WoodSprings Suites front desk / maid

This extended stay hotel is absolutely disgusting. The sheets look as if they have footprints on them and they don't clean the rooms until after 2 weeks. A footprint was on the sheet! Eeewwww thats dusgusting! And if you want your room cleaned, you have to pay and extra $25. They don't offer you new sheets or more than one towel even though there are two people staying in the room. The front desk service is absolutely also, as well as the maid service. My elderly father was asking the manager a question, and the maid starting to be very rude to him and very condescending. She then proceeded to explain to him with an extended stay meant as if he couldn't comprehend what those words meant. The staff is not helpful at all. The entire place is disgusting as well as the staff's attitude. The person at the front desk name is shanera and she was not helpful. When I called the corporate number, they refer you to the person at the front desk, but if they aren't helpful either, who am I supposed to go to? We then asked for the name of the maid so that we could report her, and we were told that she would not give us the lady's name. 3530 apalachee pkwy, tallahassee, fl 32311, usa this is the location that we are staying at. Absolutely disgusting people! We paid cash money and were told that they would have to send us our refund through the mail! How idiotic is that? We will never be back here again and I will make sure that I warn as many people as possible to stay away from this place! You will heavily regret it!

Last week I stayed in unit #215. My visit there end d shortly when I was asked to leave after the carbon monoxide detector started alarming after office hours. There was no staff in the office and after 20-30 min of alarm sounding I carefully removed 3 screws with a Philips screwdriver and then disconnected 1 wire to stop the sound. 
The next morning I was asked to leave and told it was due to alarm sounding off and that it was a concern for safety of floor as disengaging my alarm somehow made the neighboring units alarms disengage as well. 
I would like a refund for my prepaid and unused days. PHX PD inspected the unit as I packed my belongings that morning and said they will write a statement on my behalf regarding condition of unit - it was left clean and without damages - to send to upper management and my CC providers. 
Please advise as to what your company plans to refund to my credit card? 
Also, there was a power hand tool in it's case which was left behind...it was under the dining table in it's plastic housing case. What is a good time to pick this up? 
I appreciate your time timely response.

Unfortunately, that response does not suffice. There was NO reason for the smoke alarm to go off (1 lit candle on dining table no where near alarm). The alarm sounded for 20-30 minutes. The entire building could hear the alarm. I walked downstairs and your office was closed. I disabled the alarm by carefully removing 3 screws with a Phillips screwdriver and detaching one wire. No damage was done to smoke alarm. No damage was done to suite.
Are you saying your company plans to keep my 30 nights prepaid  payment because your alarm in faulty and your "24 hour on-site staff" was in fact NOT on site?
Please provide me with contact information for GM/Regional Manager of your property as well as your corporate offices grievance department. 
Also, please respond regarding how I can pick up the power hand tool & additional personal items that were left in the suite? 
I appreciate your prompt response.

WoodSprings Suites extra charge

Cindy at the front desk was very rude and hang up on me when I was asking for a charge on my credit card. I will never stay there again, we were a baseball team with 12 rooms, they said my shower curtain was stain and that was not the case, my son is 13 and we stay in hotel twice a month due travel baseball tournouments and never had any issues. Cindy had the wrong name and phone number aparently.

WoodSprings Suites maltrato y desalojo injustificado

A la 12 de la noche toco la policiaca la puerta de mi avitacion para desalojar a mi hermano del hotel porque el guardia de seguridad llamo a la policia porque estaba tomándose una cerveza afuera del hotel tocaron la puerta de mi cuarto y despertaron a mi hija de un año sin razón y lo sacaron del hotel sin poder cojer su pertenencia y riéndose del los trabajadores del hotel porque no hablaba inglés y lo habían sacado le pedí que chequiaran las cámaras porque el de seguridad estaba diciendo mentiras y la representante del hotel no lo hizo era mejor sacarlo usaron métodos racistas y espulgaron del hotel a una personas sin justificación mi hija se ha pasado toda la noche llorando asustada un guardia de seguridad que está pendiente a si se toman una cerveza afuera y hace dos noches nos tocaron todas las herramientas del camión y nadie vio nada en un lugar donde huele el olor a mariguana bien feo y no pasa nada pero lo hacen persona que hablan su mismo idioma y se pueden defender creo que la directiva del hotel usó métodos bien feo donde está la democracia en ves de llamar a la policia devén de llamar a los fumigadores que las cucarachas te caminan por arriba de la cama y envés de ponerse contento porque sacaron a un latino del hotel devén ponerse triste porque perdieron a un cliente que porcierto los WoodSpring el 60 por ciento de los que los rentamos somos latinos que trabajamos por todos los EEUU muchas gracias

WoodSprings Suites manager on duty on 3/22/19; around late noon.

