Woolworths over charged for quilton toilet paper 8pk

At Newcastle west Woolworths on the 3rd of October 2018 at 2:50pm, I was charged twice for Quilton 3 ply double length toilet paper 8pk $8.50 each, $17 I was charged. It was not until I got home that I noticed the charge.
As I do not have a car and was not able to get back to Woolworths, I am writing this complaint.
I do understand that it may be to late as I have already left the store and some time has lapsed, but I don't want this to happen to other people and them being out of pocket like I am.

Woolworths cant buy a product

I have been trying to buy White Wings Bakeo biscuit base with no success. Can you please advise me of the closest store in my area.
I live in Balcatta W.A.
I have been to the Stirling store and the lady looked it up on the computer and told me they do not stock it. I asked if they could get it in for me but they said no

Woolworths payment not received

I am very unhappy that I could not phone someone to register this complaint.
I phoned to cancel an car insurance policy as the veh is off the road and will not be repaired. This was on the 28th of Aug. and was told the money $76 and a few cents would go into my bank account within a few days. When I did not receive it I phoned back approx 10 days later and was told the money would be paid in with 8 to 10 days.
It did not arrive, so phoned back again and was told they would not refund the money until I supplied a bank statement because my debit card no for westpac had been changed!
My was scammed on the internet in Dec. 2017 and canceled my cards and got new ones. I had answered all the security details I was asked by the insurance person and was shocked by this response. I was not told this in previous calls. I am in a drought declared area and am struggling to feed my animals and buy groceries for myself and quite often go without as the animals come first. Any small amount even $76 helps. I asked to be put through to a manager and explained my situation to him as if I did not get the money it meant I could not buy food over the weekend, he said he would approve the money be paid and I would get it in 3 to 4 days. It is now a week later and no money.
I have always supported Woolworths and go out of my way to use your supermarkets and I cannot believe this is the way customers are treated.

Woolworths baby formula

Dear Woolworths
As you have raised the baby formula to 8 per customer. I have been in able to purchase my daughters formula as she has been fed from birth on Aptimal gold which happens to be the only one she is able to stomach we have been unable to purche this formula from Woolworths in Wynnum central and manly on mayfair due to Out of stock . By speaking to the manager and find out they won't be any stock coming in for 2 day and heard form the manager them self that customer have come in and taken 8 tins with out any children around and ask manager if there is more at other stores 24 dollars a tin times that by 8 = is 192 dollars that's a lot of money. I'm sure most actually parents don't have the selfishness to do things like that . This is quite a joke .However we have be to chemistware house to get the formula . Please lower the number per Customer and stop starving children I need formula

Woolworths dairy

Hello there! I been to ww rockdale plaza today and saw very disgusting stuffs under the milk selves! Seems like noone is responsible to clean it. I saw it many times whenever i been to store, thought someone will fix it. Its still the same. Its not an ideal that such a huge company is lacking to provide extra care. Its straight way shows that you guys are playing with health of customers! Its better you guys fix it soon. Especially manager should be more focused abt it. Need an urgent action!

Woolworths double charged on my card

Looking through my bank statements and have seen I have been double charged more than 6 times this year, yet no one wants to give me back my money! This is unfair banks don't want to deal with it neither does Woolworths next step will be contacting consumer affairs as this is rediculous. Woolworths online discount

Hi

I was pleased to receive a message offering me $10 off my next shop at Woolies - see 1st photo.
When I clicked to accept this, I was faced with an invitation to shop online - 2nd photo. This seemed to me to imply that the $10 off would apply to such purchases.
However, had I scrolled down on the original screen, I would have seen that the offer applies only to in-store shopping - photo 3.

I submit that the sequence of 'accept' to an invitation to shop online is misleading, and thus contravenes the Trade Practices Act.
I ask that you change this arrangement.

Woolworths woolworths potato egg and bacon salad

Although I'd still shop at woolworths after this issue, I'm sad to say that I have found numerous pieces of string in my salad.
The salad was being consumed by my young child when I had to suddenly remove the pieces from his mouth. I continued to empty the contents into a bowl and found more. Iam very dissatisfied with this product and not impressed that it could have caused a choking hazard for my son. I have taken photographic evidence if needed.

