Walmart continuous charges after closing account

Shortly before moving to Tennessee from Texas, I had been forced to close the bank account that was linked as a direct payment method to my phone bill with Walmart Family Mobile, as the account I had was will a local credit union. I had opened a new account with a different (national) bank and had updated my information online to reflect the new changes before paying my bill. When I paid my December bill with Walmart family mobile, I even received a text on my phone saying that the payment had been processed. Little did I know that the Walmart Family Mobile system had not updated properly, and the payment was pulled from my closed account. WalMart Family Mobile then put a late notice on my phone, cut off my service before payment was due, and doubled my bill to $64.02. I could not even use my phone to call a representative, but instead had to use my husband's. After contacting the company, I paid the "overdue" bill (still before the actual payment date) and told them to cancel my service. I was told that I would have ONE more payment to make three different times by the representative. My service was cut off two weeks before the date quoted to me as my last day of service, but as I planned on getting a new provider I didn't bother reporting it. I made my last payment of $39.72 on January 13th, which is reflected in my bank account. On March 10th I started receiving letters from Walmart Family Mobile that I was past due to the amount of $47.69. The charges on the bill are listed as starting on February 7, a full month after my service was closed. Upon contacting the 800 number provided on the letters, I was informed by the representative that the bill was for the previous month of service, which makes no sense as I had no service at that time. Upon mentioning that my service was cut off early, the representative responded that "since you didn't report it, at the time then your complaint is no longer valid." How could I report that I had no service when, in fact, I had no service? The representative did nothing except insist that I still owed money. I am legitimately concerned that this is going to continue to be a vicious cycle, and that I will just keep receiving letters saying that I didn't make my "final" payment. I simply do not want to have to continue paying for a phone service I don't even have anymore.

Im having the same problem. I canceled my phone service on 3/1/17.was told I was going to get a final bill *for full months service.I even said then on the 1st CANCEL my account today-appearently Iam still paying for walmarts family plan service when I thought it had been closed. The representative kept arguing with me saying that the last representative should'nt have told me it was canceled.The 1st rep told me if I get a bill, don't worry about it.Depute the charges.I was so fed up this this 2nd rep & his attitute.
When I tried to email "customerreations@myfamilymobile.com" I found this complaint page..Please if anyone knows how to CANCEL service without reaccurring billing from a phone line supposedly "canceled" Please let me know! How Do u despute charges, and cancel service?

Walmart tires

I purchased some tires and paid extra for the warranty. Well I had a nail in the tire and they refused to fix it. I want to know is what is the extra warranty is for? It states that anything that happens to the tire they would fix it or replace it. The attendant stated that the tire had been plugged, which was a lie. I carried the tire to another shop and the attendant pulled out a nail. So what should I do. I want to file a formal complaint against Walmart. I have pictures of the tire getting repaired at the other shop

Walmart horrible service!!

I made my order on Walmart and was promised 2 day shipping. Their rep said that they had a special offer and shipping was free. First of all shipping was not free and in the end I was still charged. And the second thing was that it took more than two days to get my item. It arrived 15 days later.
When I contacted Walmart customer care I asked them to refund the money they charged for shipping but they refused. The rep I spoke to was very nasty and impolite, he said that there was no way to refund me.
When I asked for a manager he simply disconnected! Horrible lack of manners!

Walmart broken laptop

I have purchased a laptop from Walmart and it arrived broken and simply did not work. I tried everything and wasn't able to turn it on.
Walmart customer service did nothing to help me. I told them about the broken laptop but they said that was not their fault and that they were not responsible for that. And of course they refused to give my money back because they were sure that was not their problem. I wasted over $200 and lost my money. I must say that was the worst experience ever and taught me a lesson - I will not buy anything from Walmart again!

