I ordered pills against insomnia from the company www.uksleepingtablets.com. The total sum was $70 and I waited for the confirmation email or the tracking number, but this scammer didn’t provide any info about my order. I sent multiple emails and asked about the status of my order, but no response. I told them to return money, but again they ignored me.Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I ordered and paid for 28 x Zopiclone sleeping tablets from www.uksleepingpills.com and received a parcel this morning from them. It onlt took a couple of days so was very pleased. HOWEVER, the pills are not what I ordered. They are called ZOP tablets: inside was a note saying "You may notice that the brand that you've received is a generic brand. They are equally effective as named UK brand. We have included more tablets because of this ( 2 extra). Well, I don't want to risk taking these as I have no idea what they contain, if anything. So I have basically wasted my money. Tried to contact them but no reply. Has anyone else tried ZOP tablets before and, if so, were they effective?
I have used this company on several occasions and to date never had a problem but i have with a company called uk-sleepingtablets.com. They promise next day delivery but nearly 3 weeks later i'm still waiting. I've emailed them today, lets see if i get a reply.

well if your so clever laura sort this one out please .i placed an order with you in late march, you took money from my account on the 23rd of march the sum of £29.80p after sending email after email i've still heard or received nothing . as reading from most of your replies to numerous dissatisfied customers you state what a big company you are, well if this is true, i as you can imagine would like a refund plus a bit extra from yourselves as a ' goodwill ' gesture . many thanks laura . I ordered from UK-Sleepingtablets.com Februrary 29th of 2016. First I got the email with my order number, later I got an email from their payment system with money taken. Since February I have received nothing. I have emailed twice or three times and no response. There is no phone number to contact them with. This could all be a mix up or mistake somewhere along the line or it could be anything from people with stolen or fake pills making a fortune off people desperate for relief.
The fact that there's no way to speak to anyone and they never return emails is rather indicting though. I have emailed them twice in the last two days and will update here if I have any success.
The page is a scam, no contact information works, they have everything there on their webpage so looks legit, then when you have a problem and try get in touch, no phone lines work, van't e-mail, live chat never responds, none of social media links work except twitter which is just full of spam and they don't respond, and they have a 'blog' where you can leave comments which never show.
Blatant scammers. Trying to get in touch re order, not able to get in touch with anyone. Reporting to trading standards, am genuinely surprised a company like this can operate in the UK
It is not a UK company. My bank informed it that it operates in China and they took out double what I had authorised. Bank stopped payment

I have been ordering from uksleepingpills for over 2 years now, my doctor had cut me down from 2 a night to half with cutbacks etc, U.K. Have been my life savers iv never had any problem with them apart from a couple of orders going missing but they replaced them, the only thing that they need to upgrade is answering our messages, but that's all- my friend also orders Aswell through me but we can't fault them- these unlucky ones I think must be on another web site cus there are so many, we shal be sticking with uksleepingpills . Hi, i can only share my experience and also only for one time but it was very positive, i got an email straight after acknowledging my order, another mail saying the order was dispatched and 2 days after i had my tablets, genuine and well packet with sign only delivering, maybe in the future things will change with the company but for now i am 1 very happy customer

I can not express the upset you have caused me, my family and my business.
We have tried to source the specific brand of product you requested. When this was offered outside of the timeframe you wanted you got aggressive and threatening requesting a refund. We gave you a refund and sent you a print screen of such explaining this can take up to a week to process. You have since continued to threaten us, harass us and leave reviews on several sites. You have not only had our refund confirmation but requested a chargeback so we have double lost and have had to block you due to the 31 and counting emails we have received.
I do not know what more can do and can ask every company out there to be very aware of darwishyasmine@gmail.com. This is more than just an unhappy customer this is harassment and has been quite upsetting getting daily threats and scoresof emails at all hours.
I'm sad it has come to this. We try to provide a professional good service but some things are just too much!

I ordered from this company last week, they then went in to use my card details to order a large pizza delivery (£60), the fraud squad are on to them as it was a new card and I'd never used it before... Evil evil people... There coming for you 😉
That doesn't give you the right to cancel someone's refund if you don't know how to run a business. Also uksleepingpills but delivery takes 21 days? Where do these people post from?

The site claims to be a family run business in the UK. They are not. They have no telephone number because they are based in china or india (my bank found it hard to trace them. They say they sell Valium. For those of you that know much about these types of drugs (they prey on people that don't) Valium is a trade name of a company called ROCHE. You can't call them Valium if you don't sell this brand. They sell diazepam using the brand CIPLA even though the picture on the site they use is of ROCHE. When I emailed them to check that the order was ROCHE they said it was CIPLA but said they could send me ROCHE. They kept me hanging on and hanging on even though I asked for a refund. They finally said they could not get ROCHE and said they would refund me. I am still waiting on the refund over a week later. I was called 'thick' and 'tiresome' in emails. The person is not called Laura as they claim. The e-mails are sent from asishah777@gmail.com The whole story is made up as they told me my refund is taking a long time as it is an international payment. Why would they need to use an international payment if they were in the UK. They say CIPLA is as good as ROCHE or TIVA (TIVA is the brand UK doctors give out). This is not true. CIPLA is a generic brand from India and each tablet can often have different amounts of diazepam in them. BUYER BEWARE! I am still waiting on my refund. No product, no money back and abusive e-mails. Look for a site that offers ROCHE or TIVA and is from the UK with a UK number. I will let you know if I get my money back but I think they are trying to keep my money.
UPDATE: 24/03/2015 - Added a screen print of the charming reply I received from 'Laura' after I left this review. Wow - I'm speechless! Leave a bad review and he/she steals your money! AVOID this scammer at all costs! They are now also threatening me saying they know where I live. Please please please if you are vulnerable do not go to this site. They steal and the sites IP address is not in the UK.

Hi, we have looked up your name and all American orders for last 6 months and your name is no where on our records and we have no undelivered USA orders.
Also this is not a valid order number for us.
Are you sure the site wasn't uksleeping-tablets.com. This is a different site to us and seems to be the root of all our bad reviews!
Please get back to me as I can assure you this isn't us and will happily send you a screen shot of our internal search engine to show that the order number or name does not exist on our database!

We are not in Korea, we do exist, and we have thousands of happy customers. All whom get a dispatch email, tracking codes and on many occasions my private gmail so I can be contacted out of hours.
Now ms booth you did place an order with us on 17/11/14 (10 days ago) you have been sent a dispatch email with your order number and an email with your tracking details. Our website clearly stated shipping takes 7-14 days as we ship direct from an FDA approved pharmacy but we request you give us up to 21 days although 90% of orders do reach you within 10 days...
I have tracked your item and you are about 4 days away from delivery. Post has slowed a little due to the Christmas rush.
We have had no emails from you but if you email us directly or even on here I will forward you all of your tracking details. I suggest you check your spam as you will find emails from us regarding dispatch and tracking...

hi, yes I would just like to confirm that I have purchased from this company in the past and although yes I did have to be a little patient, it was worth it . I received what I ordered and they were good quality products.

I ordered sleeping tablets from this company. never received them and no reply to my email. As for dispatch email, order number or tracking details, thats a laugh, no one ever gets sent any of these details! No order confirmation, nothing. The company does not exsist. Please everyone do not send any money to them you will not receive any goods and never be able to track them down. According to my bank statement I spent $113 which went to some scammer in Korea!

Our delivery can take up to 14 days as we do not hold stock or use a middleman so we rely on the pharmacy as this is the LEGAL way (we operate within the parameters of UK law)!
