Spinnaker Resorts Disgrimination against owners

We attended an owner's meeting in St. Louis where they were pitching a new option to allow timeshare owners the opportunity to deed back units after 10 years of future ownership. My wife and I were informed that we were not able to qualify for the Deed Back option of timeshare units since we purchased on the secondary market over 10 years ago. Even though the purchases were all approved by Spinnaker, the $1, 500 deposit required on each purchase was funded and we have been paying annual maintenance fees as required for ownership. How can any owners be discriminated against when they obeyed purchase agreements?
We are requesting that the Deed Back option be added to all 3 of our current timeshare units.

Desired outcome: Deed Back option be added to all 3 of the current timeshare unites

Spinnaker Resorts Releasing Time Share

my Mom and I have been contacting Karen for months regarding releasing my parents timeshare as my dad has advance Alzheimer's and is unable to be left alone let alone travel per Dr. 's orders. We have submitted a letter and I have extensive medical records. She keeps putting us off. Her response of record is "We are reviewing requests with upper management and I will get back to you as soon as possible". To date there has been no response and often we get the "silent" treatment from her. All we want to is to release back to Spinnaker my parents timeshare that they are unable to use.

Spinnaker Resorts Deceptive Marketing Practices and Straight out Lying

On August 18, 2021 at approximately 10:30 a.m., I received a call from "Mark" [protected]) a 3rd party vendor that Spinnaker Resorts HIRES to make their sales cold calls to sell their $249 special to visit Hilton Head for 8 days/7nights and then a 2nd trip is offered along with $100 voucher upon arrival and a $125 check to do what I'd like with and it is made out to me personally.  I specifically said to "Mark" that I did not want to initially go to Hilton Head but I would be interested if you could get me to Nashville, TN, in October 2021, instead.  Mark said he could not tell me one way or the other but he transferred me to '"Monica Harris" in the Rewards Department and she could confirm if Nashville was available or a possibility.  After discussing what I had mentioned to Mark about my location request, Monica said that we could absolutely go to Nashville and provided 8-10 resorts for me to review.  I told them I was travelling with a group of 5 women in October 2021 and needed to run the resorts passed the group for approval.   Mark and Monica then called me back about 6 times over the course of the day to see if I decided which of the 8-10 resorts in Nashville I was interested in.  I was told since it is more than 60 days out, they could confirm a stay but if it is less than 60 days it would be on availability basis only.  Finally, on or about the 6th call from [protected] for a total of almost 59 minutes, I reconfirmed a minimum of 4 times that I can stay with  my guests for a total of 5 people in a suite that we would book at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention center in Nashville, TN.  Monica now transferred me to "Charles Holt" in the Verification Department and we confirmed that I would not be using the Hilton Head trip until my 2nd trip sometime in the future and we verified that Gaylord resort in Nashville, TN for the dates in October 2021 would be my first trip.  Charles Holt also confirmed that we would be staying at the Gaylord resort.  In fact, during one of those 6 calls, Monica provided a few more resorts for my group to consider and two of them were Wyndham resorts.  This should have been a red flag for me but I missed it!  Why would Wyndham Resorts be part of their vacation package.  She even said, oh resort X, I told you about earlier, has no availability so here are a few more to consider.  I believe Monica was just researching any resorts in Nashville and giving me the names as I learned later, Spinnaker does not even have any resorts in the Nashville area at all.  So she very comfortably lied and misled me with no hesitation.

I had asked both Mark and Monica if there was a number I could call them back at once we reviewed all the resorts they had provided but I was told that they could only make outgoing calls.  When they did call back, it was the same number a few times  and other numbers for the other calls but the numbers were non working numbers when I tried to make the call.  In fact, when I called one of those numbers back the next day, after receiving the letter, it was an adult hotline        [protected]) .  So clearly they are using VOIP and not providing legitimate numbers.
At this point, I confirmed at least 4 times that the Nashville trip  would be at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and Charles now said "we need to go through the legal recording, just say yes to all the questions and please do not interrupt during this recording."  I interrupted him at that point and said "but we are confirming Nashville, right? "  He said, "yes but for legal reasons I need you to just answer yes to the questions so that I can confirm you are purchasing the special of $249 for your 2nd trip to Hilton Head."  Foolishly, I should have interrupted during that recorded call and said "No, you said the 1st trip would be to Nashville!" but I believed both of the people who confirmed the Nashville trip several times.  I paid my $249 and was told I would receive a confirmation email within 72 hours.