Walmart mgr svc over pharmacy

On 02-21-2017 I called the Wal Mart Pharmacy and the Mgr. Billy answered and was very rude and nasty. I tried to explain to him Bystolic changed to generic metoprolol succinate interactions 100 mg and Vesicare to Oxybutyniner 10mg per my doctor. Dr. Williams office [protected] said they called Wal Mart 02-02-2017 and gave the new prescriptions to them. He did not want to hear anything I had to as he raised his voice at me He kept saying my refills have been changed and I tried to give him the name. He was speaking over me, saying they had not gotten anything from my doctor. I hung up on him and had the doctor’s office to call. He is a said Manager and I will not allow anyone to handle me as he did. I transferred my scripts to Wal-Mart (Store 6577) and already I am regretting it. I then learned he is the Manager and that makes me sick. If he is having a bad day, he should go home and not take it out on others. Thank you, and if he is the only one to wait on me I will transfer to another pharmacy. Manager Wayne out of the store as of this morning. Was told would give me the Asst. Mgr. Brenda. She took my information and referred to Chad, which was out of the store also.

Walmart I robot vacuum

purchaced I robOT over internet and was supposed to get it before jan 30ih, it is now feb. 20th and all i have seen is they took my money with no return of it after contacting by phone and internet with no response. now i am out 300.00 dollars and have to fight to get it returned. watch out ordering over the net it has been a nightmare for us. they have enough money now they have to steal from the honest hard working people. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE TRYING TO ORDER THIS OR ANY ITEM WALMART.

Walmart returning item purchased on walmart.com

In December 2016 I purchased an apple adapter through Walmart.com. and received a date of arrival in Jan 2017. Figured this was due to holidays and was okay with this. Finally the item arrive and much to my surprise it was shipped from out of the country{China} now we determined the item is not capable to my laptop so all I want to do is return it. I go on line and it states you can not return to the store since this is a 3rd party and need to send your request via their site and will receive a response in 48 hours. The first request went out in the beginning of Jan. No response. I waited 2 weeks and resent another request and this time I keep the email this request went out Jan 24 once again I get a response from Walmart.com stating we contacted your Mini Order Box on your behalf and someone will contact me in a day #[protected] Still not resolution/no contact. so on 2/1 I went to the Walmart store located in Farmingdale NY I went to the return area where these folks said oh thats not us it s a 3rd party we have nothing to do with them. I am baffled aren't you Walmart . I purchased this on Walmart.com can't anyone help me they said you need to call the 1-800 number so I made them call while I was there sure enough spoke with someone name Michael they refuse to give last names who gave me a reference number [protected] and apologized first apology by the way I have received . He stated they would escalate my complaint and I would receive a response in 48 hours. Once again waiting waiting no response. Once again I call back [protected] on 2/4 and speak to Marco who went me to some women named Melody in the escalation unit who stated they received a response and I should hear back in 7-10 days. I am very upset with the service I am receiving. I asked why I did not hear back she could not respond very nasty, I asked why can't you just give a return address to ship this item back she said this is a third party sale. I have never once again heard that Walmart did this and am shocked. I will no longer shop at Walmart nor use this site. I am still waiting to hear back . Oh by the way even asked the name of who heads walmart.com and was advised Michelle but they could not give me her last name. This is outrageous. I have never heard of such poor customer service . Would love for some resolution of this matter

They said I can return the product but they are not responsible for the retuning fee? Ridiculous? Why I got to pay for the return fee, it's not my problem?...

Walmart walmart money card

I went to get gas, and it preauthorizarion my card for $120. I called and they told me my money would be back on the 1st, which would be a week after the preauthorization. It is now the second, my money is gone, and the pending transaction is no longer even showing! You can see all the transactions and how they don't add up! The $120 is just gone. And of course who can I call? They're "customer service" people have been giving me the run around all morning. One hung up on me, another had me hold while waiting for a supervisor which never happend because he told me "Oh I see it will be back on the 4th" I asked to please leave me on hold for a supervisor, he disconnected my call and sent me to the customer survey, after which the call ended. The next time I called the girl told me after 10 minutes that it would be back on the 7th. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? Ithe can't be. I will surely close my account AFTER I get my money back. I am a college student, already struggling, and this was the money for my textbooks and calculator. Now I have no clue how I will pay for it. Something needs to be done about this, it's just another form of social stratification, a way for the big 1% to keep us little people down. I am officially boycotting walmart and green dot. This isn't right.

