Kirby - Salesman lied and it cant be used ore returned

A salesmen, Daniel Wilson, came to my mothers house to sell her a Kirby. She is 97 years old. He should have never gone in her home. He took ADVANTAGE OF HER and HE LIED TO HER. He sold her A 29 lb. vacuum, she can in no way push, but told her it was 8 lbs. He also said she had 9 months to return it. It was actually 90 days. How do I know this is true?...

Kirby Kirby purchase UAE

I purchased Kirby two days back,
Due to terribly forced demonstration pressure.
Where the salesman came and pressurised us onto installment basis purchase.
The salesman didnot tell its non returnable he told all details are there on the Kirby site and we checked the site as per Kirby site we can return within 3days of contract.

Since they pressurised us to purchase and within one hour we called and told to cancel contract and the salesman refuses the return saying it’s on contract it’s non returnable but in contract only something as per law 26 is mentioned which isn’t easy for a common man to understand at one glance.
The salesman was very very unprofessional
He didnot even allow me to try out the vaccum while they wer demonstrating
It was very difficult even understand what they were talking,
And as soon as they left when I tried the vaccum it was so heavy for me and not even able to handle it,
As soon as that we called up and informed to cancel

Don't get fooled with this people who will come to your home for a demonstration… they will offer you in installment basis and still expensive…they will not tell you there policies specially that you cannot return the item even in less than 12 hours…if you are interested with this kirby vacuum, read the reviews and decide… think wisely… u can say “NO” or tell them you will think about it…

Kirby Carl Feerin/Ferrin Kirby Distributor

This is my text message sent to the man that sold my 80 year old mother a Kirby and she can’t get the belt on to even use it!

Well it’s been quite some time since I’ve heard back from you, initially after the sale you promised to be back on Monday 3 days after the sale and bring us more bags, that didn’t happen and we were going to cancel the sale within the timeframe so we got juked out of that and since then you were going to come by and help us on several occasions and have yet to even do that, the vacuum sits here in the living room in the box with us unable to even use it, this is not acceptable customer service nor good ethics in my opinion Carl and I really hope you feel good about this sale!

Personally I think you should come get this vacuum and refund my mothers money and make it right!

Desired outcome: Have the distributor refund her money and come get the useless machine

Kirby Sales rep

3/16 houston Texas woman rep came in home I thought she was doing the sale but instead two men were allowed in and she left. The rep and manager knew that I was drinking and went forward knowing I was in no position to make sound decision. The rep didn’t verbally tell me cancellation terms. He falsely reported the money I gave him as a deposit. all recorded

Desired outcome: I want them to cancel the contract I was not in a place to make a sound decision. Misled me and picked the deposit and falsified documents

Kirby Invasive salesman

We had an aggressive knock on our door at 9pm and when my husband went to check the door the salesmen just slid in the door and came into the house without invitation. Next thing you know there’s two people who won’t leave our home for 45 minutes despite telling them many times that we were not interested. Extremely displeased with this experience and the fact that a company would promote invasion and disregard for others time and homes.

Kirby Vacuum cleaner

After 6 days I didn’t wanted the vacuum. I called to the phones at the contract, to de seller store. They said the I just have 3 days to return the product.

In anything I my home they explain the to me. The contract only benefit there side. They are supposed to go over the contract, but they didn’t.

And know I’m here paying for something the I don’t wanted, frustrated and upset.

Just don’t think it’s fare, that someone came to my home Ofer me something something just to make a full. Because they never tell you about the 3 day rule. Since this is so uncommon in the USA.

Hope to have a way to returned and never ever see a persons in my house ever. Cause a learning a lesson, never believe in someone from this company ou to a sales in our door. For shore is a scammer.

Kirby 2015 sorento pearl white paint came off in huge area on the drivers side. Got two estimates and was denied.

My 2015 KIA Sorento has pearl white paint. A large area just bubbled and came off on the driver's side. I was referred to customer service and provided the two estimates for repair and was denied. repair paint that peeled off.