Lo and behold within 24 hours I received a confirmation email from the marketing department of Spinnaker Resorts confirming a trip to Hilton Head with no dates and never discussing Nashville, TN anywhere in this form letter!

Therefore, Spinnaker Resorts is very comfortable with a 3rd party vendor who performs the cold calling misrepresenting their company and outright lying and making deceptive statements to potential customers.  Spinnaker did offer to refund my $249  and I accepted (although it can take 7-20 days to receive the refund but 5 minutes to take the funds from my credit card) but the point is the Vendor who is calling on  behalf of Spinnaker is deceptive and telling outrageous lies to get the sale and Spinnaker still continues to employ this vendor.

I spoke with "Richard" in the marketing department at Spinnaker and he refunded the fee but said "So now that you have your refund what do you really want me to do?"   He also said "Spinnaker does not even have any properties in Nashville so we can not or could not have offered you a stay in Nashville, TN!  Keep in mind, their vendor easily misled me  to believe the opposite.

Since I am a timeshare owner with another company, I specifically asked Monica that  since "my husband will not be joining me on this trip, do I need a Power of Attorney on his behalf to attend your tour?"  She actually said "No, we allow single women to attend the tours but we DO NOT allow single men to attend the tours!"  I said "no that can not possibly be true!" and she confirmed yes, "We as women can attend alone but men can not, isn't that crazy!"  THAT IS WHAT SHE SAID!  I know that timeshare sales practices typically require both a husband and wife, if they are married to make financial decisions together so  I tried to confirm that I did not need a POA  if my husband was not attending so I thought I was asking the right questions! Again, she was lying and she knew it and Spinnaker allowed these lies to take place.

Again, is Spinnaker Resorts fine with the deceptive sales/marketing tactics in order to get their $249 and the potential customer on the sales tour?  Apparently, the answer is YES.    I asked if I can be given the name of the 3rd party vendor but they said they  have to research to get that information by my Verification Number will be able to tell them which of their vendors made the call.   I also told Richard of  the marketing department that I would expect this vendor to be fired immediately for these deceptive sales practices and lies.

I anticipate hearing back early next week from the Marketing Director to determine how Spinnaker is going to handle this matter internally!  

This is just poor business practices at a minimum allowed by Spinnaker.  It is now one week since I was told I would receive my refund and a call back specifically from the Marketing Director to "get to the bottom of this call and for them to determine which of their vendors is lying to their customers" and I have yet to receive a return phone call.  However, I have received my refund.    I will continue to  hunt down the right person within Spinnaker and be a thorn in their side to get to the bottom of these deceptive practices by this 3rd party vendor who needs to be exposed.

Thank goodness my group had tentatively booked an Airbnb for our Nashville trip and did not cancel that reservation after the call with the Spinnaker lying vendor. SPINNAKER HAS NOT RESPONDED IN ANY WAY TO SAY THEY ARE UNHAPPY WITH THESE PRACTICES!  I even mentioned to "Richard" in the marketing department that I would be going to social media with this story and his response was "that it didn't matter what I did that all my comments would only circle back to him to deal with and I would NOT be accomplishing much."  Therefore, I will make sure I can get the word out NOT TO TRUST A SALES CALL REGARDING SPINNAKER RESORTS.  From the comments I read, the 90 minute tour at one of the resorts that the  certificate covered also had terrible sales tactics as well.  My advice is don't fall for these deceptive practices as Spinnaker does not care how poorly they are being represented by the 3rd party vendors that they employ!

As an unrelated but interesting side note, I most likely received this cold call because I was searching on my computer the night before to see if my timeshare or others sites had resorts in Nashville and I probably signed up with my true  information in order to get information and my personal information was sold within that 12-18 hour period before I was called from this scummy 3rd party which is why is wasn't totally coincidental that I received this sales call about a trip and I was looking to book a trip!

Spinnaker Resorts Sale department/ marketing

Spinnaker resorts call my cell phone right before COVID-19 came in they said i had up to a year to travel and i will receive a package in the mail let me know about my travel and i will get my traveling tickets for my cruises. I never receive anything but a phone call two years later they never left a message today they talk with me and when i told them i been waiting for them to call me and i told them I wanted my money back because COVID 19.