So my aunt is staying at this location. She is here taking a break from all the chaos and stress from her hometown...only the manager made her time here unpleasant thus far. She was very anxious, irritable, and didn't like the way she was treated. When her alarm went off in her room the manager came up to check the issue. She simply told him she was drying her hair, and he did not even acknowledge what she was saying. Nor did he say anything to her as he left the room after she questioned him...she will not return after this visit, nor will I suggest this location to anyone else.

Lady in next room is constantly making noises and then filing complaints on my room. I have two kids 3 year old and 4 month old. They stay quiet for the most part but constantly hearing people hit the wall and music. Im constantly getting complained on for no reason and now I have to leave. I need help with this situation. WoodSprings Suites my stay paid 480 cash out of pocket. no access or heat for 6 days

They told me after we stayed in the room for the first night that they were going to put the new AC in the next day because they had it with them at the hotel. we waited until dating my five and a half until I could not handle it anymore to ask them where they see was and then they called the maintenance man and put it in that night the next day I asked him if I could have a comp or some money back for the AC been in the whole time and that's not been able to enjoy it and it was so hot in there I could not breathetell the manager gave me a free next day for the inconvenience and then the day I was supposed to have a free night when I came back to the room shoes said that the police was on the way and that I needed to get out and by the time I have my stuff back as fast as I could the police is waiting downstairs now I have done nothing wrong at this point. I told her I didn't feel like control center anyways because she had been kind of rude to me that morning shecup called up to the room and cussed me out on the phone sent her daughter up to the room and work there and started another confrontation and all I was trying to tell her was I'm getting my stuff out I have already called my lawyer and everything else I need to hear back from y'all and so y'all can please straighten this out for me because this was the worst most horrible stay of my life my property was stolen from the room and when I got back to the room. They said the police was called so when they I left and it got in my room and someone stole my money and other things from the room then the police were on the way but I need somebody to call me back this is very serious and very real it's all on videotape in the office what they did had $150 cash deposit coming back she told me because I didn't clean the room before I left she took 50 my past deposit right there on the spot only gave me a hundred I need somebody to call me thank you very much [protected] 4

WoodSprings Suites Safety of hotel/ personal injury

Date of incident 3/05/2019

Coming into the building there is some water drainage which froze on the sidewalk and I slipped in it and fell. I reported it to an employee but she blew me off. The staff should know that water drains onto the side walk by the entrance and put salt down to prevent anyone from getting hurt. This was completely negligent on their part.

My shoulder is hurting now from the fall not sure how I will feel tomorrow.

I took a picture of the area 2 hours after I fell so you can see some of the ice is now melting.

I have been a guest of the Wood Springs suites in Round Rock, Texas from 2/27/2019 and I check out 3/8/2019

