Lady was very rude
call were I have my loan and the lady that I talk with was very Cocke. When all I was trying to do is understand why wasn't my payment going down. This was my 2 payment and it didn't really do anything to my payment. And then she wants to be a b.. . So I'm bipolar my self then I'm going to rude back. I was just trying to understand.the billing. I mean hell if I had the pay off up front then I would pay it off. But her remark was . Well if u want to pay the 298 or then .and that not what I was asking. I pay 70 to 80 both time trying to understand it. But it's all good by my 3payment I more likely pay it out and hell with them...

title pawn
I was unemployed for three months and got behind on my title pawn payments. The employees turned into wolves in sheep's clothing because now every attempt I had made to try to get a payment in has been resulting in being told no they're not going to give me any time and they want the vehicle. I'm ready to turn the vehicle in just so they will stop calling me and stop the harassment. The manager there has shot down any possible time. For me to make a payment. Apparently my fourteen-year-old Pontiac is a very valued vehicle because they certainly want to get their hands on it instead of waiting for payment. I did a title pawn because I needed the money but now after this horrible experience I'll go without a car and electricity and whatever to avoid ever doing this again and doing business with TitleBucks again.
rude manager
the manager gerald is a JERK! nelson is cool. i pay 45/mo and they called me saying nope after your 3rd payment you gotta pay 3% interest then it goes down so he trying to make me pay 10 extra dollars. so i give them 50. nelsons cool with it but who calls 3 hours later? gerald no i need the 4 dollars have it in by today or well mail your m.o. back 2 you. hes seriously rude!"