Spinnaker Resorts 90 minute presentation

On 17 July 2021, I and my family attended a 90 minute presentation hosted by Spinnaker Resorts management/staff from 9am-1230 pm. Address is 195 Summit Dr, Branson, MO 65616. We were not housed at a Spinnaker Resort. We were just there to attend the 90 minute presentation in agreement with our Rooms101 3 Day, 2 Night resort package. We were housed at the Holiday Hills Resort. Once we checked in at the Branson Reservations Center on 16 July 2021 (Location: 4910 Hwy 65 Outer Rd South Walnut Shade, MO 65771), we were assigned a 90 minute briefing with Spinnaker Resorts. After presentation was complete and offer to purchase was presented, we decided not to purchase to price range being outside our budget. Spinnaker Resort Manager reported us as a "walk out" and "no show" to Rooms101. Because of that, we were charge three times as "no shows" a resort fee of $200. We were charge the resort fee on 17 July and 23 July, five days after attending the presentation. Manager would not talk to me to rectify the situation. Bad management. Bad scam reporting customers as 'no shows' to be charged.

Desired outcome: Speak with Spinnaker Manager who reported my family as angry, upset and as no show.

Spinnaker Resorts Vacation package

I was called yesterday from Spinnaker Resorts . The call sounded legit and I was trans. to several different agents. I purchased a vacation package for $179.00 The money was taken from my account. I did not receive an email or receipt as promised.When I call the number provided, all I get is a v m and no return call. Please help me resolve this.

Spinnaker Resorts Ability to transfer week to use another Spinnaker resort in another location was changed

Reference to Contract # 573636

We were approached last year by Jimmy Revlous, Sales Manager via phone, and was told we could upgrade our one-bedroom, South Tower unit for a two-bedroom, lock-out in the original Royal Floridian North Tower, for more money. Which we did, thinking, as explained to us, to be a better choice.

We were talking about plans as to how to use our week for this year and thought about doing an internal exchange to Hilton Head or Williamsburg for one week and coming to Ormond Beach for the other week.

When we phoned Spinnaker we were informed that since we had changed from being owners in the South Tower to the North Tower we were no longer able to do an internal exchange to other Spinnaker Resorts:(

This was NEVER mentioned during our conversation for changing to the North Tower! Everything was to remain the same, except for the bigger unit in the North Tower and of course, more money!

This is very disappointing as the Hilton Head and Williamsburg resorts are closer to us and would be easier to use. We believe we were not FULLY informed by your salesman concerning the inability now to use the internal exchange feature.

I was advised to send an email to reservations to get this resolved. I did back in April and again in May, but no response. I then contacted corp legal and left a voice message on June 1st. The recording said I would get a return call by end of the week. Again no response so left another message.

Desired outcome: Be able to exchange our week for a week at another Spinnaker resort like we did in the past.

Spinnaker Resorts False advertising

Where should I start? The Spinnaker Resorts sold us a deal and we were told that we will stay at Ormond Beach, FL at Spinnaker resort for a timeshare presentation. The package included with 4 nights stay at the resort along with another stay and some gift cards but instead:
1. They sent me and my family( my wife, a 2 year old and a 5 years old) to Daytona Beach to a garbage hotel with mold and cockroaches in the room. There has been other safety concerns being in that particular room/hotel especially for our 2 years old.
2. Prior to arrival, we were told earlier check is available as early as 10 am, but instead we ended up waiting over 1hr while others were checking in before us! ( this is after 1-2pm) 😳
3. We supposed receive gift cards and another vacation deal after presentation, but nothing was offered other than trying to pressure us to buy a condo.
4. I been trying to reach out to higher ups to file a complaint but they keep sending us from one person to another.
5. I emailed one of the managers which my wife and I met at the presentation named Jamie all the pictures of the room and expressed about how we were miss leaded. She ended up blocking me after the first Email 🤷🏻‍♂️..please hear us out! I'm sure there are honest individuals working among this company..please reach out to us..[protected]

Spinnaker Resorts Timeshare

My husband, myself and my two sisters went on this tour of Spinnaker Resort 02/28/2020. We were introduced to Mike D. (Salesman or professional lier) he promised us that we would be able to book a week long stay immediately after purchasing and than said he was throwing in an additional week. He promised that we would be able to roll one one week over into the next year if we did use it in 2020. So, we purchased this horrible Timeshare. I say that because When it came time to book we were told we had to pay $995 in maintenance fee before we could book. Then we were told we never had two weeks in 2020 because you have to own for at least a year before booking; needless to say we would not have booked if we could not use it for a year. We have now owned and been paying $325 mthly since February of last year and never been able to utilize this timeshare. Not to add we've had to pay other rental companies to actually vacation. We want to be release from this contract because we have not been able to use it. We have no desire to do any further business with Spinnaker; we want to be released from this contract, we are being forced to pay $325 for 7 years and receive no service.

