go online for information. This contradicts the information in the pamphlet that was provided which clearly lists Social Security as a source for additional information.
I have since begun researching answers to my questions on line. My concern is for other individuals who may be seeking this type of information and who do not have the resources to deal with cancelled appointments and the staff's lack of interest in assisting them. Staff need training on how to be proactive in resolving problems rather than simply passing people off to a website.

I'm so sorry for your loss. There is no accountability for employees at the Social Security Administration. They are most likely instructed to discourage people from getting the help they need, even if they qualify, to try and save the government money. I call them bureaucrats. I know it's difficult to not to take it personally. It's all about who can endure being tortured by them long enough to get help.

The United States Social Security Administration my brother had a horrible experience.

My brother who's name was Jerry Beasley committed suicide because Social Security wouldn't grant him disability benefits. He said of Social Security before he died that Social Security are to blame for his death. He became really depressed because of the government and it's system not to mention their discrimination and prejudice. Social Security might deny me benefits as well especially if they knew who I was related to.

The United States Social Security Administration Customer Service Manager Mr.Williams

Date: 12/14/2018 and 12/13/2018

SSA payment records are incorrect. I have been unable to resolve this issue even after some 8 attempts. Each time I contact them I have received a different story.

The SSA payment records are either incorrect or they owe me approximately $1770.00. They show 2 payments made on 7/25/2018 and 7/30/2018. My statements show no receipt was made on 7/25/2018 to my credit union account. If am not owed the money then the payment records need to be needs to be corrected.

I have been through this in detail and Mr. Williams twice but there was no resolution.

Mr Williams of the 10824 N. Central Exp Dallas, TX. facility was extremely difficult to work with. He would not tell me who his supervisor is and called security when I insisted on talking to the supervisor

There is an imbalance in my payment record we both should both want fixed.

The United States Social Security Administration customer service

Apparently files are not kept regarding previous conversations with Staff. So far I have made 8 attempts to resolve my problem and reaches 8 different people each with their own solution. Nothing has been resolved. When I asked for a supervisor security is called.

I cannot think of a more arrogant and dismissive staff. My contact today with a Mr Williams. He refused to pass me on to management so that I could not tell them how poorly he performed. He called security on me! This gentleman is a know it all, arrogant king like figure.

The lack of consistency between one call or visit is extremely frustrating.

Some employees that show some empathy and respect would be wonderful.

The United States Social Security Administration lack of assistance/ long wait time

On February 28, 2018, I went to the Social Security Administration located at 411 Richland Hills Dr., San Antonio, Texas 78245. I arrived at 0930 hrs and was called to Window 15. I told the female personnel at Window 15 my reason for being there was that I was doing a follow-up on the application I submitted to claim my deceased wife's SSI. She instructed me to go back to the lobby and sit until my name was called. At 0945 hrs, I sat and awaited the calling of my name. At approximately 1230 hrs, I noticed a woman crying. She said she only came to file some paperwork at 1030 hrs and had been seated there for 2 hours since. At 1230 hrs, the security guard notified everyone that the Social Security Office was going to close soon but that we would all be serviced. By 1311 hrs, I was the only person left waiting to hear my name so that I could be serviced in the building. The windows closed down near me and I was left there in the lobby...still waiting to hear my name. If efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism were utilized, I wondered, why did they make me wait so long...and why did they need to come to me, as a supervisor did just before I got up to leave, to ask me my name...they should have known it from the female personnel who told me to wait in the lobby until my name was called. Therefore, it was their fault that they didn't even know my name after I waited such a long time because the female personnel/ employee had told me to wait...until my name was called. I want to lodge my complaint to the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration because I feel that the common citizen should be able to get action from the head-person-in-charge. That she should know the humiliation and degradation of being forced to wait past closing only to receive little to no service whatsoever and hearing the snickering of employees as they lowered their shades, closing out their service windows. Is that how your administration should be run?

The United States Social Security Administration SSA funds black drug addicts

I am vexed at why Judge Mary Parnow told me in my disability hearing that I would be approved. She waits six months to tell me I had been denied. I feel this judge is corrupt. I also know that the social security administration is corrupt and funds black drug addicts who have prison and drug records. I have witnessed that these low lifes use their checks to buy crack. I have worked hard all of my life and when I need help, the federal government does not help me when I have paid taxes. These low life blacks have not worked much besides dealing drugs and they have not paid into the federal system. What is wrong with America? Judge Parnow is a gorda cow who has let the fat affect the way she should perform her job. She should take an ethics course and start watching Ted.

