WritersLife.org How to Quickly Start a Blog that People will Read ($37) and How to Write a Novel that Your Readers Will Love on Demand Webinar ($47)

I purchased these products on 9/20/2018. I registered on their site at that time but the login information they gave me nor my email will work and I can't access these products. Today, 10/11/22, I have "chatted" but Michelle, their customer service rep, never chatted back, I have called both their numbers and they tell me to hold then hang me up and they have not responded to my emails. I know I purchased these a while ago but I should still be able to get into the site. They are very unresponsive. I didn't order anything else and never will again. After reading all the other complaints I will also keep an eye on my credit card charges just in case they try to charge something on my card just because I tried to access what I purchased four years ago.

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to login to my account and gain access to my purchases.

FYI: writerslife.org's address is 267 Timber Drive, Suite 644, Garner, NC 27529.

That address is the US Post Office and their "suite" looks like it's a post office box.

WritersLife.org Writers Life subscription membership

I purchased a $7 ebook on story structure. I thought after I paid it would be delivered to my inbox. I went to bed. I looked in the morning and was given a link to click on within 20 minutes to get the book. I clicked it anyway and was recognised. When i went to download it, I was charged again for the same ebook (which I never got). Then I was unknowingly subscribed to an ongoing membership at $100 per month. I emailed David Steel at [protected]@writerslife.org 5 times and received no reply.

Desired outcome: A refund of 2 months of unwanted subscription, plus the cost of 2 ebooks I never received.

Hi, I did buy their basis package for 27 dollars. During the checkout procedure they also deducted one dollar for no reason. When I received their basic package it was not even worth the amount paid. I requested a refund as by company policy. They advised it will be refunded within 15 days. After that nothing happened. Its now several weeks past and I gave the case to my legal insurance as a fraud case. As the insurance is free for me I will see where this case will go. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT, ITS A SCAM

Desired outcome: Refund of the 28 dollars

WritersLife.org Unauthrorised Funds Taken From My Account for Several Months

I subscribed to a "free" information kit from this organization several months ago and noticed that a $90 (Australian) has been deducted from my account for the last few months.

I went back to the website to see where to contact them about this and found that there was nowhere to contact them as the number that was on the website had been disconnected. I am not the only one this has happened to as I googled this company and saw many other complaints made for the same reason as mine.

As I live in Australia, I am unsure of what I should do next.

Desired outcome: Full refund of all money taken from my account over several months

I had the same experience where monies was deducted from my account without my authorisation. After persistent calling and emails, the money was returned to my account. This left me wondering about the authenticity of this organisation. I was enthusiastic at first, but after this I lost faith.

They did it just one time and my credit union notified me and they cancelled that debit card. I did not sign up for this service. All I purchased was a mystery course for $49.00. They are unscrupulous. I'm just wondering how they have been allowed to get away with it for so long.

WritersLife.org Ongoing monthly fees taken from credit card

There is a recurring monthly fee taken from my Master Card every month. This has been going on for a couple of years. I could never get a person on the number given on my CC statement. Today I researched and came across many complaints about this company. I want thus account cancelled here a full refund from this company. How do I get this? I remember ordering something from Writer's Life a couple of years ago, which I thought was just a one time thing, a little sign and an instruction booklet. No where did I see a membership fee nor monthly charges. I'm very upset about this and the lack of information or customer service from this company. I'm on social security and my funds are very limited. I need this to stop immediately. Can you help?

WritersLife.org Fraudulent transaction

I am Adediran Adeoluwa Nathaniel with the bank account number, [protected].
My bank account was debited early this month with USD67.73 and my bank found out its actually from you. I did not subscribe to your service, though I was told I subscribed according to you. Could you kindly terminate the subscription because I did not know about it, talkless of benefiting from it and help me refund the money and deducted charges.
Doing this for me will actually help in having a better relationship in the future, as well as telling friends and family that are into writing about you and persuade them to subscribe to your services. Kindly refund my USD67.73 into my account [protected](Gtb), thank you.

WritersLife.org ultimate guide for e-book sales

What a waste of money. It was a video of just a little over an hour. The information is clearly outdated. They talk about Create Space in Amazon which does not even exist anymore. They do not give any examples on how to sale. For twitter they talk about the character limits which have since changed. The person narrating the video repeated herself more than once in a paragraph.
Very misleading on what you will get. The promotional e-mail that they send makes this product sound like you will get a number of sales. Very disappointing.

