I ordered quite a few items. Make up brush set. Foundation. Brow items etc... i did this is october .. they was meant to arrive before novemeber 11th. I have submitted a complaint before and have had no further contact. I dont want a refund i just want my items. I have spent quite alot of money with yourself and i think its only fair i recieve what i have paid for.

Ordered in october. Asked repeatedly when I would receive it. Wish kept saying there were delays. I patiently waited. Then this morning I check again and all I am told is: sorry. We cant track it, and you're 4 days late for a reimbursement! Such poor customer service. I vas ordered other items which I cannot wear because they are too small. Never ever am I ordering from wish

I ordered some items between the 23rd and the 25th of december 2018, but to date I haven't received my merchandise. My expected delivery dates were the 31/01/2019 to the 03/02/2019, but this dates keep moving forward. The items I ordered are: 1. Audi a3 3 button remote fob. 2. 24v car heater cooling fan and defroster. 3. Healthy growth hair liquid. 4. 7inch touch screen mp5 player. 5. Synthetic leather wallet. 6. Teeth cold whitening instrument

This actually is not a complaint. I'm writing because I think it is hilarious that people think they can get 18 karat gold or even sterling silver jewelry for next to nothing. Of course it isn't what they say it is! It's crazy to imagine that it could any anyway be profitable for them to be selling real metal for practically nothing. I actually really like the Wish jewelry. I've gotten things that are supposed to be 18 karat gold for 3 or 4 bucks, including shipping. I knew it wasn't genuine when I bought it. But it's all sparkly and pretty and doesn't make my piercings sore. I like it.

When I ordered the product was $3 ea. I ordered 2 and used a code that gave me 10 percent discount- .60. When the confirmation came up, the price had changed to $4 each and there was no way to change it. The only "contact" provided only gave me 3 choices and none of them was applicable. Following other links led nowhere. I feel scammed. The order number is 5c5d98dac8a078758d45f133.

I received the 2 wigs a week apart that was not what I ordered. I have not received the large area rug or the butty enhancer. I talked to Mark Stafford and he promised a refund and keep merchandise that I did receive but he wanted a photo ID and a copy of my bank card front and back to ensure that they give refund to proper person. I told him I was comfortable with that and decided that I just needed to keep what I have and request them send the other merchandise to me. I have never had to do all that to get a refund and for all I know, it may be some kind of scam. I will not order anything else from them but I do want my other merchandise. From this point on, I will never order anything else from this company and will turn them in to better business bureau and trade commission if they don't deliver my other merchandise.

I have been trying to buy on my account. Please sort this out . I would like to buy a brithday present for my son. So I hope your can sort this out soon ..

I ordered a set of lights on Wish from seller ZHEYU11 and the transaction started it good they got their money and I received a tracking number for the purchase. Or so I thought. It was a valid tracking number but was not for my order. I tracked the item and it went to MO. Seeing that I live in WV that is a few states away. So I called UPS and gave them the tracking number and was told that it didn't even have my name on it. So I asked them if they had any scheduled to be sent to me recently and the answer was nothing in recent past or showing now.
Wish sent me a notice saying that my order had been delivered. I am trying to get in contact with them to see if the seller is going to actually send me my order or if they are going to refund my money.
I have checked my shipping address on Wish and it is correct.

Yes my daughter bought these last month and when she got them she let them fully charge and when she went to use them, one bud worked and the other didn't. I asked if she wanted another pair because you guys asked me in an email and she said no because she didn't want to take a chance on another bad set. So I asked for a complete refund and I haven't heard or seen anything yet. So what's up

I do not understand, why I can not receive or place orders? I had lost my debit card, and got a new one and I keep getting the reply from wish to send a bank statement, I have sent three, and still can not receive or place orders. I really love all the things I have ordered in the past. And the order I can not receive my current order was for Christmas presents. And I still want them, and would like to continue to order from wish can this issue be resolve. My new card is good, and my credit with my bank is very very good. Can I pleas keep ordering from wish. Thank you for your time.

Black friday nov 2018 I ordered 4 pairs of boots from wish store: (influenced by the purple dress). I received 1 pair of the 4 pairs and they were the wrong size. As required by wish and after sending photos and whatever they ask for wish refunded me for that one pair of the 4 pairs. I have since been trying to get the rest of my order solved. Wish keep saying "we gave you $34.50 credit for the wrong size boots". On jan 19, 2019 ask wish to cancel my unfilled order and refund my money... But they refuse to acknowledge the balance due of $104.50 and refer me back to the $34.50 refund. I am at the end of my patience. I was a 1st time customer and a last time customer of wish... Beware

I've sent multiable screen shots about my account. I have new card and a new phone number but cannot change either on your site. You don't make it easy to access my account/profile. I 've been buying stuff on wish for years. Now you've locked me out why? Fix this now! I am very annoyed over this and it's not the first time you've jerked me around and i'm getting sick of it! Fix this asap!

I need to provide my last statement, and gave the copy of my drive license, and still not let me check out. When I followed the web site to solve the payment, and they want me to sign up Google ads, I am not sure what is this, just show something charging or mumble jumble. I try few times to do it, just not letting me check out, even I used pay pal to pay. I am decided to dump to site for good

I had been shopping on this site for months. I placed an order and the order was not accepted. They claim that I need to take a picture of my bank statement showing that I purchased something from wish.com. I tried explaining to them that I have been using my prepaid netspend debit card for my orders because I didn't feel comfortable using my bank debit card for online purchases. I followed that up with copies of my bank statements and a copy of the netspend card showing the wish orders I placed. This was not acceptable to them. I placed money on the card at Walgreens now since I can't shop there and they refunded the money to there wish cash program. I'm talking about $78.00 as well as loosing my 1000 bonus points that allows for a percentage off. I've sent many emails and haven't gotten an answer back. I have an account with wish have had over a year .other people use my accpunt becsuse they have no phone or computer to order i dont use a bank account bur citi banl or pre pay cards i have $4 on my account and it keeps askinh me send bank stayement i dont have. One ask any banl u dont get them anymore if u want one yoi pay 3 month for them .why cant i order

I ordered a pair of magnetic eye-lashes from wish, They said that all I would have to pay is shipping, Anyway I did receive the eye-lashes but later that month they deducted $99.76 from my checking account. The next month they sent me another set of eye-lashes, I didn't even open them, I just sent them back! Later that month they deducted another $99.76 from my account. I called them and they said that I would not get any more deliveries and they would send me a partial refund since I used the eye-lashes. I have not received anything more, but they are still deducting $99.76 from my checking account every month and I did not receive a refund !