The United States Social Security Administration social security bullies

There are some pretty scary happenings going on with my SSDI benefits. First it took me 4 years to be approved. Then I received a work comp settlement three years after that.. SSA was notified immediately of the work comp however did not notice it until I called with a question 1 1/2 years later. Right away a large overpayment was detected. It was decided SSA faulted in an untimely response so I made application to wave and it was granted. The overpayment scared me so I halted the work comp payments immediately and settled for a pay out according to SSA's life expectancy rule. SSA informed me of a second large overpayment to which I appealed and argued life expectancy rule. SSA argued "the Judge didn't sign the Order." While working on this information with the work comp office, $16, 000 was dropped into my bank account as "a one time payment" and at the same time my monthly benefit amount went to $34.00. I was frantic. I personally visited and called SSA numerous times only to be hung up on, talked over, lied to, and ultimately had the police called on me to "leave the private property." My first response to the officer was, "this is public property." He said it didn't matter I had to go. Mind you now, all this time I was trying to find out just what had happened to my monthly benefits and after notice of two large over payments and now a surprise amount dumped into my bank account I was sure I was being set up for an overpayment I could not explain and would be forced to repay. No one was willing to help. On my journey to find out the final fate of my monthly benefits, I discovered almost all the customer service representatives were bullies. The last of course was when I was escorted from the SSA office by a police officer. The worker called me annoying and I guess that was enough to be booted out. And of course the lobby was full of people. I am working from home appealing the SSA decision and some things no decision has been made at all on because the workers scare me when I approach them. I'm in it for the long run though. I believe since I am basically getting away with two large over payments SSA screwed up all by themselves, they decided they would drop $16, 000 in my bank account and tell me it was a back payment. It just didn't smell right. I went in to question it and my monthly benefit of $34.00 and was not able to get a word in edgewise. Then is when the police was called. I calmly sat there and said, "I'm not going anywhere." The cop escorted me out. Now what to do? Just sit back and take all their lies? No, not me. I jumped the gun and typed up an appeal about the $16, 000 and $34 monthly amount of income and snitched on everyone of those women who treated me like I had aids or something. Well, it didn't work. I need to find out who the supervisor is and sit down with her unless she's just like them...then that might make me think maybe I really do have a disability. lol SSA makes errors. Some are human and some are intentional. I believe after I received waivers on 2 large over payments someone got jealous and set me up with an obvious payout with a deduction of monthly payments. Not funny. What to do What to do. $34.00 a month I was notified by our local SRS I had a medical spend down of over $7, 000; The insurance company who handled my Part D insurance told me I owed since the first of the year premiums; and I had to discontinue Medicare Parts A&B so I could use those premiums for income and suffer the consequences of penalties for not having insurance. This is similar as to what I put in my appeal about the surprise money deposited in my account and the $34 I had left to survive on. I faxed the appeal with a few deserving remarks about the ladies who bullied and disrespected me along the way but still don't know the specifics about that $34 a month and how I'm supposed to live on that. I pray the fax got through and into my file. They wouldn't give me a supervisor's name so I don't know who to complain to but I do know that if I appeal to a Judge I just might get the whole story out and maybe there will be some serious conversations about new hires at the local SSA. At one point I mentioned I had appealed and the woman who called the cop said, "it's not in this file. Where is it?" I know for a fact I mailed it to them. Now what? Are they intentionally not putting information into the files. Somebody better wake up and do some checking on our social security field offices cause they're throwing people out right and left and creating some huge pay backs if they don't like you. All I want is my monthly benefit amount back. I'm permanently and totally disabled and have no other source of income. I'm a little less angry at this juncture so maybe I can think a little more clearly but I have to have funds to live on. I had to try to explain to my 5-year-old grandson he could not have his picture taken at school today because grandma had no money. This is much more devastating than I am letting on. I'm pretty sick about the people who are there to help me rather than the over payments and money dumped into my account for no reason. Why aren't they friendly? What is the purpose of creating situations like this for people? Honestly I'm thinking about typing up a little note about each and every person (by name) who bullied me one way or the other and faxing it to their human resource department. But once again, I think they are pretty tight in that office and it would make me look angry.

The articles on parents confronting superintendent roberson & the b. o. e., and principal kim davis response to allegations of her misconduct (which was all proven factual in previous news reports & eye witness statements)- kim davis's public statement was a complete fabrication and a deliberate "damage control" effort, to falsely attack the character of a respected church leader, and social activist who was only protecting his son & defending other children who all have been mistreated or abused by disgraceful school principal kimberly davis!

The United States Social Security Administration rude customer service

I am writing a complaint about the SSA employees. I know some of these employees work long hours, but the rudeness, and the cranky attitude of a lot of the employees toward the customers that are being serviced are disgusting. Some customers come from a far; waiting in long lines and often have varied disabilities. Recently I needed to bring in important paper work, and this one individual working for SSA was very empathetic, rude, aggressive and not consumer friendly. She made it difficult for me to get my point across cutting my sentences short belittling me, I've done nothing to this woman. Nor have I spoke rudely to her. I would like to see SSA retrain their employees to handle stress better! no need to evoke stress on the customer. Leave it at Home!

