Till last week, I was regularly updated by HR about my offer letter.
"Everytime she confirmed letter has been released in portal. Due to browser issue, you may not able to see the same. Please try again after sometime."
I tried to reach onboarding helpdesk for Embark portal regarding same. They confirmed everytime that get in touch with your recruiter as you offer letter has not been released in Embark. So you will not able to see the same.
My BGC for address verification has been completed also. Since last thursday (17th Jan 2019), HR is not picking my call and also not responding to my mail.
Kindly look into this asap.

Hi, Am lateral, I got selected for an offer with wiprow and I got a mail from to upload the documents for background verification.
Background verification - Fill more profile details.
When I clik on Fill more profile details, I get resource not found. For india they given one link, I can login to that link with my gamil I'd, but when I click on Fill more profile details, I get resource not found error in seperate page.
Due to this am unable to upload documents, could some one help on this ?

How do we get to know if BGC completed?
I have also completed BGC upload on 15th Dec.

I have received the onboarding mail. But I'm not able to view my offer letter . I have mail recruiter also regarding this issue. But I didn't receive any respond. Kindly look into this ASAP.