Woolworths complaint - unable to redeem a nsw 'cash for cans' credit voucher

The Bondi (Campbell Parade) store was unable to give me my money from a NSW 'cash for cans' voucher, which was collected right across the street from the store.
- Happened this morning, 30 Sep, at 9.00AM
- The store manager, Chase, said the system was off line!
- Was told to wait a while and go to another store. Ridiculous!
- Why recycle? Why does NSW gov't have a relationship with Woolworths if Woolworth's can't fulfill redemption
- Waste of my time; won't try to recycle plastic/cans again or go to Woolworths in Bondi
- Expect an apology for wasting my time; to [protected]@bigpond.net.au

Woolworths st clair bullying and harassment complaint

I am a 42 year old miother of 3 children. I have worked as a nurse for the past 14 years and lived in the St Clair area for the past 2 years.. I may look a little different to other people with my bright coloured hair and tattoos, but this does not give the staff permission to treat me the way they do. I am Completely taken from this treatment I receive day in and day out. I have staff pull me up in line asking to check my handbag. Before I have even been served, I have staff following my 9 year old daughter and I around the whole store looking in my handbag. I have staff grabbing my handbag after I have completely emptied my bag in front. Of customers. Each time I enter the store they run to the microphone and annnounce for a security check..

Woolworths stupid truck driver

Saturday 29/9/2018 at Endevour hills woolworths approximately 10am, A truck driver pulled out in front of myself and another car and was about to reverse into a loading bay . He pulled into the centre of the road and stopped didn't put hazard lights on and there was no reverse light either I couldn't hear any beeper . The car in front of me drove down his left side to pass and I followed there was a lot of room for any car to pass as a competent driver would understand, as I passed I noticed him leaning over to stick his middle finger up at me and my family and proceeded to swear and abuse us, I was so infuriated I stopped to yell back at him as this guy is clearly a [censored], at no point was I in his way or stopping him from doing what he was trying to do it took him longer to insult my family and I than it did to reverse into the loading bay . In fact I passed as quickly as possible so that I was not in his way and I could continue . I have shopped at Woolworth stores my hole life and so has my family but after this I'm not shopping at your stores any more at all I doubt I could count how much money I've spent there . There is no way I will let this scum bag get away with this I have had it with truck drivers and will never shop at Woolworths again unless this truck driver is dealt with he can apologize to me in a letter or how ever you think is right, it's a disgrace that your drivers represent you in this way . I'll watch out for them every time I go out now if I see any poor behavior I'll report it, and I'll continue to make complaints until something is done

Woolworths simply beef chevup 500g

Hi,

I would like to request that the recent decision to offer the current product line of Chevaps be reversed and whatever used to be offered be reinstated.

I took 2 bites of the current line tonight and threw out the entire cooked packet. They are too herby, tangy and taste nothing like their predecessor line.

I am not sure how much weight my opinion carries and don't expect my original request be granted. However, as a loyal Woolies customer, i do expect this $7 purchase be refunded to me.

Woolworths light tasty shredded cheese

I purchased a packet of tasty shredded cheese from woolworths lithgow yesterday had got it out of the fridge to make a cheese sauce and was absolutely disgusted to find it was rotten and mouldy and it hadn't even been opened! It is absolutely putrid to see that your stores are selling mouldy cheese please do something about this I am not happy at all.

Woolworths cryovac meat packaging.

Cryovac packed meat immediatly reminds me of cryovaced bodies. Plus the blood around the meat as seen throught the plastic when cryovaced and or the purple colour of cryovaced meat, puts me right off buying the meat and I have never bought cryovaced meat.
It does not matter to me that cryovac packed meat is safer, lasts longer or any other plus will make me buy it.

Please remember that the eyes eat first.

Woolworths bakery department

I recently purchased cakes and an iced fruit bun from your Warragul store and was very disappointed with them. The chocolate mud cake tasted like a very nasty brandy essence, the iced chocolate block cake had a fake berry flavour and the iced fruit bun only tasted of sugar with a hint of coconut. All ended up in the bin . For years Woolworthes had produced quite good cakes and this sudden decline in standard is most disappointing. Hopefully this will be rectified soon.

Woolworths porterhouse steak

Not porterhouse! Tonight I bought two individually packaged porterhouse steaks from Woolworths supermarket in Hoppers Crossing, Victoria Australia . One had good thickness and texture, the other was a thin, stretched out and flaccid piece of meat resembling chuck steak. I suspect inferior steak was substituted for porterhouse. Poor form by the in-store butcher.

Woolworths gluten free muffins, cakes

I regularly shop at the Woolworths in Cannonvale, Qld (4802). Since a relay was done in the shop some months ago, the gluten free muffins and cakes have virtually disappeared. There is rarely a choice of gluten free breads, no crumpets, muffins, etc. etc. Very very disappointing. Can someone please give me some feedback as to why this is. Given Coles range is equally uninspiring, I will not continue to shop at this store unless something is done to rectify.