WoodSprings Suites suite hotel wichita kansas

Hello yes um. Well lets start by the first day we was here thepeople above. Kicked and screamed on floor and dragged a. Chair across the floor. Do u no what the hotel did. Not a damn thibg. The only thing. Was told tostop now when I was adked. If I wanted to move they were going to move me to the same floor they were and well then like sum doors down. Then well my gmail got hacked and my bank accoubt info aswell and I had over 43, 000 emp coins taken out now and as well they said they going to log the ip coming and logging.in but. U. No what the hotel did about it. Well lets just say nit a damn thing. Then how the hell. Arr they. Going to tell me to call the internet. That its there fault. Um. No its urr fault. The hotel because well there letting them stay here. And wrll. Let them hacking into peope. Accounts. Like. Its not there problem. And it makes no since y the hell. I have to. Deal with this issue the whole 2 weeks. Iam here when I asked them. The first time hell the first day. I was here. To get them to stop. But. Honestly. My room was broken. Into. As well I know. For a fact because the pc I just bought never takeing our the box right. Well tell me y. I had. Apps on it. And was locked the freak out of it. And. And remind u it was just bought. Neber took out of box but. Couldnt even set it up for the furst time cause ut was locked up. Og wait did I say it was just bought. Ok. So. Then. Again like I sayed. All my accounts were hacked into and my bank and gmail. Aswell. But. What they. Do. Not a damn. Thing. So. Yeah. Can yall please get a handle on this. Theifing [censored] getto hotel. To were. They cant steal or. Ruin anyone elses. Lives. Please. Holy. Crap. Get a hold of. Tall management and. Just shut this. Hotel. Down. Cause this. Is. Fraudeualant. Like. A. Well ill stop there but yes. Everyone. Here deserves. To be. Well. Rutin checked and. Well lookeing into. The staff was nice about tge fact of all this and that not. What. I needed I needed someon to kick them off internet and. Freaking. Um well. Not to stomp all hours of the night like kids. And well um. Well treated like they treat oeople. With no dang. Respect. But the. Management was. Up to speed and respectfull let me make that clear. But. No. Didnot resolve the issue. I habe. Actually heard of people. Getting kicked out for acting like that and well these people deserve to. Get kicked out and never being able to. Get a room at yalls hotel peopl should have much more respect for people then this.

If a person staying in a hotel commits a murder, the hotel isn't responsible. They have no liability for your loss of anything not stored in their safe, a fact that is clearly stated on the legal rights notification required to be posted on every hotel door in the United States.

If you're in the mood to file complaints, maybe file one against whoever taught you how to write. You definitely have a case against them.

WoodSprings Suites fraudulent charges to the wrong card by staff

They charged the card that was used on the first night several days later and I had to have them refund it. However several days after that they again charged the wrong card and I complained but the desk clerk said I had to wait until monday when dave came back to get the card refunded because they were not supposed to charge that card we instructed them to remove that number from the room bill the first time they charged it by accident. Well now they are telling me that they will not refund the money to the card that they fraudulently charged until the room is paid for by the other card. The problem is they should have never charged that card in the first place. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. I checked out of the room before monday I wasn't aboit to pay to stay in the room for more nights just to catch management at the desk and have them fix the problem. I expect my friends card to be refunded due to the fact that the desk clerk fraudulently charged the room bill to that card when they were told to remove the card from the room and they told us that they removed it yet they are still charging rooms to the account.

WoodSprings Suites management an front desk staff

I've been at this location for a week I had to leave first the front desk crew a short older lady an the mangers were drinking with the guest I felt very unsafe an the constant activity an the roaches and everywhere I couldn't sleep I felt nasty. Even walking out the room on the wall. Something needs to b done. This whole property is unsafe and nasty for the price.

Also to my concern the rudeness of the mangers never have I heard someone talk to some in this nature an again more drinking.ive seen front desk agent leave am bump music all night in the back I couldn’t sleep never had a problem with housekeeping or the maintenance personnel I just keep it private but something needs to be done

WoodSprings Suites manager and staff

My name is Jerry Rider I have been a reliable loyal customer and planned on staying at Wood Springs Suites for the next 4 yrs while working for Shell Kracker Plant Construction. About 2 weeks ago I had a family emergency and had to go home for about a week ( but ended up being 2 weeks)before leaving I informed hotel employees at which time I paid $103.00 to take care of the week I was going to be gone and return leaving my property, and was told when I returned all would be good On January 24th 2018 I called and spoke to Wayne the Manager told him I planned on returning that evening but on my return trip I had car trouble and didn't make it on the 24th, So on the 25th I spoke to Wayne again and tried to explain I would return on the evening of the 25th of Janduring this phone call Wayne was rude and treated me like wasn't a loyal paying customer told me I had a outstanding bill that he never told me about on the 24th told me I was ok not to worry., Jerry Rider have been charged $100 in the past times I've had to leave and come back for a week to leave my property and this time the manager Wayne talked to me rude very rude threated to put my property out and told me I owed $353.00, when I have paid $100 every other time

