STC fake sms

Dear Sir,
I am recieving mostly the same SMS everyday from SP30443 number and got the matter "You are still registerd to the STC Twitter SMS service" and deducted SR. 3.00 riyals from my account everyday. I contacted many times for STC Customer Services and compalints also. but still still not deactivate the service.
Please deactivate the service from my SAWA Mobile number : +[protected]

I am receiving mostly the same SMS everyday from 801021 and 801752 number and got the matter "SMS service" and deducted SR. 3.00 riyals from my account.
Please deactivate the service above two numbers

SP24092 skill2thrill is always sending message to my mobile # [protected] and they deduct 5 riyals per text. please cut off or unsubscribe the sending of this kind of text in order to continue patronizing your network. your usual cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated...

I am having two different numbers from SAWA service it is oftenly observed that even the network is good for my both numbers the person besides me makes a call and receives the reply that the concerned number is not rechable. I would request you to please guide me as to what the technical problem is ? + I have already visited twice the customer service but when they check in their system they reply to me that there is no such problem please advise as to how I can rectify this problem

there was an advertisement in Arab News on the first page (22/10/2011)saying all SMS will be free from 11.00pm to 9.00Am to subscribe send an SMS by writing 8005 and send it to 902 when I subscribe I was surpise to see that it cost my 12 Saudi Riyals which was not mentioned anywere in the advertisement. stop fooling us and retured back my 12 saudi riyals to my mobile no [protected]. if there is any charge mentioned it clearly dont fool us if we really need it we will subscribe the same so deactive the service and return back the charges you have taken 12.00 saudi riyals Thanks Jameelur Rahman

To deactivate all the services in Sawa just type 9922 and send in to 902, just deactivate everything, that's what i did with mine, hopefully it works. Sawa is really disappointing.

STC no reason to dedect the credit

dear sir. 04/01/2011
dedecting the credit with our any reason since 16dec.2010. no response when i call 902 waiting for more then 10 to 12mints. for several times.daily dedecting the amount of 0.65SR not only me several have the same complain.

STC poor customer service

For the last six weeks I have been trying to get a response from STC re their wireless Internet service which is billed to my residential phone line. I have used their902, 906, 907 numbers, facsimile service, ecare, [protected], [protected], and also visited their headquarter in Alkhobar where I dealt with their manager. No one is able to respond tome or resolve my complain. They have failed to provide the service to my wireless simm for 2 month. They are charging me SR299.00/month. They ask me to pay then complain. They are not responding to any of my emails, facsimiles or personal request to ratify the account. I do not know if they cancelled the service as per my request or not because the service is not available for me for the last two month. No one at STC has the ability to answer or call me or give me any reasonable assurance of what is going on. Their motto should be ALWAYS AGAINST YOU, also, DFFICULT LIVE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS and finally as a friend told me STC= STEAL THE CUSTOMER. My account number is [protected]
Anyone how might have a clue to help me get out of this deep hole!

STC deduction of sr 1.30 every day for no reason

Dear Sir,

Last 10 days (since 17th Sep), everyday SR 1.30 is being deducted from my pre-paid stc sim for no reason.

Kindly stop this and refund the monies deducted so far to my account.

After my complaint dt 26th Sep, The deduction of SR 1.30 stopped for JUST 1 day yesterday.

Today AGAIN the SR1.30 has been deducted.

Can SOMEONE please take corrective action? This is not funny at all and is now getting on my nerves.

STC cheating by forigners

Some body called me from the number +[protected] and he informed me that I have won 200, 000sr via lucky draw. Then he gave me as proof that he is calling from stc that on the sim you will find the number 899660 when I checked I found that he is correct. Then he told me to that give me your iqama number and full name according to your iqama. I gave him then he informed me that for further process you have to call his manager on the number +[protected]. When I called him he told me to give him pin code of total1500sr through sawa card. And till then hold your phone, then I understood that he is trying to make me fool. God helped me and I kept save.

Sanny..this no of SAWA call ([protected]) ([protected])..just now i check that im victim of this Indian Guys...i buy load of SAWA worth 1, 500Sr..and send to them..after that asking again 2, 400 sr for the processing tranfering money from Dubai to my account, but i feared already this is scam..Please STC, check this numbers they are using and this guys should grab and put in jail..If you dont do action in our complained, maybe more people are victims soon..I calling the number but they did not answering now...Beware to this scammers..

Never recharge frequently on SAWA. I have cheated several times, when I recharged to call India I have lost 8 SR for 3 minutes. Now I am recharging once in a month. Now whenever I wanted to call I am using yahoo messenger or fring to call India. Its free and comfortable. STC only cheating Foreigners.

Thanks for your kind coopreation with all customers. It's the first time that i had a complain with sawa sim. Since last 7 years i'm using this sim of sawa but i never faced any problem but since last week when i took money transfer of 10sr the same day after some time my balance became zero even i didn't had any conversation with any one. I have another sim of sawa in which i took transfer the same day or the next day & the same thing happened to it...I don't know what wrong with sawa sim ?...hope u will try to solve my problem soon...once again thanks..