This has been the worst experience in my life. It's like we are literally throwing away thousands of dollars and receiving nothing but lies and broken promises.

Spinnaker Resorts Time Share Surrender

Jim B with Spinnaker was a great sales person because he hyped up the whole timeshare that we bought it hook line and sinker. He said we could take it off on our taxes, that the maintenance fees were reasonable (first fee didnt even match the contract, had already increased). He kept going and going for hours until we fell for it. Couple years later, I tried calling his personal phone number that he gave us. I did get ahold of him but he had already quit this sales position and actually laughed at us that I wanted to get out of the contract. I have contacted Spinnaker that we want out, mailed the formal letter stating we want to surrender our timeshare, and now we wait for the Budget meeting to approve. Another attempt with an email and they said we were not approved yet. Just stringing us along so they can keep billing us the maintenance fees. They already got us for $12, 000 so just take it back and let us out. Owner ID #1461301

Spinnaker Resorts I an attempt to sell back my bluewater timeshare, I was told that spinnaker does not buy back timeshares.

When we bought the timeshare at Bluewater, we were assured by Mark(who said he had lived all of life on Hilton Head) that Spinnaker would buy back the timeshare if we were no longer able to use it. My husband will be 80 soon and I am 79, we are not in great physical shape and cannot travel that far, when I contacted Spinnaker I was told that you do not buy timeshares back. Also that they could help us rent it out(so we could recoup maintenance fees or if we wanted we could get a family member to take it or if it was for medical they might take it off our hands for a fee. I have paid a lot of money into this and cannot afford to continue paying more. I know if I hadn't been told by Mark that they would buy it back, I would not have bought Bluewater. I was happy with Waterside, but since buying at Bluewater I feel like I am going further into debt each month. If we are unable to resolve this issue I will have to contact someone to try to sell!

Spinnaker Resorts timeshare

Contract #510300 - We have been trying for nearly a year to deed this timeshare back to Spinnaker, as we cannot use it any longer and have not gotten the benefits of owning it that were promised to us when it was purchased. We offered to deed it back with no cost to Spinnaker, even though we had paid about $20, 000 to purchase it. Spinnaker refused to take the timeshare back without our having to pay an additional $3, 200 in costs. We offered to pay this year's maintenance fee and any other reasonable closing costs, but not the arbitrary $3, 200 they said they had to have. Then they just stopped responding to our emails and letters at all.

We will not continue to be forced to pay unknown fees in perpetuity, for a timeshare we cannot use and which does not offer value promised when it was sold to us.

We purchased a time share many years ago (Cottages, Hilton Head) and were made many promises of low maintenance fees, rental assistance for unit, etc. Over the past three years, we have been dealing with the Deed Back program. The lady will not answer any of our calls, return emails, etc. We are struggling to pay the enormous maintenance fees that have topped what we actually paid for the unit. As many have written, we are now unable to travel as before due to health issues and have mounting medical bills. I really think that this year we will have to decide between food, medicine or fees. All we asked for was someone to review our application which we had to resend twice. On yesterday, we received a form letter from the Contract Specialist stating that no action has been taken on our request and no review date has been set either. After three years of doing what has been asked of us, this is how you treat your owners. I am a spiritual women who tries to do what is right but this is not right and I am continuing to look for a blessing. Spinnaker, you should be ashamed of how you treat your customers!

Spinnaker Resorts timeshare sales

Due to misrepresentation by the Spinnaker sales staff (Jesse Cadman and Jim Jacobs), we are requesting the contract (#566766) we were induced into entering into, be rescinded and all monies returned to me (on my Discover Card). We were mislead by these two aforementioned Spinnaker employees, primarily Jim Jacobs, when we were repeatedly told that his boss allows him to buy back timeshares that are at other resorts that we own, and Spinnaker would be doing so as part of this sale, by entering into this agreement. Our previously owned timeshares at 3 other resorts would be part of this agreement. Jim Jacobs repeatedly told us that our 3 other timeshares would be "Gone, over, done." As the misled parties, we relied on what have now been shown to be fraudulent misstatements told to us in order to induce us into buying a timeshare at Spinnaker Resorts. False, untrue statements, and serious misleading statements, fraudulent misrepresentation, conveyed to us primarily by Jim Jacobs, had undue influence on our entering into an agreement with Spinnaker and now we have a loan and Spinnaker is not taking possession of the three timeshares they vowed to take as part of this agreement out of our name and into Spinnaker's ownership, period. Other misrepresentations were also told to us to induce us into this agreement concerning yearly maintenance fees, availability, our having reduced maintenance fees by relinquishing 3 of our previously owned timeshares, etc. We are hereby requesting our Spinnaker contract to be rescinded and, as previously mentioned, all monies be returned to me on my Discover Card.

