Trident Hyundai car records

Trident hyundai showroom in Rajajinagar . I bought a second hand car i20 but they failed to produce the records till now . Car was bought on January .5 months passed till now no response . I spoke to the guy rak[censored]h, from whom we made the purchase, no proper response .
Till now not able to use the car because of lack of documents which he failed to provide. Please take this seriously.

Trident Hyundai hyundai creta, 1.4 e trident hyundai is unable to deliver on committed date 09. may.2019

Mr.Gagan sales team is unable to deliver hyundai creta on commited date 9/May/2019, we have cleared full amount on 3/may/2019 by both cheque & loan mode
But still with a negligance trident team did not push for vehicle registration & now they tell a stories telling cheque clearance has been delayed, vehical reg online processing is delayed so at any cost vehical cannot be delivered on 9/may/2019
It is total disaatisifaction for us with Hyundai Creta purchasing

Trident Hyundai trident hyundai / insurance renewal soft copy not received since february for vehicle no:ka05mp5511

In February, Mansa repeatedly called up almost every day, so that I could take the insurance and but obvious for her sales target.

I took the insurance in February and now we are in May. The amount was debited on the very same day and I still have not yet receive my insurance copy.

It's been an extremely disappointing and pathetic experience for me. I have been following up with Mansa since then and I am tired. I guess in future I will NOT take anything from you guys and no one should take insurance offered by Trident Hyundai.

Is there a way I can cancel my insurance? Please let me know the process.

Trident Hyundai periodic service of i10 car

To the concerned who can take some action
I gave my i10 car for a periodic service at seshadripuram service station. Its an exorbitant affair and this is the second time in a row...
All unwanted and unapproved service charges levied and the bill amounts to 10K. ...which i think is extremely unethical.
The call center promises big things and makes 100 of calls for fixing a service but sorry the deliverable by service center team is pathetic.Most importantly its all unwanted service and has fancy names in the invoice.
Does the salary / incentive/bonus of the technical and service person depend on the amount they invoice us ?
I need a quick explanation !

Trident Hyundai service charges

I have brought my Grand i10 August, 2018, for 1st service they have charged Rs.4000 and got accident left for the dent repair after claiming the insurance also they have charged Rs. 4000. Raised couple of times at Trident Hyundai for Service, YPR station after raising they have started sending free service coupon and mobile holders. And as usually sorry for the innocence. Is it that such horrible follow up at the first time. After all no one follow up Mr. Liju please awake. If we don't gone case Day Looters. No need to loot your money. Be care full car owners. No one ask the questions. Please raise the alarm. Without doing asking forcefully rate! Attached the screen shot.

Trident Hyundai poor service

I had given my service to whitefiled trident service centre on 26.10.2018 and they charged me inr 16, 722. After receiving my car I was not in the station for 20 days. When I plan to go to my native place along with my family on 18.11.18 with in 5 kms smoke came inside my car due to coolent issue. On 19.11.18 with the help of road assisstant I given back my car to service to whitefeild. They checked my car and repaired my car given back on 23.11.2018. When I went to some trip around 300 kms same problem arised. Again with the help of road assisstance given back to whitefied service centre on 19.01.2019. Still now there is no message from service centre. At the of given back to service I agreed to pay for extra amount for any replacement of parts. Still I am awaiting response from service centre. After 10 days of waiting I am totally upset about trident hyudai. I will bring to your kind notice that, I will not pay any money now onwards and I request you to give back my car without any service. This will show there is quality, there is no seriousness and no committment by service manager and service in whitefield service centre.

Trident Hyundai resale of my old vehicle

In the year 2017 august I bought hyundai elite I 20 car from trident hyundai which is located in old airport rd, bangalore. I got this elite I 20 car on exchange of maruti baleno 2006 model. Till date the car which was sold from my end (maruti baleno) is in my name as it is not transferred yet. I have reported this many times with trident people but I can see the people are so lethargic, they say they will get back to me by checking the status but no calls & if I call there is no response. As on today 21-01-2019 when I check in this url "https://vahan.nic.in/nrservices/faces/user/jsp/SearchStatus.jsp" also I see the vehicle in my name.

We depend on hyundai purely because they are good in the market with before sale & after sale. Because of these incidents we lose hope on hyundai.

I want a callback on this case on my number [protected]

Note : I am making it very clear if anything goes wrong it will be purely on the dealer.

Trident Hyundai car servicing

Hello,
This trident is looting people like anything. For one repair which would have costed 10-12 k outside, trident initially said 15 k plus taxes.. which was fine. But after all work they are charging me 30k now saying this and that.such a [censored] and can't fight with them also... Pls don't give the car here.. no value for word and trust. There is no use of fighting with them as they hardly listens and fight to pay.

