Sonic Drive-In attitudes, jealousy, temptation

I work at the Sonics in Thomasville. First off, the manager was messing w one of the cooks . This caused a lot of problem within Sonics but our head manager decided to not do anything because of her shift manager Alesha . They are not fair, they're messy & do not know how to keep their personal & professional business apart. Well yesterday I was at work, I kind of was in a bad mood not talking because of something the same manager said .. well she proceeded to come in my face trying to argue with me . A lot of words were exchanged but managers can not continually walk into an employee face, THATS TEMPTATION .. it's been multiple incidents & this same manager is still here. How long will it take for somebody to do something about it ? Who else do I call ? This is messages from another employer doing this big incident .

Sonic Drive-In price

I ordered a combo on Tuesday, the half price day. The menu price was $6.59 for a medium #1. However, I was charged $7.77 minus the $2.00 special discount for a total of $6.23. When I asked why the price was higher than the menu board I was told the prices went up. When I asked if they went up just for Tuesday, I was told yes. I don't usually file complaints like this, but isn't that false advertising!?

Sonic Drive-In hiring procedures

My daughter applied for a job there and the woman told her she had the job and told her what clothes to get for work. Told her she'd get in touch with her on Monday (she went in the week before) Had to be there at 7 am. She called Sonic on Monday and a guy answered and told her the lady wasn't working again til Wednesday and he'd get her to call my daughter but she never heard from her so on Friday we called to complain. Of course the lady that told her she was hired but never called her back answered and said she was going to hire her. Lies nothing but lies. I am very disappointed and will never eat there again. My daughter had bought clothes and shoes for that job and Sonic didn't care. She really needed a job and had to borrow the money for those. This is a load of crap.

Sonic Drive-In not open during posted hours

Every day someone other than chasity is running that store it doesnt open on time. I have been through many times and it is closed when it is supposed to be open. Chasity is awesome and deserves a raise. Morgan is nice, but she never opens the store on time and if anyone other than those two open up during the week, they don't open on time either. Frustrating...

Sonic Drive-In hours of operations

Sonic on north military highway in norfolk virginia says open 24 hours. I went at two in the morning on jan 29 2019 and had a young lady at the front tell me they were closed. If they were closed why was she in the building and if they were not closed can you let me know what's going on? Im a very loyal customer and if they have enough money to turn away customers while they are supposed to be working then they don't need a job.

Sonic Drive-In product/service

I ordered a caramel sundae as usual paid EXTRA for Oreos and only got a scoop of crumbs. I went in a nice way about it and the manager made it as if she could do nothing about it. Didn't feel like the person was considerate at all. All the person said was I'm sorry & to me it would've been satisfying and great customer service if something was done about it but sadly it wasn't. This by far the worst service I've had at this Sonic!

Sonic Drive-In sonic blasts

Why did Sonic stop making brownie blasts, heath blasts and why doesn't sonic put whipped cream on the blasts anymore? Why are all the good things taken off the menu? When I ask for whipped cream the workers complain. Tice now I have gotten a sonic blast and the lid was not on properly so when the associate handed it to me the lid came off and it spilled all in my car. Please bring back the brownie and heath blast back. The whipped cream is what makes ice cream so bring that back to.

Sonic Drive-In cherry limeade - missing fruit

There has been two incidents now within a week. Most recent event occurred 01/21/2019 between noon and 3:00 pm. My wife, a loving grandmother often stops at the pleasanton, tx sonic drive-in to purchase a cherry limeade for the grandchildren. That is their favorite drink there at sonic because they enjoy the fruit (lime wedge and cherry) that they eat after finishing the drink. For some reason the pleasanton sonic has refrained from adding fruit to these drinks and it has been a big disappointment to the grandkids and my wife.

Sonic Drive-In the gravy

I do not want sauce. I want the gravy! This some bs tbh. This is my favorite thing from sonic and I'm very disappointed. Never eating food here again. 😡🤬😤You took the only thing in life that mad me happy. Now I am just gonna go home and never eat ever again. Thanks to whoever discontinued the best gravy ever. You should be very ashamed! 😥😰 💀

Sonic Drive-In curbside service

I pulled into the local Sonic today and parked In the first space up front and pushed the order button only to hear nothing but silence and I waited a few more minutes during which time I observed what appeared to be a young male employee wandering around outside eyes licked onto a cell phone who after two to three minutes of wandering around in a texting trance finally does enter the premises. He quickly disappears out of sight tword the back of the building. I again pressed the order button hoping for service...all this time I didn't see even one person besides the text zombie in the place. There were two cars in the parking lot where the employees normally park but no other traffic no drive thru no walk in and no other curbside customers. Yet after at least 6 or 7 minutes I still had not been servered or even asked for my order! I finally got disgusted and decided to go elsewhere. That's when I did finally see a girl that I recognized as one of the employees appear. But I had already decided to leave. I was not a happy camper. I'd like to make a small suggestion, if you're going to be open for business, be open for business. Take customer orders promptly and do not waste their time! The next time I go out for breakfast Sonic is going to be a lot further down on my list of choices to consider especially when Dairy Queen is closer to me.