Just yesterday 12-22-2022 I called because I had recently made an online change in my account. I had received confirmation of my changes and the effective date of said changes. After the date passed and no changes I was calling to confirm the security of my account and ask for verbal assistance as a special disability accommodation as I suffer from TBI combat injury and sometimes get confused. The customer rep literally said that I was yelling at her because I said, I'm confused and think you aren't understanding what I'm requesting, she went off on me, belittling me even stating that the call was being recorded. Holy hell, all one has to do is get that recording and the SSA is DONE! How anyone can think they can do things like this without repercussions! Wrong!

'Customer' means you are buying something...are you going to SSA to buy something, or you are asking them to give you something?

The United States Social Security Administration Rude staff

I called their office to ask a few questions. I get a call back after half an hour, Kristin, or Christine calls me back, I ask her a question regarding the last name change. She answers questions with delays, and I hear computer keyboard sounds there. After she asks me to repeat my question a few times, I ask her to pay attention to me instead of typing on computer. With a very rude tone, she says I can find answer to these questions on the web-site, I explain that I read them, but I didnt understand a few points, without saying anything, she puts me on hold for 10 minutes, then hangs up.

This is the RUDEST customer service I have ever seen in the US. These people get paid by the taxes we pay, and what is this attitude?! I am totally shocked and I will make sure I write about this instance on my blog and in social media. Terrible service!

It would appear that even the complaints board handling complaints from people about being poorly treated is poorly treating people by passive-aggresively burying the most recent complaints and displaying the most ancient first. Telling. They don't care about you either.

I called the SS office and I told the representative that I have Lupus and it has given me cognitive issues so bare with me. Every question I asked that was in reference to the letter I received from them, she was very short with her answers and made me feel like I was incompetent! I could tell that I was not going to get any help from her! I said nevermind that she was useless to me and she said that back to me and wouldn't let me stay on the line for a short survey. I know it's hard to find good help but she needs training in customer service! This makes the 3rd time I have contacted SSA on this subject and it keeps getting worse!

The United States Social Security Administration - liars, bad information, ruins people's lives

the social security administration is a very flawed and corrupt system and place to do anything. They put people who arent on disability, on disability, because they have abusive family members who can do this. They do not give disability to people who need it and the system is a big scam and hoax. Worse, if you have disability, they will give you all sort...

The United States Social Security Administration rip off

Benefits paid to surviving spouse, when both parties have worked, over 40 years. I went to my local social security office, to get a clear understanding of how much my wife would get from S.S., if I died, and how much I would get, if she died, before me. The gentleman that assitted me, imformed me, "if I passed on, before my wife, she would get the same amount that I, m getting now.I retired, on disability, some years ago, and get the full amount, I could get, based on my scale of wages at that time. This was good to hear. However, if my wife dies, before me, I get nothing. This is the foundation of my complaint. My wife and I, have been married for 40 years. We have both worked and paid into social security all thoose years. During these years, we've relied on, each others income, to maintain our life-style.So, when one party dies, their income will surely be missed. But, if my wife dies, her income is lost to me, and over 40 years of S.S. payments are taken by the government. I don't think this is fair, or right. If that's the case, why should my wife, who still works, pay any S.S. tax. I think, this is an unfair process, that should be corrected, not just for me, but for all couples, in this same situation. Wrong is Wrong, & a RIP-OFF is a RIP-OFF !

The United States Social Security Administration incorrect 1099,

Ssa sent me a 1099 for 2008 claiming I received over $16, 000 in pensions & annuities.

I worked at this company for 8yrs. I was never eligible to start a pension. Ssa claims I received a pension from march 2007-march 2009.

I was told ssa was alerted from the irs. I got all evidence from the irs who never alerted ssa. I contacted the sears, inc. Who merged with kmart I was sent proof that I never received any pension or annuity.
I was called a liar by the assistant manger at ssa.

I asked for reconsideration ssa denied the reconsideration. So I filed for a formal hearing.in the meantime ssa tells me I owe them $827, & payments of $67.40 would be deducted until the $827 was paid. This was after I filed for a formal hearing.

Now hearibgs are backed up. Judge jordan cannot hear my case for another year or 2. The cases he is hearing now are from november 2008. My appeal was filed in august 2009. I used to get 3 to 4 letters a month from ssa. I have not received any letters from ssa since september 2009.