Trident Hyundai periodic maintenance service complaint

I have done recently periodic maintenance service for my Hyundai i10 car on Sep 1st 2018. The service technicians are very good in brain washing me to do some unnecessary job that cost me huge bucks. To say, he told me about the Engine Decarbonizing needs to be done to improve mileage and for every 35K kilometers we need to do that. But no where it is mentioned in service manual after I came to know and it is not at all required for latest engine models.
Then I understood this service center is making false statements to customers and making them to pay extra more money for unwanted jobs.
Now hereby I want to register complaint against that center and need immediate action against them. This will help lot of other hyundai customers not to get mislead by them and also not to get hyundai's reputation to degraded.

Trident Hyundai hyundai i10

Just 15 days back I gave my car for servicing. And as per the service manager he informed me need to change the complete clutch utensil. Total bill came was 21250. Again iam having severe problem with clutch. When ever iam applying clutch some sounds are coming and clutch is very tight. We are giving our vehicle in showroom because we believe though high price you have professionals who does the work well. Very upset with the way trident handles the service. It's hard earned money.

Trident Hyundai booking cancellation

I had booked i10 sportz in January paying one lakh as advance. As a middle class person required some loan and time to make rest of the payment, mean while I was getting calls from the sales regarding rest amount that have to be paid. One day due to some unavoidable reason I cancelled my booking and wrote letter regarding the cancellation and requested refund. I agreed and followed as per policy regarding cancellation charges. The trident Hyundai indranagar branch assured of refunding the advance amount in seven working days, now it's almost a month over till now I m begging for my own money. Being good customer for such least caring Hyundai cars, taking advantage feels easy for Hyundai. Worst experience and I will never turn up back to Hyundai and even not suggest for any of our known. Still now refund is not done, I have followed your polices about cancellation charges. You people have failed to refund as per your policy in seven working days, what shall I do?. If u break your own written policy, do customer need to follow it. Kindly answer for your policy break.

Trident Hyundai car service

Worst car service ever. They give a delivery date of their choice and when you reach there, you need to wait for 2 hours and 35mins to get your car out. They keep you waiting saying "Sir 10 more mins/ Sir technician went for lunch etc" and then if you talk to service manager he first gives you his card without listening to you and disappear somewhere and come after 15-20mins and say, sir, we are getting it. Then you call the AGM of the company same thing and when you try to reach CRM of the company, she doesn't even pick up the call. And this has happened in the past as well. This experience is with Trident Hyundai showroom at KRPuram. THis is the second time happened to me.

Trident Hyundai tyre has been changed

I had left my Santro car for service at trident hyundai Kalyan nagar branch on 5th April & got delivery on 6th April. My stepney Tyre was a brand new unused one. After taking delivery as I was driving I found there's some rattling sound at the back. When I opened my dicky I found my stepney Tyre is replaced with an old Tyre & wasn't locked properly hence the sound. Very disappointed with this. We leave our vehicles in showroom because we trust & we pay more money than outside service. But this is the response I get from a brand. Really disappointed with it

Trident Hyundai insurance renewal soft copy not received even after doing follow ups since last two weeks for vehicle no:ka51mh3914

It's been really disappointing and unprofessional that after doing repeated followups since last two weeks, I have not received soft copy my the insurance renewal done for my i10 vehicle KA51MH3915. The amount got debited around 15-20 days back and everytime I call to inurance department I get a reply that will be sending today. The agent by the name of Lakhsmi was responsible and I don't see her work being done professionally. As a customer I have all rights to know why I have not received the copy yet and why do I need to call again and again to get my deserving copy. Please take action immediately

Trident Hyundai the refund amount on insurance claim

I had left my Hyundai i20 for service and change of Front glass on insurance claim on 28 of sep 2017.

The car for surveyed and the approved for the claim.

They collected the payment for the change of glass and informed me that the claimed insurance amount will be refunded to the account within 20 days.

But even today i have not got any response from the service engineer. When ever i tried to contact the engineer, the only response i am getting is that he is busy and he will be calling me back within 10 min.

The response for customers once the service is completed is very poor.

Trident Hyundai car service

I gave my hyundai Grand-10 for servicing yesterday in indira nagar service center after the trident hyundai service call center calling me a hundred times. They took my car early in the morning and promised to get it back my 12 PM.I finally got my car around 8 PM in the evening by calling them multiples times with the car Boot (dicky) light on. I tried a lotz to switch it off but doesn't work then i took my car to the local mechanic and they disconnect the connection. As it was working perfectly before giving it for servicing . They screwed up my car. No proper cleaning, Back gear was not working properly nothing has been done and for free servicing also they charged 2500 rs unnecessarily. I am not sure now how to fix that boot light issue now.

Trident Hyundai my car ka01 mg 8993 moonroof switch..