Sending an SMS to 86677 with "U" will sort the problem for SP30466 in SAWA and also remove your number from Facebook. It worked for me hope it will work for you too.

STC daily & weekly deduction

For the last seven month every morning SR. 0.80 is deducted from my prepaid balance and inspite of two registered complaints nothing has happened. Now for the last two to three month every week anoth SR. 5.oo is deducted on Wednesday. I do not know what to do apart from complaining. I receive some unwanted messages for downloading ring tones which I never open.I want them to cancel any extra service if they are providing on my saudi mobile [protected]

Here`s a step by step guide how to attempt to get rid of those annoying regular charges by STC.

the quicknet that i purchased for a year plan was a total scam from stc. they mentioned in there advertisement along with the router that it could provide a max speed of 150mbps. i knew that it is impossible to reach such high speed of 150mbps specially in this part of the world. but at least, if 10mbps speed would be acceptable. however right after installation of the router, i found out that the max seed it could provide in my area is only 0.90 mbps. i ranthe next day and try to return the item but of no success. i was just promised that it could be fixed after 48 hours. i was patient enough to wait for the 48 hrs as promised, however month passed by nothing happens and if fact it went worst. the 0.90 mbps went down to 0.27mbps lately. i was just told to every person that i spoke with thru phone (customer service) or personally from their office that there is nothing that they can do. it is every individuals complaint and you have to wait for the next 48 hours after your case is filed. or should we say until the purchased plan is reached?
Basically, STC just need your money and they don't care if they satisfy you on the type of service that you paid for. it's horrendous. i will have all my stc account stop and suggest to all not to purchase their services as it is all fraud.

STC wrong billing on jood package

I have applied for Jood Package. My telephone number allotted is [protected]. My account number is [protected]. I got DSL connection only on Feb 23, 2010. My first invoice was dated as on March 10, 2010. In that first invoice, an additional amount of SR. 488.89 has been added as previous invoice.

As this is my first invoice and DSL connection is for only 16 days - from the service starting date 23.02.2010 to 10.03.2010- how it is possible for previous invoice balance? My account is billed wrong. I have lodged complaints thro' 907 twice [after 100 times tried to catch the agent]. Till now, I haven't find my corrected invoice at STC website.

When I approached STC Bagdadiyah Office, they said to contact Sales thro' toll free number [protected]. Countless times I tried this number and no physical response at the end. Only recorded messages were passing on.

Pls review and correct my invoice and inform me accordingly.

I have also home broadband internet at my home and from last three months they are issuing my stc bill 298 while I have activated my service 149 per month. More then hundred time I called to customer care and went to stc office but no body is ready to solve my billing problem.stc companies eating people and getting double bill every month. This is Islamic country and here they don't know what is Islam, what is haram what is halaal.very bad service from stc.Inshallah all works of stc who is doing these activities will go to jahannum.

STC lucky draw scam

Somebody called me from “+[protected]”, whose name was mohammed iqbal. He said that he is a supervisor in geo mobile company and calling from dubai. He said that my stc sim serial number starting from 899660 is in the list of the lucky draw which include sawa, watani, mobily and other mobile companies, and you won 200, 000 saudi riyals, if you give me pin number of two vouchers of 350 riyals than i can process the bank transfer in your card pin numbers and show to these cards with iqama copy to al - rajhi bank to collect the money. So i gave him pin number of two vouchers of 350 sr total of 700 sr after collecting the voucher numbers he hold me for twenty minutes and then said that half of the bank draft number is appeared and remaining will come when i give him more two of same value voucher’s pin numbers. Then i understood that this is a scam and i cursed him because i lost my 700 sr.

Hi similar type of fraud I face in UK, one person called from UK number [protected], he said your number has won the lottery of 50000£. Then I urged with how can I believe, he told some number and told check back of the SIM which was correct.Then I believed later told collect the from nearest Barclays Bank.then I went to take ID proof later he told to receive this huge amount you need pay 500£. Then I again urgude why should I pay if I had won the lottery. I told I won’t pay later he told this also willing returned it’s just matter of 10 minuets, & he also told me not to discount the call it u transfer the money. Like I paid 8000£ .now one person has promised me that I will all the money what I given to them if I transfer 450£ for file closing His name is Shad Usman and he working is STC company in UAE +[protected]. after reading all these scam even I feel I have been e cheated. He also speaks very smoothly and keep say Marsha alla . Because these people veryboby been loosing there money. I told home share company ID . I think even this they faked. For reference I have attached the ID. Please arrest them & nicely punished.

some one called me yesterday from [protected], name MOHAMED ARFAN he said that he is supervisor from stc and zain comp he said my sim serial card number zain won the lucky draw 200 000 saudi riyals he give me two numbers of last calls i perform to my country, he asked me tow vousher of 300 rials then one vousher zain total of 700 saudi rials. he asked me my iqama number so hi can process the bank transfer he hold me for more than 30 min and he asked me 5 vousher of 300 saudi ryals total of 1500 sr. then he keep calling me more than 50 times informing me that he perform my fil in to dobei saudia and kuweit, need an other 9 vousher of 300 saudi rials he asked me if ihave imo number so he call by the new number0598234939 and he send me bank draft 200 000 sr my name and my number of iquama hi asked me to urgently give the 2700 saudi ryals so he can finish my file so i can go to any rajhi bank and redrow the check. when i so the draft he send to me i inderstood that this fake .i lost 700 sr plus 1500 sr total of 2200saudi ryals. i pray good to curssed him .please dont trust and beleve on any call. .