We were referred to a transfer company in Branson MO., by letter from Spinnaker Resorts 22 days later, leaving the selling of the 3 aforementioned timeshares up to us. Had we had prior knowledge that an owner would have to be found prior to the transfer of these properties out of our names we would never had entered into this agreement. When we called this company there was no answer and no returned phone call to our repeated messages.

Jim Jacobs even commented that we DID NOT need an additional timeshare, but that is exactly what he has attempted to trick us into. His actions have put a blight on Spinnakers Resorts by his unethical conduct. We were repeatedly lied to and manipulated as senior citizens. Phone messages left for both of the above employees have not been returned. I was able to speak with Jesse once on his personal cell phone on April 25, 2019, and he said he would speak to Jim and they would call me back. They never did.

Do not even tour this resort! They lie, lie, lie! Take my advice- run! We will never even visit Hilton Head again after enduring this.

We own 5 weeks that we bought years ago on ebay, secondary market. We had toured the property, and said "No" at the sales presentation. Watched units on eBay for sale, and bought in at next to nothing. In fact, a 3 bedroom kickoff in Branson's Palace View Heights PAID us $1500 to take it. We pay maintenance fees in January and book our units then.

Now we have sat through the ongoing Owners presentations recently. One was to tell us we could sign over our units back to the Spinnaker for a small fee of $15,000 to allow them to take the unit (s) back if/when we decided to not use anymore... I asked the guy if he saw "STUPID" written on my forehead...

Honestly, we have used our units for family vacations, always stayed in Branson, haven t joined II or RCI. We are 3.5 hours away, so it has become our "lake house" spot. We pay the maintenance fees which is still less than owning a lake house and even better, less than renting the same units.

We are happy with our arrangement, and enjoy the area. However, we go into the "presentations" to gain knowledge of Developer activity, and how things are working. Yesterday, after the 1.5 hour spiel, a second guy came in and "offered" the "Best he can do is $10,000" for the previous buyback offer in place of $15,000 previously quoted to us. Um, "NO THANK YOU."

Spinnaker Resorts misleading!

I am absolutely disappointed and we haven't even started yet! First of all we should have looked at the reviews first to see you are rated with ONE star and almost all reviews are awful! We were told two VERY DIFFERENT scenarios when agreeing to this and upon booking! Then BOOKING entered the WRONG DATES and now we have suffer the consequences and trying to rearrange our life schedules with work because YOUR company entered the dates WRONG! We were SUPPOSED to be scheduled Nov 29-Dec 2nd, which is the weekend of Thanksgiving because we are ALREADY OFF WORK THOSE DATES! Instead we were scheduled for the weekend BEFORE! We were told because we didn't purchase the INSURANCE!? Are you kidding!? You entered us for the wrong dates we SHOULD NOT have to suffer for your mistake! This has absolutely started off terrible and we WILL NOT be purchasing anything from you at all! NOT looking forward to our weekend in Ormond that is supposed to be relaxing and great. We will be missing work unpaid instead because of the dates entered WRONG.

Spinnaker Resorts trying to sell... a disappointment

Due to a personal sickness, I am trying to sell my 3 Bedroom Lock Out in Branson, MO. I got information about the only company that can sell the unit, TimesharesOnly, recommended as the monopoly from Spinnaker. You sell here or not. When we bought the unit, every thing was colorful and everything that was said, was only positive to the point that Spinnaker will be always behind the member. Well, that is not true at all. I paid for the TimesharesOnly a high fee, for them to "promote" the sell of the property. They cashed the money, but there is no activity from their side or promotion efforts. They only wait until someone calls. The other thing is that most of the units are from Spinnaker. A coincidence?
Timeshares put 3 pictures in the add, which are really bad and does not show, really, the beauty of the unit, since they did not put pictures from the big 2 bedroom unit. I called them to asked for better pictures and they reply that Spinnaker is the only one to change the photos. I called Spinnaker and they say that they cannot do anything to help us changing those photos.
Therefore, they sell quick, lots of promises, but when the moment comes, they are not available to help. It is an obvious reason, Spinnaker controls TimesharesOnly to the point that, if they don't need more units for sell, they have a new building with lots of new units, they will not move the Timeshares inventory, until needed. In the mean time I need to keep paying the annual fees.
Another thing. Be careful, when you buy, because they will buy at a discount your old or actual timeshare, to "hook" you to say yes.
One more thing, they have few resorts by Spinnaker, and even fewer by II, Interval International.
They promise a lot, but they don't comply.

