Whataburger - Customer Service

I went through the drive thru on my lunch break and order the HBBQ CKN STIP MEAL. I asked for onion rings. I was asked to pull up which was 5min of waiting. When I got my order my onions rings were burnt at the bottom and also very hard and crunchy. I went back in and told the lady hey my onion rings are burnt. She then takes them to the girl not sure her name She has a blonde short cut shaved or very thin at the sides and the back. She looks at the girl and says burnt how rolls her eyes and snatches the bag from the worker. None did anything wrong or to her except ask for fresh and decent food. I paid $13 for my lunch; I would like food that is digestible. I am dissatisfied with the service and mood of that place.

Desired outcome: For the customer service experience become more common and friendly. I also want my meal because these onion rings are now having onion hanging out just sloppy.

Whataburger - entire lunch and service

Yesterday @ 11:13am, I went through the whataburger drive through which I do as often as once or twice a week... With no problems. However, my order#519375 was a problem for several reasons. When I arrived, there were only three cars ahead of me and yet, I was in the line for well over thirty minutes before reaching the window and getting my order. I was told they were short-handed. At the order microphone, I ordered only a whataburger jr and a small coke... Nothing more. After I paid and drove away, I realized that my order included fries (which I didn't want) and the burger was ice cold from the cold bun to the cold patty. It was inedible and I was in a hurry to get elsewhere, so I didn't have time to return to the window. The lady who made my change is there often and she has always been nice... But the wait and the quality of the food was inexcusable. Furthermore, on prior occasions i've been unable to eat the burger because there was a huge amount of seasoning salt on it and i've had to throw it away several times. Now, I ask them to please leave off all the seasoning. It didn't ever used to be that way until just a few months ago. I like seasoning... But they've gone over the edge. I've never placed a complaint on this site before, but yesterday was ridiculously bad. I don't know what to suggest, but my husband and I are in our 70's and we both go to that location often after exercising or before a grandchild's athletic event. Please get these issues attended to as soon as possible. Short handed or not, the food should at the very least be hot and the order correct. Constructively, susan gillette

Whataburger - manager taking her own survey

I went to this location for an early lunch with my husband and best friend. Immediately after our food was served, the manager, Yolanda (what it said on her nametag), asked us to fill out a survey on our phone. But instead of politely asking us, she kept pressing us to give her our phones so she could take the survey herself. When we refused to hand over our phones, she moved to another customer and did the same thing. Unfortunately, these other customers gave in to her pressure and handed her their phones. She then proceeded to fill out the customer experience surveys and asked each customer to provide their zip codes so she could complete it.