WoodSprings Suites everything about stay, staff, complete incompetence

I stayed at the Hilliard Ohio location and it was a nightmare since I walked in the door! This is the dirtiest, grossest place I have ever been in! I first booked through Hotels.com thinking this was cheapest rate and then after a week, I was told by Tim, the manager that if I paid in cash I would get a discount but it had to be cash. I explained that I came to town to help out elderly parents and they were helping me pay but with credit card. Tim then told me I couldn't use mother's credit card, so I had no choice but to use Hotels.com again. Then a different employee, Jess told my fiance that we could have the discounted rate us I g credit card and excepted it, this was 2 weeks later, so I paid $360.00 that included a free night with Hotels.com and could have been paying $291 a week the whole time. When I confronted Tim the manager about this, he denied he ever told me that! I believe someone owes me some money! The last week I stayed there, I tried to pay with credit card over4 times and was told every time machine wE broke, They needed cash. I told them not everyone uses cash like that and this place constantly wants paid with cash, I am sure to avoid taxes or cook the books! My whole stay which I was there for a month, the carpet was swept once because I swept it, you had to beg for towels and sheets and I asked for my room to be cleaned a dozen times and they say they're coming but never show up. The halls are filthy with people sitting trash outside of there rooms, the elevator does not work properly probably because there's unattended small children playing on it all day. There is domestic violence fights going on in every side of the room I had, I would complain without no results. I have lived in Hilliard half my life and it's a great town but this place has the worst people in it and running it! This place even told me they couldn't run credit cards because it was double charging and I said run it anyway and had no problem, They want cash, cash, cash, now tell me why that would be? Not hard to figure out! I plan on contacting Hotels.com as well as BBB. Don't stay here, it's the cheapest place in town but I know why now! I have all credit card receipts as well as cash receipts, was lied to daily about one situation or another and believe me I am far from done with complaints on this place. The health department needs called as well, not to mention the daily overdoses occurring! If you value your health, money and respect, stay away from this dump!

WoodSprings Suites unethical behavior

You make a reservation and make it for a week and pay a weekly rate. Then you have to check out because of an emergency and they tell me I can't get a refund. I ask why? And they tell me that I got a discounted rate for a weekly stay and the corporate policy is no refunds. I told the clerk that first, charge me the regular rate for the one night and give me a refund for the rest. Secondly, that is an illegal practice by law. She continues to tell me that there is nothing that she can do. I then ask for the manager, and get told that he was not there and to call him on Monday. So I call Monday and after arguing for about an hour, he agrees to give me my refund. He said would process right then and there, That was December 21, 2018. It's now January 21, 2019...just about a month to the day. I have called every week at least 3 to 4 times per week. I have spoken to the manager a total of 2 times since initial contact. The answer I got at first was that he was out for the holidays until January 2, 2019. Then after that, it was he is not in, and I leave a message, however no return calls ever happen. I have filed several complaints and am now resorting to disputing the entire charge on my credit card.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR ANY OF THEIR FACILITIES.

WoodSprings Suites being overcharged for room/ manger never available /drug uses being ignored

Staying 1708 sentinel drive chesapeake va room 317. The room rate have dropped since we have checked in over three months ago. When we payed two weeks ago the desk clerk charged us new rate of 349.99 for week she charged us same price for second week also. On friday 1/11/2019 the desk clerk helena came to our room and informed my fiance we short the last two weeks. Helena then informed my fiance to come down to desk and they would figure it out. While she was at our room she blocked our door so once my fiance left she could not get back. Leaving our dog locked in room. We have never had a problem with pay in past. They are over charging us unless we payed it right then we wasnt allowed back in the room with our dog locked in room. This is not a way you treat a guest that been here for along time with no payment issues ever. Asked why we are being overcharged the room rate is now 45.00 dollars a night they are charging us 52.86 a night. Was told we had to ask the manger that but she wasnt available at 1:00 pm in the afternoon. When I returned at 3:00 pm manager still wasnt available. She left for night without contacting us. Today there was drug overdose that resulted in a death. Manger as ignored drug use for months in this biulding. Employess arguing with other employess swearing yelling only one got fired they both where very unprofessional and disrespectful to guest. Bill the maintance guy was fired while helena the desk clerk is still here. The manager dropped the ball big time on this one. The manger has ignored repeated complaints about drug and prostition in her hotel. Which I stated earlier has now resulted in a death of a guest. The manger never available to speak with. She has maids leaving her biulding crying their eyes out. When ashley the maid asked why she only had 13 hours. The manger told her to go get more guest to stay here then you can have more hours ashley has the most senority of maids. With the lowest hours. WoodSprings Suites my entire stay from sun nov 30 till today jan 2nd

I have been in fear for my life a maniac running down the hallways with a machete chasing another man doors being busted in people trying to sell drugs as I walk through the stairs the room is full of Cockroaches. And when I complained to the manager Andrea asking for a refund of even just two days she told me I was not getting my F***ing money back. There have been cops here none stop and still nothing has changed.

