Trellis Company Legal research

I started a 14 day trial subscription to Trellis Legal Research on July 4, 2022. In setting up the trial period I provided a credit card for payment IF I kept the service beyond the 14 day trial.

During the trial period I found that the service did not fit my needs and after speaking to a customer service representative, I canceled the service. Although I continued to receive emails about the research service in the form of solicitations, I never received any notices about invoices. Today. August 21, 2023. I received an email from Trellis saying that my credit card on file did not go through. When I accessed the Trellis website I discovered that they have been charging me $39.95 per month since July 2022.

I have requested a refund and have yet to receive any response. In addition, Trellis does not provide a telephone number to contact them for help.

Desired outcome: Full refund of $579.35

Trellis Company Unauthorized charges to my account

I signed up for an account on July 15, 2022, the account was also cancelled on the same day. However, on July 29, 2022, and today August 29, 2022, they charged my account both days $39.95. Attach are the screens shots showing when they were cancelled along with the time and date stamped it was completed.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund along with something in writing that they will not be charging my account. Also, an explanation as to why they felt they have the rights to charge my account my account.

Trellis Company phone harassment

I've been paying on this loan for a long time and I told them hundreds of times not to be calling me! I even submitted it in writing 10-20 times over the past few years and they keep harassing me with phone calls!

I get anywhere from 3 - 25 harassing phone calls a week! And for nothing! I have been making on time payments for years, and they will not stop harassing me with phone calls!

Unprofessional, rude, hateful, and worthless turds!

Do not do business with these [censored]s! They will harass you and harass you for years and years until your loan is paid off, regardless of whether you are paying on your loan or not!

You are much better off getting a bank loan!

The maintenance/handyman at 105 E walnut Street Walnut towers is a lying about hearing tenant's dog barking and is incredibly rude to tenants. He is also entering apartments without cause and his position to have a reign of terror threaten to make up charges to convince the landlady to evict tenants