Woolworths milk

I was initially so proud of Woolworths for being the first to put a ten cent levy per litre of milk to go towards our farmers when prompted by channel nine today show. I was SHOCKED today to see that it only applies to the 3 litre bottles...I like most people use the 2 litre bottles and I was looking forward to paying the extra 20 cents to do my bit to help the farmers. Now this option which I thought was in place has been sneakily left out. THIS WAS NOT THE ADVERTISED AGREEMENT...WE DEMAND THAT YOU PUT THE LEVY ON THE 2 LITRE BOTTLES AS WELL...I only shop at Woolworths and am very Disappointed. Chris Laurenson.

Woolworths bags bags

You (major Retailers) again are pushing the costs of running a business back to the consumer whilst your profits increase.

The consumer now does not have the opportunity to conduct a quick shop as who carries bags around with them.

This is very very inconvenient with no option other than purchase yet another STUPID STUPID BAG.

Very recently I have experienced a problem twice when inserting 50c pieces into self - service registers. The first occasion was when I bought a drink (iced Tea) which was $1.90 so I inserted 90c then a $5 note. I should have got $4 change but only $3.50 came out. Two female employees came over and retrieved a receipt from the register which claimed I had only put in $5.40. So I was told there was nothing that could be done and one woman walked away. I felt like they were accusing me of being a liar. While I argued with the second woman, the register suddenly spat out the 50c coin ! . I said "see !". I got no apology and it really p***** me off. That was the Carlingford NSW store. A few weeks ago I was at Woolies Metro Parramatta when the same thing happened. It ate my 50c and reckoned on the receipt that I had put in less. I got my 50c refund but someone after me probably got a surprise 50c.

Why do some stores adhere to dress code and others not. When is it appropriate to wear black leggings. I was made to buy $30.00 slacks for the store I was sent to because my night uniform was inappropriate. So I bought paid $60.00 for 2 pairs of slacks when the service manager wears $5.00 leggings... Very unprofessional.

Woolworths staff member

Hi

My family and I are regular customers to our loacal, , ( Banksia Grove, W.A 6031) store since the first week of opening, at least three or four times a week sometimes more .

My Parents, Sister and her family also shop at they local Woolworths store ( Oceankeys Shopping Centre and Joondalup ) we have been doing that for years and during this time none of us has ever had any problems until this month all up Three so far this Month I could just go to Coles that is on the same complax.

1st incident - 01/09/2018 Satueday aftehoon, while I was doing a lite shop i notice a staff member following me around the store, even ran to the self check out and stood behind me while the other staff that was there deal with everyone else that come thru there and she assigned herself to just me. At that time I didnt care as everything in my bag will match up with my receipt and then just before i proceed to pay she accused me of stealing batteries which put back .
So all this happened infront of alot of customers and it was embaressing, but after going thru my bags and realised that I did not steal any batteries or any other item/s, not even an apology.
I was not happy with the whole thing but was prepare to let it go forget about it. But about a week later sometime during the week between 10/09/2018 -13/09/2018 was the next time I saw her(Alex) at the store, i went in for two items i walked passed Alex doing something near freezer area and she sae me, I was heading for the check out just as i got to the register i saw her running acrossed the store straight to the self checkout are stood about one metre from me with another staff member that was already there watched me complete the transaction then checked my receipt again I paid for both items like I always do.
I have not seen her (Alex) until yesterday 24/09/2018 Monday 16:25 and againAlex came to stood behind me that close that I could almost hear her breath, to cut the long story short because it is making me furious thinking about it, as soon as i finished I went to print receipt out and wanted to give to her (Alex) . But she (Alex) reached over and grabed my receipt that was still printing out and started going thru my bags infront of a full self checkout area and every was looking at me and she also (Alex) then asked me is there anything i wanted to take out. Well the answer is NO I paid for every single items why should I and she was holding the receipt and went thru my bags .
Now after yesterday I have had enough of this I want something done about this, I am not even threatening I am prepare to take this to where ever I have to take it to, to have something done, I want her (Alex) to pay to the harresment, embarresment she has caused me . Everytime I want to go get something im going to prepare to go thru that again if she (Alex) is there at the store, now I shouldnt have to feel that way.
So I hope somebody can get back to me ASAP and do something about this, and I also hope some sort of disciplinary action will be taken towards her (Alex) for these three incidents .
I have never ever experience anything like this in my whole 40year life, and im not going to let this go until something is done.
So just to make clear that this is my official complaint to Woolworths Australia about your staff Alex from the Banksia Grove, WA, 6031 store.