Got estimate on 10/25/22 from Kirby body shop, Ventura Calif., Eddie Banos, work ID, 3770f9c5, vin#5XYKU4A73FG84090.

Kirby Sold a Kirby at home to my mother that has Dementia.

A Kirby salesman came to my mother home and told her he would like to come into clean her carpet for free, with my mother she has Dementia and she on an Oxygen machine. She cannot Vacuum. But the salesperson Name of Aaron convenance her to buy it. the day I found out that she bought this Kirby vacuum cleaner I contacted the salesman Aaron at [protected] the same day. he said would talk to his supervisor about picking it up and returning her money. I tried contacting Aaron on several occasion, but he wouldn't answer my calls or my text messages. I contacted BBB and filed a complaint with them, Alos file a complaint with my mother credit card company, they advised that they do everything they to get the money back. Then I filed with the Boonville Police department. Today 02/11/2022 a person from Kirby name is Chris phone # [protected] called and said there was not nothing they can do. but he would help get it sold for her. he told me that there was only 3 days to return it. as I mention I called and talked to Aaron the same day he sold this to my mother. all I'm want as a resolution, is to have a Kirby salesman to pick up the vacuum cleaner that my mother can't use, nor does she know what she bought. Kirby Complaint sarah sessions

Sarah Sessions phone manager at Macon, Ga. Kirby Store was very unprofessional. She was told that she could not do a previously scheduled demonstration due to health a condition taking place. This woman "Sarah Sessions" continued to call and hassle and was hung up on after not taking "NO" for an answer. She then texted and stated "Why did you hang up on me? And I'm sorry you can't afford a Kirby!"
Well, this poor and ill mannered representative for the company really speaks great volume about who Kirby hires to represent them on the phone.

Kirby My kirby vacuum

I bought a kirby vacuum 10/22/05 and it was supposed to have a lifetime warranty i have the receipt . My vacuum stop working and i tried to take it back to fix it or get another one or my money back. I was told they don't have a life time warranty. I would have never payed that kind of money for a vacuum other-wise. The resolution to this problem would be too replace my vacuum with a rely-able machine, but I am not sure that kirby makes one anymore. Kirby kirby vacuum/avalir

I was sold a kirby vaccum back in sept of 2019; door to door salesman named frances; gave me a demonstration of product and when they finally left me product which by the way i was not approved for the credit: so the guy used my husband's name, and was approved with my husband credit, coming out of my checking account anywaay; the problem is this they never left me a hose and its easier for me to use with the hose since i have sciatica, and carpal tunnel;
i have contacted individual 8 times since sept. And still no hose, but they are pulling payment from my checking acount and i still have not use it fully.
I need a hose; or someone to come pick up product and be done with it.

Kirby kirby vacuum

I bought a Kirby Vacuum, largely because of the lifetime Warranty that I was told comes with the vacuum. I'm extremely mad and frustrated as after paying $2000 for a vacuum I found out that is not the case. The gentleman that sold me my vacuum LIED! This vacuum does not have a lifetime warranty! I recommend not buying as it's not worth the money and the company doesn't care if you were LIED to they will not honor what you were promised. They will tell you one thing to sell you the vacuum but once you've purchased it they will not fix it without a large fee!

Lose to 1 yr they keep drafting $69.13 frim one of my accounts which I don't have money in anymore because my financial situation has changed and I should be close to paying the vacuum off.. The vac has to be $2000.00 & I can't gwt in touch with the guy that sold it to me..I never let people In my house selling anything, but these salesman are restless ..my hubby only let them in because I needed a vac at the time, and I was interested..never will I ever let any salesmen in my house I don't care what you're selling..