Sonic Drive-In wrong product in order.

My name is Daniel Jagow and I live in Coppell Texas. Tonight, 17Jan2019, I went to the sonic here and ordered some food. My order number is 413208. Among my order was a grilled chicken sandwich for 4.69. When my order was delivered, the bag was stapled shut but the ticket on the side had the correct items I ordered. When I got home there was a grilled cheese instead of a grilled chicken sandwich. I called the store and spoke to the manager Maria about this. I told her I was not coming back. I paid cash but I thick I should get a refund for the grilled chicken I paid for. BBy the way my wife can't eat cheese and she was so upset she couldn't eat anything.

The people there is so disrespectful the GM has no respect I will neva come bk to this store I got manger coming out the same bathroom together a man and women the man that own the store don't give a dam way the gm do manger having sex in the bathroom the carhop doing wat the plz the gm allow employees to smoke in front of customers it's just a nasty store they have mostly kids

Sonic Drive-In burnt onion rings had no receipt

We stopped at our local Sonic. We ordered to Chili's, two sliders, and in order of onion rings. First no lights on the sign menu so we could not see what to order. We got our bags and went home. Opening the bag revealed burnt black onion rings. Opening the Chili's one was half full one was two-thirds full. The burgers we're not up to par either. We did not get an itemized receipt so I have no idea if I was charged correctly. A ver disappointing effort. Most of the food went in the trash.

Sonic Drive-In no service

I got to the resteraunt around 230pm. By almost 330pm my order still hadn't been brought out. Looking inside showed employees standing around talking. I am extremely disgusted with this location. This isn't a one time thing. Every time you go, your order isnt correct or service takes forever. Today they were not even busy, so it made the slow service inexcusable.

Sonic Drive-In management

Hello my name is lionel cantu I was recently terminated for cursing. Was wondering why I was the only one terminated, when I had advised the gm more than once that there was a manager (thomas garcia) and a car hop jason that were selling drugs in sonic and nobody was terminated. Also we were advised from the gm that if managers could not pass there drug test. We could use fake pee from smoke shops to pass the drug test. This is not a letter of retaliation. Just a letter of concern

what would you do if you was given this? would you eat it? I got 3 of these. I know you dont care its all about that paycheck. I called the store they said they would give me 3 more hotdogs after this I never want to see another hotdog just my money back

Sonic Drive-In burger

I ordered the car hop double burger special. Told the girl clearly when ordered wanted only light mustard. When got the burger it also had ketchup and pickles. Pushed the order button and told them. Said they would fix it for me. Waited ten mins and nothing. Stopped a car hop and said she would check into it. Finally after 5 more minutes got burger. Girl said it was taken to wrong car. Opened it and got a single burger.

Sonic Drive-In product and service

The new sonic in beaumont california is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited. After a disastrous first time of waiting over twenty five minutes in the drive thru, to finally reach the window to be given the wrong order twice and then having to reorder at the window and wait another 15 minutes because they had no idea what we ordered and were completely lost. The second time, my wife waited twenty minutes for our order, she got home with another complete wrong order. I went on yelp and looked at their reviews, out of twenty seven reviews, I think over twenty were one star. Your corporate headquarters better send someone, or it will be out of business, I will never go there again and from the looks of the reviews, the bad service and food is the normal there. We paid seventeen dollars this last time for a double bacon burger to get home and find a regular burger with one patty and no bacon, my wife had a burger instead of the cheeseburger she ordered with no sauce and just lettuce on it, no tomato or pickles nothing, seventeen dollars for for what I considered crap. We will never eat there again, and if anyone I know asks, I will tell them they are s fool if they go there.

Sonic Drive-In two double cheeseburgers 11.89

I have never, visited a sonic before. I have a colleague, that raved about your double cheese burger, and shared that there is one close to my home, so sunday 01/06/2019 sunday night. I craved a good cheese burger. So I put a baseball cap on and schlepped out the house, for great burger on football sunday, to buy one for my son and one for me he's 20 yrs old. To get the two worst burgers. I have eaten in years, I was disappointed cheese cold right from there cold prep burger warm dry and burned around the edges, the tomato, was fresh and the lettuce fresh! my son took two bites, I inspected while driving. I called the manager (felichia presley), and she said I cold get a remake for the one or my money back, because my son ate some of his (two bites), I stated I will have my money back, she rudely demanded to me, you do not have to have, a attitude! I said how can you let a product leave your store, that way? she did not even accept responsibility or apologies. I wasted my time, and gas, and was treated badly, with my son! I was able turn this experience into a teachable moment! on how never to treat a customer, hence, I have been in auto sales and finance for 26 yrs!