If you have a complaint against the ssa your best bet is to go to the president. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Ms. Teri denise mccall

The United States Social Security Administration deceitful people

I filed for widows benefits in 2003 on my second husband. I was 61. I was told I could file on my first husband when I reached 65 and I would get a higher amount. Filed the claim 10/03/2007. I was told I would receive a claim letter in 30 days. Instead she unreasonably delayed my claim for 5 and 1/2 months. Her excuse was "It's on a supervisor's desk or I'm going on vacation for a week or it's a holiday and I won't be in the office until next Monday or call me... I have one more question to ask you."I've searched my brain and cannot figure out what this nightmare is about. I told the truth and followed the rules and still don't know why they stalled for 5 1/2 months. Finally, around Feb. 1st they sent me an entitlement letter stating I would receive back pay Feb.9th and my benefits would start in March. Guess what? They claim the Post Office lost my back pay. I have direct deposit... so I knew that was an outright lie. I have no way of finding out where my back pay is. Last time I called I was told they would issue another check but that would take another 10 days. I think they are stalling again and possibly breaking the law and there is nothing I can do.I am 65 and counting and this has been a very bad experience. I thought I would spend my older years not having to fight the system but it has not turned out that way. I am very angry that the people who work for SS is so deceitful & calling the 1-800 number is a joke.

I lost my social security card and I went today to get a new one. I got there and they are open Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday from 8-4 and Wednesday from 8-12. Why the heck are they not open till 4 on Wednesday. The rest of the world works those hours but not a half day in the middle of the week. It's not very customer service friendly.

I am scheduled to have a perc interview with ssa representative abigail kirby on the 31st of january, I called her several times to inform her that I would be unable to attend, as well as to ask her if we could conduct the interview over the phone. she has never answered the phone calls, nor has she responded to any of my voicemails. I then call ssa's 1 800 number to try and retrieve ms. kirby's email from them. the first representative retrieved her email and gave it to me but when I called back in order to confirm the email address, the representative tells me that she does not have access to that information. I then ask to speak to a supervisor and ask him to confirm the email address and he states that he is not at liberty to give me the information. I then tell him that when speaking to the first representative I was given the email address, he then tells me that just because someone gave me some information that they weren't supposed to doesn't mean that he's going to do so. so somebody tell me how in the bloody hell am I supposed to contact this slacking representative? I called the local office to get her email address and got the same outcome. now I am not too sure if I should use the email address that I received because evidently I retrieved it by mistake,

I have been fighting with ssa since april 2015 about benefits. I am currently paying an overpayment because they said I was qualified under my 1st husband and I was not. I was told I qualified under my 2nd husband but am still trying to find out what is going on. I receive letters from ssa and cannot get amyone to explain what is going on. I am constantly receiving letters from ssa. everyone states different amounts and i'm upset that the local office does not make appointments only on a walk-in basis. I feel that is an invasion of my privacy that I should discuss my concerns in front of a room full of people. i'm at the point of giving up as it seems nothing can be done.

I got married in 2003 in laughlin, nv. since the ceremony was on a boat from one of the casinos and made it's last stop in arizona, I was required to get an arizona license. since then I have been attempting to change my last name to match my husbands. I keep getting denied. if I go in to the offices or try to mail in my application I get the same feedback. the social security offices don't like the way my marriage certificate looks. I can't change how arizona does things. calling the 800 is a joke, and I haven't been able to find who I can contact in order to get help. evidently, is you make a fake name you have an easier time chaging your social security card then if you get married.

I am amazed as I read these complaints. I qualified for medicare a year ago. until I qualified for medicare, although i've heard horror stories, i've never had any dealings with the government. i've had several problems for the past year still unresolved. i've made a few conclusions after my past year multiple experiences and research.
First, it's a culture! the bureaucracy, lackadaisical attitude and even incompetency is a culture created by its structure. no or little management or accountability. even our elected officials, top down, act as if they are aware of the issues, act as if they will fix the problems, act as if the really care but they only contribute to the problems. it's absolutely unbelievable and deplorable what I have experienced, witnessed and learned the past year about ssa, medicare and the irs.
It's time our government operates with the same accountability, performance standards and work ethics as business. it's time the employees are provided the same benefits as the working class in business. as corporations, we can no longer afford to provide government employees pensions and excessive vacation time! it's time government employees meet the same performance standards and subject to termination as the working class working in business.
Second, we can't rely on government management or our elected officials to make any effort to make these changes. it's up to the voting working class to be outspoken, get involved, make known these issues and we're not going to take it anymore! "the wheel that squeals the ouudest get greased!" I believe america is beginning to wake up! no one should have to go through what I or millions of others have gone through with their government experiences.

It is shameful of the Social Security Administration to only approve low life people who use their SSI checks to buy illegal drugs. It makes me wonder if some members of the SSA are not hooked on crack.