Dear sir, this to report to you that I had given last two two times continuously for service but while giving first time my moon roof was working perfectly and same checked when it was giving but after it came back after handing over the switch was broken and it happened negligence of your service people then when I contacted your Service manger he said it gets repaired next service but then next Service time just they put alternative switch but it was not working and did not get proper response but kept promising then third when I contacted to get repaired I did not get any proper response rather asking to give car for service, I was totally upset on this attitude and gone alternative service provider.. But I am not getting repaired switch unless I get Justice on this..hope you understand the value of money of others and provide the solution.. Thanks.. Seetha

Trident Hyundai car serviced with wet seats

I gave my hyundai accent for servicing day before yesterday after the trident hyundai service call center calling me a hundred times. I finally got my car serviced on 24th may and received the car in the evening with seats literally soaked in water. I tried to dry them by keeping the doors and windows open for 24 hrs and even after that, it felt like the seats were soaked in water. On calling the person who serviced, I was told that seats were 70 % dry and that I could give my car to service center so they can dry it up. I mean people have no value for money or time, this kind of service costed me a whopping 10000 rs.

Trident Hyundai customer service rude at hosur road bangalore,

I bought a New i10 Car from Trident Hyundai Dealer on Hosur Road, Bangalore in September 2016 . Sale person Miss. Sanchita Nanda is so RUDE and ignore my phone calls and the day she deliver the car. I did complaint with her Manager also but he also didn't pay any attention . After the Delivery of my car I didn't get my car registration card by mail . After calling so many times she said R T O Office didn't the registration card in stock .. Which she lie to me . Finally i did go to R T O office on January 24th.2017 and ask for my car registration card and they told me that someone from Trident hyundai office told us to HOLD this registration and not to send . I was shocked to hear this that sales person Miss Sanchita will go so down and do this to her customers

Trident Hyundai trident hyundai – authorized dealer and service center, hosur road, bangalore cheating customers

1. My self-having Elite i20 Asta Petrol, given for 3rd service on 18th Oct 2016 (on 20000KM) at Trident Hyundai No. 46/4, Garvebhavi Palya Begur Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068. My Car was purchased from same Dealer and from same office on April 2015.
Below are my feedback/concerns right from booking the appointment.
2. In order to book the appointment, I was trying the both Numbers +[protected] and 080-[protected] from 9AM for more than 10 times to each numbers and no one was responding.
3. Finally I took my car to Service center at 10.40AM then confirmed with receptionist the numbers which I was trying is correct and they have my missed calls on phone.
4. Even though the Service advisor was assigned to me was so busy to listen to details, somehow managed to explain the details and requested to carryout Wheel alignment, Wheel Balancing and Wheel Rotation without fail. Apart from that he explained the regular 3rd service options like, Engine Oil, Air Filter assembly of Engine Oil etc.
5. Apart from all above, I have ordered for GermCleen Treatment and interior Foam wash.

Now comes the real problem

1. When I was intimated to collect Car after service at 5.45 PM on 18th Oct 2016, I was totally disappointed by seeing the condition of the car. Even though they are claiming they have done GermCleen Treatment of Rs.1764/-, interior, exterior and window glasses were in pathetic condition because of improper cleaning. Finally after request they took car back to service station and started wiping and cleaning interior (Like sides of Doors they not even touched), glasses and exterior.
2. By seeing this condition, when I asked to assigned Service advisor (Mr. Mohammad Sajid Irfan)
About other services like Wheel alignment, wheel balancing, Rotation, Filters Change (Oil, Air) and Engine Oil he said those things are perfectly done. Since those things are not directly visible to us, I trusted him. Also he confirmed that when they do Wheel rotation, they will interchange Rear and Front Wheel diagonally.
3. This is not my first bad experience with this service center, when I have given my car for 2nd Service on its 10000KM on 06th Jan 2016, same was the situation with Germcleen and Foam wash. That time when I have given very low rating during feedback call, customer service Manager Mr, Venkitesh confirmed that on next service we will rectify such issues.

4. Even after all these issues, when I came back to home and checked, found that they don’t even carried out Wheel Rotation. I can easily confirm that they don’t even touched Wheels because, there was a big scratch on Rear right Alloy behind driver seat. And that wheel now also still there only.

Even though we can adjust with cleaning issues, but this is something serious integrity issue. Now I lost trust on this Service Centre, and literally worried about other services they are claiming as done. If this is the case how can we believe they have done Wheel alignment and balancing. How can we check and confirm they have changed Engine oil and Filters. As these are going to cause big trouble for my car.
Now I am in a situation to get the Wheel alignment, Wheel balancing and Wheel Rotation from any other Center in order to make sure the life of my tyres. How can I use this car before confirming the Engine Oil, Filters has got changed properly? More than losing money on such services, worried about life of car.

Request all Hyundai car owners to beware of such things before going to this service centers.