Kirby unethical behavior, dreadful customer service

I had two men who wanted to offer a quick demonstration with a kirby. It turned into three hours and all the while I mention I cannot afford a kirby and that I am disabled and have no income. later one of the men named Morgan, filled out paperwork for me which I guess was a contract. they would not listen to me telling them no, no, no, and I had no money. my anxiety is going through the roof as I am mentally disabled and want these people gone.

I was told since I didn't want it that they would come back and get it and I wouldn't have to pay and my credit wouldn't be ruined. He just wanted to make a sale for his buddy because it was his first day. I do not have a copy of the contract, if I knew about the three day cooling off period where I could have sent it back I would have. The whole thing was a scam, and I feel violated. I will not be paying for this. I have contacted the company the BBB and the Attorney General and also leaving reviews everywhere I can. If this wasn't illegal, it should be!

Kirby kirby sales scam

Call from company indicating they were giving away 2 room shampoo for free. Same as all comments, was a scam caught me off guard as I was working that day and just wanted them out of my house. It's been 3 years they have deducted over
$67 per month. I can count on one hand how many times I have even used the vacuum. I want balance owed to payoff and will NEVER go for them oh it is free service. If it sounds to be true it always is. A big SCAM!

Kirby kirby vacuum

The worst customer service and employees. Do not buy a kirby vacuum from them. I bought one and when I tried to use it the dirt did not go into the bag it went everywhere else and it was put on right, because the guy put it on befor he left to show me how it went on. It smelt like burning rubber. No he did not use it when he demonstrated the product so I did not know about it then. When I put everything together for the mop it shot black stuff all over my floor. Again he did not hook it all together for that part ether he just sprayed some stuff on the floor and went over it. When I tried to call the company to take it back the number's I had for them did not work. It kept telling me the number was unavailable. I tried calling for 2 days and on the third day with the number being unavailable. I called my bank when they tried to call they was also unable to get threw. Come monday morning the number was all of a sudden working. I tried to explain to them what happen the lady basically called me a lier and told me that it was working and I was to late to cancel my contract. I was told that I could ether bring the cancellation notice to the office in person or I could mail it so I chose to take it in the office so I could tell them what was going on. But I was unsuccessful at reaching them until it was to late. Now they don't want to do anything about it. Even thought I have the cancellation notice signed and I even got it notarize so they couldn't say anything. Since I wasn't going to mail it. But because her employees told her they didn't tell me that witch they did but they want to lie about it. They are a crappy place and bad customer service. Do not buy it.

Kirby business practices

I am writing this because I purchased a Kirby sweeper on September 20, 2018. First payment due today October 20 for $ 40 and next one for $40 on November 5 then on the 5th and 20th every month afterward.Today, Saturday, around 3pm.a girl knocks on my door to inform me she is repossessing my Kirby because the company they used for financing could not verify my employment. I have been working for the same employer for 7 years. They may not be able to give out information for privacy reasons. I have my contract and payment stubs. I told her to return my Riccar sweeper and my Bissell shampooer that I have as trade in ( value at $800) and I'd give her the Kirby. She said she came from Davenport, three hours away. I told her I didn't care and slammed door in her face.What kind of scam is this? I mean I have the money to make payments, am employed and like the product. First day for payment and they want to repossess my vacuum? Sounds shady. Don't get it. I never want to do business with Kirby again if this is their business practices. I have my signed contract with them still.

Don't give up the Kirby until they produce the items they took. If you had turned over the Kirby, you would never have heard from them again and you would be out the items they took.

Kirby machine does not work well, very pushy salesmen,

When we got this vacuum it was the demo model. They told us to turn it on push down for the carpet length, when it starts to grab push down one more click. When we do the vacuum smells like its burning the belt. We have tried to back up one click, but it does not pick up the dirt very well. We vacuum an 8x10 area rug with low pile. It won't even clean that. Also the shampooer will not pick up the water with either the floor or the hand held. That leaves a terrible mess.
We didn't want the vacuum to begin with, but they kept badgering and talking about his prize trip.
We don't want a lemon, and want to return to machine and stop all transactions to do with it.