I think this is very poor business on Walmart part and I do plan to turn this over to my lawyer on Monday. They owe me I wasted my internet time to do there surveys and they will pay me or I will turn it into the B.B.B. also. I can't believe Walmart would let this happen. I am a disabled person and I don't have internet time just to throw away. We will see what me lawyer and the B.B.B. says Monday.

Walmart my inbox emails

What does it mean when I receive emails stating, Congratulations Shelly Bittner you have won a $500.00 Walmart gift card please confirm your mailing address so we can ship your card to you! Please reply because I get these all the time for different amounts of money. Also to let Walmart know that I have never received any of these cards. After I have confirmed my mailing address for the second time I never receive anything. I get upset but I think that more importantly Walmart needs to know about this. I shop at Walmart but I have shopped elsewhere because of these emails. I get the same emails coming from Target, Walgreens, Costco, Kirklands. Is there anything that can be done to stop this kind of negative postings. Because I think it is a negative impact on Walmart and myself.

Walmart poor employment practices

At one time Wal Mart cared about their employees. That was years ago. They lie. They manipulate. They use their employees and walk all over them. Take it from an employee with 18 years in! They are doing all they can to get rid of older employees that have benefits.

They have demoted all the full time employees with benefits, which means a cut in pay. They have also removed them from positions they have filled for years, efficiently and well. They have given them jobs they feel the employee will quit over.

NOT A GOOD PLACE TO WORK!

Walmart walmart gift card

On December 11, 2016 my son purchased 6 or more gift cards at the Walmart store #3495. He sent me a $100 gift card. Before I came to Florida I tried to register it. It was not working so I checked the balance and it stated there was only $10 on the card. I proceeded to check the transactions and there were two, one for $60 and one for $30 and I believe it stated they were done on December4th. How can this be if my son didn't purchase them til the 11th. The only way I can see is if the clerk switched it out with another?
I would like a new gift card for the $100 that my son paid for it. I would like this resolved within the next two weeks. Also he lives in Clarksville, Tn. and I live in Glenburn, Maine. If you need any more information my email address is [protected]@aol.com. He does not have the receipt as he did not believe he would need to keep it, I am also attaching a copy of my license as I was requested to do.

Why does Walmart take me aside and ask if someone is making me buy a $500. walmart gift card? Now that my leg is too severe I send my Older Grandchild AND my Daughter was the last time! Happening to all of us! Due to bad accident I shop online. Only sending relatives in since it's worse.

I am betting and it is sickening to think but , I am Native American with long black hair and brown eyes.

Is Walmart really that prejudice?

Walmart rude jewelry dept manager at, wal mart horn lake, ms was treated like crap to my face twice!

I purchased on Dec 18th 2016 a 10kt gold rope chain necklace for 48.00 plus tax. Less than 2 weeks later I was standing in my kitchen and felt something on my neck thought it was my shirt tag and maybe I had my shirt on backwards. I barley pulled the collar of my shirt out to see if it was the tag and the chain popped off like it had been pulled on very hard. I couldn't believe it had broke that easy since I had not put any pressure on it at all. When I tried to swap or return it the lady jewelry dept. supervisor told me it was broke and she couldn't help me with it in any way because I didn't have the receipt for it and I couldn't prove when I purchased it. I pulled my phone out and showed her where my bank debit card had cleared that purchase and she told me I could of purchased gas for that amount and there was no way to prove it otherwise. She then turned to the 2 young girls working behind the counter and said "you need to start telling people about these rope chains we're getting way too many of them back!" I thought about her saying that for a couple of days and went back this past Saturday and spoke to a different supervisor and told her my story, she said my need to come back during the week and talk with Barry Hill the store manager because if they were getting way too many of them back something must be wrong with them. I went back (for 3rd time) today and was told Barry was on vacation (by Brian another manager) but a copy of the receipt could be pulled up and for me to wait there for a minute. He came back with the same rude woman and said sorry but she said it's broke in the middle and we can't do anything about it. I said broke is broke what does where it's broke have anything to do with it? He said sorry and walked off. I'm stuck with a 48.00 piece of crap and very hard feelings about the way I was talked to & treated. NEVER again will I purchase anything there and will also let my friends and family know!