Hello everyone just a hour ago I got a call from [protected] / [protected] this numbers the callers name khalid said to me You are won 200000 riyal in our stc lucky draw he said me you just need to buy stc voucher amount of 1500 and transfer voucher number to us we are verify and later you got a call from al rakhi bank and also they return your 1500 riyal for buyer stc vouchers I know very well this is scam so I ignored them and not responded to call please don't trust any lucky draw be alert.

On 30th June 2015 i received call about winning 20000 KD and they ask me to pay 280 KD to release amount. I paid 280 KD and then he send me one cheque on whats app and told to pay 470 kd so they will send 10 digit code and i can clear cheque from Al Mulla exchange. I paid 470 kd then they called me and gave me 5 digit and said to pay 630 kd for remaining 5 digit. I paid 630 kd and they provided only 3 digit and said when u will pay 480 kd 3 days advertisement cost on al jazeera channel they will release remaining 2 digit. I paid same. Then they gave me remaining two digits. Then they called me this is international lucky draw from kuwait, Saudi and dubai and your file is cleared now and proceed to saudi. They asked me to pay 730 kd as saudi tax to release money. I paid same then called me and said congratulation your file is clear and proceed to kuwait and to receive money you have to pay 930 kd. Then i stopped paying. Almost i lost 2500 KWD. My bad luck. We are giving suggestions to ther not to believe such kind of call but dont know how i did that. They have very good communicating skill to hipnotise you. Really my all bank account emptied. I have attached here cheque images so like us no one can get cheat.

i got the same call today from a saudi no [protected], it was some one speaking Urdu ( bt by accent he appeared to be indian or bangladeshi in nationality
he told me for 3 days ur name is announced on tvs as u got a 200000 sar as a prize money of stc lottery
then he told me that same sm no 899660 and told me to shut down ur mobile and take out ur sim to confirm the no on its back
I asked him why u r using mobile no to call me...if its official why u r not calling from some official no
he said me to disconnect and we will contact through the official no
after 5 secs i received a call from 902 saying the same
and when i argued a little more...he bacame straight that if u dont want to claim ur prize ...we will cancel ur name and will draw another name

this is just a 2 hours back story

Today i received the similar call from the number [protected] and the person, urdu speaking may be indian or pakistani, told me that u r very lucky to have won SAR 200, 000 from STC. then he told that he will inform me the procedure to get the money and was asking me how much time you willl take to go to Alrajhi nearest you. To make the impression he informed me the numbers which i used to call from my SIM. he said since three days on different tv channles my SIM nyumber is shown as winner so please dont disclose to any one that u are the winner otherwise someone will put you in trouble.
People please be aware of these fradulents.
Immediately I threatened him that you are scam and i will lodge a complaint against you only then he stopped calling.

I have been applied for dsl afaque internet connection since more than 2 month and still I have not get any response from stc, daily I am complaint regarding the connection but no effect at all... Hello, i have applied to get a fingerprint in Hera District Jeddah Albaik. but the service person told me your fingerprint is not available in the Ministry of Interior. even though i was sure i fingerprinted long time ago. but he insisted and said your fingerprint doesnt exist. I checked the MOI webbage and it shows my fingerprint is available. Can you fix this problem and make sure your employees do not make things hard again. Now my simcard can be banned because of this idiot.

I have taken a 3 months contract of quick net 4g with Stc . The Internet connection is absolutely rubbish, barely works for 2 to 3 hours in the evening and the ear of the day and night you can hardly check your email let alone watch videos or news. When I contacted them they denied problems at all and all they repeated saying was "we are here to serv the respect of our company " very strange use of words as they have no respect whatsoever for their services and the customers that use it.
Avoid STC, they are by far the worst internet provider I came across. Nothing good, just waste of hard earned money.

I have unlimited package 4g quicknet for 12 months. The speed is very very bad around 0.02MBPS. We are not paying for this that internet speed is literally useless and it costed us too much. I must think it was a bad decision to choose STC.

I have been using STC 149 Jood net for more than 6 months, Suddenenly my DSL is not linking properly and the connection gets disconnected often have made a complaint in STC over my friend's Land line and had registered a complaint and they had provided a compliant number also they received my contact details & said they will acknowlwdge through msg but still no action has been acknowledge by them.

I swear, I have never encountered such imbecils as the ones who are working at STC. I am waiting for more than 2 months for my Broadband prescription and they never did anything. And everytime when you call to check for the status, they hang up on you if you ask them questions.

It's like they are doing me a favor. Never ever have I seen such incompetent people!

Beware of attempting to complete the activation of phone service with STC!! Okay... Saturday got to office 2 hours to give them Iqama copy and register for service and told to call after hook up to get options like DSL and long distance, Sunday night my villa connected, called monday told not in system yet to all tuesday, Tuesday talked to three CSRs one...