Spinnaker Resorts sales agent does not return our multiple calls.

We purchased a Spinaker resort at Hilton Head in February of this year as a trade in of our RCI resort. We have been unable to talk to the sales agent, Hunter French, despite the fact that he gave us his phone number and assured us he'd be available to answer questions. I have tried calling him multipe times since late February. Spinnaker customer service has been of no help.
I last spoke with Spinnaker customer service on June 18 of this year. I spoke with Tasha and Onya, and then finally supervisor carolyn. Later Paris. My name is Geraldine wanner. Phone [protected] We have many questions about the sale of said timeshare. We are very dissappointed with Spinnaker Resorts. We need answers.

Spinnaker Resorts resorts sells

To Spinnaker Resorts,

Greetings, recently I contacted you, after being contacted by one of Spinnakers Customer Service Rep. inviting my husband and I to use our package we recently purchased from you. We accepted based on the accommodations previously sold to us. Needless to say, somewhere in between me saying yes and receiving the email confirmation, our accommodations got downgraded.

Because of this, we must cancel our reservation for June 20th. We will not wait until you can confirm our room reservations for the King Deluxe Suite, as the time is too close to our arrival date. This should have been stated on the confirmation. We didnt agree to downgrade our room upon accepting the dates offered. We don't travel or plan to travel in these conditions.

I am also asking if my phone numbers can be removed from your data base. I no longer wish to be contacted by Spinnaker Resort or their parent companies. Please forward this messenger to your superiors, as I have retained a lawyer for any legal matters that may potentially be tied to this hoax. Furthermore, I have contacted my credit card company fraud department to make them aware of this scam.

Spinnaker Resorts timeshare sale

My wife and I attended a time share sales information at Blue Water resort in February of 2019. Our salesman, Hunter French seemed very interesting and informative. He informed us of a new program called the Premier program. This program as it was told to us was to enable us to purchase as many weeks as we see fit (to use)for vacation. The cost for these weeks were supposed to be about $250.00. That's what we were told and that's what we thought we bought. It couldn't be further from the truth. We were lied to and no one at Spinnaker cares. I have called numerous times and I have gotten the run around. I have contacted an attorney and the Better Business Bureau. I reached out to everyone and anybody I could. I just want out of the contract. This is Fraud, plain and simple. Spinnaker should be ashamed of their business practices and they should fire Mr. Hunter French. How does he sleep at night, or does Spinnaker reward him for everyone that he lies to and frauds.

Spinnaker Resorts everything

i was lied to about everything starting with the number of people i could take to having fees that were not told to me upfront even when asked i was lie to about it the vacation packages i paid for was a waste because with all the extra charges i could book them myself for cheaper the people that wanted to sell to me was rude from the start so from the first couple of mins i was there i knew i would not buy from them as the conversation went on i decided i would not recommend anyone to u after everything was said and done i have found out that ur company not only lied to me and was very rude during are meeting but you are nothing more then a RIP OFF i will make sure everyone i know does not do business with your company! I also tried to contact you to let you know i was not happy and i was told i should have said something while i was there WELL I DID LET THEM KNOW AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!

Spinnaker Resorts maintenance fees

We have owned a Spinnaker-Hilton Head Timeshare since January, 1999. We own one week in the odd years which means we have used our timeshare 9 times. The maintenance fees have gone through the roof. Every other year we get a bill. Last invoice was $833 and the one we just received for 2019 is $871. We are billed only in the odd years for a one week usage. $871 would go a long way to pay home owners insurance and taxes on a home and that's why I feel Spinnaker is taking full advantage of timeshare owners With the death of my husband I can no longer pay these high fees and will be forced to find alternatives I can find no justification for these high maintenance fees or why they continue to increase with each invoice sent.
