I bought this 15.2V 5870mAh Li-polymer Battery for the DJI Phantom 4 Pro, your seller had it marked for either $5.00 or $6.00 and 5 or 6 shipping with a total cost of $11.00. It was supposed to be here on the 25th of Sep. I requested to get the tracking number from wish and VD GEEK the seller, but oh yeah instead of giving me the shipping information and actually sending me the battery you refunded my money. I DIDNT WANT THE DAMN REFUND I WANT THE BATTERY I ORDERED FOR THE PRICE I PAID, NOT MY FAULT YOU MISS PRICED IT. UTTERY DISCUSTING THAT YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH DISTAIN THAT YOU CANT HONOR THE PRICE YOU SET, BUT INSTEAD WAIT UNTIL THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINS AND REFUND THE MONEY SO YOU DONT HAVE TO SHIP THE ITEM OUT. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

Wish.com almost if the items in jewelry

If i could, i would give zero stars. They are just as fake and terrible as Alibaba. I placed several orders for household items, clothing, and many orders for so called 925 sterling silver jewelry. What I received, if I received it, was plastic covered in a coat of of silver paint. Once exposed to the sun, they turn black and the silver coating starts to bubble. Sellers even had the audacity to place a 925 stamp into some of the items. Many items have not been received. Customer service now flagged my account due to too many returns. Really? How is it my fault when their sellers sell fake items and advertise as a quality that those items are NOT? I emailed them severs times but never got a response. I tried calling but that customer service number is only a machine telling you to go on the website. Totally useless. The only way to recover the damage is by filing chargebacks with the credit card company one used. I will have to do that. They don't leave people other options. Amazon is so much better! Stay away from these criminals! They have no ethics and only take your money, not caring whether or not you receive what you paid for.

I have not received the items i have purchased. I would like a refund. I've asked several times and the website doesn't appear to show the item I'm requesting to show in the ordered history in my selection. I placed this order on August 10, 2018 but they kept pushing the delivery date further up until it past 30days and then I was told that I cannot get a refund because it is past 30days.! I want my item or a full REFUND!

I have not received this item i purchased. I would like a refund. I've asked several times and the app doesn't appear to show the item I'm requesting to show in the ordered history in my selection. I placed this order on August 23, 2018 and I was told by your app that it had already been delivered on September 24, 2018. That's not true! I want my item or a full REFUND!

Wish.com christmas pajamas

Too small. The size is 6 to 7 but they are more like a size 4. How do I exchange them. I'm still waiting on the other ones to come. Its possible they will be too small as well. Would really like to have them before Christmas for my grandkids and their parents. Wasn't sure if they were monogrammed or not. I see they have names on them. Really like the way they feel. I hope to get these in the correct sized. I bought five different sizes.

Wish.com ball pit

I ordered a specific item that was a ball pit with a basket ball hoop on it, the item I received did not have a basket ball hoop on it. I requested an exchange and it asked me to take a picture. I went upstairs to take a picture of it set up and the app went down on me. As I tried to restart the replacement process again it "flagged me for excessive returns". And will not allow me to exchange this item even with a 30 day return guarantee and their fault for sending the WRONG item.

Wish.com items never received after 3 months and refund process

I ordered a few items in July and August and never received the items till today. I was unaware that you don't refund after a certain time. I did not request a refund as I wanted the items and still do. I am very upset as to the outcome and I do not eish for a wish credit but I want my full cash if the items cannot be sent. Why was the items never received when it was dispatched in June /July. Please urgently assist with feedback to [protected]@gmail.com.

Wish.com return/refund

I ordered a coat I got the biggest size and it still does not fit . This is my 3rd time ordering it plus it does not look like the picture it is much shorter.
I want to return the item and since its the largest size I want a refund so I can try shop some more. So could you give me the return address please so I can buy something else winter is on the way

Wish.com refund for giveaway?

For some reason Wish has refunded me for two items I won off of the free giveaway. A Marines coin and a yellow bowtie. I want the items but as soon as I win them they are "refunded"? Why is this happening? It's really pissing me off. I wait just like everyone else. I've been using this app for almost three years now and I only started having problems recently. If this continues I'm going to delete the app.

Wish.com refunds

Bought 2 pairs of shoes for my girlfriend August 10th... for an event set for Sept 1st.
Shoes arrived too late and didn't fit.
Submitted for a refund... and have been getting the runaround ever since.
Spent $62 and only $6.20 has been returned
to my bank card.
Have been emailing everyday because the company doesn't have a customer service phone number with which someone can call to resolve any issues.
Have been trying to obtain a refund and return the shoes since August... and still nothing!
This has been going on for over a month.
Very unhappy in Massachusetts. 😡

Wish.com not receiving items

I have not recieved items and yet am told cannot get refunds anymore. That 8s crazy cause every refund i have put back into wish i have ordered more things. In really upset about this cause I spend alot of money with u guys. The main thing 8m upset about is because i.dont recieve ur items or recieve the wrong one I'm being punished. I have been waiting on 2 pairs of boots to.come in that u say r delivered but have not received them. This is very unfair to flag my acct and not refund my items that is ur fault that I have to have them refunded in the 1st place. Plz help me with this cause it's so not fair and these 2 pairs of boots o have waited for a long time for. My acct does not deserve to be flagged the way it is cause I spend way to much money with yall. Then to say I have recieved items and havent is nuts.