WritersLife.org 7.95 promo rip off turns into more unfounded charges

Yes I finally thought I found a reputable company but after recieving a sign and CD I'm suddenly now being charged $67.73 for nothing and no agreement to any amount other than the 7.95. I've sent back the silly sign and useless CD but in the interim this charge showed up. Please do not fall for this scan. I did until this new charge and have immediately tried to contact by phone all I got was answer service

Now they took 67.73 and I'm very angry because I'm of very limited income and would never agree to this..I called got answer service and told them who I am and to immediately remove charges. Now I wait yet another scan out there really sucks.

WritersLife.org get it done tool kit and unauthorised debit

On 8th June 2018, I ordered and paid USD 7.95 for Get it Done tool kit. I received confirmation from Writers life.org on 13th June 2018 on my mail [protected]@gmail.com that my tool kit will arrive Nigeria in 14 working days. However I am yet to receive any product till today.
Amazingly, on 18th December 2018, I was debited the sum of USD 67.73 for an unspecified service through this platform. I never subscribed to any free membership nor do I wish to subscribe and I have never enjoyed any benefit from writers life.org.

Kindly make full refund of my money for the get it done tool kit and 67.73 unauthorised debit from my account.

WritersLife.org unauthorized debits from my card

Piling on with a similar complaint as the others. I've been ripped off and it needs to stop now. I ordered what I thought was a one-time product ("Get It Done") and am being charged a ridiculous monthly rate ($67.73 billed as "Platinum Millenium") for something I did not buy. Please don't bother with the verbose "explanations" as posted to the previous complaints. Just please immediately stop billing me and please immediately refund the unauthorized amounts charged to my debit card.

WritersLife.org repeated unauthorized deductions from my credit card

AMOUNTS:
29th April 2018 £0.74
13th May 2018 £51.67
12th June 2018 £52.59
12th July 2018 £52.93
11th August 2018 £53.24

On, or about, 29th April 2018 I followed a Facebook advertisement for a writing course on a .pdf downloadable file offered by a company calling itself Writers Life. The price of the file was US$27.00. After the purchase other things were offered such as writing for specific target audiences, ALL of which I refused, clicking "No Thanks" each time. I was given access to the file on their website WritersLife.org and this was the first and only time I accessed the website until discovering they had been charging other payments to my credit Card.

I have received almost daily email, amounting to spam advertising from them since. A white A4 envelope was delivered to my address in the UK (date unknown)from WritersLife posted 5th May 2018. It had a single flimsy piece of card inside, similar in quality to the side of a Kellog's Corn Flake cereal box single or two colour printed on one side with a quote something like "Keep Calm Warning writer at work bystanders are likely to be written into the plot". The address label declared its value as $1.00. I discarded the card as being worthless but kept the envelope to put some loose receipts in for my expense account.

On the weekend of 20-22nd July I accessed my Credit Card account online as I had noticed that the statement balance was not as expected. Reading the statements online enabled me to see that there were several deductions from a company indicated as PLATINUMMILLENNIUMPUBLIS I did not recognise the name but a search of their number revealed it as WritersLife.org. PLATINUM MILLENNIUM PUBLISHING have to date submitted the 5 UNAUTHORISED charges listed above (I have not included the $27.00 on 29th April 2018 that was the only purchase I actually made.

I phoned the phone number on the credit card statement +[protected] and a man that sounded half-asleep or under the influence answered the phone and seemed to know who I needed to talk to and re-directed me to +[protected]. I phoned the number and got a recorded message answering as Writers Life, I left a message, that message was never returned and I have since tried it 2 times more but still no human has answered or contacted me.

I did not click any extra components to my $27.00 order for the writers course and also I remember that, at the time, I was very careful about this. I certainly did not order a sign!

I have also reported this to my Credit Cards fraud department as I believe this is an intentional act of theft by PLATINUM MILLENNIUM PUBLISHING.

WritersLife.org unauthorised payments from my credit card

I ordered a CD from WritersLife.org, for which I paid from my credit card. A few days after receiving the CD i had to leave Australia and have been travelling for the last several months. Yesterday I checked my online banking credit card statement and discovered that there have been payments taken monthly from my credit card, which I did not authorise. I had and have no wish to have a membership of this organisation and want these membership payments to be repaid to my account and my so-called membership to be cancelled forthwith.