WoodSprings Suites i'm concerned about my fiance's well being.

Thursday night my fiance went down to your front desk and why she was down there waiting there was a older black gentleman yelling at your employee behind the counter. She proceeded to wait and then very gently said excuse me but can I get your help, talking to your employee and the black gentleman turned around looked at my fiance and told her that he was going to pound her face in yelling at her. The guy behind the counter said I'm calling the cops. My fiance was scared out of her mind
came into the room and was shaking she was so scared. My fiance suffers from SVT heart palpitations is anemic and has seizures she was so scared I could not calm her down. The gentleman behind the front desk told her she may have to talk to the cops because he's calling them about the situation. Well he never told the cops what happened after they arrived so they just left, that was a mistake on his behalf. We were too scared to go down there when the cops were there that's how bad this guy was. After the cops left I walked down stairs to check and see if things cooled down and he was still yelling at your employee. So I just came back upstairs and found my wife on the floor crying shaking she was so scared. I got her to calm down and all she was saying was I want to leave, I want to leave. I got her to stay the night that night. The next day I had to leave early in the morning and had left her by herself w my two little girls and when I arrived back at the hotel she was very scared and told me to never leave her here by herself again she was so scared still. An hour after I was gone Friday morning your general manager came to our room and was concerned about her, which I appreciate and said that that gentleman will no longer be staying here. So I got my wife to calm down and stay put because we reserved this room four Seven Nights. She agreed even though she cannot go downstairs by herself she cannot go do laundry by herself she's basically in a prison here when I am gone. She's here by herself with our two children that she's also fearing for. Tonight is Christmas Eve and we went out to my sisters and had a very nice dinner, when we got back to the hotel I pulled in front of the back door so she could run upstairs real quick and grab a cell phone charger and she turned around and yelled my name and said for me to get over there because the same guy the black gentleman is still here at the hotel. He had looked at her when she came through the door and gave her a dirty look like frowning at her almost growling at her. I don't know what I have to do but I want to be relocated and I want a full reimbursement of my stay here because this has been the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had at a hotel. If I don't get a response back from you guys I'm contacting my lawyer and I'm getting to the bottom of this. My fiance was verbally assaulted in your lobby and it's all on video and it's all noted down by the person that was working behind the desk. This is BS...I'm fed up. I don't even want to stay here anymore. I'm telling you we feel like prisoners in this room and it's ridiculous. This man who verbally assaulted my wife needs to be kicked out of here. I want a full reimbursement of my stay and relocated to another hotel or I will be contacting my lawyer. I don't want to but you guys lied to us and the people that you have staying here verbally assaulted my fiance on your property you need to respond to me as soon as possible.

WoodSprings Suites telephone service

I have been staying at Woodspring Suites in simpsonville sc for a couple of years now due to extenuating circumstances. We have been in this room 327 for about 6 months and the phone will not dial out. . The management keeps giving me oh they have to call a repairman, well I am still waiting on one. Then they say oh they have to check the line inside the wall. But no one has been up to check anything. I pay for a service that isn't being utilized due to the inefficiency of the hotel. WoodSprings Suites guests in room 321 bringing drugs and using drugs in the building

The guests in room 321 bringing drugs and using drugs in the building. These guests are smoking weed in their room day and night and the smoke is coming in my room all day and night and I reported this to management several times verbally and in writing they refuse to address the issue or take any action . I'm living on property and I work here at the hotel me and my daughter should not have to inhale their weed smoke or have our room flooded with weed smoke 24/7 please address this issue thanks in advance

WoodSprings Suites elevator

I've been here for at least a month out of the month the elevator has been out of service for at least two weeks a week and a half one other time that it took a week and a half for it to get fixed now here it is not even a week later in the elevator is back down again have not been informed by management at all that the elevator is out of order I have a fiance that is on a cane that can barely walk we are on the fourth floor how are we supposed to get up and down there's no way that he can even use the steps at this time that means he is stuck in the building what if a fire came you know this is just ridiculous I would like to hear something back from the headquarters as soon as possible at area code [protected]