Same problem have been waiting over 40 days for 5 orders to arrive and still nothing have sent loads of requests for a refund but all they do is extend the delivery time by another 15 days . now they are blocking me from contacting them saying i all ready submitted a ticket ...its a joke is there anything people can do i have been looking at making a complaint to the financial ombudsmen about the service ...under the law you are in-tilted to a full refund if your order is not delivered ...there is also a thing called Charge backs that you ask your bank or vias card company to issue a charge back on your behalf ...has anybody used any of these avenues to get a refund ...if so please reply to this and let others know how to go about it ...cheers

I am facing the same issue. They are not allowing me to contact customer support and now there are multiple items that I paid express shipping for, but have not been delivered yet and they now show an ETA of a month late which is ridiculous. I did not pay for express shipping to receive the items a month late and they are not willing to hear me out.

Wish.com won't give me refund

I've bought 5 items for s new turtle tank they are all rubbish and I was willing to return them but instead I get blocked for excessive refunds. I wasn't asking for a refund for free I was asking for s refund to return the rubbish I have paid 40 pounds for including a broken bowl today that the site will not even let me comment on.
The site is based in scans and the goods are rubbish and I want an address to return it to as I'm not in a position to waste 40 pounds on wish crap.
Please send me an address to return fake plastic dropping to bits plants
Broken turtle feeding dishes
Fake dangerous grass plants dropping to bits for the turtle to choke on and
S nasty sharp bridge to get to basking area in tutarium which is less than 6inch long and 1 inch wide
Hardly big enough for an ant let sling a baby turtle.
I still have 2 more items to arrive and I'm sure these will both also be the same crap standard that wish sell.
I want an address to send it back as I do not accept been told I'm scamming for refunds your welcome to have the rubbish back at your factory .

Wish.com account censored? can't find any sex - related products anymore

One of my wishlist's items have completely disappeared and I noticed that all the products that are sex-related are nowhere to be found on the site. Any keyword like "sexy", "kinky" and so on gives no result at all. I made a new account and everything is perfectly normal (see video). I am extremely confused by this. Does anyone know why this could be happening?

So it kind of fixed itself. One morning I was on wish and everything was back to normal. No idea how or why. So good luck to anyone else having the same issue...

Today on 04/10/18, I opened my account to start buying items from Wish.com through google play. I successfully got my bonus product using the same details on my visa debit card. later I chose four items to buy but when it came to payment the process could not be completed. After several attempts, i decided to contact my bank HSBC and I was told my card was frozen because of suspecting fraud. So it was later reopened. I tried again, it never worked. I had also sent an email to report on the matter.

Wish.com many products I never got reimbursed for

I accidentally bought around $200 worth of items from the wish app, and I went and cancelled all of them and made sure to say to put it back on my card, they said it would take up to 2-3 weeks. I never received any money back whatsoever. I have no idea what to do and have tried countless times to complain but I have no idea where I submit a complain at. Wish.com refund after cancelled order

I have provided you with extensive information about this order from my card provider who, in emails, clearly state no refund has been received (£22.25). You continue to keeping saying that it has when clearly it hasn't! I'm sick of your computer generated responses. Why is it that in circumstances like mine, which has been going on for a long time now, i still have not been able to have a live telephone conversation with anybody from Wish! I want to my money or the back pack. Thanks for your time Mark Macquarrie. Very Unhappy!

Wish.com never received my item

I placed an order back on Aug 7th, sleeper pillow. I tried to cancel the order on Aug 17th, but was told the item had been shipped and if I did not receive it by Oct 3rd I would receive a credit. On Sept 21th, 22th, 25th 26th, 27th, 30th and Oct 2th. I reached out to you letting you know I have not receive the item. I was told since the item was shipped, to look for the item at the post office. I have been to the post office everyday since Aug 17th, I spoke to manager & all the employees at the post offices and they can not find the item. Wish.com skin tag removal patches

Received the patches a few weeks ago. You're supposed to put them on for about 8 hours and the tag would come off with the patch. I tried it on a few different tags on multiple nights and absolutely nothing happened. I would like information on where to return them (they were apparently drop shipped from China) and how to get a complete refund. Thank you!

You should contact the 3rd party seller that you bought the item from on Wish.com, wish does not sell items and does not ship items, it is simply a platform for 3rd party sellers to sell their items, kind of like eBay. It really is not Wish's fault, they should take the appropriate action, and I am sure if this seller has gotten a lot of complaints like yours, they will do something about it. But try contacting the seller directly instead of wish.com, sellers are usually more than willing to help, but when a customer goes to the platform that we are selling on instead of us directly, it is most likely we arent going to get a chance to try to make it right with our customers, and you'll end up most likely just getting a refund instead of the product you wanted, which the seller can narrow down what the problem is and help fix it. Now if they do not help you fix it and is not willing to work with their customers, that is when you should go to Wish directly, you will then have messages as proof as well..