I think I might have posted the wrong date on the first time I went to store to swap/refund it was on Thursday Jan. 12th. I purchased the necklace on Sunday Dec. the 18th, my debit card bank cleared it on Monday the 19th total was $51.36. It broke on Tuesday Jan. 10th. I went to return/swap it on Thursday Jan. 12th and on Sat. Jan. 14th and then again on Monday (to see Barry Hill) Jan.16th. Sorry for the mix up!

I would also like to add when I went into the store Monday and spoke with Brian I mentioned he returned with the same rude woman. I was talking about the jewelry dept manager that I had already spoken to the first time I went in to return/swap on Thursday Dec. 18th. She walked by in front of me and gave me the "if looks could kill" look didn't say a word and left. I'm 59 years old and know better than to jerk or pull hard on an necklace. I'm also honest and if I thought I was in the wrong the least bit I would have taken the broke chain to a jewelry repair shop and had it repaired. This was suppose to be a gold chain not a gumball machine purchase.

Walmart shoes

This is the worst pair of shoes I've ever owned. After just 5 wearings the synthetic leather cracked open on the left shoe, at the point at which it flexes. Then the entire sole came detached from the upper. With so little wear the soles are like new, but the entire shoe fell apart. The sole material is very heavy, which gives the impression that the shoes would be durable. But the opposite is the case - the materials are inflexible and they split and fall to pieces. It's a defective product, poorly designed and poorly constructed.

Walmart pert plus shampoo w/moisture

I been coming in Fargo, ND Walmarts for over 2 weeks every weekend for Pert Plus shampoo w/moisture & its always not there & empty where it suppose to be thats terrible service to your customers like me I'm on the waiting list on Walmart.com for when it comes in & thats also over 2 weeks & that goes for some of the rest check your inventory like on the shelves because for Pert Plus I had to go to Amazon because Target stores doesn't handle Pert Plus Walmart & its hard to find your employees for help on things like where items are at so start improving your service to the customers at this second Walmart employers!

Walmart being given the wrong medication

On Oct. 2, 2016 I went online to refill my medications at Wal Mart in Madison Tn. I picked those up the 4th. When I got home the pharmacist had duplicated the refill for the Coreg. When I started to take my first dose of Lasix from this refill I noticed they were different, I called the pharmacy and was told that sometimes they get medications from different companies therefore they will be different. I believed him. After taking them twice a day for a few days my problems only increased, even to the point of having to pull over on the side of the interstate because I was so impaired. A few days later I was so sick I went to the E.R. but didn't take my meds with me. more days went by and I was retaining so much fluid that I wouldn't walk across the room without being short of breath. I then went to my primary doctor taking my meds with me, the medication they gave me for Lasix was Hydrocodone a controlled narcotic. I am 63 years old with congestive heart failure there mistake could have cost me my life. The manager at the pharmacy laughed and said I bet you were sleeping a lot. There was nothing to laugh about and now it is January and Wal Mart doesn't care to talk to me.

Walmart black 500w portable folding electric motorized treadmill running fitness machine

I have been attempting to return a black 500w portable folding electric motorized treadmill running fitness machine. Sales order id [protected]; id [protected] for $174.00. I have called walmart many times who stated that they contacted this best choice products on my behalf. They said that they would contact me within 1 business day. This has not happened. I ordered the on friday, december 16th. Then discovered i was given one. I started to try and return before christmas. This has been frustrating because my many phone calls and emails and small mail of been ignored. This package has not even been opened.

Walmart the 1000 free gift card

This is a scam. It should be considered false advertisement. I spent over three hours filling out forms and answering the same questions. All the while it telling me that there is only one more question and I can claim my free $1000 gift card as soon as I finish. I mean it says no purchase or obligations nessacary. The gift is already yours just fill out these few questionnaire and we will tell you were to go claim ur prize. I feel like i should get the prize just for the aggravation.
